Negative experience: Bad experience with my nutrition counselor. Tried to contact Owner/Director, who I saw in commercials and ads. She had nothing to do with me and kept referring me back to the counselor. I wouldn't refer anybody to this business. 8/15/25 update. My review is several years old. The owner knows my situation. Lawyers were involved. To have a niave reply now is a joke and of course looks good online for the company. I stand by my review.

Fantastic experience: After being diagnosed with acid reflux on top of having high cholesterol and seven food allergies, I knew I needed to make some dietary and lifestyle changes. I went to Nutritional Healing for a free consult and signed up for a gut health program that revealed my high cholesterol was caused by my diet and not genetics. The acid reflux issues I was experiencing were likely due to several factors, including diet and microbiome issues. The team suspected that my food allergies that popped up out of nowhere four years ago were likely due to parasites. Due to their recommendations, I have completely changed my eating habits and have diligently followed the plan they created for me. It took some time to adjust to this new lifestyle, but it has been worth it. I have never felt better in my life. My acid reflux is better, my cholesterol is lower, and recent allergy test results showed that I only slightly reacted to two foods this time vs. seven. In my opinion, these results are miraculous! My general practitioner and immunologist were skeptical about me doing this functional medicine program, but the proof is in the results. I cannot thank Kimberly, Brooke, Hollie, and the entire Nutritional Healing team enough for completely changing my life from the inside out…for the better!

After years of frustrating dead ends with traditional doctors and spending $12-20k annually in medical bills without any clear answers and more medications, I finally found Nutritional Healing. They have consistently been able to uncover the root causes of my symptoms and genuinely understand the connections behind health issues that were previously unexplained. Every time a health concern has come up, they’ve been able to help me heal and regain my quality of life. Negative experience: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DON'T DO IT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY. THEY JUST PUT YOU ON A DIET. THAT'S WHAT THEIR "PLAN" IS. The disappointing thing about this place is that you are not told that you are going to be placed on a super restrictive diet. I signed up for food sensitivity. While I found out what was causing my inflammation, it is ridiculous to expect a person can make drastic changes overnight. And they are drastic changes. While I will continue to do the best I can, I cannot wait until this 6 months and 10 appts are over. I believe the staff do the best they can. They are very knowledgeable and its not easy telling someone they have to change their diet for better health.. However, the initial consultation should disclose the fact that you may have to be on a very strict diet for a long time. We all know that strict diets are not sustainable. Drastic change comes with time, not overnight. Maybe after my sessions are done I will feel better, but right now I feel like I made a very expensive mistake. Save your money, or at least find out what you r getting into. They don't tell you. Their "plan" is really an unreasonably restrictive diet. Go thru ur dr to get a food sensitivity test. Nutritional Healing expects way too much at once and for months. Its not sustainable. They are exorbitantly priced and are not forthright about their program. So, after 1 appt I did not go back. I was so miserable with the limited amount of food I could eat, that I just didn't go back after my first appt. The counselor I was assigned to was very young and sweet, but I should have been paired up with someone that was close to my age. I wrote this bad review and i was super pissed about the exorbitant amount of money I paid, but no one at Nutritional Healing seemed to care. No one followed up with me. No one called to see if they could work with me. No one cared because why? Because I paid up front...A LOT OF MONEY. I strongly considered taking them to small claims court and suing them. Still might do it.

Positive experience: I’ve loved working with Erin on my gut issues! She’s very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my many questions with a smile and provided additional information when needed. I learned a lot about nutrition and the many places that gluten is hidden. After 9 months, I still have occasional symptoms, but nothing like before. The program and supplements are expensive, though I did not check out other providers so I have nothing to compare it to. I’m glad I was able to afford it because my traditional healthcare team had no answers and that was unsettling.

Fantastic experience: Nutritional Healing was the BEST choice of my life! I lost 80ish pounds which was amazing but more importantly my health has changed for the better! I am no longer on my acid reflux medication and it has helped with my anxiety as well! My nutritionist Hollie has been there to support and help me with ideas on what to eat through my food sensitivities and gut health issues. I have loved my time over the last year and have continued with a monthly membership help my journey!

Positive experience: Hello. I am a 61 year old woman who has struggled with weight and cholesterol issues the past 6 years. I was hesitant on investing in this program because I am a caregiver and didn't think i would have enough energy to put into it. Although I know I am the one who has to put forth the effort in following the program to see results, i feel the clinician's support and encouragement means a lot to me as well. Getting the check up emails, maybe a phone call here and there asking how I am doing. Is there anything I can do ? That is what keeps me motivated. I did not have that when I first started. I didn't feel I got the encouragement I needed at first. It was only halfway through the program my clinician left the company, and someone else took over for him that i got the encouragement I needed. Erin has been wonderful ❤️ Her positive attitude and kindness made the difference for me to pick myself back up and try harder. She is to be commended for all her hard work. Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the helpful guidance I received from Kim at my initial consultation and from Holly on the visits that followed. Holly was so knowledgeable about sharing information with me about the importance of eating whole foods, and where to shop to locate the healthier food options. She also shared recipes, articles and internet resources that were very beneficial to my success. I appreciated having the lab work and food sensitivity testing results explained so well, and any questions I had were always answered. I learned to avoid the foods that caused inflammation in my body and that was a key part of helping me to feel much healthier and happier. Losing over 30 lbs. in the process was an added bonus. This journey to better health was well worth it. Kim and Holly were both encouraging and provided a very positive experience for me. I highly recommend Nutritional Healing to anyone!

Negative experience: I live just over an hour away and every appointment was measurements and talking about “what we will discuss during our next appointment”. Never got recipes, discussions of what changes are wise. Very disappointed. Hate seeing the commercials!!

Fantastic experience: I am a 65-year-old woman who has had gut issues pretty much all my life and decided to come in for my free consultation. It is an investment, but I don't think you can put a price tag on your health, and I am not one to take drugs, so this was a perfect fix for me. From the first day I met my counselor, I couldn't have been happier! I was blessed to have Hollie join me on my journey of healing, her compassion, understanding, caring, and wealth of knowledge made me feel I was certainly in the right place. She just cares so much and wants to help you feel better. All the tests I had done through Western medicine never came up with what the real problem was, after one gut panel Hollie knew exactly what my problem was along with a few other things and my journey with Nutritional Healing began. I looked forward to every month's meeting with her and the next step. I can tell you that anyone who thinks you have to have drugs to heal needs to come in for a free consultation! Nutrition and supplements WORK! I am feeling better than I have in many years. As I near the end of my time with Hollie I know she will always be here for me and has offered up what I can continue to do to care for myself. I cannot say enough about Hollie or the people at Nutritional Healing; friendly and caring. One of the best decisions I made and am very thankful I did. One place of improvement would be to mention to your clients when they come in for their free consult is that any supplements, they may need are an extra cost. I was not aware that supplements were at my expense.

Fantastic experience: I am facing knee replacement surgery and I joined Nutritional Healing to work on making my body stronger coming out of recuperation for healing strength. I learned so much about how my body functions and surprised at the food that was causing my gut problems. It is not intended to be a weight loss program, but the pounds fall off naturally when you feed your body what it really needs. The whole time I was going through the program I never felt like I was "missing out" on anything. Keeping your mindset on your "why" is imperative to success. I am definitely feeling the difference in my gut health and the food choices are intentional. They have provided so many good recipes and opened my eyes to food items I didn't even know existed. Fantastic experience: When I came to NH I was so run down I was sleeping 16 hours a day and waking up exhausted. My doctor refused to give me the correct test to diagnose what was actually wrong. I complained for 2 years finally I decided to give NH a try. They ran the necessary test to find out exactly what was wrong and put me on a herbal protocol and changed my diet. Something amazing happened. Within 1 1/2 months I started waking up refreshed in the morning. No more sleeping my life away and feeling like I was dying. It was the best decision I ever made!!

Fantastic experience: I just had my last session with Erin today, which started over 6 months ago. My experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Erin and the staff at NH are great to work with and are very knowledgeable in their profession. I learned how to evaluate products that are healthier to eat, which allowed me to eat better and healthier. I lost 30 pounds and feel much better. Fantastic experience: I am a signed on client of about a month now and I am so so excited and optimistic for my road to optimal health. I desperately wanted to know what EXACTLY I was battling against with food sensitivities, not just the basic "avoid bad things". I think that can be hugely disheartening - especially when you do your best to avoid normal triggering foods but there are still a handful of things in your diet you don't even know send you into an inflammatory response and you continue fighting a losing battle. I got my blood test results back and while I know it will be hard to remove certain things for a few months, it is so empowering to have control of giving my body a much needed reset. Every single person I have met at Nutritional Healing is your biggest fan and cheerleader. They are so knowledgeable and passionate it is infectious! The program is an investment, it is hard work, but what better investment than into your own health instead of paying doctor bills in the future if they can be avoided. Fantastic experience: My husband initiated the appointment for himself. He was determined. He now feels better after losing 40 pounds in 6 months and off one of his blood pressure meds. We have 10 more pounds to go. After his blood test we were given a food list. If it wasn't on the list you didn't eat it. I was impressed as usually you get a food list of what not to eat. To get started, we bought everything on the list we liked and planned meals and snacks. There is alot of food to choose from including meat fruit, vegetables and dairy. Every meeting with Nutritional Healing we were given ideas of what alternate food to eat. Example: a healthy ketchup, mayonnaise, and healthy cooking oils. This was a totaling different way of cooking as previously I was known as "The casserole queen". It really is easy and results came fast since we followed the food list 99% of the time. Great experience and hope to continue with a maintenance program now that our contract is over.

Fantastic experience: If you do Nutritional Healing you will finally know what it feels like to feel “good”. I don’t think people really know how good they can feel and once you cut out the inflammation in your body you will truly understand how you’re supposed to feel. Fantastic experience: I went to Nutritional Healing for the first time about 10 years ago. My annual blood work showed that some things were no longer in the range: cholesterol, triglycerides, creatinine, and thyroid function. My doctor called me to come in but I knew she would want to put me on medication like my siblings. I asked her to give me 6 months to turn this around. Well, it only took 3 months at Nutritional Healing. Kim educated me on food labels, set up a food plan, and held me accountable with a food journal and body composition testing. My next annual blood work showed not only were all of my numbers within range but close to the mid-point of every range. Last year, I donated a portion of my liver which included the removal of my gallbladder. I went back to Nutritional Healing and worked with Hollie to get assistance on how my food plan might be adjusted to accommodate not having a gallbladder. And, again experienced amazing results! The nutritionists at Nutritional Healing are so educated, caring, thorough, compassionate, and willing to do whatever it takes to help meet my goals. Fantastic experience: FINALLY FOUND ANSWERS AFTER 7 YEARS OF BEING CHRONICALLY ILL! I can’t put into words how thankful I am for Nutritional Healing. Irritable Bowel Syndrome… GONE Heartburn and Acid Reflex/GERD… GONE Gastritis… GONE Long haul symptoms from COVID (chronic cough, fatigue, congestion)… GONE Chronic Migraines… GONE Symptoms similar to Endometriosis… IMPROVED Seasonal Allergies… IMPROVED All my prescription medication… NO LONGER NEEDED I have more energy. I went from working 10 hours being chronically ill to 32 hours plus going to college thanks to Nutritional Healing’s help. They also are helping me with a cyst that was found recently in my breast. How AMAZING. When I tell you I have tried EVERYTHING at the doctor I mean it. (5 endoscopies, 2 colonoscopies, gastric emptying study, esophageal, PH test, esophageal manometry test) with no answers as to why I have heartburn, acid reflex, gastritis, and IBS. I was just given medication for 7 years that made my symptoms prolonged and miserable. I had at least 5 doctors that dismissed my symptoms and made it clear they did not want to help me. A gastroenterologist at the hospital made me cry because he said nothing was wrong with me and to ignore my symptoms. I even went to a different gastroenterologist at Froedtert Hospital and was told my symptoms could be worse so they can’t help me. I have also gone to a nutritionist through a hospital, and they were very generic with no help at all. I heard about Nutritional Healing through my professor at college. Thank the Lord I set up that consultation with Kim! Since then, we were able to improve my symptoms without prescription medication. This takes time, patience, and perseverance. It’s not an easy fix or magic pill that will cure everything. I made dramatic lifestyle changes that my body needed. It’s important to stick with those lifestyle changes so the body can heal and get better. It was an investment that I am proud of. Kim recommended some testing, and I was scared nothing would come back because that is what always would happen at the hospital. My doctors in the past convinced me it was all in my head and nothing was wrong with me, but I know my body best and something was wrong. Their testing confirmed all my symptoms from my chronic health problems and some health issues I didn’t even notice until we went over the results. I followed through with the program and recommendations Nutritional Healing recommended for me. I think it’s amazing how much we have accomplished since May! Fantastic experience: THIS WAS A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE FOR ME I worked with Phil for several months to work on my food sensitivities to combat my anxiety. First off, I did not realize that a structured diet was such a huge contributor to a person’s mental health. Sure you can make a structured diet on your own but then you don’t have a Phil (or any other of the amazing nutrition counselors) available to analyze your test results, help create a diet that is most beneficial to your own mind and body, and regular body composition tests to ensure that you actually are getting better. I loved my entire experience there and my counselor was so helpful, friendly and easy to work with. When I had my initial consultation with Kim, she was super friendly, knowledgeable and truly passionate about helping others. I loved hearing that the whole team bounces ideas off of eachother when making individual plans for their clients; I was also hooked on the idea that you work with one counselor throughout your entire plan and that they do body composition tests at each of your appointments to show your progress instead of you just guessing weather or not you’re feeling better. All of this hooked me on this program- and I’m glad I went with it. Like mentioned above, this was a life changing experience. This gave me a noticeably better quality of life by combating my anxiety. I’ve been suffering from extreme anxiety my entire life and I have not had a single panic attack since starting this program MONTHS ago. I recommend this experience to anybody that is trying to find a way to better their quality of life. And once again, Phil was an AMAZING counselor and truly helped to CHANGE MY LIFE! Fantastic experience: I went to Nutritional Healing as a last resort before starting Accutane to cure my severe acne. Brooke guided me through a food sensitivity test and I immediately felt better after following her instructions. I learned a ton about nutrition and the "why" of my health problems. She cheered me on and supported me the entire way. Not only did I get my acne under control, but almost every health issue I was dealing with prior improved. Because of Brooke and Nutritional Healing, I found my passion for health and wellness and am now studying nutrition in college. I hope to one day change people's lives like Brooke did for me!

Fantastic experience: Nutritional Healing has given me my life back. 8 years ago my diagnosis was to have a bag put on my side because my bowels were damaged. Went to Nutritional Healing and with there awesome program and wonderful staff coaching I changed my diet and followed the program. Was rough at times but so worth it. I am 75. Take no medication, my bowels work well, and have more energy than I 've ever had. So glad I stayed on the program even through the rough times. Great program and Staff. Fantastic experience: I went to Nutritional Healing for help with lowering my cholesterol. I’ve done the food sensitivity tests, followed their program, took the appropriate supplements, parasite detox, and GIMap. My nutritionist was so supportive through this whole process, listened to everything I had to say, gave great suggestions, and I always left feeling and knowing I could do this. My cholesterol has improved greatly and I feel great. I’d rather take the supplements which have no side effects versus taking medications with horrible side effects. Fantastic experience: After doing my food sesitivity tests and my follow up visits I have changed the way I eat and what and how I eat. Now I have lost weight and gained energy I didn't think I could get anymore. I can't thank the people at Nutritional Healing enough. All I had to do was follow their instructions and everything they said worked just like they said it would again thank you.

Negative experience: Do NOT waste your money! Do not sign there agreement. It in no way protects you if the program is not for you! My experience was jut terrible with them. They make promises of personalized plans but is nothing more than them charging astronomical fees and then push their supplements which is more money. The office manager and the owner were the worst. The office manager said she spent hours on my program (which was just pushing supplements) and she did not know a critical piece of information which was in my file! They are not part of BBB which I am sure is intentional because they would have so many complaints they could not stay in business! I had such high hopes for this place and it was nothing more than a disappointment and a very costly mistake! I rest my case by your response. You take no responsibility for your inefficiencies and a business model of trying to get as much money as possible with as little work as possible. I have talked to others that have had similar experiences with you. I will continue to spread the word of your horrible business practices. I will always take responsibility for my actions unlike you and your sham of a business you are running. Shame on you for taking peoples hard earned money with nothing in return.

Negative experience: This is not a good program although the staff in nice and somewhat knowledgeable all you are essentially getting is a calorie restricted diet don't waste your money on this it is no different than just a counting calorie diet. If you eat a poor diet they may help you transition to better choices but if you already have a healthy diet this is again a waste of money.

Negative experience: I submitted a request for a free consult and was never contacted. So i went somewhere else.

Positive experience: I joined hoping to be educated and learn a new lifestyle. I was given a VERY strict diet, but the nutritionist did work with me so I had some items I liked. All was going well until I got super sick- my nutritionist didn’t really know how to help me. I started eating carbs again and felt better so I ended up eating more- back to my old diet and weight came back. Had my nutritionist told me this was like a Keto diet and over time it would go away I would have kept going. I paid thousand of dollars for a super strict diet and although super nice, my nutritionist really didn’t help me in the end. A lot of money for basic information and restrictions. UPDATE: The sensitivity testing was interesting how I react to egg whites, butternut squash (severe), and other items- not sure how a body reacts to mellow items like these? I never felt a reaction when I ate those foods in the past. However, I decided to try the program to focus on my health. I followed the diet very strictly and came in with questions and bought the products suggested. I had to choose certain items from a list to eat. I came in and asked for direction when I was feeling very ill and ended up in the ER due to extreme stomach pain (which is not some place I go unless it is an emergency). There was no answer or real direction for me- the staff was always nice and welcoming, but I feel a nutritionist should have known it was like the ‘Keto flu’ and directed me as needed. I have been thinking of writing a review for awhile when I see the commercials and finally decided too- your program is decent but expensive and it’s the same process as when I did the program so my feedback is still valid I feel.

Fantastic experience: THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH AND NUTRITIONAL NEEDS NOT YOUR $$$!!! I went in for a free consultation with none other than Kim yesterday and for the first time in my life I left a place with ANSWERS YAY! A true sense of HOPE and understanding I finally believe to have found a way out of the mess I have been put through for over a decade!! Diagnosed in April 2011 with Lupus I have been searching for answers EVERYWHERE! Knocking on many doors trying many different things. I have been prescribe more than a dozen different types of pain medications from methadone to morphine, more than a dozen different kinds of auto immune suppressants, things such as prednisone causing me osteoporosis, and being diagnosed throughout the years with a handful of different illnesses. Each w/o cause or reason…I’ve taken it upon my self to find “natural” and “holistic” answers to my problems, (since my team of 7 different specialists couldn’t give them to me) to heal and feel semi normal. I have tried everything and anything to feel better, chiropractors, acupuncture, fasting, juicing, diet programs, dieticians, KETO, weight watchers such programs etc…feeling like I could hit rock bottom at any moment now…I was decided to look into NUTRITIONAL HEALING. I am excited to announce I plan on “taking on a 6mo semester in nutrition” as Kim put in words and enroll in the Advanced Healing Therapeutics program which fits me and following a simple plan which Kim explain extremely well to my mother and I at the free conversation with her. (It truly was a conversation☺️) One of my goals to lose weight and feel great. As well as the incredible support they will provide to me such as, recipes, customize meal plans all based on my own blood test RESULTS!!! This felt like what I have searching for…for over a decade. Negative experience: I was only offered three options a $3k, $4k or $5k payment. I called the next day to cancel and they refused. I explained that I was desperate for health answers however, I shouldn’t have signed up because I was out of work for over two months due to COVID-19. I am facing surgery and six more weeks off work. This company couldn’t care less. SAVE YOURSELVES and DO NOT CONSIDER this company! After charging me $3000 you would think the staff members would shower!!!! Positive experience: Kim is super and easy to talk too. She makes it seem like you have been friends for years and easy to open up to and get down to the nitty gritty. The pricing is a little high, but they will work with you on payment plans to a certain extent.

Positive experience: I have heard good things about their services, however after I paid, their follow through and communication was absent. Disappointed Kim and Team, I agree that the issue has been resolved through communication from both parties. Thank you. Negative experience: Tried to cancel contract after 4 business days because of unforeseen medical expenses. No sympathy, just the fact that they’ll continue to draw money out of my account for the next ten months. I haven’t even been to one appointment. I’ll be out an additional $600 over the next 10 months to be told things I could just ask my primary care doctor. Save the money. Don’t sign a damn thing.

Negative experience: Spent over $1200 for the testing and after the consultation they would not return phone calls or emails for assistance.

Negative experience: People were nice. However, the "program" is essentially a very-low-cal diet in which you eat healthy home-made foods and keep track of everything eaten. Sorry, but don't waste thousands on what amounts to a low-cal diet of healthy foods that can be achieved for free. The important point is that most people can't maintain this severe caloric restriction longterm. Absolutely no focus on anything else and no epiphanies here. My suggestion...save your money and restrict portions and calories. You will achieve exactly the same results.
