Fantastic experience: Noah is the reason why I've got ahold of my mental illness. I've been going there for a little over 4 years and I've never ever been disappointed by any staff, psychiatrist's, or therapists. They are always caring and knowledgeable. Negative experience: I really don't know what to say. I guess you really cannot trust healthcare professionals anymore. I was given an improper prescription for a vital medication so I can absorb nutrients from my food. I was not given enough medication to cover snacks. And I had no way to rectify this mistake.

Negative experience: I've been sick for 3 to 4 weeks, and when I first got looked at, at an urgent care, I was given antibiotics. When I came here, I was prescribed the same antibiotics that did not work the first time, and I was told that I was fine. My throat is clearly swollen and white, and I was told that it just looked red and it was tonsil stone when it clearly was not. I feel that my time was wasted, and the doctor who saw me did not take me seriously or really listen to my concerns. No wonder this place has such a low rating.

Fantastic experience: They were so kind to myself and my elderly mother...the front desk, intake nurse and Dr Rey helped us ease our nerves with the issues we were going through with my mom's memory and even helped us with our blood work which isn't the phycologist's job... Very understanding

Positive experience: Love the medical staff. Janelle on the behavior staff side is rude. I asked her if I missed an appointment because Walgreens was trying to fill my meds. She screamed at me about how I should have pressed the pharmacist about the meds instead of my Dr accidentally sending a 30 day refill instead of 90. Janelle is so rude I like had to bypass her and talk to the ma. I don’t want people to loose their job but she is the wrong person to be the first face you meet.

Negative experience: Amanda Foster was wonderful. There was a lady at checkout that was trying to force me to sign a document that consented my child to be seen without any one present. I didn't agree with that so I didn't sign the paper. There was no option to decline. She was yelling at me telling me I have to do it without providing reasoning and she threatened me by saying, "fine, then you're the only one who can bring him in, not even his mother" (referring to my son). I am a single father. Why is this her concern if it is my son. Where was the explanation before demanding I sign something then threaten to withhold care. That is a disgusting employee. My child's mother has never played a part in his medical care and that won't change in the future. Please don't assume someone's situation and educate your employees.

Negative experience: Walked in for our appointment and then they wanted to reschedule on us. We had an important appointment for blood sugar spikes plus a referral for an endocrinologist and NOAH pushed us off. We are done with NOAH. Look at the other 1 star reviews, all the same issue!

Negative experience: Walked in had a great experience with the front desk and the doctor who assisted me. The main doctor who came in to assess what was going on with me couldn’t figure out what the issue is. She referred me to a dermatologist knowing in the back of my mind this is an issue a dermatologist wouldn’t know. Leaving with no answers i took it upon my self to go to a Honor Health urgent care. The moment i walked into the urgent care they were able to quickly identify my issue finally giving me answers and a cure to help with what’s going on. Safe to say please save your time and don’t go to NOAH. Doctors are great but your chances of knowing a cure is slim to none and your chances of being referred to somewhere else is extremely high.

Negative experience: If you need any kind of specialized care, do not waste your time going to NOAH clinic. They are horrible when you have any trouble filling prescriptions. And if you need a referal to a specialist you had better hope it is not urgent because they take forever to get any referals done, even when there is a emergency health situation.

Negative experience: PLEAE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!! If you suffer from any type of mental health problems DO NOT GO HERE. I tried coming here for my substance abuse issues and also some depression and anxiety issues. I saw some nurse named Ray. I can’t pronounce his last name, but he was absolutely the worst medical professional I’ve ever experienced. And I’m going to seriously look into getting his medical license revoked. I would go into specific detail as to why I feel this way but I’ve already taken up a lot of please do not go here. Do not take your children here. It is a horrible, horrible horrible place.

Negative experience: The doc canceled on us for a family emergency so they rescheduled us for another month ,(we had already waited two months ) and then when we got there they said they stopped using our insurance days prior and yet no one contacted us. Waste of time . Unorganized

Negative experience: The provider is always 30+ minutes behind. It’s like this every time I come here. That’s also with an appointment. I wait in the waiting room for about an hour before getting called in. Then there is another wait to be seen.

Negative experience: I arrived 45 mins early and front office never informed me that service provider is running late in-spite of me asking. And overall I was delayed by 45 mins past my appointment time after that as the Dr was still running behind . I stayed for 90 mins and walked out. Front office Gentlemen was on his phone often without caring on the delays.and informing me proactively. The same office once when I got delayed by 6 mins , they didn’t allow me to see the Dr and today I’m delayed by 45 mins on top of my arriving 45 mins early arrival .. Front office staff needs to improve on the customer service rather sitting and watching the computer , phone.
I am very disappointed that staff and customer service failed you. Our commitment is to have staff that prioritizes the needs of the patient and is solution-driven every single time. Negative experience: Worst.place.ever.. all I got from this place was being a pill popper. Doan, doesn't listen to you, feel rushed at every single appt. Appts were always late. Even made early appts before work, and got seen 30 mins later! First few appts make you feel like this place is great, but that all changes. To bad the rating makes you select one.

Negative experience: I recently moved to Phoenix and needed to get medication management and counseling. When I first called NOAH everything was fantastic ( I thought ) they got me in quick and got me to a counselor and a psychiatrist. I had a few appointments with Ms.Shelby who is my psychiatrist. Everything was great until my last few appointments she was EXTREMELY rude and not understanding my point of view on my medications and my anxiety being worse and my depression being a little more to handle. She suggested we changed my medication and I told her that I have tried to up one medication and it did not turn out well. Then she automatically turned into a complete different person stating “I’m only giving you the option to change or up the medication or I will not prescribe anything to you.” MIND you I am 7 months pregnant. I need these medications to keep myself okay. I told her I did not appreciate her being rude towards me and we then hung up. With that being said the clinic said I would have no other choice BUT to schedule with her and have my medication bridged until I can see her again. I have gone a week with out my medication and not being heard. I would not recommend Shelby. The Noah clinic itself is great and they have tried their best to get me help in this situation. But no outcome has came. I am very disappointed that I let my mental health in the hands of someone who did not hear me out especially during my pregnancy. This is why mothers and postpartum mothers are killing themselves at a high rate because of mental health care providers LIKE this. We don’t feel heard and understood.

Negative experience: Too bad they don’t allow you to rate as zero!!!!! Not worth your time! Doctor calls out sick for the next day and I am told that the next available appointment will be 3 weeks out, as I am a NEW patient. I have already waited 3 weeks for this appointment. But NEW patients don’t matter! We all know that they have available appointments less than 3 weeks away, but again NEW patients don’t matter. No thanks

Negative experience: I had an appointment this morning at 7 AM and was 10 minutes away from the appointment to be called by this office to say that the doctor called in and that I would not be able to be seen. All I needed was a referral for an MRI and they said that there would be no way I could see someone else during my time off work. I had made PTO arrangements to attend the appointment. My appointment today was a previous re schedule because they had overbooked their appointments after confirming that I could come just 2 weeks ago. This place is a scheduling nightmare and they do not have any plan or staff to replace those that don’t come when expected. This is a massive oversight and I will not be trying to see them again. The most courteous thing they did was to call me 10 minutes before to break the news and say that I have no choice but to pick another day.
Everything that we do is designed to deliver superior customer satisfaction and it appears we have failed you. Lack of focus, carelessness and indifference is not what we are known for. We are sorry your experience was not reflective of our reputation. We have addressed the issue internally and have rolled out training to ensure it does not happen again. Fantastic experience: This is totally a GEM of a clinic. My first visit there to establish care was just wonderful. Caring staff, caring professionals. They did an excellent job setting me up. On your first visit, you get some time with a nutritionist (we all need that) then you get some time (no limits) with a Behavior health person. Now who does not LOVE that. All that before you even see the doctor. They just screen the first time and give you choices. You can take advantage of it or not, but with us all coming out of an pandemic as brutal as we have had it, a little counseling goes a long way, especially they way Phoenicians behave nowadays. So ignore all the above mentioned complaints from other patients and go ahead and make an appointment. These ladies work really hard with your best interest at heart and I am SO EXCITED to have a professional clinic taking care of my health needs, that is not rushed, friendly ladies, taking their time. I left my old primary care team because they went "consierge" on me. Meaning for 2023 I had to buy a "membership" for $1600.00 per year and only then they would tme make an appointment for 2023. in addition, they also bill my medical insurance for my visits. To me that just said they did not know how to do medical billing and are not getting enough money to run their office. NOAH is not like that and they do not make you pay a "membership" They have people for after hours. Some one answers the phone right away. My new patient visit was scheduled for 2 days after the my call. So I have no complaints. I signed my two sons up as well and my son's fiancee. They all love the clinic too and would not go elsewhere for their care. (and they are picky).

Negative experience: My Family and I have been in this clinic since 2021, during this year we have never experienced a bad experience, until this month. December 1, I requested my five medications to be refilled in the My Chart page then I received a call that I needed a set up an appointment with the doctor, I had my appointment with Christa O, NP on December 6 prior to my laboratories test but I never received my test results, nor my medications refills in my pharmacies, I called the office two days after and requested my refills again, they put a note to the doctor and guess what? My refills aren't in my pharmacie again so I had to call again to put another note to the physician and nothing I called one more time and nobody solved my problem. I have an autoimmune disease with no medication so I think it is time to look for a professional facility and doctor.

Positive experience: This office is very clean. The staff are polite. Dr Primavera has a very good bedside manner. He explains everything clearly. The reason for only 3 stars is because they’ve taken more than a month to get a referral for my stepdad to see an arm specialist/surgeon and today I called again and got the answering service for referrals. I am very upset that they have not called to keep us informed. Otherwise I really like this place.

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful establishment. From the moment you walk in. Ian PA is wonderful in is knowledge and care. His assistant that took my vitals and info was warm and compassionate. She never made me feel bad about myself. NOAH also has an on call staff that talks to you and gets back to you. Negative experience: Honestly one of the most scariest experiences took my daughter because she wasn’t feeling really well seem like the common flu. When we were took in the room I told that my daughter had to be taken to the HOSPITAL because her “air ways were closing” they told me I had to take her immediately told me all these things that might happen if I didn’t take her . When I took her to the Hospital we waited hours just for them to tell us that there was nothing wrong with her and we just wasted time. The Dr at the hospital even told us we maybe shouldn’t keeping going here if they didn’t know what they were dealing with.
On reading your review we cannot help it but feel responsible for having dropped the ball. We want to be #1 when it comes to customer service and clearly we are missing the mark. Apologies are not enough. I take full responsibility for the actions and attitudes of our staff and I have already addressed the issue internally. Give us another chance. We will not disappoint. Negative experience: I retract my earlier recommendation. Dr Carla will look you in the eye and say “I don’t care what you go through” if the administrators tell her to. Even if the issue is their fault. You can (I have twice) wait 10+ days for a stat referral to go through. Dr Carla will hold you personally responsible for how long it takes. She also has no idea what the policies are of the specialist she refers you to. She will also hold you responsible for her mistakes in that area as well. Non medical staff will make medical decisions for you at this office. Good luck spending less than 15-20 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone. I have never called this office and not heard “we are experiencing heavy call volume”. Every single time I’ve called.
From what we can see your experience was not reflective of our brand. We are really sorry for that. From the moment you walk into our health center it is our responsibility to give you the best possible experience and deliver what we promised. Negative experience: Poor customer service, they neglected me three times, I set up a schedule with a dr with them and They never called me, I had follow up and they told me it was still process, that was 4 months ago, definitely whoever reading go to the next clinic, after all they don't care about people's health.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to The Noah Clinic Venado Valley Health Center by Honor Health, after a hospital stay. I absolutely LOVE this place! The clinic is always very clean and quite. A very welcoming space. The clinic has helped me to improvement on my health. Dr. Vivas and Emilio are the embodiments of what Healthcare professional should be. Both of them are very kind and really listen to what you have to say. Dr. Vivas does her best to work with my situation. Emilio goes out of his way to be helpful and make sure you have all of the information you need. I really believe they are sincere in trying to help one be healthy. I have work for 40 years. The last 23 years, as a healthcare professional and had employer insurance. Since 2018, I have had AHCCCS of Arizona, because of health problems, I can no longer work. The Venado Health Clinic and its staff have NEVER made me feel less than because I on Medicaid. I have received better care than I have ever had before from this clinic. I would recommend it highly and cannot say enough things.

Negative experience: The worst experience of lifetime. Customer service is pathetic. They keep you throwing from one place to another. Very unprofessional team...They put wrong code while filling my insurance claim. The claim was rejected & they never bothered to send bills or any Their error cost me a lot & they were completely apathetic towards it ... Beware of them... Today after 16 months I received response from your billing department & worst is they have still not corrected the mistake and asking me to pay for their inefficiency?? I have sent you an email .. please check.

Fantastic experience: The best practice by far, I have several chronic ailments that I am plagued with so I am used to being around doctors. This place has the best medical staff. Dr. Vivas is absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Will always go above and beyond for her patients. I always book her if I can. However if she not available for urgent matters, all the rest of the PAs and doctors are great as well. Never had a bad experience with anyone. I highly recommend this location and their services.
Negative experience: Very dissatisfied with this office on Deer Valley. We had a appointment at 10am. The doctor assistant started rushing when he was asking my mom questions and rushed inputting her information. The supervisor said she wasn’t scheduled today and to put her as a walk in and we wouldn’t be seen until 1:30p. My mom is a diabetic and had been cut, she needed to have bandages changed by doctor. This place is very unprofessional and disorganized. As humans we all must do better. This company won’t be open much longer with a careless team. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Never a long wait to see the doctor.
Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I walked in to the front desk to check in. They were nice, but they couldn't even find me in their system. When she finally found me she said my appointment was cancelled. As a mom of twin toddlers I need a babysitter to go to the dr.. this is a really big inconvenience to me or any other mom out there. I would never come here or reschedule to find out they cancel again.
Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience with the scheduling and front desk employees. They don't answer phone calls, they are rude and dismissive, and whoever took my appointment schedule request told me I could come in to do the eligibility assistance, but then when I arrived, everyone up front claimed to have no idea what I was talking about, and said they do offer those services but I need to schedule with her directly. When I contacted her about my issue, she simply gave me the same scheduling number again. Every time I call it says there's a "high volume" of calls, but when I was there for my appointment, there were 3 people up front all doing nothing and chatting to each other and the place was basically empty. The doctor was okay and performed his services and admitted to being unable to help me in regards to a fracture, but made sure to take thorough notes and schedule a follow-up appointment with me. However, since they never followed through on the eligibility consulting, I now had to cancel that appointment. I'm not going to waste another $113 when I qualify for a better rate, they just won't sit down with me and do the actual service they claim to offer.
Negative experience: You’re literally on hold for 30 mins to an hour every time you call and try to talk to some one ! Not only that but I’ve had to call 3 times to find out that they never sent it a referral for me to see an orthopedic surgeon , when I have a severely broken arm !!! This place doesn’t care about their patients ! And I would advice you to go elsewhere !

Fantastic experience: I love this medical office. I live in Buckeye and will drive north just to see Dr. Vivas. She is very caring, knowledgeable taking the time to really nail down any potential problems. Her staff is just as wonderful as she is, especially Emilio. He makes my visits and my sons very pleasant. Great team!
Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I chose Noah. Everyone here was so sweet and took their time helping us. The office manager was very nice and handles everyone thoroughly. Negative experience: I only gave this clinic 1 start because I cant give it no stars. First of all the staff is very unaproachable. Especially the eligibility coordinator at that location, upon my arrival she did asked us to seat, we assumed we could so we did, then she looked at us and rolled her eyes, she ask for our already filled application and sighed again because a few pages were stapled, which we intentionaly did to make it more convenient for her, through out the whole process she did not make eye contact but to roll her eyes and sigh everytime we asked a question. Very poor costumer service skills, and extremely rude. I will definetly NEVER go to the clinic I much rather drive 55 mins to go to Cholla....

Negative experience: These doctors have no understanding of the state regulations. They attempted to order me a prescription for 48 pills of tramidol and they're only allowed to issue 20 at a time per state regulation. So I'm in intense pain and no one will help me in these doctors say take it up at the pharmacy. These doctors have no impathy or concern for their patients or their pain. My spine herniated and they prescribed me Tylenol.
