Fantastic experience: I’ve been active my whole life, and fell in love with outdoor adventure at age 29 (I’m 40 now). Rock climbing has been my main activity, and because of how specific the movements are, I developed some serious muscle imbalances, leading to injuries in my left knee and right shoulder. This made me feel insecure about going out into nature to climb, hike, swim or run. I felt like I could not live my life in the way that was most important to me. Both injuries have improved greatly since I began working with Garrett. The exercises he’s given me seem to be the right level of difficulty and don’t hurt. I’m getting stronger and can move much more confidently. I’ve also learned so much from Garrett about how to properly move my body - that to me is invaluable. He’s a great teacher, patient, and gives excellent explanations I can understand. I feel so much better being able to get back to the activities that I love. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: After struggling with a lack of mobility following knee surgery, I reached out to Garrett at ORMobility for help. I found Garrett to be thorough, practical and explanatory regarding my recovery.  The physical therapy exercises are easily followed by using the ORMobilty APP, which has a video of each exercise, so you can ensure you are doing each step properly. Also, unlike other physical therapists I have seen, Garrett spends the entire allotted time with his patients, instead of leaving you with an assistant, and popping in and out of the session.   I am not at the end of my physical therapy journey, but I have seen significant progress and will continue working with Garrett as long as I need the extra help.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with an arthritic knee, painful hips on both sides, and a torn rotator cuff tendon in my right shoulder. After starting treatment at OrMobility, I’ve finally found real relief. Each session is a full 60 minutes, which gives plenty of time for hands-on care and focused exercise instruction. The manual therapy techniques have helped reduce my pain so I can tolerate exercise better, and the phone app makes it easy to follow along with exercise videos at home. I really appreciate the full-body approach—they don’t just treat the sore spot, they look at how everything works together. I’m happy with the progress I’ve made so far and grateful for the personable, professional care I’ve received. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Garrett! I’d been training for the Eugene marathon and was hit with crippling calf cramps out of nowhere, starting around mile 1 to 2. After trying another PT clinic that didn’t help at all, I saw Garrett. He did a very thorough work up to determine the core problem, weak glute medius and helped with in office and at home strengthening exercises. The app was easy to use and I saw quick improvements. As my calf issue resolved, we uncovered other areas of pain / tightness and Garrett worked through these as well. The full body approach that Ormobility took was exceptional, and helped resolve pain that an in network clinic couldn’t help with. It was very worth the investment!

Fantastic experience: Hannah at OrMobility does a fantastic job working with clients to design custom holistic workout and nutrition plans that support their health goals. She goes above and beyond to make sure I have the tools I need to be successful in the gym and nutritionally. She has also improved my form when strength training and increased my understanding of how to most effectively allocate my macros. Thank you so much Hannah for being an excellent coach. Also the gym is great! Clean, with new equipment and is private.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE working out with Hannah and recommend her to anyone I know that may be looking for a personal trainer. I have multiple old sport injuries that were impacting not only my ability to work out but also causing pain in my every day life. Hannah made a detailed work out plan to not only help support and stabilize those injuries, but also still kicked my butt while doing so. I no longer have pain from those injuries and feel overall more balanced in my muscle composure and strength. She is 100% worth the investment into your health and genuinely cares about her clients. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: TLDR: Absolutely amazing physical therapist with minor billing annoyances. Edit: Had to revise my original 4 star review to 5 stars despite my dissatisfaction with billing because Mallow is awesome and goes above and beyond in so many ways. The Good: Mallow is an awesome PT. She is super friendly, encouraging, and professional. She also does a great job diagnosing as well as finding many different ways to best help you. I have been to three PT's and she is by far the best I have seen. The not as good: To get a lower price per session you will need to buy a "package" for a set number of visits up front. The more visits you pay for, the better the discount. First of all, I think this is actually quite smart: It helps keep a person with an injury that doesn't respond quickly from dropping PT and instead get actually improvement. However, the number of visits I was told I would need was not accurate at all, so I ended up paying more by having multiple smaller packages when I was just following their advice. Their policy is that you can not extend a package, switch packages, get reimbursed for any extra visits, or chose a specific number (unless it is 6, 10, or 12). It is frustrating to me that I will be paying more for my 21st visit than my 20th unless I spend over $1500 buying yet another package. It is not as though I won't be going here for any future issues, but I would really like the flexibility to actually pay for the visits I need. The rigidity of needing to continually buy packages seems unnecessary. For me, due to their policy, I will be ending PT earlier than I wish vs. paying more per visit. That being said, if another issue/injury occurs I will be back here ASAP; the PT has helped me a lot and Mallow really is that good! My wish is that we would be able extend a package at the same price/visit if the estimate of how many visits needed was incorrect. This could even have the added advantage for OrMobility of getting people to go for the more expensive package up front. Failing that, any other option that would introduce some flexibility to the package system would be appreciated. Side Note: they don't bill insurance so that may be an issue for some.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had issues with my shoulder from playing sports over the years and have been unable to lift weights or play catch without pain in my throwing arm. Thanks to Garrett, I’ve been able to get back to both. He helped me build a plan and taught me a lot about technique and workouts to mitigate any shoulder issues that I’ve been experiencing for around a decade. Feels great to get back into the gym and play catch with my kids without the sharp pains. Thank you for getting me back to where I need and want to be!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from vertigo for years. Most recently I started experiencing a severe sensation of swaying every time I moved. In addition to the swaying motion, everytime I laid down or sat up the room felt as though it was spinning out of control. Friends and family who have been helped by Dr. Mallow suggested I should have an assessment. I have been let down so many times by other providers I was sceptical. I'm happy to report Dr. Mallow provided me with a thorough assessment. Dr. Mallow's knowledge, caring manner and understanding was outstanding. Fantastic experience: My husband has been going here with Dr. Stroud for the past several weeks and this experience has been exceptional! From the moment we started with the consultation, knowing we are going to get help and knowing the process they go through assured us that we were spending the right amount of time and money to achieve success. Every time we have gone, we have been treated with respect, encouragement and professionalism. Every session he goes through, there are leaps and bounds in his progress. He suffered a stroke in July of last year, and we have been going to other places that have helped him along the way. We have done Speech, occupational and physical therapy which involved several appointments several times a week that seem to be harder to get to the appointment each time We have decided now to drop the others and just go here. Dr. Stroud sees the patient the whole patient and helps in all areas of therapies. Not only he has physical mobility has improved but breathing , mental, pulmonary, and every resource has been given to us these sessions. If you are looking for the whole package in helping you succeed, I can’t tell you how this place will help you so much and set goals that are reachable. His expertise is phenomenal and his ongoing encouragement has got us hooked. We feel blessed they are located near us in Roseburg and highly recommend their clinic!

Fantastic experience: My experience with OrMobility was exceptional. I have always been skeptical of getting any sort of treatment due to poor experiences with traditional doctors in an urgent care or emergency room settings. I had been dealing with a nagging shoulder pain for a few months that was limiting my ability to do over head pressing workouts. I finally decided to look into physical therapy after trying to fix my problem on my own with no success. Fantastic experience: OrMobility was a God-send for me. I was originally referred to OrM by my primary care physician after being diagnosed with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS). At the time, my goal was regaining practical control over my body again. Before seeing Dr. Garrett Stroup, I had gone months without the full use of my hands, nerve pain and numbness throughout my body, increasingly excessive joint subluxations and dislocations, a massive loss in stamina and ability to have sustained activity, and loss of bodily awareness from a secondary injury from a car accident. I was, honestly, very scared of what my future was going to be before I met Dr. Stroup. But Dr. Stroup and the rest of the OrM team do what I've had others fail at again and again, and that is communicate fully with empathy and clarity and cater to your body's specific needs. Thanks to Dr. Stroup's help, my pain management has vastly improved, and my hEDS diagnosis no longer feels like the end to so many things I used to enjoy. There was no gap between my experience living in my body and what Dr. Stroup believed was important and valid to give space and energy to treating. Sincerity and honesty about the physical, medical, financial, lifestyle, and even emotional demands of this process was given upfront with clarity, empathy, and most importantly options. I have made huge improvements in my ability to move safely and to manage my chronic pain. Everyday I experienced locked arms, screaming with nerve pain daily, unable to perform daily tasks, let alone type, writer, or draw (as I do personally and professionally) and severe joint dislocations throughout my body. I struggled at the time to even hold my arm out straight due to the nerve pain. With pain management techniques, physical exercises that took my current state and the limitations of my EDS into account, and help finding bracing options and mobility aids, I was put on a plan to calm down my body and begin the process of building strength to support my struggling joints. This process was slow; it even at times felt silly. But when other therapists had given me exercises I could force myself to do, Dr. Stroup gave me ones my body actually *needed*. It's such a gift to work with someone who truly understands EDS. I had an inaccurate concept to what pain in my body even was because of my undiagnosed EDS, and Dr. Stroup has helped me so much learning how to live with EDS and create boundaries for protecting my body's health. I've had pleasant experiences most physical therapists I've spoken to, but Dr. Stroup's expertise and practice really go above and beyond. I still have a long way to go; living with EDS is going to be a lifelong journey. There will always be things I struggle with and my life won't look the same as someone with a typical, healthy body, but with Dr. Stroup's help, that struggle no longer had to be a black-hole of question marks and dead ends. I have tools to help me assess my body's ability day by day. My practical life today has so many more possibilities than it did a year ago. I can draw again! Paint again! Maybe, eventually dance again! There's hope for building up my tolerance to activity that I didn't have before coming to OrM and would not have without them. OrMobility also has an extremely accessible app to help keep track of your exercises at home and to communicate with your team. This has been very helpful for me to communicate between appointments and to ask questions or express concerns when they crop up. Especially as someone with EDS, bodies can be weird and do weird things, and having someone who is there to answer questions quickly and without judgement is so helpful. The service you get really goes beyond just your appointment hour. I cannot recommend them enough. On the patient-side of this journey, it can feel very rare to find medical professionals who actually make you feel like they are "on your team," but the OrMobility team really is! Fantastic experience: I have had knee pain since I was 12 years old that only got amplified when I tore 2 ligaments in my knee at 16 but since I’ve been going to OrMobility physical therapy and seeing Garrett my knee pain is pretty much gone. I would highly recommend for athletes or just people trying to get rid of any pain that you thought would never leave.

Fantastic experience: Garrett Stroup takes PT beyond what I had ever experienced thanks to his education and personal coping with aches and pains. When you describe your problems, he is almost instantly on it with trigger point analysis and prescribed exercises that really work! I highly recommend him for people whose PT post surgery, in my case, hip surgery, corrected imbalances, and stabilization problems. If you think you are on the road to surgery, it would pay to book a visit with Oregon Mobility for assessment, treatments and exercises first.

Fantastic experience: For years I had assumed that living with horrible sciatica pain was just part of life & part of aging, until a friend directed me to OrMobility & Garrett!! I walked in not knowing what to expect, and left filled with tears of hope & joy realizing that this wasn't something I was just going to have to live with. Garrett has not only provided me with the tools needed to overcome muscle imbalance, but he TEACHES me about how our body works and why these things happened in the first place. He is also so willing to look at my exercise moves for my fitness class to ensure I am doing them correctly which I greatly appreciate. I also love that he looks at the body as a whole and has given me other exercises to strengthen me from head to toe. I also feel so blessed to be able to sit in on the workshops that they offer, and then i am able to take all that I'm learning into my fitness class and circle of family & friends. Fantastic experience: As a senior in high school with DII offers for cross country and track on the line, I was devastated when a knee injury prevented me from running during off-season training. I took a few weeks off to see if the pain would go away but it felt the same as before. After around 4 weeks of not running, I finally went to a physical therapist. Another 3 weeks go by I’m barely jogging as pain continues to shoot up and down my leg. That’s when I was recommended to OrMobility. Even after just one session with Mr. Stroup, my knee felt so much better. He taught me about what was causing my pain, how to treat it, and, most importantly, how to prevent it in the future. I’m five sessions in with Mr. Stroup as of today and have made incredible progress. Before I started seeing him, I was struggling to jog 2 miles before I had to stop because of the pain. Now? I’m competing in the varsity 4x100m and 4x400m relays at my school. My legs feel stable, lighter, and more powerful than ever before. Headed into districts next week, both the 4x100m and 4x400m teams have a strong chance at qualifying for the state meet. We have also hit qualifying times for nationals! Not only has Mr. Stroup saved my senior season, but he has also saved my team’s hopes of going to state. Fantastic experience: Like all other fields, there are good physical therapists and bad ones. Mallow is just what you hope for in a medical professional. She listens patiently, keeps you motivated, and has a thorough knowledge of how to heal and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles in a dignified way. In harmony with that, I was given the strategies to strengthen my core to address decades-old chronic back pain. It was worth every penny and I left with the tools to keep improving my health long after therapy was done because .... "It's a marathon, not a sprint." Fantastic experience: I've had a very positive experience while working with OrMobility. After being injured in 2010, I learned how to manage and deal with day to day pains until it was unbearable. Not trusting medicine or doctors to fix my issues for way to long, I reached for physical therapy. And it has literally changed my life . By doing targeted workouts, I've Increased my sleep , decreased my pains and overall felt happy and healthier for months now . The level of care they provide is exceptional and always attention to detail. As an alternative medicine, I highly recommend at least talking with the highly knowledgeable staff before thinking there's no options left .

Fantastic experience: Three months ago I suffered a concussion from a car accident. I saw a doctor and two massage/physical therapists with little improvement. Luckily, Mallow came to the rescue! An incredibly skilled and professional PT, she put me through a series of exercises which helped tremendously. She was also incredibly patient, kind, and positive. Today was my last session, and I feel great. Thank you, Mallow! You deserve more than 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Garrett for several weeks now and this is by far the best physical therapy experience I’ve had. I came in for a recent shoulder strain but he’s also helping me with chronic back and hip issues, as well as my other shoulder. When I feel discomfort he can tell me why and what to do differently. He explains everything thoroughly. This is not a one size fits all approach. It’s very specific to my issues. I’m a big fan of the trigger point work he does too. Give this clinic a shot. It’s time and money well spent.

Fantastic experience: Garrett is an awesome PT . He listens and understands my concerns re: chief complaint of excruciating pain in hip and lower back. He diagnosed and set up an awesome treatment plan with exercise and pressure point muscle massage and totally cured my pain. I thought I was going to have to live with the pain but he immediately assured me within 10 weeks I would be pain free. I am walking with better stability and strength now as well. And no longer wince in pain as I bend over to put dishes or clothes in the washing machine. I love that this practice offers a continuity of care plan as well so I can keep up with my exercise plan or get help with issues that will certainly arise in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had issues with posture and text-neck as well as some other miscellaneous things with other muscle groups. All of these issues have been resolved in a few appointments with Garrett. The service and care provided is impeccable. I have and will continue to recommend OrMobility to anyone that struggles with anything that physical therapy could help with.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have been referred to OR Mobility for physical therapy. From one day to the next I woke up with major muscle weakness and stiffness in my arms and legs. I thought I had injured myself picking up my grandbaby with improper posture, but after a visit to my doctor I found out it was likely due to my thyroid hormone medication being too low. I never knew having an improperly managed thyroid could lead to such debilitation! Garrett, one of the doctors at OR Mobility, gave me a thorough evaluation, and was able to pinpoint exactly which muscles were strained and weak, and gave me a few exercises which helped me immensely. He treated me with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Over the next several weeks, there were more muscles which became weak because my increased thyroid medicine had not quite "kicked in" yet. I could have felt hopeless but over the next several weeks as I continued my physical therapy appointments, Garrett, added additional specific exercises which strengthened those muscles too and gave me hope that I might be able to move normally again someday. At times, he also used manual manipulation of muscles which were particularly achy and sore. Nothing was too much for him. He listened to me and worked on sore spots to help me feel better. Today, I feel my muscles are almost back to normal. Dr Garrett will never know how much his positive attitude, encouragement, and targeted exercises helped me to get through this unexpected ordeal! Dr Garrett, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I cannot recommend OR Mobility highly enough.

It was immediately obvious how passionate their professional team is about education and restoring wellness in their patients. Each therapy session, Dr. Garrett expertly and systematically relieved the pain and lack of mobility in my shoulder while providing critical education and tools for future maintenance. He addressed the unique effects my chronic Lyme disease presented. He also treated secondary issues related to recent foot surgery and lack of hip strength. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about Garrett and his staff. Recently I ruptured my Achilles tendon, and the physical therapist I was referred to by my orthopedist was extremely expensive. After doing a bit of research and hearing from friends and family, I called up Garrett and we set up a time. Immediately, and I mean immediately I was at ease and knew I would be in good hands. Garrett is very well versed in the works of treatment and we did an initial consultation. Together we came up with a game plan on how to treat the injury in a step by step, progressive approach. I had immediate results due to his experience and the App that he uses which has videos that give you a visual on how to complete your exercises (in case you forget). Fantastic experience: I graduated today! I am now 16 weeks postpartum and were it not for Mallow, I would still be struggling with pretty severe abdominal separation (diastasis) from my pregnancy and pelvic floor dysfunction. She whipped me back into shape and I have never felt stronger. I was skeptical about how much progress I could make over 8 weeks, but I did all of the prescribed exercises and now, instead of having a stomach that feels mushy and weak, I feel toned again. More importantly, I have learned so much about my body— its alignment, the coordination of muscles in my core and pelvic floor, how to breathe correctly to engage my TA, how to activate my glutes better, etc. Mallow has a big heart, warm laugh, and is the most caring supporter one could ask for on the journey to improved health. Fantastic experience: After 20+ years as an automotive technician, I seemingly accepted some of my aches and pains from this chosen profession as “normal”. I have always seemed to have some neck, lower back and knee pain, to some degree. A few months ago when working with my sheep, I twisted and stepped the wrong way. With the pain that followed, I thought I blew out my knee. I thought that surgery was gonna be the only way out of this. I could hardly put my full weight on it for a few days. It slowly got a little better, but I was hobbling around most of the time. My wife and doctor suggested I see a physical therapist. After the first two in-clinic sessions and doing the daily prescribed exercises, I felt way better than my “normal”. 10 sessions later, and doing my daily assignments, near religiously, I feel better than I ever thought I could. I can feel my body getting stronger, in areas I had no (maybe some) idea were weak. Garrett and Mallow are a strong team and empower their patients to take charge of their body, through education and a curated exercise regimen. During these sessions, I’ve learned a lot about body mechanics and how my bad habits have allowed these aches and pains to fester for such a long time.

Fantastic experience: Mallow has done an excellent job of resolving postpartum damage from a c-section 19 years ago. I saw a different PT in town a decade ago who identified what my issue was, but never properly addressed how to fix it. Both Mallow and Garrett really go out of their way to explain the process and exercises to make sure that you understand what’s going on and why. They treat root the cause of your issue and teach you how to use proper body mechanics (something that most of us take for granted). This is not your typical physical therapy. You owe yourself an assessment before you commit to surgery or accept that you have to live in pain.

Fantastic experience: I'd highly recommend OrMobility. Over the last 15 years I've dealt with shoulder pain from an injury. I've seen many physical therapists over the years and my pain has always persisted. I was seen by Slocum and told surgery wasn't an option and I began looking for reputable physical therapists. I was referred to OrMobility and on the first visit, Garrett was able to isolate the problem and I've seen massive improvements in a fairly short amount of time. I'm at 4 weeks now and my pain is negligible and my shoulder is functioning well beyond what I had expected. I'm confident I'll make a full recovery thanks to Garrett. My only complaint is that they weren't around 15 years ago.

Fantastic experience: After a recent knee injury I had pain and very limited mobility when trying to squat. Dr. Stroup assessed me and built a plan to not only alleviate my discomfort, but also to improve my movement patterns. I am into strength training and strongman competitions and need to move heavy weights efficiently. After a couple sessions I was almost completely pain free and back to training. After 4 or 5 sessions I had full mobility back in my squat. Dr. Stroup is very attentive to physical goals and solving the root cause. I wasn’t dealing with chronic issues but an injury that was hard to define. I have no doubt that my maximum strength will improve as I move forward with Dr. Stroup’s help.

Fantastic experience: Garrett was able to see me on short notice after a back injury I sustained at work prevented me from both working and training for a marathon. I felt better after one evaluation with Garrett and was able to get back to work and training the next day. Garrett helped me with exercises to help keep me strong and has a helpful app which demonstrates those exercises to practice at home. He also really listened and was able to tailor his teaching to how I learn. He felt I would improve on my own with exercises without addition appointments but I would certainly call him if I ever had additional problems.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Oregon Mobile Physical Therapy. I will admit when I started I was very skeptical I've been other physical therapist, chiropractors and doctors. I was at the point that I felt I would just have to live with the chronic pain and the limited mobility for the rest of my life. Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr. Mallow McKusick after being told that I needed a pretty major surgery for the thoracic outlet syndrome I was experiencing. I wanted to give physical therapy a try prior to committing to this surgery. Mallow was always very professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and compassionate. After approximately 8 weeks of PT, all of my symptoms from the thoracic outlet syndrome were relieved and surgery is no longer needed. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Oregon Mobile Physical Therapy by a doctor at Urgent Care for follow-up treatment. I had taken a fall and injured my shoulder to the point where I could barely lift my arm. Garrett scheduled our first appointment within days of my injury, unlike other physical therapy providers. After 5 sessions with Garrett my range of motion is almost back to normal & I am able to perform daily tasks without pain. Garrett has addressed more issues than just my shoulder. Unlike previous physical therapists I've had, he is working on my balance, posture, & strengthening muscle groups that surround & contribute to shoulder stability. Fantastic experience: I have lived in my body for 77 years …I’ve had medical procedures from head to knee followed by physical therapy to get me to optimum performance ranges, but never have I had a medical professional educate me on what she was doing and why until Dr. McKusick. She has relieved all my pain and I have renewal of body motions that I had thought I had aged out of. She managed these things through kind, gentle, educated manipulations of my body while explaining what she has done and why it works. Fantastic experience: I was so surprised to have multiple issues dealt with while undergoing treatment for an inner ear deficiency! I learned how a weak muscle in my bottom contributed to hip and groin pain I had had for a long time, and also to my unsteady balance. I was quizzed each appointment numerous times and my response was immediately addressed to my surprise! I also learned how to walk, like when that weak muscle was supposed to fire!

After seeing and being dismissed by another medical professional that I consulted for shoulder pain, I decided to get the advice of a trainer at the gym, when I started getting tingling throughout my whole arm, and called Oregon Mobile Physical therapy. Garrett was incredibly easy to work with. He not only acknowledged my problem but was very encouraging of my own goals. I found he is very thorough and always takes his time explaining everything. Fantastic experience: Garret is a great physical therapist and I definitely recommend him. I was initially there because of my chronic pain and he has eliminated as well as relieved most of the pain for the long term. The scheduling is also really flexible. He also explained the cause for my main symptom which was the headaches, then went over how I could prevent it from getting worse and keep it under control. Moreover, I lift and he corrected my form for various exercises such as the squat and lateral raise. Simple corrections such as controlling eccentrics, keeping your knees out, or increasing ankle mobility has helped a lot.

Fantastic experience: Garrett has been very knowledgeable in helping with the popping in my jaw. I did not realize you could have physical therapy exercises for TMJ issues. He is also helping me with tennis elbow. He comes to my home and I find it beneficial that I don't need to wait in a waiting area or wonder how to do the exercises when I get home. He shows me how to best do the exercises using what I have in my home, (chairs, table, weights etc). He is knowledgeable yet able to explain in a "down to earth" away what is causing the pain and how I need to do the exercises. Fantastic experience: I started having problems in my upper back, to the point I had to do something, so I started back to the gym. I had burning and pain to the point it was affecting my ability to work. I was slumping notably, and I could not believe this change that was happening to me. The gym was holding a couple of workshops, one called Age Proof Your Body, presented by Garrett Stroup, DPT. It was not only a beneficial couple of hours of fun and information, but I figured I had nothing to lose and booked a few sessions. I am now almost finished with the sessions, and symptoms have improved between the one-on-one sessions and the personal program Garrett set up for me to follow at home. He not only introduced me to recovery programs, but educated and re-enforced lessons for a life-long commitment to caring for my body. Fantastic experience: I was travelling from Hawaii to Roseburg when I strained my left shoulder. For the next 3-4 days I experienced severe pain that kept me from sleeping, putting on my sweatshirt, and reaching my arm overhead. Fantastic experience: I had a stroke in October of 2019 at 23 years old while pregnant. I started seeing Garrett initially in January 2020. His expertise has been phenomenal.
