Fantastic experience: Not only did Dr. Ann help me lose weight the healthy way; She has given me the knowledge I need to keep it off for good.

Negative experience: It is a starvation “ diet I was eating anywhere from 324- 500 calories a day It’s definitely not sustainable… My job is VERY active and I felt like I was going to pass out all the time! Then to not be able to mow my lawn - that’s crazy! Exercise is very important with any weight loss program. Now I’m on medication because after doing the starvation diet for 3 weeks My digestive system is all messed up Words from my Gastro doctor Think twice before investing “A-LOT “of money to this program!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ann and her staff are simply amazing. I completed her weight loss program and can’t say enough about the level of support I received. If I had a struggle she was understanding and gave me effective tools to use to progress forward. Dr. Ann is professional but also very personal. Fantastic experience: Dr Ann has helped my husband and I learn so much about nutrition. I was able to lose 55 pounds from the day I started in July of 2023. My husband lost a similar amount. Leaving the weight loss out of it my biggest benefit is that I feel so much better! I was having trouble getting out of chairs, tying my own shoes and was always so tired out. Now I do all of that and more and enjoy activities! I’ve learned what foods are not good for me and what foods work with me. It is a big commitment in every way, but I’m glad I took the journey. With her continued help we both have been able to maintain both our function and our weight.

Fantastic experience: The 6 week program with Dr Ann did everything she said it would. She said I would lose 40 pounds, I did. She said I wouldn't be hungry, I wasn't. She said it would reset my metabolism and I would be able to keep the weight off and I have. It's the best and most effective weight loss program I have ever experienced. Four months later and I am still down 40 pounds from my previous weight.

Fantastic experience: Used light therapy for lower back pain and painful finger joints. Immediately after I felt soo relaxed and next day no hand pain, but did experience some finger stiffness. Also used pro vibe in office, great experience!

Positive experience: I believe you have a great system for people who can afford it.. but to spend 3400.00 to lose 20 pounds is costly 170 per pound. You draw people in with the lights but don't offer a PKG with just the lights. Very nice people though and I wish you well... More geared for obese people I believe. Thank you for the consultation.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Dr Ann after seeing a Facebook post about a red light therapy to get rid of that "last layer" of fat. I was intrigued by this and scheduled a visit. That was in mid September. What has happened since then has literally changed my life in so many ways. When I first filled out the questionnaire about what I wanted out of the program, I knew that I wanted to lose that 10 lbs that I have put on over the past 15 years... but I got that and so much more from this program. I have learned about nutrition, what to eat and how much to eat, I'm sleeping better than I have in years, my digestion issues are gone and I'm happier not only with myself, but with life in general. This is not only a weight loss program, this is a program that incorporates total body (and mind) wellness. Dr Ann is a true professional. Fantastic experience: Dr. Miller is so sweet and fun! I wasn't sure what to expect at my first visit, but once you're in her office you just have a sense of comfortablness. Fantastic experience: This is a long overdue huge thank you to the team at Dr. Ann Millers Chiropractic Office in Canandaigua. This past January I had some excruciating stomach pain. Before coming to see Dr. Ann I had gone the day before to the emergency department at the hospital. They told me that I likely had stomach ulcers and that there was little they could do other than give me a list of foods and drinks to avoid. When I saw Dr. Ann she did some adjustments. She also gave me some supplements to help my gut rebalance. Within a day I was noticing a difference. After suffering with this for over a month that little relief felt amazing! Week after week the improvements kept coming and with Dr. Ann’s keen understanding of Chiropractic and gut bacteria health I was feeling dramatic improvements. After about seven weeks I was one hundred percent. Dr. Ann and her staff were so welcoming. They were never pushy. They made recommendation and explained things very well.
