Negative experience: had to call them back about my insurance being accepted or not b/c Candice (front desk) clearly misplaced my information and forgot to call me back after two weeks. seems like theyre too busy to give individuals the proper care they will want and need. Update: In regards to your reply, I did speak with your billing clerk a week later after Candice misplaced my insurance information, I advised I was all set with your Cassista's services.

Fantastic experience: I started with left jaw pain 6 years ago. The pain was so severe that I was taking Motrin 24 hours a day. I’ve seen my pcp, 2 oral surgeons, PT, purchased 2 mouth guards, and acupuncture. I couldn’t be happier to the Doctors at this practice. Turns out my left jaw pain was from a pinched nerve in my neck. I knew it wasn’t TMJ. The pain has improved so much in the last year that I only take a half of a Aleve at night and one Tylenol during the day. My goal is to be off everything! I highly recommend Cassista Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: When I got to Cassista Chiropratic I had tired a lot of different things to help with my back. I was honestly at my wits end, very mentally and physically drained. Dr C was one of the first people to say that he would be able to help me. He goes above and beyond to make sure all of my questions are answered and to make sure I get the best care. It’s only been a few weeks and I’ve felt and seen drastic differences in my body. I love all the scans that are done in the initial intake that you then can compare to your re-eval. It was the first time someone explained to me my injury and how we could go about healing it. Not only that but my entire body feels a lot better. I am so thankful for this place and all of the staff.

Fantastic experience: best office ever!! staff is so friendly and professional!! in the decompression room(that’s what I call it) Maddie places hot packs on my neck and shoulders and another one on my lower back !! the days tensions just melt away!!!! Then she runs a massage machine around your back that feels amazing!! Then it’s time for adjustment. Dr.Cassita is fantastic.! as well as Dr James !! I can’t say enough about the need on my visit. It’s allowing me to work and stay out of pain. Highly recommended.!!

Fantastic experience: The team is very good at addressing a lot of things. One good example for me was a supposed case of carpal tunnel in both hands, as diagnosed by a doctor, when in reality I was having impingement of nerves, to both hands, in my cervical vertebra. A couple of adjustments later and I was pain-free!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. C's when I was in my 20's and he helped me back then. I started going again about five years ago for really bad neck pain and lower back pain. I started with three days a week and now am down to once a week. All the doctors there are great. He has added some new techniques that work well. I would recommend this office to anyone who is thinking about trying something different. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: I incurred a back injury about 20 years ago. A myofascial release therapist cured the pain by targeting trigger points and recommending home exercises. That therapist has since retired... The pain returned during the pandemic when I stopped swimming and stress increased. I became too weak to pick up a watermelon and suitcase and an x ray indicated spinal stenosis- which is common for my age (70 years). When the pandemic isolation lifted- I tried a variety of treatments to decrease chronic pain. Dry needling and acupuncture did not help at all. A massage therapist decreased pain but relief only lasted a few hours. A chiropractor helped decrease pain, but that relief was also temporary and his skills were limited. I became stronger after 3 months of physical therapy and regular swimming, but I believe that the strengthening with weights and resistance bands without attention to stretching and MFR therapy- actually worsened my pain. I next tried treatment with a "gentle approach" MFR therapist who relieved pain temporarily, but she did not use enough force to really loosen up the adhesions. I discovered Dr. C at Dracut Home Day and had my doubts about color coding my nervous system to address abnormal nerve conduction. I began therapy 3 times per week and began to gradually feel less pain. It is important for patients to do their part by maintaining a healthy weight, engage in daily stretching, use trigger point tools, relaxation techniques, and low impact exercise such as swimming and cycling. I also engage in movement/exercise classes at the Y and dracut senior center. After several weeks of adjustments and only seeing minimal progress- Dr. C recommended using chiropractor tools at home. One is a head weight that I wear while walking for 20 minutes. I can actually feel my core strengthening and alignment improving while wearing this! I also really like the wobble chair that I bought at Dr. C's office. This also promotes core strength and prevents back pain worsening while I wobble and type. Dr. C hired a new team member a few months ago. Dr. David who is a chiropractor, as well as a neurologist. He knows exactly how to provide the MFR that I need and has been training Dr. to add this to the office tool kit. Dr. David also trained a lovely young lady to provide a pre-adjustment therapy consisting of heat packs while performing relaxation/stretching exercises, followed up by a massage using a heavy duty tool that looks like a sander. This 10 minute session loosens up the body in preparation for the adjustment by one of the chiropractors. These recent improvements have helped to decrease my pain. The staff at this office are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. My one criticism is that I was never told until my second visit that my treatment would some days be provided by a different chiropractor Dr. J. This chiropractor did not seem to share knowledge of my specific needs and how to individualize my treatments for best results. But, I was thrilled when Dr. C. said that I had the option of being treated only by him. I also was given the option of having dr. David work with me since the MFR is helping the most to decrease pain. I appreciate the flexibility in finding the best provider for my individual needs. I want to add here, that decreasing pain, improving strength, spinal health and lifestyle changes are a slow and steady process, especially at my age. Dr. C is very good at reminding patients that we are partners in this journey to health. If you are a patient at this office, do not be afraid to share ongoing concerns and suggestions to individualize your treatment. Dr. C is very caring and will listen. Fantastic experience: My son had a tilt in his neck off an on since birth, only army crawled using that one side of his body, so I was concerned! Came to dr Cassista, he worked on my 7 month old and within two days after his second visit he was up crawling on all fours and NO HEAD TILT since - my boy is now 10 months and thriving!

Fantastic experience: Dr Cassista saved my life during my second pregnancy. I have always had a “bad back.” About 7 months in I had so much back pain I didn’t feel life was worth living. The office set me up right away with an evaluation and he started adjustments immediately. After the first visit I had some pain relief. Each subsequent visit it got better and better. Just a few days after my baby was born I came back for maintenance visits. This continued off and on for about 18 months (it was hard to go for regular visits with two babies at home.) Whenever I’d feel something slip and end up in pain, I’d go see him and walk out feeling almost as good as new. When I paired my chiropractic care with regular yoga, I became a brand new person. I would no longer say I have a bad back at 42 years old that is amazing. Dr Cassista is kind and full of helpful tips on maintaining overall health. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: So my last visit to Cassista was the 3rd time in the last 6 years I had an injury and felt like I wouldn’t heal properly or be able to have an adjustment that would fix it. The first time, something within my neck went out of place. I went in, had an evaluation and adjustment, walked out, completely healed within a day. Second time I nearly broke my foot/ankle(bruised bone), had an adjustment, was told to wear a foot wrap and give it a couple weeks. Totally healed. 3rd time, injured my shoulder/back/rib. Had an adjustment last night. Woke up this morning with slight tenderness-everything’s back in place and feels right again. 3x incredible success at Cassista. Hope they are in business forever.

Fantastic experience: I started at this office after an injury at work. I'd been to other chiropractic offices in my life, but I'd never been to a restorative chiropractor before. Things are different at this office. From the drop tables to the open space and the level of care. Dr. Cassista and his team are always cheerful, and he can really get you laughing and puts you at ease. He cares for newborns to 90 year olds, as well as expectant moms. He has specialized equipment for all levels of needs and does a thorough intake of new patients. He's truly interested in each patient as well. I've noticed that I have better range of motion and recovery time now than before regular adjustments. I feel stronger and overall am able to better maintain my health. I honestly recommend this office to anyone new to chiropractic or who has been seeing a pain management one. The office takes insurance and has a very reasonable out of pocket cost as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cassista is great. I had a hunch back going on and a big ball at the base of my neck and its completely gone. My first visit i got the best neck crack ever and years of pain in between my shoulder blades to my neck just disappeared. Also i tried out his cleanse for insulin resistance and lost over 30 lbs. From there i have gone on to lose 110 lbs total. Not sure where i would be if i never gave this place a try. Truly cares about your health and spreading the good word of living a healthy lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: “This is going to be long…But this is coming from someone who has been dealing with a chronic back issue for a little over 20 years… Every year I have flair ups, usually a couple times per year. But this April I experienced the worst pain out of all the years dealing w/my chronic back issue. Constant/consistent level 10 pain. Even at my worst pain in the beginning when I first injured my back 20ish years ago, NEVER was I EVER at a level 10 pain. I was always nervous/anxious about going to a chiropractor based off of other folks putting things in my head. Things like, it was not in my best interest. Or it would make things worse. Over the years I have had steroid injections and gone to physical therapy more times than I can even count. Neither of which helped. When this flair up started mid April it was relentless. I was at my limit, was not functioning, couldn’t sleep, had little to no appetite, and overall was struggling mentally, and felt like I was going to have to be like that forever and I’m only 44. I kept saying to my husband, “I cannot live like this!” Aside from being in constant pain and unable to sleep or function, my mental health took a total nose dive. I knew that I didn’t want surgery as I had already had a discectomy in August of 2012 with a revision in December of 2012. This last flair up made it hard for me to even walk from my bed to my bathroom. I would get insane cramping, pain, and spasms. I was in intense pain even laying in my bed! My leg hurt even more lying down. I never had pain in my leg either! It was always in my lower back/butt on my left side. NEVER was I EVER debilitated from pain. This completely put me out of commission in every way. I was also in the ER three times over the course of one month. The last visit was by ambulance because I literally fainted from the level of pain I was in. That was also a first! My husband went online and did some searching and found Dr. Cassita. I read the testimonials and watched the videos and called for my first appointment/evaluation. I wanted and needed help. This is the first time ever, and I mean EVER dealing w/this chronic back issue have I ever had HOPE! A couple of weeks ago I was basically sitting in my whirlpool tub, several hours a day as it was the only thing that brought me a teeny bit of relief. I wasn’t able to work and I am self employed. Didn’t want to be around people. I was in a dark place. I am no longer in that place thanks to Cassista Chiropractic. Everyone at this office are super nice and made me feel at ease from the second I walked in the door. Dr. Cassista is a miracle worker in my eyes. He explains your issues goes over your scans/x-rays. Doesn’t ever make you feel rushed and you can tell he truly cares for his patients. I wish all doctors were like him. My only regret is not doing this years ago. All of these years with flair ups and pain could have been helped. Once I get to the point where I don’t need adjustments as frequently as I do now, I will continue to go every month to keep up w/my body. I am beyond fascinated by how this works and that after just one adjustment I slept through the night for the first time in weeks. I’m several adjustments in and I am able to work, go food shopping, do laundry, laugh, Etc. I wasn’t living life, I had become a total shell in a short amount of time because of how bad this flair up was. I only have positive things to say. And I couldn’t be more grateful than I am.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this office enough. I was suffering from excruciating back/sciatic pain. I could barely walk and I couldn't stand or sit for more than a minute without being in tears. I went to my primary care doctor and spent a week trying to get relief with drugs. They gave me muscle relaxers, steroids, pain shots. Nothing touched my pain. I made an appointment with Dr. Cassista because I was at my wits end and trying anything that could help. The day of my appointment the pain was so bad I called to cancel the appointment because I was going to just go to the ER. I spoke to Sue who was so sweet, she calmed me down and convinced me to give them a chance. I'm so happy I listened. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Dr Cassista assured me that he would be able to help and within 4 days I was back on my feet and practically pain free. If i had stuck with my primary doctor I would have still been waiting for a referral to an orthopedic. I'm still continuing my care with them and the next time my back starts to hurt Dr. Cassista will be my first call.

Fantastic experience: Due to an illness I was in bed for about two months. When I finally was able to stand on my own two feet, I was in so much pain, that I needed to sit down and rest most of the time. This pain was the result of being in bed for so long. It was becoming a vicious cycle of being in bed and then not being able to stand. I knew I had to do something fast, so I called Cassista Chiropractic for an appointment. The Doctors expertly applied their Chiropractic skills, and now I am improving a lot faster than I expected. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to walk, but I was wrong thanks to Dr Gerry and Dr James. I am so grateful! Thank you for being my Doctors! After I am done with this review, I am going for a 6.5 mile walk without the severe pain I was having. I couldn't do that without Drs G and J.

Fantastic experience: Recently I moved back to N.H. after spending about two years in W.V. Dr. Cassista had previously been my chiropractor, so when I moved back I naturally called the office to schedule an appointment. My scans were excellent when I left the area, but they were horrendous when I had them done this time.They showed that I was in the challenged range, except on one category, and that was in the very challenged range. I had been sick for about a year, and it showed. I live about 1 1/2 hours away, and Dr. C offered to find a chiropractor near where I live. I declined. I trust the doctor and his staff. I have seen what they can do, and I figured that they did it once and can do it again. Dr. C gave me my first adjustment on Monday, and Dr. James gave me an adjustment today. Although their adjustment is a little different, they both have a great technique. I truly believe in the next month I will start to see and feel improvement. And by the time I have my next scan I will see a marked improvement. This is a State of the Art practice!!!

(I received a call back from the doctor, again before they actually opened and was given very helpful advice and information about services offered. They really seem to care about the patients) The only interaction I had was with the office administrator. I called in before they were open and she was so kind helpful and caring. That is such a rare find these days I had to leave a review.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Cassista Chiropractic enough! I started having reaccuring headaches to which my doctor recommended a daily prescription to relieve the pain. I was not okay with this as I knew it was not taking care of my issue, only masking it. After speaking with many friends I decided to give chiropractic care a shot. This is the best decision I ever made. Within a week and a half my headaches were gone!! Doctor Cassista and Doctor Pratt are both amazing and I can not thank them enough for making me feel myself again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Pratt for several years (and Dr. C for the past couple as well) to help correct the structure of my back, hips, and neck after long time injuries from a car accident and recently to recover from a herniated disc. Dr. C. and Dr. P. have been extremely attentive and diligent in executing their care plan to help me recover and correct my injuries in a far shorter amount of time than my PCP and physical therapist had predicted (2 month recovery vs 6+ months). I am beyond grateful for the care and support they have provided and for their willing and attentive nature in aiding my recovery process. Thank you both so deeply!!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been seeing Dr. Cassista for many years. He has always been professional and friendly. Did you know that a misaligned spine can prevent potty training? I didn’t until my child suffered from an inability to train. After Dr. C adjusted his pelvis, the signals got to his brain and he trained in two days! I can’t recommend Cassista Chiropractic enough!

Fantastic experience: I have fibromyalgia and the past few years the pain was becoming unbearable. I was having trouble getting out of bed in the morning, walking playing sports and even working was painful to the point of tears. I play goalie for my soccer team and was finding it more difficult to move side to side to block goals. Since going to Cassista’s my pain level went from a 10 to a mere 1 or less. I’ve become more mobile, I get out of bed easier, delivering mail has become so much more pleasurable and can move a lot quicker in the goal. I definitely would and do recommend Cassista’s to everyone and anyone. The staff is friendly and they answer any questions concerning you health and wellness.

Fantastic experience: My mother took me to see Dr. Cassista when I was a child to help with my migraines and he helped I had a huge decrease in migraines. Fast forward 20 years and I hurt my lower back. I tried the hospital and my doctor and they all offered medication but no solution. I was in excruciating pain every day my last resort, which should have been my first was to go see my favorite chiropractor and he didn't disappoint he knew right away what was wrong and how he could fix it. He has since added an amazing new chiropractor to his practice and he is equally as amazing at caring for everyone. Anyone who is suffering from spinal issues should try these guys first. I have more than a 60% loss of curvature in my cervical spine which causes a lot of discomfort. I have seen many chiropractors over the years. Dr. Cassista and Dr. Pratt not only administer excellent care but it is through unique techniques paired with clear and helpful education of my body’s current state and treatment goals. I am very impressed with the way they educate their patients - clearly, easy to understand and with a passion for helping people. I also am very impressed with their care of young children. My daughter in the past has not wanted adjustments, but she has become much more comfortable with getting adjustments at Cassista Chiropractic. Furthermore they are not only treating through manipulation of the spine to alleviate nerve tension, but internally with superior supplements that will improve the body from the inside- out. Fantastic experience: I have only been to one other chiropractor, who was also excellent. The reason I started going to Cassista Chiropractic was because my previous chiro was always booked and located too far from my new address. I was in constant pain from a car accident (which had happened several months prior) and I couldn't wait so long between visits. I happened to be driving by Cassista's office while I was stuck in another debilitating migrane. I saw the sign, and gave them a call when I got home. I can't believe how quickly everything changed. I was immediately able to book an appointment and that included a complete examination, with scans and xrays. Since I was seeking treatment for an auto accident, they got right to work on me and took care of all the paperwork and phone calls with insurance. Not only was the evaluation extremely helpful in explaining what was happening to me, but the staff were also very informative, kind, and patient. The chiropractors explained that they are actually resetting my entire spine so it will heal, not doing bandaid maintenance like my previous chiropractor. They are happy to explain a variety of subjects aside of chiropractic information, provide handout sheets at every visit, send emails, and host seminars (small gatherings in the office). Furthermore, there are tons of resources provided for patients. There are "wobble chairs" and "wall hangers" to gently stretch your muscles prior to being adjusted so that you are less likely to be tight and sore. There is a lending library of books and videos with tons of information on all sorts of health topics: medications, disorders, natural alternatives, diet and nutrition, etc. They also have tons of items for purchase: equipment used in the office, yoga balls, back support pads for computer chairs and driving, pillows, supplements, etc. You are always welcome to ask questions, and even when the office gets hectic, your voice is heard.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! The staff are so nice and welcoming, the technology is great and well advanced in my opinion! Dr Cassista and Dr Pratt are amazing and super knowledgeable in many areas of healthcare. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel like you are the top priority when you walk in their doors. I use to go to Dr Cassista as a teen for scoliosis but stopped seeing a chiropractor when I moved to FL 15yrs ago. I moved back 16 months ago and was pregnant with my 3rd child when I decided it was time to visit Dr Cassista again! I was concerned with my lower back issues after having 2 girls prior and this time we were expecting a boy which usually are bigger babies. I was getting adjusted about 2 times a week during my 3rd trimester and I am happy to say that my childbirth was amazing and surprisingly easy which I honestly believe it was because my pelvis was aligned properly. I would recommend Cassista Chiropractic to anyone and everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I and my family have been seeing Dr C. For years (And now Dr Pratt). I struggle with many issue that I have gotten relief from. One of the main issues I have see relief from is neck pain and fainting from my neck being misaligned. Since getting that relief I started bringing my elderly mother, one daughter since she was 2 and teenage children. The entire staff is super caring. Dr. C. and Pratt are knowledgable and help to educate not just for chiropractic care but with a whole body approach. We love Cassista Chiropractor

Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Dr. Cassista for adjustments while pregnant in 2007. The day my daughter was born (6/2008) I had no idea I was in labor all day and my delivery process was less than an hour long. Having adjustments while pregnant helped made my pregnancy and delivery process easier. The day we were released from the hospital we brought our 3 day old daughter to Dr. Cassista for her first adjustment. And we all still continue to get adjustments at Cassista Chiropratic. All the staff are wonderful. Always great leaving the office feeling better!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cassista is the best chiropractor I have seen over the past 15 years. He does the most in depth evaluation including scans, x-rays, and strength tests. His knowledge and techniques are spot on. He truly cares about making people feel the best they can! The staff is wonderful and always pleasant. I highly recommend his practice!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for almost 10 years. Dr. Gerry has treated me through wrestling injuries, dance injuries, and my car getting rear ended twice. He holds strong opinions on alternative medicine, but his office is wonderful, he is fantastic at his job, a very nice guy, and their vitamin supplements are very helpful.

Fantastic experience: After finding this amazing and proper chiropractor office, my body hasn't felt and worked this well in such a long time. I wouldn't recommend a place I would not trust. That being said my jaw issues, my hip issues, and my back issues are a memory after I leave here. Couldn't be happier now that I found Cassista Chiropractic.
