Fantastic experience: I had a perfectly smooth experience all throughout. Booking via the online form was seamless and even communication prior to the appointment was instant. The practice is clean and modern. Waiting times were short and Amar and the civil surgeon were very professional and kind and made for a pleasant visit. I would definitely come back here for future visits.

Yet, Karina, a PCA and telemedicine provider, immediately came to my rescue. In less than an hour, she managed to secure the necessary prior authorization, truly lightening my moment of stress. Also, Zeba, the Spravato coordinator, has been wonderfully helpful. She is always able to accommodate me and the many changes in my schedule--and always tries to make things fit around my schedule. Each of these heroes (and sheroes!)—Amar, Dr. Jain, Haseena, Dana, Karina, and Zeba—plays a crucial role in making nao Medical an exceptional place for care. Their commitment, expertise, and kindness are sufficient to guarantee an improvement in my overall health--an inevitable outcome with such quality care. Negative experience: DO NOT goto NAO Medical, the receptionists charge you for test they do not have in stock after talking you into taking a blood test they do not have in stock. Receptionist would not refund the test (20 minutes after charging my credit card) they did not have in stock and told to call The Billing Department. I am going on two weeks and still no refund from billing to my credit. card. The Billing Department(sounds like an office in the Philippines) spoke with Belle, Louie, their Supervisor Jan and online complaints with Michelle and both told me all lies and run around, promised an expedited refund by Monday with a follow up call. neither has happened and still no answer when just lies. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. as the CEO Dr. Priti Jain Stated NAO in JAPAN means HONESTY(NO HONESTY WITH THESE ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEES). I will everything I can to WARN other new patients to be careful and goto another Medical facility.

Dr Homa Khowaja helped me understand my Medical issues took her time to explain to help me resolve my Issues. I highly recommend Nao Medical very professional. Fantastic experience: I did a drug & alcohol test at this facility, 72 hours later the company not received the result, and I went to do it somewhere else ? Less than 24 hours they got the result, to me your taking to long to get the result to the concerns party.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today, as a walk in… now my new primary care facility.. I was greeted by desk staff, Who were very, very friendly and very attentive. I was seen by John, who showed great care and concern to me. I was seen by P.A Venee ( my new Primary Care Doctor ), Who I loved, and I’m very happy to have her as a doctor. She was so friendly, so nice and treated me with great care. I was also greeted at a time of check-in by Doctor Jane, and another resident of staff ( not sure of her name ). The place is extremely clean, Very warm and very welcoming. And I cannot thank the staff enough there. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I would put zero if i could. I stopped there today at 4:45 and they close at 5. they took my insurance, etc and went to get the dr which was 4:50, max 4:55. (i was visibly not feeling good). the receptionist came back and said the dr packed up and is ready to go home so won't be able to see me. Talk about no tender love and care. really disgusting if you ask me. why even take the insurance, drivers license information and spend all that time entering it??

Positive experience: My husband came in on Sunday, October 6,2024 presented with bad diarrhea. The next day I brought in a stool sample. He is still sick. The only problem I have is that the test results aren’t faster. He’s been suffering so. We hope to get results by the end of the week. Otherwise the care was good.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Long Island from Kentucky and found Nao Medical to be the closest. I don’t have insurance yet but Nao Medical was very accommodating for me. The place was clean and the medical staff were very friendly and respectful. Josephine was incredible and helped me so much. I’m so thankful for them and helping out with all my medical needs. Fantastic experience: I decided to get my senior flu shot on the spur the moment. I used the walk-in clinic of Nao Medical in Mineola. It was a great experience. I was checked in quickly. Everything was done in a welcoming, and professional manner, Dr. Jain administered my vaccine. And it didn’t even hurt. This really is an excellent medical clinic.
