Negative experience: If you want your mental health taken serious look elsewhere. I was put on medication that made everything worse. And expressed the fact I was not doing okay EVERY appointment. Cried EVERY appointment about my anxiety. I explained my need for an accommodation with my work hours and it was like I was speaking to the wall. I ended up losing my job. Amber Stewart I don’t think you are in the right field. I had about 4 or 5 appointments with you and I still n don’t know what I’m going through. I give up

Fantastic experience: Re. Pediatric Care - Dr. Rainwater and Dr. Lopez are both excellent with my kids! Their bedside manner is fantastic and they are knowledgeable and helpful at every visit. I'd also like to add that the front office staff was so helpful in getting my kids attached to my MyChart so now I can access all of our accounts in one place.

Negative experience: The only reason why I’m not giving one star is because The receptionist, despite that she was kinda rude taking things personal, Ultimately did give me the information that I was asking for, but this place works way too fast. They’re not taking time to make sure the patient understands what’s going on? I’m coming back in for my appointment to talk about my back pain and a follow up from being sick last week. Somehow I’m supposed to know that I was already supposed to get x-rays done based off of our last appointment. I’m confused. Nobody called me for an appointment and even if they did, they didn’t leave a voicemail And they never told me to expect this call either I was just supposed to know. It just seems like they don’t care because they got shit to do and you’re not it.

Positive experience: I just wanted to make this known that a very wonderful doctor Lisa is now leaving Noah. This is so crushing and I wish there was something that could be done to make her stay because she has been such a hero to me and phenomenal doctor full of compassion and wisdom and I'm crushed to see her go. Negative experience: Dr.’s and nurses are good but i can’t say the same about the back office staff. Good luck getting a referral to go through within the month. NOAH system is terrible. On my Last visit there, the back office staff were too busy playing and giggling uncontrollably like a bunch of high school kids. Very unprofessional. They are however great at calling you none stop to bother you about information that you already know that’s on mychart.

Negative experience: Despite contacting the office to let them know I had new insurance, uploading it to the portal and having to schedule with a different provider because my existing provider was not in network, it turns out they don't even take my new insurance after going through the hassle of a new intake and 3 appointments to get my (non controlled) medication refilled. No one made notes. No one documented anything. And now I'm supposed to be responsible for the bills due to multiple people failing to do their jobs. I did what I was supposed to. I contacted the office. I uploaded the card to the portal. I told every person I spoke to I had new insurance and the old insurance was not valid.

Fantastic experience: The best care I've received, ever! I met with my new PCP, Gina Smith. She was fabulous! Usually when I talk to an MD they are so rushed I feel like they just want to run out of the room. Gina spent a lot of time with me. After our visit, a nutritionist and then a mental health provider came in to talk to me as well.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Noah now for a few years, and have had 2 primary care doctors with them (the first one retired, she was also great!). I don't think a lot of people actually understand how much goes on behind the scenes with our visits, I certainly didn't for a long time. And yet during the times when I've needed more assistance, they have always stepped up to the plate. Noah has absolutely been a positive impact on my life.

Fantastic experience: I was looking to change my PCP because I wanted a second opinion. Rachel Giroux de Armendariz is an amazing doctor. Most of all, she listens to her patients. I never feel any anxiety of going to the doctor anymore. During my last visit, I thought I had to give bloodwork so I fasted. My doctor told me that they had bloodwork already done, so I didn't need to. They brought me some snacks quickly because "I needed to eat". Staff brought me some water while I waited too. They're awesome!

Fantastic experience: NOAH has many different doctor offices within the facility and sees both children and adults. I personally have the experience with their counseling department for my daughter which has been amazing for her. Counselor Annie Custer is amazing! She has definitely helped my daughter in the time we have been with her. She has many years of experience in the counseling field along with her master degree. Annie makes my daughter feel safe and at ease in their sessions and overall I couldn’t ask for a better counselor for her. I highly recommend her for any child’s counseling needs you may have.

Negative experience: My doctor Sivan zadikov is irresponsible and not responsive they do nothing here I had an urgent request for a prescription and she hasn’t responded in days. Lady on phone said she was in office and she still didn’t do anything about it.

Negative experience: SO UNPROFESSIONAL I chose this place because it is so close to my home. I feel like the Dr’s here are so unprofessional and have canceled the day of an appointment twice on me now. If you’re going to cancel at least get your patients covered by someone else. I’ve been waiting to go over test results with my dr for a month now and they cancelled this morning (the day of). Apparently they do not care about their patients or their well being. SHAME ON YOU!!!! I’m done with this place!

Negative experience: This place is nice aesthetically, but they do literally nothing !! They tell you over the phone they take emergency appointments and when you show up its another story and they cant see you, when you do finally get seen after waiting 2 months they claim they only have a 15 min time slot to do an exam but cant do any treatment?!?!? Negative experience: For Dental The woman with short burgundy hair color at front window name starts with Y and last name P. I came in first and then may 5 mins after another woman came in, I was standing at the window and she ignored me and helped the woman that came in after I came in. extremely rude. I was very upset.

Negative experience: I would recommend looking elsewhere as they could not commit to the schedule for new patient intake. I scheduled an initial patient intake to establish care with a new doctor. They called me the week of my appointment and notified me that I need to be rescheduled without a reason why. The soonest they can reschedule me is over 2 weeks out with a P.A., not even the doctor I wanted to establish care with. The way I was treated as a new patient trying to establish care and the support I received when discussing rescheduling options was very unprofessional plus they wasted 2-3 weeks I could have been looking to establish with another provider.

Negative experience: Go to BAYLESS INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE instead. They actually do a whole lot more for you. Not like forgetting your essential prescriptions over the weekends. True story. Unforgivable. Oh and there's no way of getting around that either. Psychiatric department closed over the weekend. All you can do is leave messages for Monday. You're just left feeling helpless.

Fantastic experience: I can't even explain how much I LOVE noah. Last January I found noah because I was struggling with crippling anxiety and depression. My initial in take was with Dr. Chuang and she was an absolute God send. I felt heard and cared for. She got me set up with medication and mental health help. Then I got referred to Winfred Snell, and I absolutely love him. I can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who has been dealing with mental health agencies for over 10 years now I can say with confidence this place has been the best so far! I’m seeing a psychiatrist and psychologist, both, and the process has truly been helpful. Scheduling was easy and availability for new patients wasn’t an issue. Another great benefit is it’s completely covered through many insurances, including accchs! I haven’t had to pay a penny. Through the initial intake, all the way to sessions with both specialists, the staff made the process feel, not only easy, but welcoming as well! I’d suggest this place to anyone who’s considering looking for mental health services! :) hopefully this can give you some reassurance I know how tricky it is to find a good mental health provider.

Negative experience: When I called to schedule my appointment I was told that the physician could meet all my prescription needs. They cannot. I was then told they would have someone call me they would call me back the same day to schedule the referral. They did not. When I was finally able to speak to someone concerning the referral I was notified that it is waitlisted and they could not provide an estimated time frame as to when I would be able to get in for my prescription refills. Prescriptions that I have taken for years. Prescriptions that have no refills because of a recent move. All they offered were problems. No solutions. Additionally, the physician made a number of highly presumptuous comments that were nothing short of irresponsible. ADVICE: Talk to your patients not at them. Quality of care involves PARTNERING with your patients. You should try it.

Negative experience: I scheduled an urgent appointment for 7 AM, which took some time and felt nearly impossible to get only for Patrick to leave me a voicemail the night before saying I need to reschedule. Fantastic experience: I used to be a patient with Adelante on Metro but after my bad experience, I decided to make the change. I was a bit skeptical because the scheduling representative that assisted me at first did not feel as helpful. Fantastic experience: The reviews had me a little worried to be seen here, but it really wasn’t bad at all. The receptionists are hit or miss - some are nice and the others aren’t as nice, but they do their job and that’s what matters to me. Dr Giroux was great, she listens and shows concern when needed. It does get a little crowded and busy kind of like an urgent care setting but it’s a clean office and it’s easy to find.

Fantastic experience: I went t the Desert Mission location and saw Winfred Snell (for mental health care). Every experience I've had - from making the appointment, to checking in, interactions with office staff, and being treated by the nurse (for vitals) and then by Winfred Snell for my appointment was great. I especially appreciated how he spent his time with me and focused attention on me and my concerns.

Negative experience: Severe lack of communication with this group. I have been waiting for short term disability and FMLA paperwork to be filled out and faxed to Cigna. Just found out today nothing was received! Cigna has been sending the office the request on multiple occasions, I even had an appointment with my Dr just to fill out the paperwork! Had to pay $30 to do it! I could lose my job over this!!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit was very positive. I left with a referral to a specialist, another one for a hearing specialist ( I am 78) and referral to lab. All done at first appt. Dr Whaalon was able to listen and explain the plan wth clarity. Wait time was minimal. The staff was polite and professional and you could tell they liked their jobs.

Negative experience: Terrible service. Can't change an in-person URGENT appointment to a phone visit without a big runaround. Just got out of hospital from cardiac issues and can't reschedule in-person to phone with same provider (just what are they "providing" anyway? Not healthcare, obviously!) Someone from this agency calls you at least twice a day to nag you about everything until your voicemail box is full. I guess in the era of vaccine mania, the main thing is to get people the needlework and alter your genome; which is exactly why the first menu option after language selection is to schedule your Couvade treatment. God help you if you need someone to talk to who isn't going to start out every sentence with the word "unfortunately:" as we all know, when any sentence starts out that way, you know you're getting smoke blown up your nether bits (maybe that's an ancient Chinese medicinal treatment for extracting your money from your wallet.) Remember, it's your tax dollars at work here... funding med school dropouts, no doctors, and reception staff with a limited vocabulary and an unlimited capacity to offend, belittle and wield inhumane amounts of attitude and power over John Q. Taxpayer, also known as The Customer!

Negative experience: While the appointment desk and clinical staff are wonderful, the administration side is horrible. Was informed they took my insurance before making the appointment for a new PCP; they don't. The referral coordinator (who can only be reached via voicemail) didn't call me when the referral couldn't be made because of said insurance problem. Supervisors would not return my calls. I've wasted 18 calls, missed two days of work, and lost out on a quality of life because of their admin staff's incompetence. God help me if I get a bill for my failure of a visit.

Negative experience: AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! SARA SCHRAG IS THE SINGLE MOST INCOMPETENT HUMAN ON EARTH! Seems completely incapable of even showing the slightest bit of humanity or doing the smallest inkling of her job. Somebody PLEASE fire her.

Negative experience: Tried calling the front desk multiple times for doc authorization for prescription with no help. It's been over a week. Left messages on mychart no help. Would recommend other doc offices. Pharmacy has sent multiple requests for doctor authorization as well. Giving up now and seeking other doctor offices.

Negative experience: I have to say, they have the absolute worst customer service. Anyone whose spoken to the staff over the phone can possibly relate. I was told I would receive 2 calls from my counselor max if I ever were to miss one, well my counselor only called once, When I was told by an MA that it would be over video! And I would be receiving a link over text. That never occurred either, So I called Noah’s to let them know my counselor called from a restricted number, one time and hasn’t called back. (18 minutes into our scheduled session). She says, “ well guess your just going to have to wait till your next appointment, on the 7th”. No resolution, no explanation, not even a solution provided. Just added stress to an already difficult situation. Noah’s does not care at all for your mental health, they just care about making checks, and the employees only care about getting them. It’s real life a scam, I have yet to speak with a supervisor when I’ve requested to on numerous occasions. I’m at my wits end.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTE WORST HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I have never felt so unbelievably unimportant to a clinic in my extremely thorough experience with the medical industry. I have chronic health issues that cause pain and other problems and have seen dozens of doctors every single year for at least the last 6 years. This review is a result of about a dozen different experiences that i have chosen not to report because i have worked in customer service in various capacities myself and i have dealt with many people who overreact to things because of an overblown sense of entitlement. This is NOT overreacting at this point. This place is a disgrace. EVERY SINGLE TIME i call to talk to an MA i am kept on hold by the system without so much as one second of acknowledgement from anyone, for AT LEAST 15 minutes. Even FIVE minutes of listening to the same 30 second recording on a loop is maddening. For anyone. There is NO WAY to call the location directly and even when you do get a person, they are largely incompetent and no one EVER has apologized or even acknowledged my polite complaints about the wait time. I've even done so in person and was shrugged off by the receptionist who changed the subject. Who trains these people?? Regarding incompetence, I don't know if the industry is just so desperate for workers that the minimum standard has been lowered to a 12 year old's level of comprehension, but my interactions with these women are downright cringey. I ALWAYS have to explain what I'm asking for at least twice. I might as well be explaining my medical concerns to a tech at a nail salon. These people are clearly glorified receptionists and nothing else. They can't understand simple medical information REQUIRED to be able to transmit a message effectively to a doctor. Useless. A while back i requested four separate things that were all important - one was urgent. Two weeks later not ONE single thing had happened, AND the information they had on file was inaccurate. I swear to god the woman i spoke to at the time sounded illiterate... FOUR MONTHS later and literally NONE OF THEM were handled. I let it go because I was moving out of town and couldn't be bothered to try again. I was too angry and stress compounds the issues I already have. There have been several smaller issues that were similar and always i find that the level of acknowledgement and apology is either weak or non-existent... It's customer service 101 people. Come ON. There was also a particularly unpleasant experience with someone on the behavioral health staff. As soon as I began treatment with her, I knew something was off. Everything about my experience with her felt unprofessional. In the short course of our sessions, before I quit, I witnessed her talk about her personal life, make wildly inaccurate assessments of what i was sharing (no, that's not what i said, are you even listening??), Inaccurate use of EMDR therapy (I've worked with other therapists with this modality and it was effective where this was useless) AND I had to call her out on interrupting me. She was receptive to the feedback but a couple weeks went by and she started back up talking over me. The worst part, though, was that when I no-showed once due to being in crisis she never even called to find out what was going on. She never followed up when i stopped coming in either. Today I was kept on hold by the system for a solid 15 minutes only to be hung up on as soon as it sounded like someone was about to pick up. This could have been a mistake, but I wouldn't know because no one called me back to say, "sorry we got disconnected, how can i help?" - why? Aren't I on caller ID? HOW are you not trained to reconnect if disconnected? I proceeded to then call again and wait for an additional 17 minutes without any acknowledgement before i gave up. Apparently I have to go in to get the very urgent imaging referral I need now, because I am injured. We'll see how it goes, but this is the last straw for me. I'm no longer dealing with Honor Health in general. It's a disgrace.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with their marriage counselor Anthony Staracino. My husband and I saw him a few times and realized he is very Bias and unprofessional. He said that I am a narcissist, that I need to get over myself and he wished that I was able to argue with someone like myself! Like wow! I was in shock and In disbelief! You do not talk to your patients that way when we are coming to you for help. As a counselor you are suppose to help and encourage us Not Be put down n discouraged! He is unprofessional rude and bias. He definitely does not have any life or relationship experience to help anyone out! Just because you have a degree means nothing when you have no common sense! He’s a joke.

Negative experience: If I could I would give no stars. The doctor I've seen is extremely horrible. Doesn't listen at all to anything. I'm always waiting over an hour just to be seen. Unsure why you have to arrive 15 minutes early to wait over 45 minutes. My most favorite about this place is them calling a day before an appointment to cancel your appointment. Only thing good here so far is the front office staff is friendly. Other then that this place is unprofessional and a joke.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kimble is truly amazing. She’s by far the kindest soul I’ve ever met and was so good to my son. I’ll never use another dentist again. Thank you Dr. Kimble and staff for being kind, caring, and SO professional.

Negative experience: This was an absolutely horrible experience. The psychiatrist was not benzo wise and tried to taper me way too fast from my benzo medication. I really hope they have rectified their protocol on benzodiazepine tapers by now as what they did severely put my health and life in danger. And she was not understanding or compassionate.
