They take the time to explain how to work on everything and you set your goals and give you a way to maintain information about your activity and that helps you stay accountable to yourself, this particular weight loss program has just been Amazing!!

Fantastic experience: As a retired RN, I was very impressed with Dr. Settele, his weight loss program, and all of his staff. I would recommend his office to anyone. That is because I experienced them as professional, medically based, health focused, and balanced. In my nursing career I’ve certainly seen first hand what happens to folks who lose their health. So after a couple of very stressful years I had put on about 20 pounds. And being in my 70’s with underlying health issues, I wished to find a safe program to get back to my original weight. I wanted to stay as healthy and active as possible, all while feeling the best that I could at this age. I still have a number of goals as well as many important people in my life, so wanted to make the most of it. I continue to want to be as vital and engaged for as long as possible. Some specific things that have impressed me were — how Dr Sattele took the time to analyze and discuss my health concerns and questions with me. Also how his office provided exceptional follow up with frequent phone calls to see if I had any questions or concerns. My health was also carefully monitored with Vital Signs and EKGs, besides the usual weigh-ins ad measurements. There were several weight loss programs available to choose from and the cost seemed appropriate. Recommendations were understandable ad rational, ad I never received any pressure from them when making my choices. In short, I am now at my goal weight. And I have completed a month on the maintenance program. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Dr. Sattele and your staff!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sattele’s Rapid Weight Loss Program really worked for me. I’ve had better than expected results in a short amount of time. Dr. Sattele cares about your overall health first. He is extremely patient answering questions and he truly cares about you and your success with the program. His staff are friendly and are always encouraging. They make you feel good about yourself! I’ve never enjoyed working out, but I love being outside - walking and gardening are my exercise and these work for me. My best tip…..if you find you crave that piece of chocolate ask yourself if you REALLY want it. If I stop and think of how much better I feel after my weight loss (30 pounds!) I can usually pass up the candy and go for a healthier choice. YOU can do it!

Fantastic experience: I had a successful experience loosing 23 lbs. under Dr. Sattele’s plan. I have had thyroid issues and menopause happening at the same time with similar symptoms. My weight went up over a few years time and I just was accepting that this is how it would be. I felt horrible inside and outside of my being. In February 2023, I made the decision to go see Dr. Sattele and explained my circumstance. He said he could help me as long as I was willing to put in the work and stay true to the diet. I set my mind to give it my all and I feel great and healthy. I did it and thank you Dr. Sattele and team!

Fantastic experience: Some of the nicest people to work with during the weight loss

Negative experience: Today I was scheduled at the Murriel's Inlet Center for a consultation for weight loss at 1:30 PM. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and half with a waiting room full of other patients some who were there before me. At 3:00 PM I was taken into a consultation room where I watched a video. After the video I sat for about another 10 minutes without being seen. After waiting for a one hour and 40 minutes I informed the receptionist that I was leaving and that I had been there for over 1.5 hours. At that time she contacted a nurse who sat me down and attempted to expalin the diet programs to me very quickly. I was then informed that I would have to be seen by the doctor and tests would have to be performed. I elected to leave as I no longer wanted to wait as there was no time line given as when I was going to be seen and tested. I am very dissappointed with the customer care. I also watched a female patient be asked to leave by a staff member because she had brought her granddaughter to her appontment. She was told that she had to sit outside with her granddaughter in the 95 degree heat because only the patient was allowed inside. Another patient volunteered to watch the little girl so that the patent could be seen. She finally elected to cancl her appointment but had to check to see if she was going to be chaged the $25.00 cancellation fee. Very very disappointed with the customer service and the very long wait to be seen.

Fantastic experience: Weight loss has always been a struggle for me. If I don’t see substantial progress quickly, I tend to give up. With the rapid weight loss program I immediately saw consistent results. By following the meal plan, doctor recommendations and working out, I have seen progress every day. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Dr. Sattele for about 3 months now! I’m down over 50lbs so far and I look and feel great! The key to success is staying consistent, putting in the work, and following the plan! Otherwise it becomes a waste of time and money! Fantastic experience: I have tried and not had success with any number of diets. This one works! 18 pounds my first month headed into my second month and I’m truly excited. Fantastic experience: The absolute best staff. I’ve lost 63 lbs in 4 months. 35 of those lbs were in the first 2 months. I cannot believe these results I’m getting. They make sure you have everything you need to succeed. They hold you accountable for your progress because the tools you are given are fool proof. The only way you will not get results, is if you sabotage yourself. I’m 24 years old. I haven’t worn a bikini since I was 11 years old until this month and I feel amazing. There is always a person of contact for any questions or concerns day or night. Dr. Sattelle and his wife are so personable. Dr. Sattelle treats everyone individually, not just the number on the scale. Very knowledgeable staff and the nurses are so accommodating. It’s affordable and they will tell you the best type of program for you and your body type. The programs are designed for everyone.
