Fantastic experience: I've been seeing chiropractors for over 20 years. Dr. Dody makes the experience painless. I'm already seeing improvements on my overall health, *without* the cracking and post-adjustment pain I had come to associate with chiropractic care. His use of technology to help visualize my imbalances helps me know this is a provider who is willing to learn and grow with the profession so he can best help his patients. His drop-in adjustment hours also make it super convenient to consistently get the care my body needs. The entire staff is super friendly and their new space is so beautiful - so many windows and it's so light and bright! Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend! Dr Dody has helped our family with 3 significant health challenges, for which we will be forever grateful: 1) My daughter had debilitating stomach aches a couple years ago and was missing quite a bit of school because of them. In search of answers, we took her to a pediatric GI Specialist who did multiple blood tests, stool samples, X-rays, and ultrasounds. They did not find the cause. All they could offer was symptom relief, which we gratefully accepted, but we were left frustrated with the lack of answers or permanent solutions. Then we found Dr Dody, who called for more blood tests as well as a hair toxicity test, and found the cause to be crazy high levels of copper. He put her on a detox protocol and her stomach aches were resolved!! 2) Same daughter was having issues with her ability to focus in school (and at home) and her teacher recommended that we talk to her pediatrician about ADHD. I'd seen something about brain training in Dr Dody's office so asked him about it. After following through with that treatment plan her ability to focus has immensely improved. Her teacher notices it, we notice it, but most importantly she notices it. What could have been a path towards ADHD medication instead became one of her understanding how her brain was working differently, and how we were changing it to work more effectively. 3) My other daughter has (relatively minor) scoliosis. The spinal specialist we saw at Children's Hospital said nothing could be done until she met criteria for surgery. Dr Dody came through yet again, and with regular adjustments is visibly straightening her spine. THANK YOU to all of you in the office!! I will continue to sing your praises.

Fantastic experience: My son is borderline ADHD. In an effort to keep him off of medication, we tried neurofeedback. He is about 30 sessions in and we are seeing marked improvement in his symptoms. He is able to focus and complete work in school. He is able to accomplish tasks at home without being constantly redirected. His emotional regulation has improved quite a bit. He is able to comprehend new material and make connections faster. He is able to sit and focus on a task like drawing or writing, which was very difficult prior to the treatments. All in all, the neurofeedback, while not a cure-all, has had a positive impact.

Fantastic experience: Earlier this year I was having issues with aches & pains, sleep issues, and mental fog. I decided to visit the Dody Chiropractic Center after reading about the treatment and services they offer. I began KST treatment with Dr. Dody and was extremely impressed with how quickly he was able to identify the chiropractic issues I was having that stemmed from previous injuries. In conjunction with the scans provided as part of his treatment package, Dr. Dody was able to point out the symptoms of my previous injuries - the ones I had reported to him and even ones I had forgotten about. Leaving the center after my first adjustment, I remember feeling upright and energized in a way I had not felt in a long time. Even after only a few more adjustments, I found my usual back & neck pains had almost completely subsided. Years of issues with sleep and restlessness quickly improved dramatically and even my family and friends noted that I seemed more alert, clear of mind, and in better spirits. Mental fog and attention deficits that I had been struggling with drastically improved and I am now able to work more efficiently and for longer periods of time without burnout. After having such success with the chiropractic care, I decided to continue treatment with Dr. Dody and purchase his nutritional assessment package. Having followed a plant-based diet for the last three years I was interested to see if I was getting all the nutrients my body required. While we found a few areas that needed improvement, more importantly Dr. Dody helped me discover some underlying health problems unrelated to my diet but needing to be addressed. If it wasn't for this service, I doubt I would have caught them and have been able to treat them before they had the potential to get worse. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with the care provided by Dr. Dody and his team as well as the results I have seen. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dody Chiropractic since at least 2012, and make the trip across town even though I live on the north side of the metro area. I greatly prefer the KST technique over everything else I've experienced elsewhere over my lifetime. The adjustment experience is gentle and targeted. I can consistently depend on having my symptoms relieved. I work at a computer 40 hours a week, which does my body no favors. But with Dr. Dody's care, good ergonomics, and the occasional massage, I manage to sustain a lifestyle where stress does not diminish my health. I've also had opportunity to receive a set of Neurofeedback Therapy sessions following an auto accident. I didn't have any noticeable symptoms interfering with my day to day, but testing revealed there were areas of my brain which were not functioning optimally. During the course of therapy I found my mind and emotions no longer dropped into a place of melancholy - a familiar place I've been going all my life. Since completing therapy 6+ months ago, that shift has remained permanent. I simply don't go "there" any longer in my mind. With life and all the stresses it brings, my head now stays above water in a way it never did - even during a pandemic. Given the time and finances, I would readily consider another round of therapy just to see how much closer I can get to optimal brain function.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to a chiropractor consistently in Los Angeles for the last 3 years, twice a week for neck pain relief and to fend off chronic headaches (in my 20's, I had numerous minor concussions - snowboarding falls- and was in a major car accident). It took me YEARS to find a chiropractor in LA that I liked, and I spent a lot of time before that bouncing between chiropractors, applied kinesiologists, muscular specialists, and physical therapists. Even though I received considerable relief in the moment, it was always temporary. If I was out of town for a long weekend and missed an appointment, my body FELT it and the headaches immediately returned. I am a firm believer in the mind-body-spirit connection and in the body's ability to HEAL. I didn't like the fact that my body was so dependent on receiving twice-weekly cracks, but I also didn't know of any other way... ...until I met Dr. Dody. When I moved back to Littleton, I was prepared to start the search over but consider myself so lucky to have stumbled upon Dr. Dody right away. He is unlike any other specialist I've ever been to, and I've been to A LOT. He views the human body as an intelligent interconnected system, and sees me as unique, not just a cookie cutter case based on sterile tests. I've always been to chiropractors that gives aggressive adjustments (which I have to say I enjoy at times) but he uses a different method that stimulates the nervous system and begins to peel back the layers of trauma held in the body. After my car accident, I had random muscle spams in my side, which I haven't felt in years (because the body is a machine and will compensate to keep us out of acute pain) but after 3 months of working with Dr. Dody, remnants of those familiar spasms rose to the surface to be truly healed and released. The whole "retracing" (which is what this process is called) took 2 weeks for this particular injury. I have more space, mobility and less overall tightness in that area than I have had in 15 years. It's incredible! What he does is science, it's magic, it's transformative healing, and it's lasting change. I couldn't recommend Dr. Dody highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dodie's style of chiropractic (pingers) has settled a chronic area of my back where I dislocated ribs in my back 50 years ago. Conventional chiropractic only left it painful and in spasms. It also helps the muscle spasms in my leg from walking while I'm wait for a knee replacement. I highly recommend his practice.

Fantastic experience: I was plagued with increasing levels of neck pain and stress for several years. In an attempt to eliminate the pain we purchased a new mattress and pillows, changed out all my shoes, and went to massage therapy 1-3 times a month as needed for pain. After 12-18 months there was no observable change in my physical and mental well-being and in fact, the symptoms increased in frequency and intensity. A coworker of mine recommended Dr. Dody and the technique he uses that is NOT back cracking which was a major fear of mine. I was skeptical at first but after 8 months of treatment, all the symptoms have disappeared and I am a happy and healthy individual. Fantastic experience: Written by Marj: Three years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune Psoriatic Arthritis. The pain was debilitating. My ability to live my life as I had been living was gone. I went to a Rheumatologist who prescribed two medications for me to take (Methotrexate and Prednisone). I am not one to take medication, but I did take them to help with the pain. This was something that I did not want to continue doing, so I prayed for wisdom and guidance. I did research on diet in relationship to arthritis. I changed my diet and after two weeks my pain was better. Then I weaned myself off of the medications. I was still having some pain. My husband had been visiting Dr. Dody to help with some issues that he had. He told me that I should visit Dr. Dody. I have been seeing Dr. Dody regularly ever since! He has helped me in several ways. With his treatments, he has helped align my nerves so that my body is working together and not against itself. He has given me guidance with diet and supplements to help eliminate my arthritis pain. Dr. Dody has given me so much valuable information to help me get better. Each time I visit him, he is very helpful and is truly interested in how and what I am doing. He explains why and what he is doing in his treatments and recomendations so that I can understand. He helps with getting rid of stress. The "road" to recovery has not been completely easy, but the result is great. Fantastic experience: Initially, when I saw Dr. Dody I was in a great deal of pain from an old car accident. My neck was in very bad shape, and all I could think of was my neighbor who had had two failed neck operations and is now addicted to pain killers. I wanted to see if there was something else available to me other than going to a doctor to see about surgery. Thank goodness I went to see Dr. Dody, because he has successfully fixed my neck and has been keeping my husband and I healthy and pain-free for a few years now! Fantastic experience: Dr. Dody has been a life saver for me! I came to office initially to help my aching back. Dr Dody started adjustments on me and soon my pain subsided. But then I was diagnosed with type-2 diabetes and my brother passed-away from heart failure (at 47 years old!). Dr. Dody had extensive blood testing done and put me on a regimen of healthy supplements and exercise. Not only does my back feel great, but my blood work is almost all "in the green" healthy levels. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Dody for about 6 months, but I can not say enough about how much he has helped me. A decade of extreme stress had left my back and neck in really bad shape to the point where one vertebrae had even rotated until the wing on the side was pushing out the back of my neck like a golf ball. My shoulder was so tight I couldn't turn my head to the left which made things like driving really difficult and painful. Fantastic experience: My husband, Phil and I have been going to Dr. Dody since 2008 and we feel his care has enhanced our lives. Phil started seeing Dr. Dody first due to some issues he had with his neck. After I saw his improvement and I learned more about chiropractic care, I decided to make an appointment for myself. At that time, I was training for triathlons so most of the time I had some kind of body ache. Dr. Dody's adjustments helped me to feel better and continue on with my training. However, I must say, I really didn't care for the manual adjustments especially when he worked around my neck. Since Dr. Dody has begun practicing the KST method of adjustment instead of the manual method, I find these treatments to be a lot more enjoyable and beneficial. My husband and I have continued to see Dr. Dody every week for general maintenance. We have found his adjustments and overall health advice very helpful. In the last couple of years I have started running in 1/2 marathons and I believe seeing Dr. Dody each week has helped allow me to pursue this new interest in my retirement.
