Fantastic experience: I have been going to MOTUS Integrated Health weekly, biweekly for the past year. First for pain in my hips by manipulating, stretching and home exercises. Now I go monthly for maintenance. Not that I’m required to but because I always feel extra good after my session. Dr. Ryan is an excellent Physical Therapist. He takes the time, each session, to talk about any issues that you have, as to make any changes in your therapy. I am well satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Jay for almost a year, He is the best!!! He is always encouraging. He motivates me to give my all in every workout. He listens and customizes each workout to my goals and how I'm feeling physically. I leave every session feeling 100% better than when I walked in to train. I would recommend Jay to anyone who is looking for a physical trainer who will guide them on their fitness journey. Jay gives me guidance on nutrition and what I need to be doing in the gym outside of our training sessions. With his help I have I lost over 30lbs and feel stronger than ever.

Fantastic experience: My daughter began to train with Coach Jason Barnes. She is 14 years old and has been a competitive swimmer since she was five. 13 was a very tough year for her and she was mentally struggling. She wasn’t dropping time and was ready to give up. We met Jason and he told me not only would he help her strength and core train but he would help her mental. She hasn’t been training very long with him but we can always see drastic results in her mental and physical. She actually enjoys going to see him . She can be having a bad day but walks out of there all smiles ! If you are looking for strength development Jason is you guy !!! If I could give 10 stars I would !!

Fantastic experience: Coach Barnes aka “Coach Teddy”, is a great trainer, I send two of my children to him to work on preventative work and athletic development, my daughter plays soccer and has seen a great improvement in her playing. Both kids get positive reinforcement and confidence from Coach Barnes. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain reasoning for methods.

He's so caring,considerate, and uses just the right amount of pressure when I'm in pain. I highly recommend his gentle touch and very knowledgeable techniques that allow for adjustment without pain.

So we went to Motus Integrative Health to work with Movement and Athletic Development Coach Jason Barnes. ‍♀️ He built her up mentally and physically and taught her a lot about strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, and biomechanics. She enjoyed learning from him and asked endless questions. There was a marked improvement in her game and performance. She wasn't getting bullied on the field anymore and could hold back young women twice her size. He also gave me great advice about who to see for a chronic foot injury. The doctor he recommended was exceptional and I finally got the care I needed. Negative experience: Horrible front office service. It was extremely funny that they would be very rude and condescending on phone calls and then when you would ask them questions they would make you feel like you were questioning them or talking back as if you were a child which was extremely rude. Then they would call you rude after making you feel like they rather be doing anything else than helping you make an appointment or talk about your bill.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with the billing practices for several reasons. Firstly, the prices appeared to be higher than those charged by other chiropractors in the area. Even with insurance coverage, the out-of-pocket expenses were significantly higher than what I was initially quoted over the phone. Moreover, I was informed that certain services would be covered by my insurance, but upon my arrival, there were discrepancies between what was billed to my insurance and what I was asked to pay. Additionally, I was informed of a recurring charge of $65 every three months for updating my Health and Physical, regardless of whether an appointment was scheduled or if there had been any changes in my health history. Clearer communication about costs upfront would have been greatly appreciated. The inconsistencies in billing practices left me feeling uncertain about their transparency. While the chiropractic care itself was satisfactory, these pricing and billing issues overshadowed my overall experience. I hope that Motus can address these concerns to enhance transparency and ensure that patients have a clear understanding of costs before appointments, thereby optimizing time management for both patients and providers.

Negative experience: I called them and made an appointment because I was in a car accident with back spasms, explained my situation of no insurance but told them I had a Care Credit Visa Which I used to pay my medical bills. They told me on the phone that was accepted. I waited THREE DAYS IN PAIN FOR MY APPOINTMENT and When I finally Got In I filled out all the paperwork sitting there have them my care credit card and after 15 minutes and filling out all the necessary form I was told they didn’t accept The Care Credit Card. The young lady at the desk suggested I Pay with cash or another credit card and I told her that when I called I specifically stated how I was going to pay and they bait and switched me. I had to leave and go to urgent care and get some pain meds while I wait for the next available appointment at another facility which will not be till Monday. So I will spend another THREE DAYS IN PAIN due to their incompetence. I usually don’t complain but after I left in a huff they asked me to give them a google review on how much I enjoyed my visit. So here it is. I would never go back to this place even after my insurance kicks in next month.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ryan gave me a thorough explanation of my problem and, in addition to treating me in the office, also taught me treatments I can do on my own at home. Very personal and professional. This was my first chiropractic experience. It was great.

Fantastic experience: The Crown Point location is very clean the staff at the front is very courteous and precessional. Dr. Ryan is also very professional and kind and very good at not only adjusting but giving me exercises to do at home to that has improved my pain and mobility and Drew who I believe is the one physical therapist is also amazing. He shows you exactly how to do the stretching and makes sure before I leave that I have the proper form down so I don’t hurt myself. Everyone is very patient and I never feel rushed. It took me four years to find a chiropractor when I moved here and it was worth the wait.
