Fantastic experience: Dr. Bastecki is a very knowledgeable and effective chiropractor who passionately cares about the wellness of the body; he is an excellent chiropractor who understands how to get the the body back into alignment and what is required to maintain it. Dr. Bastecki is one of the few, in the area, who is certified in advanced Chiropractic Bio Physics which means if you need a spinal specialist, he’s your guy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bastecki is the absolute best! He is so compassionate, intelligent, caring, and very accommodating! He will always find a way to get you in to see him, and he really cares that you get the relief that you need. Hurt my back as a volunteer firefighter in 1979 and I battled with the pain for years until I found Dr Bastecki in 1988. I have been able to do all the things I’ve enjoyed over the years and if I overdo it I go to see Dr Bastecki and I am pain free. My back feels much stronger now than before. Fantastic experience: Dr. Bastecki worked with me to setup my orthotics with X-rays that found I needed a 6 mm shim on my right side. I highly recommend this process with Dr. B. My orthotics have helped with my back, hip, and knee pain!

I've tried (in and out of the U.S.) regular chiropractic care, physiotherapy, acupuncture, massages, physical therapy, a personal trainer, and at-home devices over the past decade while my neck continued to chronically worsen and degenerate. Nothing and no one could help me. Bastecki was the first professional to take an in-depth examination of my issue, listen, and put me on the road to recovery. He has neck equipment and devices I've never seen any professional have, use, nor suggest. My neck is improving and becoming much less painful when I'm conscious. He is THE WAY if you have neck injury and pain.

Fantastic experience: Not your average chiropractor. Anthony Bastecki holds degrees from Palmer Chiropractic school and is the only certified Advanced Biomechanics Chiropractor in the area if not the entire state. He is very engaged with his clients. The facility is spacious and he has modalities and equipment that surpasses many physical therapists and chiropractors combined. I have had 7 appointments and am experiencing steady improvements. He works globally on the problem which is helping me strengthen and retrain my old injuries from sports and car accidents. He plays a wide variety of music in his open facility which makes it an enjoyable environment the entire time. I whole heartedly recommend this facility and this Doctor!

Fantastic experience: This is the first chiropractor that has fully explained why I am having issues and the mechanics of my posture and how it affects all the muscles. Dr. Bastecki took his time to make sure I understood everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He looks to fix the problem and not just treat the problems. My experience in the past with chiropractors was just treating with massage and adjustments. Dr. Bastecki goes in depth with stretches and exercises that target your specific issues. This by far the best chiropractic experience I have had.

Fantastic experience: This has been the best experience I’ve ever had at a chiropractor. I use to live in Pikeville and went to a decent one for years. Then I moved to Lexington and went to a new chiropractor. It was about pathetic! I went a few times and just quit. He would literally just spend 5 minutes pop, pop, crack and your done. After a year I decided to give it another shot. I found A. Bastecki Chiropractic on google and since I loved Hartland location I decided to try it. Wow, wow, wow. I didn’t know what a chiropractor was til I came here. He cares first off and goes above and beyond. I had a visit today and he did so much with so many machines and techniques that when I left I was no longer in pain. I am now sleeping thru the night without my Motrin and Tylenol. I 100% recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bastecki is a godsend. I've been receiving chiropractic care on and off for over a decade, and I've been treated by 4 other chiropractors. While each had their upsides, I've never been to one that was as thorough and effective as Dr. Bastecki. The initial exams inspire nothing but confidence that your issues are understood and they will be targeted/attacked appropriately. When it comes to adjustments/therapies, this isn't necessarily your, "Do the same 2-3 things every visit," kind of experience; what you do is based on your issues and progress. Lastly, while I've never been a fan of homework, Dr. Bastecki assigns "homework" to be done between visits, and they truly help, not only in terms of speeding up the process, but in some cases, it can also provide momentary relief of certain symptoms. Bottom line, for effective treatment that feels very personal, go see Dr. Bastecki. In 3 visits, I have noticed more progress than about 6 months of treatment at another Chiropractor. 5 stars because I couldn't give 6.

He tailors adjustments to your specific needs and does a full body assessment (rather than only looking at one problem area) so he can resolve issues being caused by out of place alignments in other areas contributing to the problem area. Fantastic experience: I was working in Lexington and needed to find a chiropractor. I gave Dr. Bastecki a try, and I am pleased with my choice. He was able to adjust my neck and get movement out of it, unlike the last few before him (he’s probably gotten my neck in a spot to where it can be adjusted by others again, unlike before). He’s also shown me exercises and techniques to get my spine healthy and improve my posture. He definitely knows what the subject and can be a huge help to you as well. If your back or neck hurts, give his office a call, you will not regret it.
