Fantastic experience: I've been to several Healthcare facilities in my life, but Primary Healthcare has by far been the best! Everyone is so nice! And my provider Juan Bloodworth, he is super nice, he listens to what you are saying, he gives you his attention and you don't feel like you are been rushed like at other places..you feel important, and not like just a number or a dollar sign. I would highly recommend Primary Healthcare..the location i go to is 2009 Old Lafayette Rd I believe..which is in Fort Oglethorpe, GA.

Negative experience: I called them and no one has returned my call. I've called three times. These people used to return calls. Now they don't care about the Fort Oglethorpe clinic on Michel Road. No one returns calls.

Fantastic experience: I love primary, all the providers are amazing. Lindsay is the best for same day sickness appts. Michele is my PCP and has been for many years. Thorough and great bedside manors. Loren, the schedule is an angel. The front desk staff are great, Brooke is always professional and goes over and beyond for everyone. I overheard her calling a dental office for a patient because the patients mouth was very swollen and she was crying in pain and it really made me feel good about the staff there. She also went in the lobby and filled out a older man paperwork because he couldn’t

Negative experience: Staff lied when giving me the appointment time over the phone. Upon arrival I found they changed the appointment to an earlier time and did not advise me prior. Horrible service. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Negative experience: I went a week ago at this point, they haven't filled my inhaler or my Albuterol - Haven't sent out my referral request- I have reached out many times now as I am in need of it due to my asthma trying to kill me constantly- so has CVS- no answer- no return call- nothing. This is the worst dr experience I've had in all 3 states I've lived. Honestly sad. Edit: I tried to call twice- no answer- voicemail full

Negative experience: The receptionist at the front desk are so rude! I am so tired of them being so rude to me for no reason at all. They cut you off mid sentence and roll their eyes when they have to repeat theirselves. The radio was blaring so that didn’t help. Besides that, they don’t know what they are doing. Always confused and don’t know how to charge people. Tiger Creek location is so much better they are so nice there so that’s where I will be going.

Now That's something I thought I'd never do. Until I talk to these ladies they made me comfortable enough to become vulnerable enough to tell them my real problems my anxiety and depression.. Positive experience: Every single time we come here we wait for an hour+ without fail. It doesn’t matter if the appt is at 8:00am or not 12:00 noon. How does the office get “backed up” at 8am?!?! I give them at least the 4 stars because once you FINALLY get seen the medical staff is fantastic. NP Juan and Janna are both top tier.

Negative experience: The front desk people here are very rude and unprofessional. It’s like they’re always having a bad day when I come. They cut you off mid conversations, they don’t know what to do because they don’t listen to the patients questions and are not friendly customer service at all.

Negative experience: I only gave this company a 1 star because I wasn't able to give them a 0 star. My husband was recently seen for a follow-up for blood pressure medication. He came back to have labs drawn another day and was not told he needed to be fasting. He had the labs drawn early in the week. The labs were back the next day and were sent to his email. We were able to read them and found out that he is now a diabetic. He waited on a phone call from the providers office for days. He was finally able to get a call back from them the following week. They advised him that he was diabetic and that they called him in a medication and that they will see him in 3 months. No advise on what to expect on his new diagnosis, no sit down with the provider to go over medication options, no advise as to what he needs to change as far as diet and things of that nature, what to look for if his blood sugar goes to high or to low, Nothing! They have failed him as a patient. He has since had problems with this medication and has had to miss work because of it. Thankfully, we have found him a new provider with another business. We will never be back here.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment at the mitchell road location and I really really appreciated Johnna Abbasi, FNP-C, she has such a kind, empathetic, thorough and knowledgeable energy. Fantastic experience: Dr. Harrington and her nurse are 2 of the sweetest people I have ever met. Dr. Harrington is very thorough, and will definitely get to the bottom of whatever is going on with your body. You’ll wait just a tad bit longer, but that’s definitely worth it to have a doctor that actually cares and listens. I definitely recommend!

Everyone here acutely listens to you and I appreciate that I never had anyone be rude never seen anyone being rude to other patients.. my last appointment was on the 07/06 and I called in that day to be seen and I got in at 1pm I spent maybe 30 minutes all together waiting and getting done with my appointment and walking out to go and heading to CVS to get my medicine I absolutely love this place

Negative experience: My wife and I have been patients here for years and had great experiences with Andy Simpson as our provider, and other than prescriptions not getting emailed to the pharmacy sometimes always a great experience. Andy Simpson left Primary probably for a better job, now we are seeing Adrienne Harrington Merriweather and it has been a nightmare she started changing medications that worked to other medications that we are allergic to or they just don’t work. I have contacted them on several occasions with no results, I believe the staff are taking the sample drugs from pharmaceutical companies themselves. You can explain the problems and apparently they don’t have the ability to comprehend what you say, I know my body and what works better than any text book or physician but the new provider just refuses to listen so we are changing providers due to their inability to listen and correct the problems. I would not recommend them because of the problems to anyone. Thank You

Negative experience: Ive been going to this clinic for at least 10yrs. This is the 3rd time it has moved since I started there. Before moving to Fort Oglethorpe, it took me about 30 mins to get in and out and that was with labs. Now I sit in my car for about an hr and when I finally get into a room, I sit there for an hr. By the time Im seen and have labs done its up to about 3hrs. You would think that with a bigger staff it would never take this long. I hate starting over at a new place but this is what I will have to do. Also, they constantly call in the wrong prescriptions or don't call them in at all. Ive been taking the same stuff for yrs, it shouldn't be this hard. Ive worked in Healthcare my whole like and this is unacceptable. I have an appt for next week so if this takes all day and they still cant get it together, it will be my last. I went to the ER last month and it took a total of 45 mins. If the ER can do it that fast then you sure can. Do better!

Negative experience: If you’re concerned about your health, don’t go to this clinic. I have copd and my breathing is very bad. My case manager and myself contacted the clinic 3 times about getting a prescription for a nebulizer which I desperately need. Absolutely NO ONE bothered returning my call. In 3 days. I’m filing complaints with several agencies concerning Dr Adrienne Harrington and her immediate staff and the fact that they blatantly blew me off thus allowing me to suffer throughout the weekend, barely able to stop coughing. The nebulizer machine would have helped me tremendously. This Dr has violated the very oath that she swore to uphold.

Negative experience: This entire establishment is an entire joke. The providers are great, I just wished they worked for a different company so that I could continue to see them. Sadly, they don’t, so I can’t. I’ll be seeking help elsewhere. I’m tired of being threatened to be put down as a no show as I am a single mother. I can’t talk to my therapist while my daughter is screaming in the same room. Now I have to start all over somewhere else. I’m very disappointed in this place. If you have insurance, don’t come here for anything. Also, they have a “fifteen minute window” meaning you can only be 15 minutes late or they won’t see you. I just find it ironic that EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there, I stand in line for AT LEAST 15 minutes waiting to check in. They’re a JOKE!
Negative experience: If you're broke and without insurance, it's probably the best sliding-scale place you'll find locally. But if you aren't, definitely look elsewhere. I once spent 10 days trying to get my prescriptions refilled until I finally drove down and BEGGED at the front desk. (I didn't owe money or anything; they were just "short-staffed".) And half the time they call in your scripts, they get 'em wrong. Here, you get what you pay for I guess.
Negative experience: Just don’t waste your time. Expect to sit in your vehicle for 2 hours and then another hour in the building dealing with unfriendly staff. I’ve been here twice now and both experiences were horrible.
Fantastic experience: I just wanted to rave about this office. My first visit was a great experience. The staff, the moment you walked in, to the moment you left, we’re all extremely helpful. They made you feel comfortable. Very friendly. They all wanted to help you & make sure you didn’t need for nothing. The waiting room was large. All the rooms were clean and nice. The doctor, I was very happy with. He was helpful and definitely took care of me and my questions. They genuinely wanted to help. Appointments are not a long wait. They call to follow up and check on your visit. I just think a doctors office that cares that much about you and your health deserves to be recognized. Thank you. I’m very glad to be going here. With all the services they offer to help you, they have the knowledge & tools, you just have to do what they tell you to achieve your health goals. I’m excited to be moving forward with my health goals & them helping me.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. Nobody returns your calls. They put you on hold for 20 minutes at a time and when you do get an appointment, you will sit in the room waiting for 2 hours! Please don't waste your time at this place. Nobody here really cares about their patients.

Negative experience: I have no income so they want to Bill me off of my roommates income but my roommate never agreed to be responsible for my medical bills don't know of any roommates that would. Then they want to continually double Bill me I was told I could pay $10 a month which I paid the entire amount off and have a receipt that states balance zero yet they keep trying to tell me I owe $30 when my balance is zero thethey tell me oh well you still owe $10 I'm like I have a receipt my balance is zero how do I owe $10 when I haven't had another visit? Been waiting 3 weeks for someone to resolve this issue so I can get an appointment before my prescription runs out
Negative experience: They don't actually 'DO' anything to help you! And good luck getting a prescription refilled! You better start calling them about two weeks ahead of time, because you can't get ahold of anyone, and no one returns your calls, so good luck!

They have a new rule that says that only the patient can go to the room they said that it was because of all the sickness going around. Well everyone who goes in the room if they are sick or not have to set in the waiting room for a long time. So they are actually exposing the family to all the sickness. Now my sister told them that she wanted then to send her prescription to Wal-Mart close to our house but they sent it to a cvs way on the other side of town.
Positive experience: Very nice

Negative experience: 2.5 hours after we purposely left my son’s written prescription there and were promised it would be called in (to a pharmacy 8 miles away that I even gave them the phone number and told them we were going straight there), and 2 additional phone calls later, the nurse told me the front desk hadn’t even given her the prescription to call in yet. I seriously could have WALKED to the pharmacy with the prescription in my hand and would have had it filled and been home an hour sooner. I suggest they put an ad on Indeed to get some front desk help that actually gives a hoot whether sick people get “care” or not.
Negative experience: Recently moved down to this doctor and scheduled an appointment to get a referal to a diabetic specialist. They refused to give me a referal (I was previously being treated by one but moved out of state). The doctor said she wanted to try and manage it first. Under my new insurance, I needed new supplies. They called the wrong strips in for the meter they gave me. I didn't know until I picked the prescription up from pharmacy. Called the doctor back to let them know and they called the right ones in. Went to pick them up from pharmacy; however, since I got the other ones, my insurance wouldn't pay for these. CVS said to have the doctor call and let them know it was a mistake. The doctor and nurse refused to do this so I was out being able to check my blood for a month. It took many calls back and forth to nurse just to get all the right supplies matching. They had ordered me the insulin pen with no needle tips, then ordered me only a week supply, then we got back to them calling in wrong testing sticks again. Very incompetent.
Negative experience: My previous visit with Dr. McCoy would have resulted in a 5 star rating, because he was super nice and I bragged to my husband about how lovely everyone at this location is; however, my most recent issue with them has completely changed my opinion. I recently moved and switched insurance that my old doctors office no longer took, which was a bummer, because the hours worked out so well with them being opened on Saturday and Sunday and I had gotten comfortable with my doctor. I have been on my BP medication for a couple years now and have never missed 1 day of taking my pills. There had been times where life happened, and my old doctor was very understanding and would prescribe a partial refill until I could come in to get the proper labs needed. I have had auto refill on my prescription and I noticed I got a text alerting me there were no more refills, so I called first chance I got Monday (yesterday). This is the first time getting prescription refills for this doctor. I'd only seen him once before because I was sick, so I knew I needed labs, but explained I was out of medicine as of today and could I get a partial refill until I am able to schedule an appointment. The nurse just argued with me on the phone and they refused to work with me at all until I had transportation to come in and get my labs done. They would rather me increase my chance of having a heart attack or stroke by skipping my blood pressure medicine that I've been taking for awhile now, same dose and everything, because they are needing blood work? I understand they need to make sure the medicine is not harming anything else or doing damage, but I think NOT having the medicine is more severe than continuing something I've been taking now.
Negative experience: Dr. McCoy is the best Dr. There. The others are arrogant and seem to hate being there , this is past experiences for me. The girls up front except one are not what you would call very friendly. Most people don't like having to go to a public health care BUT when we can't afford health insurance WHAT else can a person do ? I think they need to work on their interaction with PEOPLE a little.
Fantastic experience: Dr McCoy is great. Wait times have always been reasonable every time my husband or I have been.
Positive experience: It's a good place to go if you don't have insurance but don't see Andy Simpson he is always late and you will be waiting an hour or more for him and he's very arrogant and just not nice. Dr McCoy is great.
Fantastic experience: When I go here the words of Eminem comes to mind....two trailer park girls go round the outside, round the outside...then I lock my doors because I don't want Eminem to steal my bubble gum. Is this a fantastic place? No of course not, it's a healthcare facility. This is however, an ok place. Yes you wait but where do you not wait? Humans wait, it's what we do. We wait at all those horrible traffic lights. There you are just going nicely along and bam...red. Uh did you seriously not see me, then you think yeah I'm glad it didn't see me because I probably was trying to open my snickers and not an attractive look for me.
Negative experience: It takes all day long to get in and out of this place.
Negative experience: This place is crazy i.will never go back.and i will be trying to find away to.make.a.complaint
