In a healthcare scene where it’s hard to find a good provider, let alone a provider in general, Nicole has been phenomenal in taking care of me and my healthcare needs! She is the best provider i’ve ever had, I feel heard and comfortable with every appointment. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone, she will try her hardest to accommodate your every need, even if it’s something she is not familiar with. Negative experience: I heard a pretty cool ad on the radio so I went and tried to request and appointment to which it says someone will reach out to me. Well, sadly that never happened. It’s been over a week maybe longer. I wanted to be a new patient but how do u say someone will contact me and then they just don’t follow through. Pretty disappointing. I hope the care if better than their front desk and scheduling.

Fantastic experience: I came to Blooming Cactus for chronic pain in both my knees and recieved a really in-deph consultation at my appointment. Talking with them about what would be the best benefit for my pain I decided on getting my Medicinal Marijuana Card. The process was so easy with them, and I got the card very quickly. I highly recommend Blooming Cactus!

Negative experience: So last year I tried to tell these people I had vision problems and if I could go in so they can help me get set up on my card and they said they couldn’t,, that card was only going to be $80. So now this year. I tried for my card again and they told me to go In so they can help me get it. But now it’s going to be $140 because it expired. How funny is that when they didn’t help me and my card expired and now it’s double the price and now they want me to go in to help. What a scam because now I’m having a hell of a time trying to get my card now and they screwed me when it was their fault that I lost my card in the first place. Five star rating my ass.

Fantastic experience: DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! I’m so remarkably impressed with Blooming Cactus and Especially the owner & main physician there Dr. Nicole Rivera FNP. First of all she literally made room to get me an appointment right before she was going to leave town, I’ve never had any kind of physician show that kind of care for a new patient! When I walked in the office was beautiful and very clean (which I loved) and I was greeted by the staff and escorted back to the treatment room where I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Rivera. She truly cared about what my issues were and actually took the time to listen to all I had to say, & then explained what was going on and why (in laymen’s terms that I could understand fully, unlike so many physicians where they just hurry you in and out and want you to pay the bill asap, but Dr. Rivera was nothing like that). She took this ‘whole body and mind’ approach to offer me some great advice/tips on how to improve my overall health & wellbeing both mentally & physically even by doing simple little things or “life hacks” like getting some Vitamin D from the Sun that could help improve sleep by enacting your body’s natural circadian rhythm… I could go on and on, but I just was really impressed and very pleased with Nicole Rivera FNP. She’s so kind and warm and so caring… I could not recommend her anymore, I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to go to her for anything really, as I even found out thst her & others at Bloomimg Cactus Wellness even offer things like laser skin treatments, IV therapy’s, hormone therapy, injectable’s @ a great price btw, so really they do it ALL @ Blooming Cactus Wellness. Negative experience: Nicole was a lovely and amazing doctor and she did her best to always make her patient feel loved and cared for, which is very sad because as much as I truly did enjoy and receive help from Nicole's expertise as a doctor, when I came to her with a problem that she wasn't experienced in her care for an issue she wasn't immediately familiar with quickly broke down.

Nicole asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting proper care, not just going off “what they did last time.” I had my renewal the very next day! The last “popular” place I went to “lost” my information for 2 weeks. AND GET THIS… it was less expensive than EVERY place I had called by $30! Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure what to expect for my renewal, but I am so glad to have called Blooming Cactus!! Had my card in hand almost immediately! It took months to get my original card 4 years ago, so I was really expecting a wait, but Nicole and the staff are very well versed in getting these cards and everything went like clock work! I actually got my card digitally in 3 hours!! And most of that time was me figuring out the NM website! The staff were very available with my many questions and I feel they really went the extra mile! Thanks y’all and I’ll definitely be back in a couple of years for the next one!!

I have been struggling with Migraines and daily headaches my whole life and also my weight and she was willing to help with both issues. Its only been a month and a half and already seeing major results in migraine relief and I've lost 10pounds so far with ozempic! Im so glad she was will to help me find the right meds for my headaches and really encouraging with my overall health goals.

The gentlemen called me and was professional and very friendly. He provided me the cost of the appointment and advised me of next steps. I was scheduled very next day and my visit was completed via tele visit. Everything processed really quickly and I had my renewal medical card same day.
