Negative experience: Absolutely terrible place to try and recieve competent medical service. These people are horrific at their jobs. This is as bad as healthcare gets in America. Please, go anywhere else..

Negative experience: I have been requesting my medical records and so have a couple of my other doctors. SALSON HAS HELD THEM HOSTAGE IT SEEMS. Can I ease get them. I have serious medical issues and I went to your clinic for years without insurance most of the time and paid almost 200 a visit. I'm begging for my records.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff at Salson clinic is superb--I am always met with positive attitudes. Sincerely, I really enjoy working with them. They are super helpful and go above and beyond. When I experienced a pharmacy issue and was going to be out of town, the owner called me the day they were closed, and made sure I got the help I needed. I am just speculating, but I think a lot of the negativity is borne out of frustration with insurance and other admin related issues. I get that; however, in almost 2 years, I have never been left high-and-dry, so to speak. Salson does a great job, and they are truly a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this facility for years. I've moved a distance, but yet, I'll drive any distance to continue to have the close family environment that Salson clinic has given me. They are a small clinic and I know they are very busy, but they will stay late, come early, and go out of their way to make sure my needs and worries are dealt with. Danna has been a godsend with her vast knowledge and my recent surgery. Everyone knows it is virtually impossible to get a quick response from a very busy surgeon when you have questions. Danna has gone above and beyond her duties as my physician to reach out to my surgeon and express my worries of a ligament that may fail.

Fantastic experience: I can’t believe anyone would have a negative thing to say about this clinic. Everyone who works here is amazing. They actually DO care about you. Bill and Diane are wonderful people who are willing to work with you. They care about what’s going on in your life instead of you just being one more check. Danna is the best physician I have seen. She is understanding and cool. I think if you’re going here to try to get medicine you don’t need, they will know and won’t approve but if you actually need something, they are amazing. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Negative experience: Even one star is too generous a score for these guys. Let me be clear that my critique is not about the doctors or nurses at Salson, but the other staff. They are completely unethical and their only real concern is money. Bill has absolutely no medical education and therefore no license or certifications that would allow him to engage in any form of medical practice. That didn’t stop him from administering an injection on me, or, on a different occasion trying (and failing) to collect a blood sample from me. When I asked whether he had the required training to take a blood sample, his response was that he used to work with cows and he’d drawn their blood all the time. What a lunatic

Negative experience: They might seem like they care, but there is shady stuff going on. Somehow my name got changed to Karen in their billing system. They had over six changes in doctors since I've been there for two years. I always have billing issues I have to spend hours on to resolve with Milissa in billing. I want a constant doctor who knows me, and I don't have to restart every few months. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen several doctors over the years for chronic pain and other health issues. The staff at Salson Clinics are the best at what they do. They are Caring Understanding Knowable I see them for a few different health issues. Im 100% certain they can help you with you’re current needs Visit them you’ll be glad you did. I know I am!!!

Negative experience: I wish I could give it no stars. Apparently I was too rude to Bill the guy who is married to the receptionist. The Receptionist got mad because I was trying to adjust on a medication so the Receptionist told the owner (Old man Bill) he looks odd, anyway they said we won't help you anymore and left me hanging. I can't say anything positive about this place. They shouldn't be in business. If you are looking for drugs to me handed out and as long as you are nice to the old man then they will give you anything. I was trying to get off a med but the Dr. insisted I get on more. I'm deeply concerned about this Clinic and they don't play by the Rules I sure hope the DEA looks into them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this clinic for almost 4 years. The entire team makes me feel like I’m family. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care. This is one of the longest provider/patient relationships I have had and I wouldn’t give it up for anything. 100% recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst. I cannot get anything filled to right pharmacy, Bill the owner says Karen the doctor takes "thourough notes" and she cant even get stuff sent to the right place. Bill is condesending and completely rude. Diane (bills wife) is lazy and doesn't follow through with her word. (filling perscriptions) even with a written out paper she copied herself to make sure its sent to the correct place- still NEVER done correctly. The front end is an absolute JOKE. Karen is inconsistent and not truthful in person vs the phone. Bill will continually bring up how he works with federal laws when he is a crook. Self-Paid 200$ and nothing is EVER DONE CORRECT. Front desk offered to make 20mg adderall 30mg after Bill said they are taking narcotics to half dosage??? ABSOLUTE JOKE. 90% fill rate in State of Utah.... WORST PLACE EVER. same issue for last 5 months in a row. After original doctor i saw left, there is a new doctor every month. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. WASTE OF MONEY.

Fantastic experience: I was dropped by my doctor and called to get information on the clinic and what they offer. The owner of the clinic gave me a personal phone call and was so nice and professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is nice and have outstanding bedside manners . They also do Covid testing there. Just call and make an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Salson Clinics have been my primary care provider for almost four years. I have zero complaints. They show their care for my health through their actions. I would highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

Negative experience: Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr Karen Gilbert was awesome - she took time to figure out my problem and was holistically knowledgeable. However, staff are terribly lacking organization and follow-through skills, which is borderline unprofessional. Had to call multiple times to get my lab results, get questions answered, follow up on things that I was told would be done, figure out payment situation, etc. Not going back just because I don't have time to be constantly reminding the administrative staff the things they said they would do. This is a shame because doctors are great. Writing this review to bring the problem to the attention of the clinic leadership.

Negative experience: I’m afraid to be specific about my complaints for fear of retaliation in my treatments. I’m trying to keep my anonymity, but i’m not seeing them for addiction treatment or pain management. I dont like they way the woman treats me on the phone. Update: they treated me so rudely for just trying to schedule the follow up appointment the doctor had told me to do, the whole clinic has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be seeing these people any more. What a waste of 200$ plus another 100$ in useless medications. Borderline Quacks. What business, let alone medical professional, makes you feel like you’re being an imposition just for trying to get a little bit of medical care. I regret ever going to these people.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this clinic for a while now, they've been really good with me, They have helped a lot with addiction and back pain. And continue to be there. Would recommend to family and friends for sure

Negative experience: I went in specifically for a marijuana card for pain related to back. That was what I was charged for. That is what I paid for. The marijuana visit. The provider asked me about my prescriptions during the visit and went over all medications that I am on. Then she was fired before she could do anything about my card. I asked for a refund since nothing had been done about my card. The owner Bill agreed to refund my money. He then called me back and said he could not refund all my money because my visit is counting towards an office visit about my medication. And he then only refunded a part of my money. I was like what is this about my visit was specific to the marijuana card. He proceeds to act like I’m in the wrong and his office is right. Like really. You fired the provider and never followed up with me. I had to call you then a week later. Customer/Client care is not of the most important in this clinic. Not only this thing but the office is a lot of chaos. The front desk is very unorganized, she gets confused a lot. The older lady. It’s sad this clinic has a huge turn over rate and they can’t keep the providers and then the replacements are not the best. They have criminal back grounds. This might not be the best family clinic to take your family too. sad

Fantastic experience: Honestly best place ever, i couldn't find a doctor ANYWHERE to get help with my opioid addiction. I felt hopeless, i made one last call and the gentleman that answered said they would wait for me to drive from Spanish fork down, not only that they helped me with my labs i did not have the money for. They are a blessing from God. They treated me so very kindly and actually made me feel very loved. If more people where like these people the world would be a better place! I felt no judgment what so ever either which is awesome because I'm usually judged by doctors i feel like. I recommend this place any day of the week!!

Negative experience: I was referred to Salsun Clinic by my PCC due to my PCC no longer providing Pain Management Care. I suffer from SI Joint Dysfunction. Upon trying to schedule my initial appointment with Salson Clinic I overheard them talking rudely about me asking, "Why am I getting sent this guy?" and, "Why can't he continue seeing his other doctor?" I then had my first appointment and the doctor immediately told me I would be starting a new medication to get me off my pain medication. I thought this was great but am now learning that this was their ONLY GOAL! They did nothing to relieve my existing pain but give me a referral to another doctor to get an MRI and start SI Injections. (Which if he read my chart, I have already done) I got home the first weekend and started to use the prescribed amount of medication and got violently ill, had my breathing almost stop and experienced horrible chest pains. I called the doctor and all he told me was to take less by cutting the pills into quarters. I have tried contacting the referral and due to my schedule they cannot see me for some time. The medication is still making me ill, and was giving me brain fog. I told the doctor this at my second appointment and he continued the medication anyways despite my pleas to try another medication. I got my MRI and went to another found that I have a bulging disc and peripheral neuropathy. After my third visit I was finally listened to by the Owner and was able to get a different prescription until my care was transferred over to another Pain Management Clinic.

Negative experience: From my experience. Jenny macky has no care, whatsoever, for her patients. Not only did she not even try to help me Ishe told me to deal with my PTSD and trauma. Are you joking!?!? Try 1 day in my shoes and see how you feel. Over the past 10 years that clinic has gotten so bad I would let them take care if a dog, or her

Negative experience: This place is a joke! They charge you extra fees for visits that your insurance already covers! I was seeing them for Subutex & my insurance covered it 100%, they lost the insurance coverage but said it was only for the Subs, so I switched doctors and now only have to go in every other month to a doctor in Lehi. I then scheduled an appointment with Salson for Phentermine which is a regular insurance visit but they told me they charge an extra $85 per month for 3 months even though my insurance fully covers the visit and they accept my insurance! They have messed up my payments and prescriptions numerous times! I jave now overpaid them and will never go back! I have insurance for a reason and am pretty sure that it is illegal to charge me extra for a regular doctors appointment that my insurance is covering!

Negative experience: Front staff is extremely rude & gets annoyed in answering questions. The front of the clinic is what represents the doctors, so a bit questioning to how their follow ups would work. Ended up calling another clinic since Salson Clinic treat their customers as if they're doing us a favor in answering our calls, it would be stressful to deal with that every time I needed to reach out to a Dr. Also, I am not surprised at all to see how they respond to the bad reviews they get; very unprofessional. If their phone etiquette is -0 what do you except on the responses here?! ** PLEASE NOTE** About their response, yes I've never been a patient (thank goodness) and the decision was made after calling their front desk to schedule an appointment and the service was horrible.

Fantastic experience: Salson Clinics is the best Family Practice Clinic that I have found in a long time. Bill and his wife Dianne are so nice and caring. The staff is extremely caring. Lacy the nurse is so down to earth and funny. She always looks serious but she is so nice and cares about my health and well being. The MA Amy is so bubbly and fun. Fantastic experience: I am very fortunate to have found these guys. They do not take my insurance, but to be honest nobody really does, and I would still rather pay cash than go anywhere else. Also, they knew I would be running out of medication before my next appointment and called me in some without me even requesting it. Talk about caring about your patients, and their livelihood. I was going to call them, and my pharmacy notified me before I was about to call that. Not to mention I never wait long to go back, and the one time I did it was due to me being late, and them willing to see me still.

Fantastic experience: The best place I had ever met started from employees to doctors, cause they take care of me and my family too. Please Salson Clinics if you have an email send it to me as soon as possible.

Negative experience: I told Salson clinic I would pay the cash price as I was waiting for new insurance to start. They insisted on charging the insurance as they were positive it would be fine and assured me over and over that it would work out. Of course it didn't work and the account total was sent to collections and I was charged $186 for a visit that should have cost $80. I called several times to resolve the issue and was given the same response. "We'll look into this and get back to." They never did. The medical services are just as terrible. Don't go here.

Fantastic experience: I love salson clinic. You can tell they really care about their patients. It is very hard to find a doctor that knows their patients so well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to establish ongoing care with a doctor who will take the time to get to know each patient, and the patients needs. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Salson Clinics for going on 2 years now. I am a pain management/ addiction patient. This is review is meant only from that point of view. Overview: The receptionists are very friendly and I have grown to look forward to visiting with Diane every time I see her. They will always work with the patients to figure out the best way to help with billing and scheduling concerns. The doctors, Hillam and Walsh are excellent. They talk to you like a person, not a paycheck. They find what is best for your circumstances and make sure that the mind and body are both healthy. I really like Dr Walsh because he has a background in gastro health as well and has been very informative for my case. A typical appointment for a pain management/ addiction patient is you walk in, pay for your appointment, take a Urine Analysis and vitals, talk to the doctor about to your health and the following month. Some patients are required to see a therapist outside of this office. My personal story: I have spinal damage from a car accident in Colorado back in 2014 and my doctors used to prescribe me opiates for the pain. I was prescribed hard opiates for years and eventually I moved back to Utah and had a hard time finding a doctor. After a year long search, I found Salson Clinics for my pain management in Feb 2017 and was put on subutex. For the past 2 years my pain has been the least of my problems. My quality of life is so much better. Most of the Salson Clinics staff are some of my favorite health care reps that I have ever worked with!!! Thank you for all you do!!!

Fantastic experience: I am always amazed at how well I am treated at this clinic. The sweet lady that runs the front desk and the Fabulis medical assistant are so friendly and caring. They treat me like family and are always interested in how I am doing and what is going on in my life. Dr Walsh is an amazing DR. he is very caring and trustworthy. He has helped to be sober and has given me several resources that will help me. I highly this clinic. They are the best thing that could have happened to me. Fantastic experience: He's super cool and his staff is very down to earth and make you feel very comfortable when you first call. It was extremely quick to get in to be seen and is very affordable for out of pocket cost for addiction recovery.

I would have relapsed by then but Salson Clinic called me right back after calling them and got me in that day. This clinic saved my life and made me the man I am today. Negative experience: Owner is a rude brash jerk. He makes me feel very bad about myself everytime. The Drs arent much better. Dianne at the front desk is awesome! But I would never recommend Salson clinics For anybody. especially recovering addicts. Bill the owner treats you like a 3rd class citizen everytime.

Negative experience: How in the hell do you get ahold of someone after hours?! Of course they didn't call my prescription in so I called FIVE hours ago and left a message with the after hours person and still no return call. I also have left messages at the front desk and they ever make it back to the doctors or medical assistants. I drive an hour to get to this place but I'm seriously thinking about finding another doctor. The doctor also didn't even listen to me about what I felt and won't put me on thyroid meds because he says it's fine (blood results say COMPLETELY otherwise) among other things that he says is totally fine when they're not.

Negative experience: The doctor didn't listen at all. I said I was having issues with having vertigo and being dizzy/nauseated that had been going on for months and I was taking a medication just in the last couple weeks that tended to make it worse.. and he insisted that the medication was causing it. I explained that it had been going on long g before I took the medication that enhanced it. He insisted it was causing it. I said ok.. then he prescribed me a different medication to try instead of the one I was taking and said "but just be aware this may cause dizziness and vertigo like your other one" It was just the biggest waste of money and time. He said to come back if it got worse it wasn't resolved on its own. I was just frustrated. He didn't listen at all.. we weren't understanding each other but he just said what he thought was wrong and then sent me on my way. It would have been nice if he took a little time to investigate more or do blood work or something Oh and the clinic looks weird inside. They have cabin decor in the lobby and in the actual patient rooms they had giant syringes on plaques on the wall and weird historical medical instruments. I felt like I was in a horror movie and I was going to be used for experiments

Negative experience: I found this Doctor through an online tool called ZocDoc, I promptly scheduled an appointment for my significant other, since he and I are proactively attempting to be healthy. While there Hillam was disinterested in him or his medical concerns. When my significant other expressed concerned over something that occurred to him after a rare work out, Hillam brushed of his concern and stated "you seem young and your heart sounds fine" and didn't return to any of my significant other's concerns.

Fantastic experience: Salson Clinics is AMAZING! The doctor, nurses, owners, reception they are all incredible. Within a couple visits I felt comfortable and cared for. They work with insurance and without insurance. I can't say enough good about this Dr office. If I ever get the opportunity to switch insurance providers I will switch so that my family and I can return to Salson Clinics. Thank you Salson Clinics for all you have done for me.

Fantastic experience: So my mom had surgery two years ago and was like in the land of the dead. We had seen every doctor out there to help her. Mom had a PICC placed in her arm and she was getting supplement nutrition through the PICC and mom was just not getting better. We found the Salson Clincs and mom started getting Myers with MIc and it didn't help at first, then the doctor started thinking and adjusting moms dose.After finding a dose that works for my mom, she is now back from the land of the dead. Salson Clinics gave me my mom back. My mom is almost back to normal. THANK YOU DR. HILLAM!! THANK YOU BILL!! THANK YOU SALSON CLINICS FOR GIVING US BACK OUR MOM!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of Drs offices and this one by far deserves 5 stars. They are all friendly from the front desk all the way to the nurses and Dr. I never have to wait more than 5 mins and they answer all my questions. And whenever I have an issue with my appt or need to speak to the Dr they are VERY helpful. I will keep coming back for sure!

Fantastic experience: Update: I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years now, and my outlook on Salson is still the same. I love the doctor, the staff, the owners, everyone. Whenever I call in or need to go into their office, I always feel so comfortable and welcomed. I love this office and will continue to recommend them to anyone! This is the best doctors office I have ever been too! They helped me put my life back together, and I will always be forever grateful for that. I've never had to wait in the waiting area for more than 2 minutes (if that). I've developed a great friendship with the owners and staff over this last year too because they are always so happy and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: I am a patient with both providers in that office and have been with them going on a year now and with all my health issues and other specialists I see I can honestly say they're an absolute dream team and I'm BLESSED to have them in my life. They go out of their way to make sure I'm getting the best treatment and go through all my tests, review my records and communicate with my other doctor's. If I ever have questions or concerns they make sure I understand everything that's going on and truly care about the quality of care I receive even outside their office! Fantastic experience: Got me in the next morning after I called for an appointment. Dr. Douglas was knowledgeable and helped me with everything I came in to discuss. He spent almost an hour talking to me about my health issues. I was very impressed. Also I spent about another 45 minutes talking with Bill Nelson who just sat down with me and was sincerely compassionate about my wellbeing. Fantastic experience: I was struggling with being tired all of the time, and not feeling well. I started going to Salson clinics, and within a week, I started noticing a difference. I have dropped over 20 pounds, and have a lot more energy. The entire staff is friendly!
