Yes, I waited for the next guest to be done with there appointment. When cc called my name and she complimented me on my pants that I fixed myself thank you very much .. and talk to me like I was a customer not dollar signs in there pocket … knowing I have felt very Insecure with my body, she reassured me that she has the best Board for my Body contouring.. so don’t doubt a situation and why put a dollar sign on what you want,,

Fantastic experience: From the beginning everything was smooth. Met Cece, who is absolutely incredible. We walked through everything and what needs to be done. She was there along the way assisting with everything I needed. Afterwards I had sessions with the balance pro for lymph massages and it was absolutely great. Very comfortable setting, the staff is great and all my needs were taken care of and respected. I still have some swelling and scar tissue and still have some sessions remaining. Overall a great experience and I'm loving the results thus far.

The staff go above and beyond to make your experience with them, and you procedure the absolute best and most comfortable. Yes, they keep you awake during your procedure, but you don't feel pain, and you are put at ease through the entire process. I will be back in 6 to 7 months to have my abdomen worked on!! I love SonoBello, and I know if you take the time to get your consultation from SonoBello, you will understand why they are the best!!

Fantastic experience: Mahsa is very knowledgeable about various procedures that target different goals for different individuals and body types. She was very sincere and cared about what is important to me! She listened attentively and patiently, and she provided the information I needed to make the best decision. She provided also referrals and I am very pleased with the way the consultation went, because I was able to gather the answers I was looking for and make an informed decision.

Negative experience: I went to woodland hills, Ca., location. No specials. My free consultation was a insult to my intelligent. Such a waste of my time. $17,000 +, was what I was told to have a 360 procedure. Is that at joker I'm sitting in front of, because she sure made me laugh. "What hell"? I must look like money!!! There are specials out there. Who do they think they are???

Fantastic experience: My Consultation at Sona Bello was wonderful it’s something I’ve been considering doing for years and I’m so happy I did because they’re so sweet and accommodating and wonderful and they try to help you every step of the way and they calm your nerves because it is very very important serious surgery so you want to make sure that you know all the aspects of everything that’s going to take place in the whole process and they walk you through the whole thing and make you feel so well taken care of I absolutely 100% recommend Sona Bella❤️

Fantastic experience: I went in just to get more information & the staff was lovely & very helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions, and didn’t make me feel pressured to be measured (I didn’t want to do the mirror assessment, I was not ready for that) or to buy/sign up for anything. It was a much more calm experience than I anticipated. I would definitely go back to Mahsa if I had more questions or if I decide to move forward.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I had scheduled an appointment on Friday only to have it cancelled. They offered their apologies and to reschedule it (which I did) and a $500 discount if I decided to go with a service. I rescheduled it for Monday (right after the Friday cancellation) only to arrive there at the scheduled time to find out they were closed. I had received a text at 8:06am reminding me of my appointment as well as the other previous texts reminding me of my appointment for Monday. Only to arrive and no one there. I called and got the call center - they said that they left me a voicemail. Why would they not text me to tell me they had canceled my appointment? I didn’t get the voicemail until I got there and I called only to get the call center! I had taken the day off work for this. So unprofessional!!

Negative experience: I would never go there again unless I got FREE Service. I was there on time, I waited for an hour, they forgot to print a sheet for me to fill out, I filled it out and got into see the Dr. As we were trying to do a consultation she was too busy taking phone calls to be concerned about the consultation. The office was empty as was the floor they were on. I'm guessing not much happens there that's why they let me sit for an hour. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: Today I met with Mary to have a consultation. She was honest and friendly which I really appreciated. Her appointments prior to mine were running late and she let me know in advance. I got a little nervous when it came time to book and she didn’t pressure me. She gave the the pros and cons and that helped me make my decision later in the afternoon.I can’t wait for my transformation.

Negative experience: Arrived 15 minutes early as instructed only to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes before being asked to fill out paperwork. I receive an apologetic text stating that they are running behind while I am sitting in the lobby. I reply that they should have let me know of the delays before wasting all of my time. I was told they were just seeing their 9:00 and it is now 10:00 am. So presumably they are running an hour behind. It amazes me how inconsiderate people can be of other peoples time. I ended walking out of the office and didn't even receive a follow up to me text or call after. Must be nice to not care about your customers.

Positive experience: I meet with Jennifer. She looked at my area of concern. She wanted to take my weight and height. I didn't want to do that. I asked how much was the cost. She couldn't give it to me unless I let her take my weight and height. She politely gave me a brochure and said thanks for coming! Sono Bello's loss!

Negative experience: The staff was great and very nice, but I am giving this 1 star because the price is irrationally high, especially due to just reopening after a pandemic. People are struggling financially and cannot afford to pay such high prices for small areas of fat to be eliminated. Why should wealthy people be deemed beautiful just because they can pay obscene prices for such a miniscule procedure? The poor should have just as much of an opportunity to have fat removed and live beautiful and healthy lives as anyone else. There are many other places that will do this procedure for a maximum of $3000.00 and the results look exactly the same as this high priced one. I had not heard many great reviews about Sono Bello and now I understand why. Gotta have businesses that would bend over backwards for its customers otherwise they will go bankrupt very quickly.
