Negative experience: I called Rose wellness to schedule a physical therapy appointment for a referral by my primary care physician to have PT on my hip.. The receptionist scheduled me for an appointment. I assumed this was a for a doctor of physical therapy. But no, it was to see Dr. Rose the chiropractor who owns the clinic. After filling out five pages of documents, I met with him. He asked me if I’d ever had any pain in my neck, back shoulders, or any other part of my body. Being a senior citizen of course the answer was yes. However, I again explained that I was there to see a physical therapist for a hip problem after a referral from my primary care physician. Dr. Rose then explained to me that he could not bill my medicare or secondary insurance Company for any of his charges as he was a chiropractor. But not to worry, he could use a nurse practitioner’s name in order to bill and be paid. I think this is fraud. Pretty sure because I also happen to be in advanced practice nurse. I told him was there for my hip. He told me I didn’t need my primary care MD or the hip specialist I was going to see as he could manage it all. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed x-rays of my entire body, and again although he could not order them, the nurse practitioner, whom I never saw, could order them. He then went about trying to schedule appointments for me to come in to see him for manipulations. Again, I repeat I had called for an appointment to see a physical therapist for one hip. . As I was leaving, I was handed a copy of the orders that he had faxed from the imaging office in the villages. Lake medical imaging. He had ordered seven different x-rays, and the name on the bottom of the order was a nurse practitioner who I have never seen. Again, this is not anything except fraud. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rose is informative and more then helpful .and his staff is professional and delightful.. I left after one visit feeling 10 years younger. I was impressed in his doctorate in science ..Rare to see in the chiropractic industry.. For all they gave my son and I for the first visit..was a exceptional value.. I will be going back

Fantastic experience: I've been going here since February. The people here really care. This is the first chiropractic practice I've been to where the folks who run it seemed concerned about my well being and not only filling their bank accounts. Dr. Rose and Dr. Suhar provide treatment that goes beyond simply adjustments including electrotherapy, massage therapy, rehab exercise and more. They provide care that didn't seem to be available from my past providers. They provide detailed information about your condition and what you need to do to improve it. This is a great place to go for care you need. All the people who work there are very nice. They have a new massage therapist who does great job. Plus the lady at the front who looks like she's been there a very long time is a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: I came in to get vertigo treated. I got rebalanced and it works. Doc is very good.

Negative experience: I have just been told to leave the place in the middle of the treatment with dr Rose. He is an amazing doctor but his wife told me to leave because of the insurance I have. If you no longer want to take that insurance deal with them and not with your customer. Very impolite, rude and disrespectful. He did not finish the treatment. Not coming back

Fantastic experience: Simply one of my favorite places, as soon as I enter this space my back feels relieved! Dr Barry and Dr Mimi are outstanding professionals, they have a lot of knowledge, as well as patience and attention! My pain is drastically reduced in the first session! I am very grateful to have found this place, 4 years of experience of an incredible treatment, I highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: Update 10/04/2024 I am thankful to Dr. Barry Rose for thoroughly understanding and healing my back pain from a high of “7” down to “1-3” pain after 3 treatments. The only remaining pain now is my buttock pain which persists at “3”-“4” level. I had my initial appointment with Dr. Rose 8/13/24 and was surprised and impressed with the detailed discussion and examination of my complaint. He takes notes himself of the discussion and asks probing questions about your pain to get more specific duration, location and intensity of your pain. He does not jump to conclusions based merely on an MRI or X-ray. He wants to see and test for himself when, what, where, how intense/long your pain has been. He took about an hour just to understand my health complaint. This is unheard of in the current patient/doctor environment where one seems to be herded like cows for milk production. Since it’s my first consultation, I do not know nor expect he will totally heal me as opposed to what other medical practitioners have prescribed. I am just hopeful that maybe he can, or will provide me better treatments, information or recommendation other than surgery. He has provided suggestions other doctors have not in determining what is the real cause/location of my pain. He and his staff are all so understanding, respectful and accommodating. I am so glad I decided to find this avenue in getting relief from my back/buttocks pain. I will continue to see Dr. Rose, after a respite, to lessen and hopefully, totally relieve my buttocks pain. I find the front staff and assistants respectful and accommodating. They are pleasant and helpful. The only negative I found was the person who responded to the first call I made for an initial appointment. The person’s voice demeanor was dismissive, unpleasant and sounded so disinterested. Needless to say I almost did not want to make that appointment due to my poor first impression of the practice. I received a follow up phone call from another person to clarify the information I provided to that disinterested person. I suppose the information I initially gave was not noted properly. The follow-up person had a more ethical demeanor in a business environment that deals daily with people, who are for the most part, in PAIN. Nonetheless, this negative does not deserve dropping 1 point from my rating of this excellent practice. ______________________

Negative experience: VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Try calling them and see for yourself! If calling for and inquiry gets you yelled at, imagine trying to book an appointment. Suhar needs to learn some phone etiquette and manners.

Negative experience: My insurance sent me to this place for an independent exam. This husband and wife duo are absolutely rude. I was late because it was raining and my gps dropped me across the street. I didn’t have a direct number to this place and my contact didn’t answer. These people didn’t say hello and immediately told me I’m late and I need to leave. There was No hi or solution or empathy to the fact that I’m here due to an accident. I was asking if there was another time I am able to come because I’m seeing another practitioner and my insurance said they wanted a second opinion. The woman doctor threatened to call security on me and refused to let her husband explain the situation. Eventually, I got upset and they made it seem like I’m the problem despite the doctors being belligerent. I almost felt like they made it seem like I was an anger my black woman despite be being calm and advocating for myself. The woman doctor even had the audacity to get in my face in a threatening manner and I had to tell her that she better not touch me and she can call security because she is rude. In the future I would hope these people can decline a client with more decorum and courtesy. Very disappointed in how these people treat members of their community. I felt very triggered by this experience and would hate for other individuals to think this is a nice facility.

Negative experience: Very terrible and run down place. I went in for an evaluation and was pushed around and felt very uncomfortable. If you need a chiropractor avoid this place. You have been warned!!

Negative experience: Went with my friend and I do not recommend this place. It looks very dirty. My friend was rushed as we were trying to ask questions. I was going to see if I’d like this place but I am not going there and will find a better place to go.

Fantastic experience: This is the best Chiropractor I've been to so far others didn't really care. Definitely recommend if your looking for excellent care. I came in due to having 7 years of headaches.I thank God for the Rose Healthcare Centre. I had to leave my job due to the amount of pain I was having and no doctor could tell me why.I started my treatment in begining of February 2024 with a pain level of 8-10 and finished my treatment at the end of April with a level 1-2 which is a blessing. Dr.Rose and his staff really care about helping people recover and I appreciate everyone for everything.

Fantastic experience: I went in November 2023 with low back pain that severely limited my ability to perform daily functions as well as perform at my job, since it has various physical requirements. Dr. Rose and Dr. Suhar did a full evaluation of me and immediately put a treatment plan in action. The variety of services I've received (including massage therapy, manual adjustments, PT exercise recommendations with print-outs, and Electrotherapy) have all helped me function normally again in my life and work. The difference from my first visit to now is significant!! Going from barely being able to put on my socks to having gone on a 3 week trip throughout Southeast Asia (busses, airplanes, uncomfortable beds) with no pain was an enormous relief. I'm not scared to move anyone, weary of sharp pain that might kick in. Instead, I'm back to the gym, enjoying life, and being busy and occupied with my other priorities - not my pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rose and his entire staff was awesome very organized, one on one rebhad instead of open area rehabilitation setting, everyone truly cares of your quick recovery. I highly recommend this PT office for rehabilitation, back, joint and other related physical issues. I had a major injury on my hips they had me hoping back in no time!

Fantastic experience: When I first visited the practice in November, I had just recently gotten in a car accident at the end of October that exacerbated existing back pain. I walked in to the office in quite a bit of pain. Dr. Rose and his staff have been an integral part in my recovery. Through various techniques and adjustments, Dr Rose was able to take my lower back pain from a constant all day high 7 to a manageable 1-2 intermittent discomfort. I would recommend this practice to literally EVERYONE. Not only is the care top notch the staff is also amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Barry Rose and the Chiropractic practitioners at Rose Healthcare Centre at 6640 Old Winter Garden Road in Orlando, Florida were top-notch in the thoroughness of their diagnosis and treatment for my Sciatica and back pain. All of the personnel were courteous, competent, and thorough in my treatments. They also don't make you keep coming back once the treatments are effective. I very highly recommend them for anyone seeking chiropractic care.

The care and support by every single member of his team is outstanding from the wonderful team up front and back. I brought my parents too excellence care from Dr. Barry Rose has kept us out of back, neck, and knee pain for all these years. The pain for us 3 always went down gradually each time we go back they are very detailed that's what makes them SPECIAL. He does most exams not like any other doctors, and they have X-Rays and all types of examination. Love the physical therapy they keep me healthy and fit.

Fantastic experience: I came in with an auto injury that caused pain in my neck, mid-back and lower back. Dr. Rose was amazing. He gave a treatment plan that combined different therapy options. He is attentive throughout the treatment and as a bonus very funny. He and the staff make you feel well cared for. You are in very professional hands. On a personal note, I was told by a O. Surgeon that I was too far gone, that the only thing I could expect is the pain to increase beyond what I can manage and at that point he advised me to return for him to perform the surgery. In less than a month with Rose Healthcare my condition was much improved and I have little to no pain. Gracias Dr. Rose..Adios back patches.

Positive experience: This place just wasn’t my cup of tea, but may be for someone else! I have a bit of OCD & have been very “clean conscious” about the places I visit. Parts of the machines & equipment weren’t cleaned besides replacing the paper topper between people. Found Dr. Rose to be a bit pushy & rushed during my two visits; not a big deal, just not my preferred style. The young woman who was supposed to be teaching me some stretches was clearly mentally somewhere else. Once she finally sat down in the room with me, she immediately pulled out her phone & was super pumped about the Dunkin’ deal on coffee for the day. Don’t get me wrong, I love coffee too, but was kind of hoping that she would actually give me guidance on how to do these stretches properly. I wish I would’ve caught their names but shoutout to the super friendly African American lady at the desk, she was so kind! And shoutout to the gentleman who did my massage therapy, shoulder length curly dark hair, very professional & nice!

Fantastic experience: I had been Dr. Rose's patient for a couple of years. He spends lots of time treating me, never in a rush no matter how busy he is. He is an excellent practitioner. My back always felt better after the treatments. The staff is very professional as well as helpful. They always accommodate me with their appointment scheduling.

Negative experience: Worst place Dr's disrespect the patients and personnel, very unprofessional. I never recommended them to provide treatment. Very disorganize, office dirty fill with papers everywhere, no coordination, make you walk back in forth. No organization, Dr yell a people with no respect or professionalism. Good employees they loose them for insulting them. No training.

Fantastic experience: I've been getting my chiropractic care from Dr. Rose off and on for about 20 years. Before him, I've seen a couple other chiropractors before finding Dr. Rose. He is by far the most professional, caring, and skilled chiro doctor! On every visit, he asks questions, gives you his honest and experienced recommendation on what you should and shouldn't be doing in order to hasten your recovery which is always his number one goal. If you ask him questions, he will equally give you honest answers based on your individual situation. This may include supporting therapies such as natural supplements, medication, or additional therapies. The staff over the years has been super friendly, caring, and engaging as they set you up for the non-adjustment parts of your care (traction, physical therapy, therapeutic massage, etc). I highly recommend his office for your chiropractic and related therapeutic needs!

Fantastic experience: Dr Barry Rose is the man. I've been to 2 previous Chiropractors and never had much success in treatment. After my first appointment with Dr Rose I could tell this was going to be different. My first appointment was 2 hours long. He took the time to ask me a TON of questions to better understand my ailments. I received various treatment options and was explained in great detail the benefits of each. I've been about 5 times now and am already seeing a level of improvement I haven't seen in quite some time. I have been extremely pleased with my entire experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been an entertainer (juggled a bowling ball, a machete and an apple frequently) and professional athlete for my entire adult life, which means that I depend upon being in the best condition I can be in, come tournament-time. With that in mind, I've been a patient at Rose Healthcare for 20ish years. Dr Rose is very thorough in his exams & adjustments, and isn't one to let you walk out the door without helpful advice. The staff is very friendly and they know their stuff. I'm 60 years old and have won 160+ disc golf tournaments over the last 40 years. Many of which were preceded by a visit to Rose Healthcare. I've won 7 of my last 10 tournaments since having an aortic aneurism, despite also having a herniated disc, an arthritic knee with torn meniscus and a labrum tear in my throwing shoulder. The care I receive at Rose Healthcare has played an integral part in my continued success in tournaments... against competitors who are MUCH younger than me.

Negative experience: I will NEVER go there EVER again. I’ve never met a more rude healthcare provider and staff. The chiropractor was so unprofessional and sassy mouthed. My husband and I were appalled. Anyone who knows us knows we’re laidback and soft spoken. But she made us have to politely get back with her because of her unprofessional manner. She even had the nerve to say that her last couple she had LOVED her. WHO CARES!!! I was soooo ready to go but reluctantly stayed to finish her aggressive exam. Horrible service. I’ve never been treated so rudely by a healthcare professional.

Fantastic experience: The environment is relaxing and a smooth jazz mood , always clean and fresh smelling . The staff is kind and hospitable . The table rooms are clean and suitable for me alone or also have my family with me , if I had any concern or questions they were quick to help me . Dr. Rose was great to recommend me excersizes sizes that would help to form my body strengthen its self I have . My back has improved much .

Fantastic experience: I was a competitive gymnast and was recommended to come here to help with my back injury. I had been dealing with the back injury off and on for a few years. As soon as I met with Dr. Rose he was able to find out the cause of my pain, what was wrong and help me recover. The facility and staff are very nice and they take very good care of you. They also become invested in your journey to recovery.

Negative experience: Doctor Rose is not a fair doctor. Okay my husband was attended him first. And then some months later I started going to him listen to my husband. I should have just went with my own doctor. But anyways please tell me how he only charged my husband 500.00 and he charged me 1,500.00 and I didn't even stay with him. Because I felt like I was getting no bettet with him and he was too too ruff for me I would go to his office in pain i would leave his office in pain. He was always trying to crack my neck, and it never would do it. That's just more pain. We use to sit there from 6pm until closing. It don't take that long. Long story short I changed doctor's office and the doctor I started getting treatment from was grrat he really help me out alot. So came time for payment from my lawyer office he wanted to know how much did the other doctor get and he refused to sign off until they disclosed the amount to him. Well I was the other doctor long and he only tooka 1000.00 from me . And Doctor Rose took 1,500.00 why woulx you want so much and you didn't do nothing to help me at all. Hey I can see the other taking a larger amount because he put in work for it. But not Doctor R. In the end i feel like I was over charges by him. I just couldn't believe that he refused to sign off until they disclosed the amount to him of the other doctor. That's Not The Way To Do Business. Have a Blessed Day.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rose healthcare for 15 years. Dr. Rose has helped me with many different situations. I've gone to other chiropractor but by far Dr. Rose is the best. There is times that I'll go n see him before I go to a specialist or the hospital. He will evaluate the situation n if he feels it is needed he will order a cat scan or MRI n u won't have to wait long to get one. His staff is also great. My favorite massage therapist is Monyca. She just knows how to relieve my aches n pain. I highly recommend Rose healthcare.

Fantastic experience: After a sports injury to my lumbar spine 2 years ago I went through treatment at several clinics, physical therapy and chiropractic, though my progression and healing plateaued. I started to accept that I would have to just deal with my back pain but then I found Rose Healthcare Center 2 months ago. Both Dr. Rose and Dr. Suhar are well qualified and amazingly knowledgeable chiropractors, who pay close attention to detail in order to understand what you are experiencing and find the root cause of pain and disfunction. They were able to immensely reduce my pain levels and increase my overall quality of life. I only wish I had found their clinic earlier! I would honestly recommend their care to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Rose for over 20 years. I play golf 3-4 times a week and put a ton of strain on my body. He is the BEST chiropractor in Orlando by far. Other chiropractors spend 3 minutes and adjust you then out the door, but Dr. Rose will spend 20-30 minutes with you to evaluate every issue. I wouldn't ever go to any other chiropractor than Dr. Rose. This is truly a wellness place. -Carey

Negative experience: I when there one day with my mother. Her appointment was at 6:pm and we didn't leave until 8:pm. And I asked the lady cause I use the restroom and she actually told me no. My mother had to come out of the back and say something to her then she let me us it. That's bad.

Fantastic experience: Let me first say, that Dr. Rose and his staff "CARE"! I'm so grateful to Dr.Rose for his fast action to stop my severe pain. They're very accommodating when it comes to scheduling an appointment and make all efforts to help. He doesn't jerk you around. I feel so much better although, I still have a long way to go before I am at least 95% back to me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rose and staff are professional and enable you to feel like a valued patient / person. I felt better after my 1st visit and by my 3rd visit the pain was almost all gone. I have never been to a Chiropractor before, but am very happy I finally went - they have been a blessing to me. I have already recommended this great practice and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Rose for vertigo after being in the hospital for passing out. I am a 56 year old man. I sought alternative medicine and found DR. Rose did acupuncture. I was skeptical but the treatments did wonders along with adjustments. after I believe 6 treatments I have not had to return for vertigo treatments. I call DR. Rose a miracle. worker.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rose and his team have kept me out of surgery for years, i.e., over 25 years. He is one of my heroes. I appreciate his thoroughness, his professionalism, his focus, and his caring. he is a good man and a great medical professional! Anytime, I'm hurting, shoulder, knee, low back, etc., he determines cause and gets me exercising and adjusted to eliminate pain. I think the world of the whole team.

Positive experience: The doctor is great but has high turn over on staffing. The billing department is not on top of things and I consistently have to point our their errors. They also seem to overbill / creatively bill for things. I will not be back due to the amount of follow up I have to do with their billing department and multiple office people that work there. Its a revolving door!

Fantastic experience: I have chronic pain to do injuries from years ago. Some chiropractors see patients like me as income. Dr. Rose and Dr. Suhar are different. They treat my conditions as a priority. They work with me to feel the best I can at all times. Maintenance care is the hardest, but the drs. and staff at Rose Healthcare Centre are always seeking the best treatment for your condition. I am forever grateful for their care.

Fantastic experience: These are the best, most professional, most caring doctors I have EVER encountered, anywhere! Years ago they helped me recover from a car accident injury, and I have such wonderful memories of the office visits....they made the pain more tolerable, and their personal time and attention unsurpassed! They are consummate professionals, and if they happen to have an opening in their schedule, take it! You will be doing you body a great service! I have recently located back to Central Florida, and will be scheduling appointments soon! Oh, and that Dee Dee (the office manager) is like a bottle of sunshine!
