Our comment from Nutrifinder.net about Wiseman Family Practice - Westlake:
Wiseman Family Practice - Westlake is dedicated to providing a holistic and patient-centered approach to healthcare. Many users have praised the expertise and attentiveness of practitioners like Dr. Jeremy, Nurse Practitioner Mary, and others for their proactive care strategies that emphasize wellness and preventive measures rather than reactive treatments. The office environment is noted for being inviting and efficiently operated, offering alternative therapies alongside traditional medicine, which many patients appreciate.
However, several reviews highlight issues with communication and accessibility. Some patients reported difficulties in getting timely responses through the patient portal and noted that phone calls often go unanswered. Additionally, experiences with billing and appointment scheduling have been inconsistent, with some expressing frustration over prescription management and referral processes.
Key Positive Aspects:

- Responsive and caring practitioners
- Proactive health management and personalized treatment plans
- General patient satisfaction with care received
Areas for Improvement:
- Need for better communication and accessibility
- Improvements in the front desk responsiveness

Overall, while Wiseman Family Practice - Westlake has received numerous accolades for its care and attention to patient health, enhancing communication systems could significantly improve patient experiences.
Wiseman Family Practice - Westlake: Reviews
Negative experience: It turns out I am paying $85/mo for their concierge healthcare service out of pocket so that the one time I call them this year they can let every call go to voicemail, and instead of calling me back within the business day as they promise, they emailed me a link to send them a message through a web portal that is full of bugs. Going to read these reviews to find out what a positive experience looks like.
Fantastic experience: Dr Jeremy and Nurse Practitioner Mary are fantastic. His approach a holistic wellness coupled with western medicine, provides for a healthy lifestyle vs simply medicating an ailment. Proactive care vs Reactive care. Perfect for my lifestyle.
Fantastic experience: I love Wiseman Family Practice. I’ve been happy with all the providers I’ve met and thrilled with my NP who is my “primary”. Their office is nothing like a typical med office, it’s quiet and very efficient. Of course, being functional and integrative they offer alternative options and research and I’m never dismissed for own my ideas or concerns. It’s a very safe place to take about your current or long term health needs.
Fantastic experience: Mary Harrison is a lifesaver. She listens and respects my choices especially when I am more holistic in my approaches. Love this office! She’s the first physician that caught an 11 year infection inside my body. She truly cares. Will be a patient for life.
Fantastic experience: I have been with wiseman for several years now. Jessica at the Westlake location is fantastic. They have helped me nagivate perimenopause, healthy hormones, and autoimmune issues. They take a more holistic, functional approach to wellness. They don't push meditations. I highly recommend and have referred several friends.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful place to go for my wellness.
Negative experience: Go to Cedar Park or Wimberley. This location is the worst with communication and answering the phone. I love CP location. I started at Wimberley when I worked close to there.
Fantastic experience: I see Mary Harrison and she has been extremely helpful. She is responsive, professional and answers all my questions. She gives quick feedback on my labs and makes immediate adjustments to my medications as needed. She has been especially helpful on getting my hormones back on track. Along with Mary, I have only had positive interactions with the rest of the staff.
Negative experience: After just moving to Austin, I had been looking forward to my appointment and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the Nurse Practitioner who shamed me and the decisions made by my PCP of over five years and did not provide any recommendations saying she would have to speak with the doctor. This office itself has struggled with my insurance billing for six months. I never give reviews but I felt strongly enough about this negative experience to do so.
Negative experience: I had a positive experience with my practitioner here a few years ago, but she has since left. I have not been back in for an appt since then, but have maintained the practice as my PCP and make referral requests from time to time. My 1-star review is in regards to the referral process. Every single time I request a referral, I’m told I have one. And then lo and behold, the day before/the day of, the specialty practice lets me know that I in fact, DON’T have a referral on file. And meanwhile, I’ve been waiting weeks or months to see the specialist. And then I’m the one who has to do damage control, and send a bunch of last-minute portal communication to the Wiseman referral person - because there is no way to contact her by phone. The first couple of times this happened, I was angry. But now I’m just confused about why the referral lady doesn’t get my requests filed correctly. I will be leaving Wiseman Family Practice for a new PCP.
Fantastic experience: Mary Harrison at Wiseman Westlake is the best! She is thoughtful, and very thorough. She has made sure i’ve had the best care and always listens to me and my concerns. Mary also stays connected to all my other specialist, making sure they have all my current lab work, on top of reviewing my lab work and notes from other specialist I see. It’s hard these days to feel cared for, seen, heard, and believed by doctors, and Mary Wiseman does all of those things. I highly recommend having Mary Harrison as your primary care.
Fantastic experience: Wiseman Family Practice (Westlake) and Mary Harrison have managed my care for roughly four years. Mary is one of the most diligent practitioners I've met in quite some time. She is consistently kind, generous with her time, and quick to address any concerns I raise. Mary always makes sure I feel listened to and shows remarkable thoughtfulness in her care approach.
Fantastic experience: I am thrilled to share my positive experience with Cynthia Fafel. From the outset, Cynthia took a holistic approach to my health, thoroughly reviewing my labs and engaging in a meaningful discussion about my overall well-being. As a woman in my 40s navigating the complexities of perimenopause, I truly appreciated her attentive and comprehensive care. Unlike many providers who might focus solely on individual symptoms, Cynthia took the time to understand my entire health picture, which was a refreshing change. Her ability to address my hormonal changes and guide me effectively has been a tremendous relief. I no longer have to juggle multiple specialists—Cynthia’s approach has consolidated my care into one supportive and knowledgeable provider. If you’re seeking a compassionate and thorough healthcare professional who listens and provides holistic care, I highly recommend Cynthia Fafel.
Negative experience: I have been a patient of the Westlake office for 3 years now, I kept thinking somehow it would get better but no. I am constantly chasing my perscription renewal, often days, before they respond to my pharmacies. Never have I had anyone pick up the phone at the office, ever. Messages are not returned. "Patient portal" messages may take days to get an answer. or months. I have recently been waiting for a month for a hormone level test to be sent to the lab.. they said it was finally sent, I arrive at the lab yesterday, and it was NOT ordered. I have requested a physical exam ( repeatedly, while in office) , a pap smear, and neither was addressed ... in 3 YEARS! At this point I feel they are dangerous and putting my health at risk. This is not patient care. this is ignoring patients. This is absolutely wrong. I am really looking forward to my next appointment.. at a different practice! I should have left wiseman family practice a long time ago.
Fantastic experience: I really like Wiseman Family Practice in Westlake! I see Mary Harrison for my thyroid and she's done a great job, so far! I love that they will also use vitamins and herbs instead of medicine, if you prefer. I am very sensitive to meds, and prefer and more natural approach. I also love that they have tele-visits, since I live in San Marcos, and can't always make it in.
Negative experience: Very frustrating to be an established patient at a doctor’s office and not be able to get anyone on the phone or get a voicemail returned when you are sick and need an appointment. Their voicemail greeting says they return calls by end of the day—it’s been 3 business days and still no response. I had to go to urgent care instead because this place left me high and dry. Unprofessional.
Negative experience: Disappointed with this practice's lack of knowledge about Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). I went in seeking an ESA letter for my housing but was told a "certification" is required (it's not!). They wouldn't write the letter and while I did receive a refund for the $75 fee, the wasted time and confusion were frustrating. Throughout the process, I interacted with at least 5 people (via calls and emails) and none of them seemed to have accurate information about ESAs. This misinformation could be a barrier for people who genuinely need this support. Save yourself the hassle and find a professional who understands the Fair Housing Act and ESA requirements. I won't be returning to this practice.
Negative experience: The staff is nice and appointments are efficient, but it is literally impossible to get anyone on the phone. I understand they are busy, but a call back would be nice. I needed a refill on my prescription last week, but they didn’t call back before they closed for the weekend. I called right when they opened this Monday morning and in the afternoon, never got a call back. So annoying.
Negative experience: This office is counting minutes like money . The traffic is bad and I have 10 mn late because of traffic jam and bad fog. In theory I have 5 minutes left and I was ready to be seen for even 2minutes because my feet hurt and I live far from the office. The office lady refused to let me in and asked me to come back at 11:30 or reschedule because the next appointment coming up. This Doctor office can only see you for 15 mn and you are not even sure to see doctor but a nurse practitioner. They said they have appointment right after me right now is 10:17 i Should have seen thể next patient but somebody just walked in and walked out. May be this offive have more televisit .But i even waited for 10 minutes on telemedecine there was no real reason they could not let me in. How can a doctor office have such a kind uncompassionate staff??
Fantastic experience: Jennifer is awesome! She always listened so well and addressed each of my issues I had going on regarding pain. She was also very aware of what to avoid for safety because I was pregnant. Very professional too.
Negative experience: Do not go to Wiseman Family Practice. Was a patient since 2019. Billing errors don't get corrected, can't ever get anyone on the phone, "portal messages" only sometimes answered, and I have had a poor experience trying to get support for chronic health issues.
Negative experience: Long overdue as I have been a patient since 2019 and have rarely had better than an OK experience. The front desk is consistently a 1 star experience—rude, unhelpful, impatient. They never pick up the phone and don't call you back even though their voicemail specifically asks you to leave a message and they will return the call within 30 minutes. I have been to both the Central and Westlake clinics with similarly disappointing experiences. At Westlake, after waiting for *over an hour* passed my appt time, I inquired at the front desk for an ETA, which seemed to remind them that I was even there. All of a sudden, they show me back to a literal storage room and had me sit on a chair inside to ~continue to wait~ to be seen. Techs and nurses would come in to gather medical supplies and jump in surprise when they opened the door and saw me sitting there...it was so weird and unprofessional. I've never left any appt at Wiseman feeling confident about the experience but things like getting sat in a freezing storage room after waiting for well over an hour are really beyond the pale. At the Central location, I went in for a female issue and the RN who saw me told me "she hadn't done this in a long time," which is not what you want to hear from your doctor handling delicate parts of your body, and then proceeded to read the instructions for the procedure in the room with me while awkwardly handling my body which made me immediately regret going there at all—one of those real "just kill me now" moments. I've really tried to make this place work, over many years—seeing different RNs, trying different locations—I want it to be different! The straw that broke the camel's back is when I called another doctor's office today to be seen for an acute issue I'm having (Wiseman doesn't have any appts for WEEKS available online—not helpful if your primary care provider can't see you for acute issues—and they have not returned my call about getting in sooner, which is honestly very ~on brand~ for them)...But unfortunately, the new dr. I called told me they aren't accepting new patients but recommended I try Wiseman. HA! I called ARC instead (which tells you all you need to know). At least they answer the phone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Sadly, my search for decent medical care continues...
Fantastic experience: Everyone is so helpful. Wait time was reasonable. I feel my nurse practitioner is very thorough. And sincerely concerned about my health. Everything was explained and all my concerns were listened to. I give this place a A+.
Negative experience: Incredibly disappointing. I was excited to read the information on Wiseman’s website. It led me to believe this was a holistically-minded practice that wouldn’t shove a prescription at me within 5 minutes of entering an exam room and without knowing my medical history. I was not looking for a doctor to slap meds on any symptoms I or my children might have. They boast online that their primary goal is to address the root cause of disease and help their patients thrive with preventive healthcare therapies; lifestyle changes, energy therapies, manual therapies, supplemental therapies, and only finally and lastly pharmaceutical and surgical therapies. I was so excited to read this that I made appointments for both of my children. I do not carry insurance, so i paid in cash in full at the time of service. I made NEW PATIENT appointments for both of my children with the sole intent to establish them as patients. I did not make sick patient appointments. I waited over a month to have them seen. My expectation was that the practice would take a comprehensive health history, get to know my kids and any of the issues they have going on, ask questions about our diet, lifestyle, etc...and determine their overall wellness and make recommendations for improved wellbeing. Welp. That is not what happened. Before my daughter’s appointment, she got sick. So, when we arrived at the office, our need had changed since she was ill, but I did not call and alert the office because I still wanted them to treat us as an establish patient appointment. The nurse practitioner Audrey at the Cedar Park location seemed like she didn’t want to spend much time with us. She kept asking me “so, what are you here for TODAY?” when I began giving her a recent history of health problems my daughter had been having. She was uninterested when I talked about our diet. She didn’t ask any questions about the food my daughter eats. At one point I asked if I could grab some water from the hallway for my daughter to drink. Audrey audibly sighed, appeared annoyed that I was leaving the room, and said “sure” but that she would “be back” before getting up and leaving. It took me 15 seconds to get the water, and I ended up waiting 5-10 minutes for Audrey to come back. Her exasperation with me was clear at that point, so I stopped trying to give her information when she asked me AGAIN to pinpoint the symptom or issue I had come in for. Audrey immediately wrote me a prescription. When I asked her if there were any alternative therapies I could try she shrugged ♀️ And said if I wanted to I could call People’s Wellness Center (a totally different practice) and ask the naturopathic doctor there. She then told me I could look on their website for cold and flu therapies to use at home.... she did not discuss any of those therapies with me. She seemed ready to leave the room. When I went to pick up the prescription, the pharmacy said it wasn’t called in. I waited until the next day and went back and it still wasn’t there, so I called Wiseman to ask. They confirmed their records showed she sent the prescription in. I finally got the pharmacist herself involved, who told me the medicine I was looking for wasn’t even a RX, but an OTC med! Why didn’t this NP know she was “prescribing” an OTC med? What a disaster. My son’s appointment at the Westlake location was similar. The male NP was a nice guy, but again, didn’t establish my son as a patient. Didn’t ask about our diet. Didn’t ask about health history. Just prescribed antibiotics for my sons ear infections and sent us on our way. I paid $460 for a $10 prescription and an OTC med. This practice does not have in-depth health history records on either of my children, despite the fact that I spent $110 on “new patient fees”. They are in no position to help my family with preventive lifestyle therapies, because they don’t know what our lifestyle is. Wiseman Family Practice, you are falsely advertising a level of care that you are not delivering. Thoroughly disappointed and wish I could get my $460 back!
Positive experience: Down through the nine years as a patient at this clinic, I have found that the integrative service model suits me very well. Regardless of the practitioner my experience is always positive and satisfying: My questions get answered and I feel included in determining the best treatment path going forward. Gillian R.
Fantastic experience: Most doctors help if you are sick, Wiseman Family Practice wants me you to be healthy. I feel like their practitioners care about me and know me and are partners on my health journey.
Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but lovely experiences at Wiseman! Exactly what I wanted out of a holistic practice. I appreciate being able to do telemed visits and then in-person visits when necessary. They approach issues at all angles and provide reasonable solutions that are based on both Eastern and Western medicine. If that's what you're looking for, then I encourage you to reach out for an intro!
Fantastic experience: I see Mary Harrison at the Westlake Wiseman Family Practice. I appreciate that they are able to see me on time for my appointments and the location is very convenient to my downtown office. When determining my treatment, Mary always asks how I am feeling. She has taught me that it's not always about the lab numbers, it's also about how I am feeling. She doesn't give unnecessary drugs or tests and explains the approach we are taking. We try for natural approaches and integrative therapies tailored to my specific needs. They are not a cookbook medicine practice. They also offer acupuncture and I love being able to have that added service during stressful times.
Fantastic experience: I love the integrative approach. I also appreciate that we can do Telehealth - but it is tough to get a quick appointment.
Negative experience: Love the practitioners but they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Like others have said, good luck getting an appointment when you’re actually sick and need to be seen.
Fantastic experience: Wiseman Family Practice has been my primary care provider since 1981 when we moved to Austin. I can't remember a visit where I had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to see a doc and, as an established patient, many times I've been able to be seen on the day I call in. A special thanks to Janice Mattocks and the always helpful and courteous staff at the Westlake location. As one can expect, the practice has grown significantly since '81 and now utilizes the web. I still, however, receive the same personal care I did when I went in for my first visit. I will continue to use WFP for my primary care needs and highly recommend the practice to others.
Negative experience: You'll love this place if you: -Never want to reach your Dr office on the phone -Don't care if you get correct referrals -Are fine with waiting 1-2+ weeks to get a message response on the portal -Don't mind waiting weeks for an appt (or taking your chances with a walk-in) -Don't care if you're ever seen by an actual MD I personally recommend not wasting your life. The nurses I saw were really nice, but that didn't matter much when I had to jump through 100 hoops to see or talk to them.
Negative experience: They don't practice what they preach. The practitioners are vaccinated. They show a pyramid on their website with "medication" on the tip. In real life they jumped straight to the experimental medical device, despite all the natural preventative measures there are for a virus. There are functional medicine doctors who walk their talk. How can you trust their advice if they don't?
Fantastic experience: I have been going to Wiseman for many years. I started in Cedar Park with Meghan and have moved to West Lake with Janice. The care and understanding is wonderful.
Positive experience: Getting a call back or appointment is super difficult, they really need to improve on the front desk staff and the call center. Once I finally had my appointment, I was very happy with my RN, David Knight - he was excellent.
Fantastic experience: Excellent Naturopathic practice with holistic minded practitioners. I would like to give it five stars however there are some of the typical organizational issues that exist in large practices. Communication is an issue but web based communication is improving the situation. The care provided is, however, beyond 5 stars.
Fantastic experience: The care providers are friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. They listen and actually hear what I'm saying. Also the patient portal is user-friendly and well-monitored. That means response happens within a reasonable amount of time.
Negative experience: The doctors are amazing but biggest complaint I have is communication. Getting a hold of insurance and billing department is nearly impossible. One of the reasons I will probably have to switch doctors which is unfortunate
Fantastic experience: I see Jillian Alsup for acupuncture at Wiseman Family Practice, and she is FABULOUS! I have had issues with pain and nausea that my integrative doctor (outside of Wiseman) could not figure out. Within a month of seeing Jillian my issues were well under control. She is knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner, and was able to help improve even my mood, anxiety, and sleep as well. Five stars, hands down!
Negative experience: I went to an appointment here and they gave me no useful information. All the lady would say was "perhaps" or "maybe that's it". On top of that, no one in the billing department ever answers the phone. I always have to call as if I'm making an appointment just to ask them to transfer me to billing and even then sometimes the billing department doesn't answer the phone. I've called and emailed multiple times asking them to bill my secondary insurance and they keep sending me the same bill without even sending it to the secondary insurance. This place is a JOKE.
Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the front desk service I have received at this location. I have scheduled two appointments, both that I have showed up for, only to be canceled. On top of that they are close to unresponsive when it comes to calls for appointments and medical questions.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Wiseman amd his te for over ten years and at all locations. Super friendly staff, easy to schedule appointments amd request refills, and a focus on total health and wellness beginning with diet is great to see!
Fantastic experience: I love the holistic approach this practice takes. If you don’t want pressure to vaccinate your kids this is a great option. They treat my whole family.
Positive experience: I love all the practitioners & people I have dealt with at this practice. I especially value the more natural approach I have had there. The only problem I have faced is communication: iI is difficult to get a response from a person sometimes although the patient portal access has always been good.
Fantastic experience: The doctors are great and the office is always super clean with easy parking.
Fantastic experience: Great people that provide a focus on making their patients well. A real focus on health.
Fantastic experience: I love this place. Every one is so nice and friendly.
Fantastic experience: My experience at the Westlake Office of Wiseman Family Practice has been excellent. The office is clean, comfortable and attractive. The staff is professional, courteous, capable, responsive and attentive. I would for sure recommend the folks at the Wiseman Family Practice - Westlake.
Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found this Practice and only sad that it took me so long to do so! Food is MY medicine and nutrition has been a passion of mine for a long while. Now, under the direction of Dr. Christine Blanchard, I’ve learned to supplement with vitamins. I’m so appreciative of the Wiseman Family Practice and their protocol. I feel great!
Fantastic experience: I have always been a very health conscious individual. The Wiseman Family Practice is simply the BEST! I have lived in Austin over 30 years and my experience with them far exceeds the typical 'doctor's appointment'. As a result of their expertise and my improved lifestyle changes, I have Lost Weight, improved my Heart and Cardiovascular system from a high risk to a low risk. My Hypothyroid condition which I still have has finally been corrected to the degree that I no longer experience Chronic Fatigue. And my Hormones which were only slightly out of wack were corrected because they took the time to provide me with the BEST treatment possible.
Positive experience: I absolutely loved Lauren Colletti, but she is no longer there. That bit of information was just found out by family members who also saw her, after she has been gone for at least a month, and I - her patient - never received any news of this or information about getting a new doctor. That, however, is the least troubling part. The office staff at the Westlake office is horrible (at least, the people you deal with on the phone and behind the glass check in wall). They have been rude, dismissive, and condescending in nearly every interaction. Most recently, I was interrupted, sent to a line I did not ask to go to, and told that she, basically, had other things to deal with and could not help me. I have been a patient for 8 years, which does not afford me special treatment by any means, but I do expect to be treated like my medical concerns mattered. All I needed to know was if they were processing the prescription request from my pharmacy! The pharmacy had been trying to contact them, and had not heard back, so I was simply checking in. Overall, LAUREN was the reason I was there, and the reason I put up with surly, under qualified front staff. Since she is no longer there, I will be going elsewhere.
Fantastic experience: I'm a big fan of Wiseman Family Practice!. From the documentaries on the relationship between nutrition and health running in the lobby, their holistic approach to wellness, their kind and responsive staff, and, specifically, Janice Mattocks - the best RN/PA I've ever experienced--she's very thorough and once you're an established patient, I've found her to be incredibly responsive to emails I've sent inquiring about various medical issues or needs. Came here because they seem to be one of the few practices taking BCBS HMO insurance - I'd stay no matter what insurance I had though because I've been so satisfied with my care.
Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but good experiences. I certainly do feel well cared for by everyone.
Positive experience: Lauren Coletti is great! Our whole family see her.
Negative experience: Treatment my husband and I received from Adrienne was very unprofessional will never use this Dr again.
Fantastic experience: This office has been a game changer for my health and well being. They are very caring, welcoming, and patient. So thankful to have found this place.
Negative experience: Horrible experience. Took my (normally healthy) 14 y/o son in and the male nurse promptly informed him that he won't need his mother to accompany him into the exam room once he's 15. This was not an STD appointment!! It was for sinus/ear/dizziness and it was not a question either of us asked. Then, after we asked what these symptoms are likely a cause of, this nurse announces to my son that it "could be anything...from allergies to a brain tumor." Seriously? I will NEVER, EVER be back. RIDICULOUS!
Negative experience: I am beyond disappointed in their service. No one there is helpful particularly the receptionists. All they do is take the money but not actually care about their patients.
Negative experience: COMMUNICATION is a must if i choose someone to be a provider for my kids. Telling me you will call me back or send an email about my visit regarding my toddler and not getting them is frustrating. My husband and I feel like we are struggling with just trying to get ahold of someone. So sad, we really like the practice.
Negative experience: While I really appreciate the practice's holistic approach and enjoyed working with the practitioners, the communication issues have gotten to be too much. I can almost never reach a human when I call and often have to wait days for a callback. Billing (not counting their current online billing issues) issues persisted for months, although I think that now (after several months) it's been resolved. In addition, the practitioner made two different errors in the coding for my lab work and I'm waiting to see whether I will have to pay the $1200 lab bill that should have been covered by Medicare. I must say that whenever I can actually talk with or visit the staff or practitioners I really love them and appreciate the quality of their advice and their warmth and helpfulness. It's just that the practice needs to improve many of their systems. I hope it does so soon before I finally lose my patience and move on.
Fantastic experience: This facility is absolutely awesome. The NP I saw was so thorough and kind. I felt like she really took her time with my daughter. I waited for them to take new patients and I do not regret it at all.
Fantastic experience: A very pleasant experience. Thanks for your service.
Fantastic experience: I love this practice!!! I'm really committed to optimizing my health and retaining my energy, vitality, and fitness as I age. Lauren appreciates my goals and is committed to using everything that functional medicine and antiaging medicine offers to support me. I've had a lot of frustrating experiences with doctors who are only interested in examining extreme markers of disease and treating those symptoms ... my enthusiasm for maintaining my health and addressing early signs of aging and dis-ease has often been met with sarcastic skepticism and outright disdain. Taking care of your health is a commitment, by both doctor and patient. This practice is an achiever's dream!
Fantastic experience: Dr. Wiseman and his staff are amazing! I highly recommend them!
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Wise Family Practice and couldn't recommend them more highly. They have a friendly and professional staff that get you back on your feet quickly.
Fantastic experience: This place is top notch - highly recommend this practice. Lauren C. is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and considerate. She takes a more natural, holistic approach, which I think is wonderful.
Fantastic experience: I have used Wiseman Family Practice for around 7 years. The staff are amazing and so easy to work with. I am blessed by great patient care and would recommend their services to anyone!
Fantastic experience: Finally!!! This place truly embodies Integrative Medicine. They truly look to find the source of an issue and heal, rather than just treating symptoms. Lauren is great and spent plenty of time trying to get the full picture of my health. Sometimes a long wait to talk to anyone on the phone, but otherwise well-managed and personable.
Fantastic experience: I have had Dr Richard Wiseman as my family doctor since 1978. He retired last year, and now I see Lauren Colletti, who is magnificent. I feel very cared for within the practice. They are prompt, kind, personal, and extremely well educated. Highly recommended.
