Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc.

Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc. is a premier nutrition and wellness organization based in Orlando, Florida, dedicated to empowering communities through education, access, and personalized care. With a multidisciplinary team of registered dietitians and nutrition experts, Hebni goes beyond standard clinical practice to address the root causes of health disparities in Central Florida.

At the heart of their mission is the Fresh Stop Mobile Market, a unique initiative that transforms buses and cargo vans into rolling grocery stores. Since 2015, this program has been instrumental in eradicating food deserts by bringing fresh, affordable fruits and vegetables directly to underserved and low-income neighborhoods. This commitment to community access is further demonstrated through their Nutrition Resource Center, a versatile space available for community workshops, cooking competitions, and corporate events for up to 25 participants.

Hebni offers a diverse array of specialized programs tailored to different demographics. For families, the free MediSoul Classes provide six weeks of hands-on cooking and nutrition education in English, Spanish, and Creole. Youth are engaged through the K.Y.D.S. Take Charge! program, an after-school and summer camp initiative designed to prevent overweight and obesity among Title 1 students. For seniors, the Healthy Soles program offers complimentary fitness classes and walking clubs to promote active aging.

Beyond community outreach, Hebni provides professional dietary services including corporate wellness solutions, employee weight management, and one-on-one coaching. They also offer culinary catering and host a Dietetic Internship, nurturing the next generation of nutrition professionals. Whether you are seeking personal dietary guidance, community education, or professional wellness consulting, Hebni Nutrition Consultants stands as a trusted partner in achieving optimal health.
