Fantastic experience: I only saw Scott twice, but in those two sessions of cranial therapy, I was in less pain. If could have the treatment every day, I would. Since I didn't know what to expect of cranial therapy, I was thinking more of a head massage, but it's so much more - pressure points, ear stimulation, etc. While it is out of network; thankfully my FSA card works with their practice. I highly recommend Scott and the practice.

Fantastic experience: Kate is a skillful at knowing how to relieve pain and to find where it is coming from so that she can address it from the source. She is also personable and kind and doesn't have an overbearing or rushed personality so it is relaxing and relieving to get treatment from her.

Fantastic experience: I had a myofascial session with Kate today and it was wonderful. She spent time at the beginning helping me understand which exercises I am doing were stretches versus straight exercises and how to prioritize them. Her hands in session relieved some lingering pain I had from a near fall. Her energy is amazing.

Upon your arrival,  attune yourself to the High Vibration of Healing. You are welcomed with a warm smile and soft voices. If you are lucky enough, Sage will even come over to greet you (yes, there is even an animal healer available). Now relax on the comfortable sofa, as you listen to the music of soft Native American flute playing in the background. Smell the essential oil aroma wafting through the air. Have a cup of tea. Fantastic experience: My sessions have been with Scott, but they really are wholistic. There is a lot of knowledge in his hands. Along with reorienting my body physically, he has helped me have emotional releases and identify when these movement patterns and pains began. His combination of traditional physiotherapy exercises along with the myofascial release work is a winning combination. I have had work done by dozens of chiropractors, been to a rolfer, and other myofascial therapists and his sessions are top-notch.

Fantastic experience: I just finished a course of physical therapy with Luanne Sforza, and I must say my experience with Luanne was the best, most personalized therapy I have ever experienced. The emphasis was on diagnosing not only my prescribed symptons but the underlying source of my physical symptons and teaching me how to maintain the progress we made.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Wholistic Physical Therapy has been nothing short of awesome! It is an extremely healing environment with professional and efficient staff who are also very friendly and caring. There is a calm atmosphere with soothing music and individual private rooms for treatment- hard to find in today’s world. I am a retired Physical Therapist myself having worked in several settings - hospital, nursing home, home care and private office for many years. I know that one on one time with a Therapist being able to perform manual therapy for close to an hour is extremely rare and extremely valuable. My particular issue is status post spinal fusion surgery in my low back which I’m grateful has helped the leg pain and weakness and inability to stand upright I was experiencing before. But there’s also scar tissue that occurs after surgery and imbalances above and below the surgery as well as my Arthritis that have caused neck and upper back pain and muscle spasms, tightness in neck and low back and leg muscles. I also find I can injure myself more easily with normal things I want to do like lifting my grandchildren and performing regular household activities. I found the Therapists here - Scott and Kate I have worked with- are extremely good at identifying problem areas as well as areas they relate to, and they work on them - helping me to feel better and return to doing those activities I want or need to do. By working on the soft tissue, I feel it’ll help my healing be more long term. I already can walk more, exercise on my bike again, do the grocery shopping and have less pain during the day - am ready to stop the additional anti inflammatory medicine the doctor started me on. I have also been given advice on self help measures like stretching and targeted strengthening to address my specific needs. We have also had nutritional discussions and am looking forward to an evaluation by their Feldenkrais trained Therapist as to how my habits and movement patterns may contribute. I would add that when I had a billing concern, I was given a phone number, I spoke to a person, Lisa, who addressed and resolved my issue very quickly and satisfactorily. All in all, an amazing facility - I couldn’t more highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott have been outstanding ☝️ Truly amazing since I have started to see him mid February. I am dealing with stage 4C Colon cancer, very blessed grateful to still be alive . Between October 2021to January 2022 I was hospitalized 5 times for bowel abstraction. Lucky for me, one of my best friend, decided to search for an alternative method that may help me , help manage the pain, the obstructions, keep me out of the hospital . Thank God, that is how i got to Dr. Scott, which is a miracle, working with him, on a weekly basis, is most beneficial to my ability to mange my pain, Dr. Scott, work consistently on releasing as much as possible the obstructions. Fantastic experience: Dr. Thind's treatments have been life changing for me. I was dealing with chronic pain in my shoulder and hip that was equal parts physical and emotional. I had seen acupuncturists, osteopaths, and many others, but without long-lasting results. I think the reason was that I had never been really treated for the mind, body and soul as I have with Dr. Thind. The word "wholistic" is such a buzz word today, with so many practitioners using it but they do not really achieve it. Pain is complex, it's very often more than an injury; instead of shying away from this challenges, Dr. Thind takes it head on and supports healing at every level. I can honestly say I don't know where my life would be without Dr. Thind's care. It is more than technique, which is unparalleled in reading and understanding the human body and how it works. I feel so blessed to have this healing in my life and my hope is that everyone finds their own healing, too.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Kamal over the years for a painful shoulder and knee and she was wonderful. But it was the latest event which prompted me to write a review. I had a very bad reaction to the moderna vaccine. In the past 9 weeks I have seen 6 doctors and been to the ER twice they only made me worse I now Have a case number with Moderna. I thought Of Kamal and got a prescription from my Doctor. Well after only a couple of sessions I'm nearly back to normal. She explained To me that my body was in shock and the Reason for it which none of the doctors Knew.I even told Moderna what she Had explained to me. She really knows the The total body thank you Kamal. Also I want to thank Kelly for all the help She gave me with the apointments.

The therapists dedicate the entire session to working with you individually, showing you the correct form and making sure that your form is correct. Fantastic experience: Very different type of PT but really helpful. He makes be feel very informed and involved in my own healthcare and physical therapy. He slowly eases you in and gives helpful hints along the journey. His hands are magic. If I had to give one drawback, it would be that he takes only Medicare but no other insurances. Sometime you just have to accept the bad with the good; because he helps to make a strong foundation and journey to wellness for the whole body. Thank you Scott. I'm a fan.
