Fantastic experience: Very clean well kept office. Dr Arends is very professional & more than helpful & knowledgeable about how to alleviate my hip & back pain. He's also got a great sense of humor! They offer many other services besides chiropractic services as well, including massage. Andrea is a wonderful receptionist & greets you by name when you arrive & is quick to answer questions & always has a friendly smile. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: My primary Dr. is located there. Nice plaza. Nail salon, Security services, dentist, chiropractic, facility to have blood work and a few other services in a couple offices.

Negative experience: They can't keep their appointments as scheduled. There was no voice mail left. I did not say I didn't listen to it. Staff apologize for no notification.

We've all been adjusted for one thing or another. Mike is very good and personable with his patients. I would definitely recommend (and have) to anyone. They are almost done with remodeling and it looks much nicer now.

He really takes the time to get to know his patients and their health issues. He doesn’t just adjust you and leave, he stretches all your muscles and then adjust you based on what he sees and what you say. He also makes sure to teach you about your body, gives you stretches and advice to get better and then makes sure you do. The staff here is also great, so helpful and friendly. If your looking for a chiropractor this is the place to go.

Dr. Michael goes above and beyond to get problems resolved, and has made himself available for emergency adjustments when needed. He really wants his patients to feel great and he gets the job done! Until I found Baase Family Chiropratic!!! Finally I found a doctor who cared about my health & comfort enough to FIGURE OUT what was actually going on with my body, & correctly treat it!!... Not just do the "same old cracking", in & out, get co-pays ASAP! Dr. Baase is honest, professional, & in my opinion hands down the BEST CHIROPRACTOR out there!!! Fantastic experience: I moved to North Tonawanda from SD In June of 2014 have had many issues with my back since a car accident in 2001 and have never had any other chiropractor perform such a exceptional job! Michael Baase Is the best chiropractor I have seen out of the dozen or so that I have seen over the years. I have not felt as good as I do now since before my accident. It is too bad I am moving so far away, I only hope that I find another as good as Mike. His receptionist Amy is also fantastic she is very friendly to talk with and very helpful with setting up appointments. His rates are vary affordable for us without insurance, with many plans to chose from. I would recommend him to anyone even if they are seeing another chiropractor give Baase Family Chiropractic a try you will not regret it.
