Cassie’s vision is simple and effective, she’s charming and fun to talk to, and most importantly she gives incredible advice (she’s a deep well of knowledge about all things gut health). No matter which therapist you book with you’re in good hands because she rigorously trains each one and is incredibly passionate about helping people feel better! The space itself is cozy and radiates positivity, and every time I’m there I leave feeling like a new person.

She was amazing in providing support and explaining the process to make sure I was comfortable. She is amazing in the assistance she provides. If you have any question, Yani and anyone in team will be a great job at answering, don’t be afraid to ask. I like that she also takes the time to check in and ensure everything is going smoothly!

Positive experience: I went to this place because my regular person was on vacation but I just did not have a great experience. The room was not comfortable, Cassie was nice but talked quickly and did not really listen to my concerns I left in pain when I usually leave quite light and feeling Better. It could have just been me as I have digestive issues but I will be going back to my regular person

After doing my own research, I found Cassie and she truly changed my life. I immediately felt comfortable when I walked into her office and knew I had come to the right place. Cassie is intelligent, kind, thoughtful, professional and most important, she listens to your needs and concerns. Not only does she treat digestive issues, but she offers insight and shares her knowledge about diet and food selection. Seven years later I have moved out of New York, but still come to the City to see her. She is my healer and also a friend.

If you have any concerns that the experience will be be awkward or embarrassing - don’t give it another thought. Cassie and her colleagues are basically on a mission to help normalize poop stuff and make every client feel comfortable and at ease. Whatever you have going on - constipation (that’s me!), ibs, bloating, skin issues… their gentle gravity colonics help nature do its thing. CTNYC is on my itinerary every time I’m in New York. If you’re thinking about going just make an appointment right now. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my hydrotherapist Red. It had been two years since I had a colonic and definitely wasn't feeling my best. Red made me feel very comfortable during my session I would highly recommend her services. 5 stars all around! The office was also very clean and the space was relaxing. My hydrotherapist gave me some great tips on nutrition and ways to continue my gut health journey. On a side note I no longer live in the city. I drove all the way from PA to get my session done. Unfortunately there are few colon hydrotherapists in my area and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Red you’re truly a life saver!

Negative experience: I am a colon hydrotherapist myself, and I came here for a session based on the great reviews. The space is clean and tidy; however, the practitioner's skill was sorely lacking. I was given a half of a colonic session, not a complete session. I had pain and discomfort upon leaving the place and ongoing for days after the session.. It is not acceptable practice to do an incomplete session which leaves a client with pain and discomfort at the end of the session. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Fantastic experience: Love Colon Therapy NYC! Just had my second gravity colonic with Red. For something that can be so intimidating at first, she made the process so normal and relaxed for me. We got to talk during the colonic about my body and elements about exercise, nutrition (veganism) spiritual cleansing, and life. She was very thorough and informative with the process as well as my body’s processes as they were happening. I felt immediately able to be honest and vulnerable (no choice really!) and the facility has been spotless both times now and lovely to relax in before heading out. No more colonic anxiety for me thanks to Colon Therapy NYC. I waited over a year to try my first one, thank goodness I did! I’m looking forward to my next colonic! Thank you! <3

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin. I had colonics years ago at a boutique holistic spa in the city and it has been on my mind for years to get one again. I called many colon hydrotherapy practices in the city yesterday and ended up coming here despite having to cancel my appointment at a different practice. Cassie took care of me over the phone and couldn’t have been more pleasant, responsive, and went out of her way to accommodate my time preference. I called yesterday on New Year’s Eve and got a same day appointment late in the day when It was most convenient for me, My therapist Red was beyond amazing on every level. She took me right in and started the procedure on me early with out complaining. I had some valid concerns b/c of my past experiences with colonics. I was afraid that I’d have a very awkward and embarrassing issue. Red educated me on how they use a different type of machine/ technology so this wouldn’t possibly happen. Colonics can be very awkward and embarrassing due to the intimacy of the procedure and the technician having to insert the speculum/ tubing into your rectum. How ever I was not in any discomfort at all when Red performed the insertion on me nor did I feel uncomfortable when she was doing this. Red was very therapeutic with me and even utilized therapeutic touch modalities with me which really kept me so calm and relaxed during the procedure and mitigated potential stress and anxiety and other issues. Red had me so relaxed and comfortable that I literally felt like I was given meds to help me relax and like I was under light sedation when in fact I had absolutely nothing in my system/ body. She couldn’t have been and more professional, sweet, and dignifying towards me. She walked me through the entire procedure and beyond. She didn’t rush like the 1 negative review here mentions. In fact she let my body take its course and followed my bodies lead not a strict amount of time for the procedure like other places. She talked me through the entire procedure while she was working on me. She was very accommodating. I was very uncomfortable due to how I was laying on the table. She was more then happy to help me safely readjust my body on the table which made me 100X more comfortable for the remainder of the procedure. When I mentioned to her that I was having mild discomfort a few times she therapeutically put me at ease and assured me that I was fine and in good hands with her. She also didn’t rush me at all after she was finished. She let me take as much time as I needed in order to feel comfortable and confident enough to leave. In fact I think I spent at least 10-20 min right after she removed the tubing from me. Red is much more concerned about me and her patients then making money from selling the procedures. In fact she said coming back to her consistently is advised but how often is less important then being consistent and that she doesn’t want me to struggle financially by coming more frequently then needed. The only negative review on here which was also a one star rating about Red is completely a lie. I refute that review in defense of Red and my experience with her in full confidence. The person saying that she jammed the speculum into their rectum and ended up having to insert it themselves that she caused a medical issue as well as pain is literally impossible to believe. Thank you Red. I am already looking forward to returning to you for my next colonic.

She never once made me feel uncomfortable and trust me when I say this, there were many reasons for me to feel that way based on what happened during the colonic. Fantastic experience: These are the best colonics on earth! I grew up in a hippy family and began getting colonics to relieve digestive symptoms that were a result of Chronic Lyme Disease. If you can only get one health treatment done, I wholeheartedly recommend colonics with Red or Cassie. My mind has never been so clear and my digestion so good. They are cool, kind, and welcoming, getting colonics with them feels modern and the office is chic. At this point, they are seriously the biggest reason I have moved from New York City yet- even though I've wanted to for months!

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to colonics fairly recently through a friend. I’ve been dealing with chronic digestive issues and IBS for most of my adult life. After coming here over the last couple of months, I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. Cassie (the Colon therapist and owner) has been a source of information about digestive issues and nutrition, as well as providing general support, and really put me at ease when I came in for my first session. I don’t usually take the time to post reviews but Im hoping that anyone who suffers from IBS and feels hopeless, will give colonics a try after reading this.

Fantastic experience: The space is relatively small but relaxing. The staff is warm and courteous and very knowledgeable about colon hydrotherapy. I’m no expert on healthy eating, I eat as I crave but I did learn a thing or two talking to the ladies here. If you’re a first timer, worry not. My hydrotherapist was so personable. A true professional she put me at ease. She was detailed in explaining the process. It wasn’t painful. Mildly uncomfortable at worst. The pace and pressure of the water is well controlled and I left feeling lighter and less bloated. This is a great place to go if you’re feeling bloated, fatigued and need a detox from the melee of burgers you’ve been inhaling [ I did ] or if you want to incorporate one more step into the cleanse you’re on. I’m doing this again because it’s a good way to keep my stomach flat and my bowel movements regular.

Negative experience: Beware of fake reviews. Do your self a favor and skip this place. The therapist I saw Red jammed the tube into me so hard that she left me with a fissure. I had to take it from her and insert it myself. I have been in excruciating pain since. I was bleeding after the colonic. I ve had several colonics at other places. Usually you leave feeling lighter and better. Not worse than you were when you came in. This review is not based on one experience at this place. Call me a fool or desperate for coming back mostly because of the proximity to my job. I will never make this mistake again. I ve tried calling to see if she can tell me what to do about the pain I m in but didn’t get a call back. You pay 150 for 45 minutes she always tries to end it in 20 mins Never asking if you are feeling better . I m not one to write reviews but if I can save anyone from the hell i m in now. It will be worth it.

The space is clean and comfortable, and for those that work in or live in Manhattan, very convenient. I started coming to deal with digestive health issues, but have noticed improvements across the board as well (sleeping better and generally feel better on a daily basis).
