Negative experience: let's be real every location of juice well customer service is awful but this location in particular is the worst. the people working or management may not care but to spend 14 dollars plus on a mediocre bowl is not worth the very poor and rude customer service you receive. You get ignored, (especially the guy with locs in his hair he will pretend like he doesn't see you ) your bowl isn't prepared correctly and I understand mistakes happen so there's no need to make a huge deal but you shouldn't have to deal with rudeness on top of a wrong order. I will never give Juicewell my business again.

Fantastic experience: My ultimate favorite smoothie bowl spot, Make the drive every weekend for the fresh large variety of fruits and vegetables for smoothies and juices. With a phenomenal and friendly staff. Once walking in you just the smell of the fresh fruit and clean.

Positive experience: So Im all for different types of music playing in restaurants but if I go to one that is family friendly I would except it to play family friendly music. They control the music, and its 10am with the songs saying a curse word every sentence.

Negative experience: They need more employees. Went sunday at noon and had to wait 30 minutes plus for one bowl after we paid. At least tell customers what the wait time is going to be

Positive experience: Bowls are great and service is fast, only complaint is the spoons. They are cheap and cut the side of your mouth. With the price of the bowls I am sure an investment is better spoons could be taken without breaking the bank.

He took the time to walk me through the menu, explaining each item and the health benefits of every ingredient. His knowledge and welcoming attitude made my visit not only enjoyable but informative. Because of his outstanding service, I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: black gentleman with the beard cheaped out on the amount of Acai he gave the 1st time I got an Acai bowl (payed extra for more). Gave him the benefit of the doubt. 2nd time I go to Juicewell. I get him again, not only did he cheap out on the acai amount I paid for, I waited 3 minutes before I ate my acai bowl. And it was basically soup by the time I opened it. Like he just let it sit there after making it or something. Never coming back. Bye.

Positive experience: Visited JuiceWell at Bunker Hill on Saturday around noon and had a great experience. I ordered an açaí bowl—made fresh to order—and a premade beet, carrot, and ginger juice. Both were delicious. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and there was plenty of parking and even outdoor seating. It wasn’t too crowded, which made it even better. Definitely planning to come back! Tips: • Açaí bowls are fully customizable—take your time picking toppings. • Grab a premade juice if you’re in a hurry; they’re chilled and ready. • Outdoor seating is a nice option if the weather’s good. • Plenty of parking in the plaza, so no stress there.

Negative experience: So after watching this place go from having one of the best Employees to being closed to reopen and then have a different stash of people I decided to give it another try today, and was I disappointed, the Acai bowl I picked I literally watched him assemble it with no gloves he dipped all my fruit out with a spoon so none of the fruits were fresh I know because it was so nasty I threw the whole bowl away I tried looking for a number to contact cooperate since I wasted $15 that was a no go so I thought I would do the next best thing. I would show you the pic it’s in my trash and I wouldn’t want to ruin anyone’s lunch!!! Ohhh well I will keep going to Acai Brasil

Fantastic experience: I’m trying to eat healthier and was going to get cookies but I ran across this place on door dash and I have never had an acai bowl but omg it is so so good and definitely fed my sweet tooth. This is about to be my go to spot!

Negative experience: Omfg. Where do I even begin. I cannot stress enough how awful my experience at Juicewell was. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I don’t usually write reviews, but my frustration with this establishment has reached a boiling point. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else if you value your time, money, and dignity. Let me start by saying that I came in with reasonable expectations. I understand that açaí bowls take some time to prepare, but waiting over 30 minutes for something that should take no more than 5-10 minutes is beyond ridiculous. There was no long line, no rush—just a handful of customers who also looked frustrated. The workers were moving at a snail’s pace, chatting amongst themselves instead of making orders. At first, I thought maybe they were just having an off day, but after reading other reviews, it turns out this is a common issue. I stood at the counter, watching as they lazily blended ingredients, pausing to check their phones, and whispering to each other while ignoring waiting customers. Not once did they apologize for the delay or even acknowledge how long people were waiting. I asked politely how much longer my order would take, and I was met with an eye roll and a dismissive, "We're working on it." Really?! If the wait time wasn’t bad enough, the customer service was somehow worse. The employees here act like they’re being forced to work, and they make it abundantly clear that customers are an inconvenience to them. No greetings, no smiles—just blank stares and annoyed expressions, as if you’re bothering them by daring to place an order. When I finally received my açaí bowl, I noticed it was missing a topping that I paid extra for. I calmly pointed this out, and the worker looked at me like I had just asked them to perform rocket science. Instead of apologizing and quickly fixing the mistake, they sighed dramatically, turned around, and slowly added the missing ingredient without a word. No “sorry,” no “let me fix that for you,” just pure attitude. If you hate your job that much, maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I was already irritated by the wait and the rude staff, but the overall atmosphere sealed the deal for me—this place is just not a pleasant spot to be in. The music was blaring way too loud, making it impossible to have a conversation. The seating area was dirty, with unclean tables and leftover cups from previous customers. No one seemed to care about tidying up, and the entire place had an unkempt, neglected feel to it. The lighting was harsh and unflattering, making the space feel more like a hospital waiting room than a cozy juice bar. There was zero warmth, zero welcoming energy—just a cold, uninviting environment that made me want to leave as soon as possible. After enduring the ridiculously long wait, the rude service, and the unpleasant atmosphere, I was hoping that at least the açaí bowl would be worth it. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. The texture was off—it was way too watery, almost like it had been sitting out too long before being served. The toppings were unevenly distributed, and the fruit didn’t taste fresh. For the price I paid, I expected something at least decent, but this was just flat-out bad. Final Verdict: NEVER Coming Back Juicewell is an absolute joke. Slow service, rude employees, a terrible atmosphere, and subpar food—it’s a mystery to me how this place is still in business. There are so many better options out there where you’ll be treated with respect and served in a reasonable amount of time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I would rather eat a melted smoothie from a gas station than go through this experience again. 1 star is too generous.

Negative experience: I went in to juice well, and the young Hispanic girl took my order with an attitude and my açaí bowl was not made right. Her whole attitude was sour . She did not give me time to make a decision whether to print,email, or text my receipt she just made the decision for me. And after she made my bowl she just semi slammed it on the counter and just walked off. I love yall location, it just the customer service with your employees are out of control. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Negative experience: Customer service blows. The first time i walked in, i wasn't greeted by anyone. I stood at the counter for 10 min while a woman with short hair passed me 3 times. So I just walked out. Then I went back today to try it out again. Walked in and was greeted by one employee. She was nice, took my order, and went back to making smoothies. Another girl came out with a terrible look on her face. I asked her a question about the juice in the glass cabinet she responded rudely, fast, and didn't even look at me. I purchased two of these bottles, which came out to $22. I was aware of that, but she gave me the incorrect flavor. And I realized when I was halfway home. Oh, and then the same lady who ignored me the first time came in hot with an attitude as she logged into her computer. Won't be back.

Fantastic experience: The quality of the açaí bowls never change they are the best I’ve ever tried they are so sweet and if you are contemplating if you want to go here no need cause this place won’t disappoint they even left a note these workers deserve a raise they are so dedicated !!!you can even customize your açaí bowl for your favorite flavor so bomb

Negative experience: Had the pineapple sunrise juice. Lady working said it was a bestseller. Would rate it a 3/10. The chia seeds make the drink slimy. 2 stars is generous.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Valerie does NOT like to work and shouldn’t be in customer service. Called 3 times to put in an order for a smoothie since I was right next door she hung up on me the first time the second time put me on hold again and finally the third time I called before she could put me on hold I told her I’ve been holding long enough she proceeds to take a deep annoyed breath and says “can you hold for like 2 seconds”. At that point don’t worry about it, that was ridiculous.

Negative experience: The customer service here is not good. If you’re going to mess up on an order, don’t give dirty looks if it’s your fault.

Fantastic experience: Love the acai bowls, juices, and smoothies here! I've had many different things on the menu, everything is always freshly made and delicious. Service is always great as the staff are very nice, helpful, and make everything quickly. Also very clean place

Fantastic experience: I always leave this small juice shop with a big smile on my face. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to make me feel welcome. My recent visit was particularly amazing. Unfortunately, they had run out of my beloved CURE fresh pressed juice. However, the associate kindly offered to prepare a fresh batch just for me and even suggested making extra for me to take home. They truly excel in offering high-quality compressed juices, dairy-free smoothies, and lattes. Oh, and let's not forget about their delicious açai bowls! They're my absolute favorite!

Negative experience: I use to frequent this place often and spent hundreds of dollars eating out at this place, the quality and price were just right and now they’re overpriced and quality is awful, not to mention the customer service is subpar now. I get that things go up in price but quality shouldn’t be cut back and customer service can make up for any price increase.

Positive experience: I left feeling very underwhelmed with this place. First, when I arrived, they had absolutely no order when it came to placing an order. Three people were ahead of me (two young ladies and another woman my age). It was very obvious that the two young ladies had cut in front of the other woman because she tried going up to the counter before each of them placed their order and was unacknowledged by the cashier. When they were finished, she looked at me like "Can I order?" which of course, I let her because she was in line before me. When it was my turn, I was not greeted or given any sort of pleasantry. I ordered a Choco Loco, which I was really excited about. When I got my smoothie, I was disappointed because it was way to thick to even drink with the straw that was provided. Not only that, it had not pieces but big chunks of coconut (that I had to chew in order not to choke) before I could even swallow. I'm not against coconut, but when you order a smoothie, you don't expect to have to chew each sip. I really wanted to like and enjoy my experience but this was not it.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a mouth surgery and was really tired of eating soups and jello so I came across this gem on my way to work. I was greeted my a young lady I’m glasses and dark hair who also helped me customize a smoothie bowl for me. Not only is it yummy but she was very patient with my order. I will stop by another time if I’m in the area!

Negative experience: Very unsanitary no one is wearing gloves and touching fruit/granola/cash register with hands. Order was wrong missing half of the ingredients.

Fantastic experience: Blueberry bliss-- I enjoyed my visit on today. It was my first visit here. I really liked the smoothie as I ordered another one. The employee Olivia was very sweet and inviting so we hit it off well. She is going to college soon so she won't be here anymore and I hate that but I'm glad to see she's going off to college but hopefully they'll get someone to replace her that is just as good as she is. I love love my smoothie.

Negative experience: I kept trying this place because it’s so close to my house and I wanted to like it but today was the last time. Every smoothie I’ve had here tastes the same…like frozen almond milk. I seriously don’t know how it stays open.

Fantastic experience: their acai bowls are so yummy! the shop is a bit busy during lunch time and our orders came out after 20min ish. the bar tables/chairs ok, not too comfortable. a lot of people were taking out the bowls or smoothies so sitting there to chat with a friend kinda works out since it's not loud or anything. i like their side wall area where they share the ingredients and health benefits. overall clean place and if i'm around the area, i'd be back!

Fantastic experience: Locally owned business with amazing customer service! There is a huge variety with 4 main categories. As I am the type to ask a gazillion questions , the associate was patient and knowledgeable about every type of juice/smoothie. It is located two suites from Starbucks but facing Echo Lane and not Blalock. A refreshing joint amongst the commercialization of healthy juice spots!
