Fantastic experience: I started going to Alignlife and seeing Dr. Brian when I about 20 weeks pregnant. I started going due to debilitating back pain/ siatic nerve pain, which was preventing me from walking long distance and chasing my toddler around. I noticed a difference right way and recommend it to anyone, especially if your pregnant. The weekly alignments help keep everything moving smoothly, while the body makes all these changes in a short period of time. I saw a chiropractor my 1st pregnancy at a different office, and didn't have the greatest experience. I researched offices in the area this round and found one that specializes in working with pregnant women. Everyone at the office is very nice and welcoming, the scheduling is also very flexible, which is amazing for juggling work, kids, and other appointments. Again, I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is on the fence about trying a chiropractor or looking to switch.

Fantastic experience: I struggled with constant low back pain for years before I finally came in to see Dr. Brian seven months ago. I’d went to a chiropractor briefly around ten years ago but wasn’t happy with the care and didn’t see an improvement, so I was a little hesitant to try it again. I am so glad I chose to come here! Not only did he take the time to listen to me, but he explained everything thoroughly to me in a way I could understand. He was even very honest in saying my scoliosis may never be fully corrected, but we could see how close we can get it. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a massive improvement in my back pain. Now, seven months later, there’s a noticeable difference in my posture and x-rays. I’m also free of back pain and able to be in the gym consistently again. Fantastic experience: Dr. Brian @Alignlife has been heaven sent. I began powerlifting about 18 months ago and fell in love with the sport. A few months back I realized it was taking a toll on my body. I began to experience sciatica and hip pain so I went in for a consultation. I thought I would have to give up something I had become so passionate about but that was not the case at all. As my body was adjusting to the heavy weight, I just needed to make some adjustments myself. His care plan has been amazing and I began to feel better and lift heavy just a short couple weeks later without any meds. He was able to pin point the problems and so eloquently explain to me what was going on with my body and how we were going to correct it. He also consistently gives me great advice and tips on correcting daily living habits to get better results and experience less pain. He encourages me to continue challenging myself and not give up on powerlifting, which was so so important to me. In addition to his great professionalism, he’s so genuine and personable and truly pays attention to his patients and their unique situations. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to the practice for a little over a year and when I first arrived, I had a mobilizing back pain. I’ve experienced moments where laying flat on the ground was the easiest thing for me to do to the point where trying to roll over or sit up straight, felt nearly impossible, and had nearly brought me to tears. I also was involved in a major motorcycle accident, where the aftermath was not nearly as painful as, the back pain that I was experiencing, though I’m sure that didn’t help either. I’m in my 30s and have a history of sports from early childhood through college. I’ve done manual labor within the service industry and I’ve been blessed to work remotely. I’m sure sitting at a desk is not the best thing for you, but it seemed all of my experiences had begun to compile . I do my best to stay active and to watch my posture, and it got to the point where all I wanted someone to do was to stand on my back, or do anything to relieve pressure. I would find myself taking ibuprofen or Tylenol and heavier doses just to make myself more comfortable, and one of my doctors had recommended using opioids to manage the intense [painful] sensations I was feeling. It only put a Band-Aid over it, but never addressed the root cause. He did. Doctor B. As always, been compassionate, professional, informative, and understanding during this entire process. Staff has always been super friendly, and I cannot speak any higher of the level of service that has been provided. My back pain went from an 11 to below 3 (on a 1-10 scale). I highly recommend him to friends and family and anyone reading this post as a genuine option to spine/chiropractic therapy. I can truly say my life has been changed and I’m extremely grateful to be in his care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been have a wonderful experience with Dr Brian and the Nexton staff. I when in with “mild” pain and stiffness as is the life of a construction worker and after only a few weeks I feel 100% again. We’ve still got a ways to go to complete my treatment but I’d recommend it to all need a fresh start. -It’s not a miracle cure but it could help you today.

Fantastic experience: On cloud 9 this morning. I have been seeing a chiropractor Dr. Brian for about 2 months. I have been told for years, I can't run again because of my back. I was getting those shots, didn't help. Couldn't find a new cardio that I liked. Well last week Dr. Brian (AlignLife, Nexton) said I could slowly start again (testing the waters). That was all I had wanted was to have no pain and run again. I would run a bit, go see him. (he's inside Bold Fitness gym). Said looked good, felt good. Soooo, today I pushed. Ran 1 to 2 minutes about every 2 minutes. No pain, just lots of sweating and breathing hard. I went and saw him, said I lined up, not much out of wack. Was a good day. Fantastic experience: Alignlife of Nexton is amazing! Dr. Brian Bord is a lifesaver. His adjustments are one of a kind and always bring so much relief to help my chronic migraines. He goes above and beyond to hear my concerns and makes me feel so comfortable. It is a beautiful facility located inside of Bold Fitness. I get my workouts and then get adjusted! Love it there!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Brian at Alignlife of Nexton for a couple months. I had an extremely stiff neck on the right side that no matter what stretches i have done it wouldn’t go away! I met Dr.Brian and he told me exactly why the pain was there and what he had to do to alleviate the pain. I understood that the pain would not go away in the first adjustment, yet when people say go things come to those who wait, that’s absolutely true! Here i am living pain free and couldn’t thank Dr.Brian enough! One of the best chiropractors i have seen in a very long time!
