Az Endocrinology Center: Reviews

Negative experience: Dr. Menon is good but her assistant and some of the front office staff are not very helpful. They don’t take any actions on their side, I had to reach out 3 times before I even got a response and the response was, she didn’t have my file and didn’t know what I needed. Now, instead of pressuring the hospital for my results, they keep putting it on me even though I have tried already. So disappointing how little they care.

Negative experience: If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! I came in Aug 25th extremely symptomatic with my hyperthyroidism, so much so that the NP wanted to start me on medication’s before even getting my labs checked. She thought better of it and had my labs drawn in house. On August 27, I went to the ER due to my symptoms and the providers there started me on the medication that I needed. All of my labs from the doctors office had resulted by that Thursday, August 27 and I received ZERO follow up. I waited to see if they would contact me and finally by September 16th I decided to call the office myself. Below is a screenshot of the transcription of the voicemail that was left for me by the NP basically saying that they don’t get lab results within 30 minutes of the patient having them drawn, which I am well aware of. That does not excuse the fact that it had been over two weeks and they still hadn’t called to follow up. I had to call them! If you value your well-being, do not trust this place with your “care” if that’s what you can even call what they’re doing there

Negative experience: I didn't leave a review originally when I left their office back in February. But I received a new referral for a specific Doctor at this office. They informed me I no longer allowed to see any Doctors from this office. Of course I will tell my primary. But now that I know how this place does business I will share my thoughts. Dr Chung taught me nothing about my disease. I was newly diagnosed and anytime I had a question he would not provide a clear answer. He was often late for appointments, the front desk constantly got my name wrong. I was a second class citizen to this office. They even messed up my blood work once. I had to go back and give more blood. They also had the wrong last name on my labs once. And after getting upset with this facility and trying to part ways (which they made impossible) I responded poorly. And because of my poor response, they decided I am no longer worth saving, even with another doctor. Well I hope the people seen here get better care and respect I never received. Be careful.

Negative experience: In my case as well, I had to give blood test two times, and for 1-2 months I received no responses, and I had to go there myself and sort it out. The blood test results had to be picked up in person, and there were no responses over the phone or by email. The app isn’t working, and I couldn’t register. 4 months ago I’ve stopped the treatment and I can’t restart it because I’m waiting for a response from the doctors, for my 3rd times blood test results but I haven’t received any answers. Administration, Please take a look at the comments, as almost everyone has similar complaints!

Negative experience: Been going her over 10 years and it has really gone down hill. Appointments are consistently late by well over an hour (eg I waited in the room for 90 minutes last time 1 month ago and I’m waiting in the room rn and my appointment time was over an hour ago at 2:45 and it’s currently ten till 4 and no dr yet). There’s always 3 times as many staff than patients. I just don’t get what they’re doing here. And they struggle with getting insurance approvals for meds. Oh and good luck ever talking to a person when you call. It’s 100% leave a voicemail or a message online in the patient portal.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend anyone with Type 2 Diabetes to seek treatment in this office. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. The doctors are not supportive or helpful. My physician refused to fill out my intermittent FMLA forms allowing me to go to my appointments and lab work. Also forcing me to take a drug that had been linked to cancer in the pancreas. Steer clear of this office unless you want a quick trip to the graveyard.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous to attend my appointment after reading so many negative reviews, but I had a very positive experience. It was frustrating to make appointment since their answers for answering the phone is not easily available, but once I got through the process was smooth. Had one of the first appointments of the day, they were very timely, answered my questions and had me on my way quickly. Labs done right on site, which was also a quick process. Results available on the portal, just ask how to get signed up.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient at AZ Endocrinology for over 20 years and have seen four different doctors during that time. I now believe I’ve been misdiagnosed as a type 2 diabetic, when I more likely have MODY — a monogenic form of diabetes estimated to affect 1–5% of diabetics. Alarmingly, 50–90% of MODY cases are misdiagnosed as either type 1 or type 2. After my daughter tested positive for MODY (a condition she could only have inherited from me), I requested a preauthorization for genetic testing so I could be tested as well. That request was denied. The rationale given was that MODY is a genetic condition and therefore “outside their scope,” despite the fact that it falls squarely under the diabetes umbrella. If you have a lower BMI, a history of gestational diabetes, or if medications and lifestyle changes haven’t kept your A1C below 7.0, I encourage you to research MODY — because AZ Endocrinology likely won’t. According to them, they’ve tested just one patient for MODY, and that was years ago. Rather than explore the root cause, they continue treating patients with a one-size-fits-all type 2 diabetes approach, which may lead to suboptimal or ineffective care. I’m now ending my two-decade relationship with this practice. I’ll be paying out of pocket for my MODY test — not because my insurance won’t cover it, but because AZ Endocrinology refuses to submit the required preauthorization. Once I confirm my diagnosis, I will seek out a provider who is informed, open-minded, and willing to pursue an accurate diagnosis rather than making assumptions.

Negative experience: Dr. Maja Davidson is very unprofessional, rude, and unpleasant to say the very least. Don't waste your time at this place for I've never experienced anything like this prior. Not once but twice should could not communicate to me my lab results correctly. What a waste of time and money.

Negative experience: Wait times are atrocious. Still waiting to go back to see the doctor . Appt. Was at 230 it's 305 now still in waiting area. Wait times are way to long.

Negative experience: I've received numerous referrals directing me to go see Dr. Hanson. I've been trying nearly daily for the better part of the past 2 weeks, and after multiple emails, phone calls, messages - no response to anything. They're either THAT good that they can't return calls for new patients, or this is a sign that I should just steer clear of them moving forward. Based on the other reviews in here, I'm afraid it seems to be the later.. Giving up and going to look somewhere else.

Negative experience: I was originally referred to a thyroid specialist at this facility for an emergent evaluation of a previous test that my PCP and cardiologist was needing. Regardless of the situation, the physician couldn't see me for 2 1/2 months! So I saw another who appeared very knowledgeable on my 1st visit. My second visit was rescheduled for the following month, the my next two visits were combined and rescheduled for another 4 weeks out. Finally, I received notice that, the last appointment needed to be rescheduled. If you don't really need to see a provider, go here. Otherwise go somewhere where you can actually see someone that has time to actually see and treat you.

Positive experience: They have always been good to me, but sometimes they are hard to get a hold of.

K K 4 months ago

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hanson is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in my life. I can tell she’s an extremely genuine and kind person. I will only see her regarding my thyroid issues- she is the only person who didn’t lie to me about the issues that were found on my MRI. - Let me go ahead and add this in for good measure/something like a ‘quote of the day’- RESPECT YOUR ELDERS!!! If it pertains to you take heed, if not then just keep it in mind. :) thank you -KT

Positive experience: If you call, ignore most of what you hear in the recorded message. It's a stark departure from reality. If you call before 9 am it will say the office is closed - but it's not. They open at 7:30. It will also tell you to call during normal business hours which are 7:30 to 4:00. Of course before 9 am you get the office is closed message. The answering service informed me they don't start answering phones before 9 am. The also don't answer phones between 12:00 and 1:30; again, you get the office is closed message. Of course, none of this would matter and I wouldn't know anything about this if they actually called me back like they said they would 3 weeks ago. If you can manage to somehow get in contact with them and get an appointment, they do a pretty good job. That's why three stars. If the care was anything like their customer service it would be 1 star.

Erin Hiebert 5 months ago

Negative experience: I would not recommend coming to this place if you are having urgent health issues. They are clearly having some miscommunication issues between the front office and the doctors, and this has resulted in me having to wait over three weeks for a doctor to order my labs. My first appointment with the endocrinologist was great, but the follow up has been so disappointing and frustrating. Hopefully they can find a way to fix their communication issues, because I really did like my first appointment. Edit: the doctor finally ordered my labs and then the lab wasn’t able to do them when I came in because they didn’t have the supplies… my initial appointment was a month ago! Again… they operate with zero urgency so don’t come here if you need something done quickly.

Cristi 6 months ago

Negative experience: If I could give this place a zero, I would. Trying to get thru to anyone is a challenge. When you do finally get through to someone, they are rude and sound like it's an inconvenience that you have called. I finally saw Dr Sessler and Dr Menon. Dr Sessler was nice and seemed knowledgeable. But Dr Menon, does not know what the heck she is talking about. I'm having all of the symptoms of a thyroid issue and was told that they are not symptoms of a dysfunctional thyroid. I've had multiple other doctors say that it is. She refused to do bloodwork so I had to pay for the expensive full thyroid panel out of pocket, which confirmed there was a problem. This facility does not have the patient's interest in mind. Don't waste your time or money!

Negative experience: This is the worst facility I have ever experienced. I have seen two doctors here but have not received appropriate or timely responses. I informed them that I was running out of my medication, yet despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received my refills. I’ve tried every possible way to contact them—email, the mobile app, and phone—but have received no response. Even the pharmacy has attempted to reach them with no success. Two of my medications require pre-authorization, but they have yet to send it, leaving me without the necessary medication. It seems they don’t care whether I run out or not. In the end, I had to visit the office in person, and now I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes just to get a response.

Fantastic experience: I seen Dr Hanson yesterday at this facility to treat my prediabetes diagnosis, and it was one of the best experiences. It always feels good when you have a doctor who is knowledgeable, caring, and educates. She did not treat me like a number and provided options and alternatives. I left there full of hope, but subtle excitement. Looking forward to my journey with a doctor who cares.

Fantastic experience: I traveled from Colorado Springs, where I could not get in to see an endocrinologist to Phoenix to see Dr. Chet Monder. I am a cancer patient and the chemotherapy I received has caused adrenal insufficiency. The AZ Endocrinology Center got me in quickly, and Dr. Monder was absolutely amazing. We are on the path now to figuring out the entire endocrine issue and getting some resolution. I cannot say enough good things about the AZ Endocrinology Center and Dr. Monder. Thank you!

Negative experience: 90 blood draws, 2 phlebotomists, in 6 hrs. No wonder patient facing folks are always miserable, but it also signals a bigger problem. Check in folks also unhappy, why? Why have digital check in devices been dismantled? Why can you never get a human to answer the phone e or return your voice mail message? Why is there no patient portal?

Tommy Gonzalez-Burgess 8 months ago

Negative experience: I regret going to this facility. It was the biggest waste of my time. I never in my life. Had a doctor. Tell me he didn’t have a magic bullet and that my primary care physician Should’ve told me and he asked me why I was at his office. I don’t know he is allegedly specialist, but I think he’s too old to realize that and it just goes to prove that just because you Have a PhD doesn’t make you intelligent. I was walking out when ithe last dumbest thing, he said when I was getting up and walking out with my back to him was he would refund me half of my fee I was again insulted by this man, total lack of intelligence and the ability to use the brain that God gave him to figure out that it’s not about money. I wasted 2.5 hours of my day That’s what I won’t back not some chump $25 I just wanted to get away from that poor excuse of a Doctor, don’t go there.

Negative experience: I still had medication from my previous doctor (from 90 day supply). I have only seen Dr. Ariya 2 times. My first visit lasted 10 mins. At this visit I told my husband I wasn’t sure if I would return. He told me to give her another chance. My second visit was only 5 mins. I was very unhappy with her attitude and rushing my appointment and quite frankly, not giving a care about me. At both visits she told me just to call her office for refills. I called in 20 days ago to get my medication refilled. The person took my request and said he would send in my request and have my meds refilled. A few days go by which is fine because I called them in a week before I was to run out. They never called my meds in. The office had closed for the holiday as I was a week without my insulin. I called the after hours bc I needed my insulin. Nobody ever returned my call. I then left a few massages and on message to the records department to forward my records to a new doctor. Then, I get a call back from someone who was very rude and condescending. She never offered an apology. 20 days later, still don’t have my medication. Steer clear of this place, they treat their patients like cattle and they don’t care if you have your insulin or not.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Srividya Ariyan and she helped me secure a medication I was definitely needing. She understood my needs and wants and worked to support me. Aman, from the prior authorization department, was also AMAZINGGG!! I felt bad that my insurance kept giving me and her problems getting my medication approved, but she worked diligently to get my medication squared away. Very professional and KIND!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I went on one visit with Dr. Ann Nguyen and she requested I do several blood and lab tests. One of the tests was a 24 hour test. I went through all this hassle to complete the lab tests and she didn't even have the courtesy to go over the results with me. She was supposed to have a follow-up with me but the office said it would be fine to do it over a phone call. I called and left about three voicemails and was able to get her assistant on the line twice. I was told she would call me back and she never did. My lab results came back abnormal and I still never heard back to this day. This is not the kind of establishment that is has legitimacy because they will probably never call you back after your first visit. It's actually quite a dangerous disposition to be in.

Negative experience: Terrible communication - No one will pick up their phones! You can try for hours but can hear option to leave a message. And YES, I was calling there at businnes hours, not at lunch time that they have for 1.5 hours! Great job.

Fantastic experience: I got referred to this office and I have had great experiences each and every time. Whether it's been on the phone, in the office, or at the lab, I have had wonderful customer service and care from all members of this establishment. Dr. Ariyan was so sweet and kind during my visits. She encouraged me that I would be able to get my health issues fixed and get my life back. She referred me to a surgeon, Dr. Boone, to get my hyperparathyroidism taken care of. I am now on the road to recovery and I can't thank Dr. Ariyan and the sweet lab techs enough for their care and reassurance that they would help me get better. I would recommend them to anyone in need of endocrinology care.

Negative experience: What a horrible place. Had to wait 45 minutes for the doctor to see me. This was not a one time occurrence either. Doctor has zero bedside manners and was incredibly rude. Didn’t even apologize or say anything about being late to see me. I heard him next door with some other patient so pretty sure they double book patients. When I told him I was super tired as one of my symptoms, he said “well, maybe you’re just tired” and shrugged. He offered no solutions after waiting 3 months to see him. Spent 10 min with a doctor who made me wait and didn’t offer anything positive. Don’t go here!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. I called few weeks ago to schedule my appointment. It was scheduled for November 6, which was the closest date (it's September now). My husband got concerned that I have to wait for so long to be seen and called today to see if there are any cancellations. Turns out there is no appointment for me in the system!!! Crazy, just crazy. I didn't catch the lady's name,I wish I did. People like that should be fired on the spot. Now they scheduled me for December... The doctor was always nice, no complains.

Negative experience: WORSE EXPERIENCE…they ask you to check in early for whatever reason I have no idea. My appointment was for 10:30 and I wasn’t seen until 11:30. I waited 30 minutes after the procedure and the doctor still hadn’t came and spoke with me. So I left. HEALTHCARE IN THE USA IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE!!! Very displeased patient

Negative experience: The billing number provided by the main phone line has an Indian lady answer who doesn’t understand what I’m saying and says she can’t find my account. They billed the wrong insurance which was odd because I have my updated insurance info beforehand and they took a copy at the appointment. The billing lady said call the insurance company and I tried to tell her that was useless as they didn’t make the mistake the billing department did and she just needs to update the insurance info. When you try to call the office directly you can not speak to a person because it’s just an answering machine. I don’t know if anyone will call back because when I originally left a voicemail to make an appointment it took about a month for someone to call me to be scheduled another two months out. The doctor I see told me to message her on the portal, but her name is not in the drop down menu for the portal messages so I sent it to someone else asking for help, no response yet. The doctor herself was good.

Negative experience: I kept giving them chances, so I have a long list of complaints. Dr Dolinar brought up politics multiple times during my visits with him. I received 3 different, contradicting, diagnosis from 1 test result. I've showed up to appointments just to be told they were cancelled. Dr Dolinar recently changed my treatment, and shortly after my phone lost compatibility to the treatment, resulting in my blood sugars being extremely high daily. I attempted to send messages through the website and voicemails that all seemed to be ignored. I called to try to make an urgent appointment and was told to wait for a response on the messages that I sent a week prior. When I finally a response, it was simply to make an appointment nearly 3 months out. As the appointment approached, I got a call that my appointment was canceled, and they wanted to push me out 2 more months. This would be 6 months without any proper treatment while begging to be seen or helped. They only order labs AFTER each visit instead of before, then discuss them at your next appointment 3-6 months later, so every medical decision is made using outdated information.

Positive experience: Never waited long for my appointment time. However, the check in process is odd and the doctors rush in and out very quickly.

Negative experience: I traveled 4hrs to see Dr. Ariyan. I unfortunately had my 2kids with me and after we left out of there and got in the car my 17yr old stated "She talks very aggressively and didn't allow you to talk. Im sorry you had to go through that. How are you supposed to get help when your not even listened to?" Very dissapointing. I could've stayed in Kingman for that inadequacy and payed less. Waited 2mths for this appointment in high hopes of being treated different. It was like being grilled by a lawyer. Then would talk over me when i tried to explain. No compassion what so ever. It's unfortunate how arrogant the healthcare field has gotten. We used to work with the patient on their healthcare plan to achieve better health. Its not about the doctor its about helping the patient live a better quality of life. At the end of the day I paid for her to aggressively talk to me in front of my children. I had to be the bigger person and just stop talking. I work 2 full time jobs in the healthcare field so I can put my kid through college and if I wouldve continued to listen to doctors like her I wouldn't be able to lift my head, move or be on disability from the medication that was prescribed to me. I was able to keep my blood pressure normal, quit caffeine, quit dairy and gluten all while working 3rd shift and having 3 autoimmune diseases. I researched her on my insurance it said 4 stars. I think not. It's a reason why they only rank 2 stars on google.

Fantastic experience: I’ll been diabetic for 11 years and only 2 doctors help me and i think cared about my situation, after loosing my first Doctor because she move to hawai, thank God they send me a new one. Shes an angel, Ill been dealing this A1C forever. I started seing NP Elena Klamova last November and Started for 9.8 A1c i struggled alot for this situation but she’s patiently helping me and push me to change and reach my goal. From proper modication plus regular check up I ended up not having to take insulin in future. I am very happy for the outcome I feel someone is care. After 6 months medication and motivation from her, from 9.8 A1C to 7.6 A1C To be honest this is the first time that I always excited to see my results for 11 years that seems nobody care. I am really blessed to have her!!! Thank you so much definitely recommend her as a care provider.

Negative experience: I am so confused about this place that I am frustrated. when I do go for my appointments they are about 5 minutes long and when I have a real problem or need to change my appointment it's always a recorded message and they will get back to you in 48 to 72 hours.

Negative experience: Going to the actual office for the appointment is fine. But the number for billing issues suck. I accidentally sent money twice to for my latest appointment on accident, and called the number on my mail about the billing. Yesterday, I gave the information to an Indian lady in the phone, saying the transaction didn't go through and to call again the next day. So, today, I called again. An Indian over phone said he couldn't find my acount! What the hell? How inconsistent is that? I highly recommend contact the office for billing questions, I'm pretty sure they're scammers and will only was your time!

Positive experience: The front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful. The medical assistant for Dr Monder was very nice conversational. She made me feel at ease. However dealing with Dr Monder was the opposite. He was very rude . I felt like a burden to him. He did not let me explain anything. He told me straight to my face that he did not want me as a patient. I walked out feeling hopeless. Thank you to his medical assistant for flagging me down to see if I wanted to see another dr. I was hesitant but decided why not. She worked with the medical assistant for Dr Menon to get me seen right away. Dr Menon was so personable and sweet. Her medical assistant was so nice and sweet. I appreciate all they did for me to make sure I was seen and taken care of. Dr Monder did nothing. If you go here and they schedule you with Dr Monder please ask for another Dr so you do not have to go through what I went through. Thank you again to both medical assistants for your kindness and apologizing even though you did not have to for how rude Dr Monder was. You guys are awesome.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time or money here!!!! The endocrinologist saw me for a total of 10 minutes. Within the first two minutes, she told me there was nothing she could do for me. She didn't ask any questions about my symptoms or offer any sort of treatment advice. She ordered a lab test and when the results were in, I got a phone call from the nurse saying everything was normal. That was it. Not a single ounce of care or treatment was given to me. It's fraud and theft charging any patient for an appointment with Dr. Ariyan.

Negative experience: Do not recommend going here. It’s impossible to make an appointment even with a referral. Even when I (and my doctor) communicated how urgently I needed an appointment scheduled, I did not get a return call until a month later (even though they say 72 hours). Most of the staff were nice but very average experience when I did see the doctor. I could tell they didn’t read my notes from previous appointments and it was difficult to clarify things when you cannot get a human on the phone.

Fantastic experience: It is hard to find an Endocrinology in the entire state with reviewed highe than 3/5 stara and I have always found that concerning. I was worried to start here because of the reviews but this is who my primary care provider recommended. I have nothing but great things to say about this office. They worked with me to reschedule appointments when I was out of the country, checkin process is seamless, they remind me of my appointments, and most of all Dr. Davidson is a wonderful provider. It is obvious she cares for her patients, listened to my concerns, and took the time to walk through options with me. The laboratory is on site which makes blood tests very simple. Couldn't recommend a better doctor or a better endocrinologist

Negative experience: The office needs a new manager! I have called three times change an appointment left messages waited 72 hours for a return call and still no response. Last year Dr Davison change my thyroid medicine I did not get a call informing me either did my pharmacy until until I need to renew the prescription eight months later, then was informed by a office staff person that I should learn to read my portal! I guess they expect my pharmacist to read my portal as well

Negative experience: I have been calling for over a month and no one picks up the phone nor calls back. Time for me to find a new doctor.

Negative experience: Take forever to fill prescriptions and once filled, there are almost always errors - despite telling them that I pay out of pocket. Communications with office staff is a nightmare and you'll find out very quickly, they are truly incompetent. The doctor I see does not seem to care and never even remembers who I am during my visits. Overall, AZ Endo is a disaster. Do yourself a huge favor and find a different ENDO!!

Negative experience: I was a patient for 5 years here, seen Dr Menon. Dr Menon is nice, and she is thorough, however she’s been thru several MA’s, and the current 1, is something to be desired. I’m giving this a 2 star, as some of the office staff need to find a different job. They are rude, careless, pushy, condescending, and truly have no “bed side manner”. When scheduling an appt, I was HU on, because the gal put me on mute (instead of hold) and got her feelings hurt, when I said I needed to find a new Dr, and that I like the Dr but not her staff. I live 2 hrs 1 way from this office, and have been able to make Video appts, but this wasn’t good enough, so she proceeded to push me to make an in person appt. I was also dropped as a patient and not told why until I called. If you can find another Endocrinologist, please do. The low stars speak for itself.

Fantastic experience: Dr. V. and Nurse Practitioner Fostino are marvelous and thorough--they talk with you not at you!!! The Support Staff are helpful and really, really great at getting back to me if I have to leave a message or if they have to call back. The office itself is very clean and comfortable. All in all, going here for care is wonderful change from some medical offices that I have been to!!!

Negative experience: Forgot about this place until I got a text stating a had an appointment - an appointment I didn't make. I am never going to go here again after my first appointment in April - I've been diagnosed with a thyroid disorder and my most recent labs were still off (confirmed by 3 DOCTORS) and miss Meera immediately came in, asked what I was there for, to which I stated I have thyroid nodules and hashimotos. "there's nothing wrong with you you're fine" and refused to talk anymore about it. I now see a wonderful endocrinologist who has confirmed my diagnosis and is treating it accordingly. I finally feel better. Thanks for nothing

Negative experience: Dr. Davidson deserves a ZERO!!!! So does the Center itself! When you try to get an appointment, you have to leave a message and hopefully they will return the call sometime the following day. The first time I saw Dr. Davidson I thought she was very nice and helpful. However my next appointment (which I flew in from NM) her nurse called me to set up a virtual appointment - I could have stayed in NM and saved $300 on a flight. I was set up for the call, then her nurse called me that she couldn't do the appointment at all. I then rescheduled an appointment (of course she wanted a virtual appointment again). When your are taking about a thyroid issue, you need to actually see a doctor so they can examine your thyroid. Which there was a concern about after an ultrasound. So I asked about this and the front desk had no answer for this. I set up my virtual appointment. I received the text and got into the "waiting room". I spent 45 minutes in the "waiting room" before the call dropped. I called the Center, left a MESSAGE regarding what had happened and received a call the following day informing me that a call will be dropped if the doctor does not connect after a certain time. I did not reschedule because Dr. Davidson and this Center clearly does not care about their patients! If you or your a loved one is in need of care, don't waste your time with this doctor or the Center. Very disappointing and sad way for a doctor to treat someone with a medical issue.

Fantastic experience: So on time you could set your watch by them. You have to wear a mask. It's very clean, lots of staff, organized, easily found. The staff is friendly and not rushing, down to earth, competent. Dr Klimova is extremely thoughtful, patient and thorough. Bring your health history with. Five stars.

Negative experience: Originally I was happy with my Dr here but she moved and was assigned to Dr Nguyen. She spent our entire visit looking at her computer and not even listening to me. I had blood work done and only got the results back 2 months later! I won’t be back.

Negative experience: I was a patient at this office for 10 years. I liked them initially, but the patient care has become less than adequate in the last few years. First of all, the billing department is incompetent. They told me multiple times that when they tried to process my monthly payments, which were set up for auto pay, that my bank account had insufficient funds. The first time, I called my bank in a panic, worried that someone hacked into my account. The bank told me that all of my funds were still there, and that the office never tried to process any payment. The bank can see all electronic transactions, even attempts that haven’t posted yet. I double checked the EFT form, which had the correct information on it, and called the office back. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, the billing department said my bank must have misinformed me. I spoke with the office manager who admitted that the billing department must have put the wrong expiration date or transposed a number when entering my information into their system. I filled out another EFT form per the billing department's request, but it happened again. So, I paid by check only to discover that nearly two months later, the check still had not been deposited. I called the office to find out why and was told they would eventually get around to it. Then when I was at the office, the front office staff accused me of skipping out on my bill, in front of everyone in the reception area, which was offensive, inappropriate, and embarrassing. This last time I was there, they did the same thing. Only this time, I told them I was fed up with their attitudes and their repeated errors, and that I wouldn’t be returning. So, they called me and texted me repeatedly right after I left the office, and into the next day, leaving harassing messages and making threats, while demanding payment in full. They threatened to not process my lab work that had just been drawn, which is illegal. Harassing me to collect payment is also illegal. I called Dr Hasinski and left a detailed voicemail letting him know what his staff did, to give him or the office manager a chance to make things right. However, I never received a call back. Instead, I received a letter stating that I was being dismissed as a patient because the relationship had become strained. It was his office who created that strain. Thankfully, I saved all of their messages, to report them. This office also violated HIPAA and PHI practices. I let the doctor know once that I overheard his assistant Justine talking bad about patients with another MA. When she saw that I overheard, she quickly said she wasn’t talking about me, but that she was talking about another patient in a different exam room, as if that made it OK. When I let Dr Hasinski know, he was dismissive and said he thought Justine was nice. I stopped trusting his judgment and wish I would have looked for another provider, at that time. Subsequently, I received a letter from his office notifying me that another doctor within the practice downloaded my entire medical file, along with all of the other patients' files, and sent all of our medical records to some other office, for no valid reason and without consent. The letter acknowledged that they were in violation of HIPAA. Thankfully, I saved that letter, too. Furthermore, Dr. Hasinski ignored my symptoms and abnormal lab values for the last few years. Instead, he kept contradicting himself and treated me for what he said my symptoms ought to be, according to researchers’ data, instead of what my symptoms actually are; and he told me my lab work was normal when it wasn’t. He has done nothing in the last few years except waste my time and charge me for it. I’m just now seeing the lab reports and finding out that some of the other medical conditions I’ve developed are likely the result of his negligence. I found this office to be dangerous in their practice of medical care. They don’t seem to have any sort of ethical standard, or even follow the law. Please find another office to go to.

Negative experience: If there was a zero to give this place I would. The staff is 100% clueless and careless. Dr Nguyen does nothing when she receives requests for med changes. Our insurance requested that she change my daughter's meds almost a month ago. Her staff keeps informing us that she still has not looked at the request. We have been calling for almost a month and keep getting told we will get a call back. We don't. We have to physically go for someone to actually listen to us. My daughter needs these meds to live there is no other option. This is such a shameful place

Negative experience: I am not happy! I have been trying for a month to get the Freestyle Libre and my insurance requires I go thru CCS Medical. The PA that I see keeps putting in for the wrong one and CCS has faxed a form already filled out with the correct info on it but nobody is responding to them. CCS has my supplies ready to go, just waiting on a signature. The medical assistant only calls CCS after they close, he knows they are East coast and won't call them when they are open. I'm ready to just go back to my gp have them handle it for me. My husband had our gp put a prescription in for his with Walgreens and had his the same day. I'm fed up!

Negative experience: Brings in another doctor but does not identify himself, non her, main doctor. Isn't that against HIPPA rules? Give that patient the respect they should get. Talking about one's health is personal. Keep looking at them but continue to say nothing. Black, POC get this type of treatment from doctors here in Az. Let them cut their own throat. They wonder why some ppl don't come back. I shouldn't have to say. Just observe.

Negative experience: Went here with my wife who we btw have 2 kids together and are very comfortable around eachother. The Asian doctor made us very uncomfortable and was very very rude especially to me the husband and made me leave the room to examine my wife who I just saw naked last night. Do not recommend this place my wife was very uncomfortable even the nurse gave us comments on the doctors rudeness. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for many years and have always been treated with respect. I think Dr. Menon is a tremendous physician. They've been patient with me and, when my insurance denied a necessary prescription, they worked with me to find a solution.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Davidson was amazing. She gave lots of good info and cares about her patients. She truly cares about her patients. No issues with front desk staff, they were super friendly and efficient. I would recommend. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Negative experience: Good God I wish I had read the reviews before just taking the referral from my primary. I'm going to follow up with some testing here because I don't know where else I'd get in anytime soon, but the way I was treated by the NP and DR had me in tears, twice. The nurse and front staff were so nice and then I get in the exam room with the doctors and there's absolutely no empathy. Just be warned. I questioned them once, because it's my body and I know how I feel, and they immediately threw out that I should get a second opinion if I didn't like it. She hadn't even examined me yet. I'm literally crying to her that I have every symptom of xyz and it's life altering and there's zero empathy or compassion back from either of them. I don't think they were listening at all, just 100% focused on lab results, not the patient.

Negative experience: I would give this place answering machine directory after hours lady a 0 star. Rude and disrespectful, hung up on me before I could finish my question. She worked Wednesday 630pm.

Negative experience: Office never answers the phone or gives you any information about your labs. Have called at least 6 times over the last 3 weeks. Very poor communication.

Negative experience: PLEASE save yourself the hassle. I have had SO many issues with this place over the years. I FINALLY made the decision to go somewhere else. Never answer the phone, never return calls, don’t even respond to portal messages, rude staff, can’t even get my prescription refilled when I need it and rely on it. Doctors are ok but office staff is absolutely terrible. Asked to speak with office managers multiple times, and being apologized to but nothing changes. I’m not one to leave reviews..if ever, but I’m telling you…I have never experienced something like this. Signing my papers to have my medical records released to my new doctor’s office was the biggest relief. Do yourself a favor and find an office that actually cares about their patients and their patient’s health.

Negative experience: This office is AWFUL! The utter lack of communication, ball-dropping and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Even if there are great doctors here, it's not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration.
