Fantastic experience: Mr. Frahm and his Team are by far the best Chiropractor office I have ever been to. I have 8 herniated discs as well as 9 bulging discs with pinched nerves everywhere in-between due to multiple car accidents. I have seen over 25 Chiropractors in my lifetime and this team is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being seen as a patient. From A-Z, Top to Bottom they have you covered and will come up with an individual to plan to aid in your healing and recovery that I have not experienced elsewhere. Two months ago I woke up unable to walk due to my accident injuries which lead me to Matt and his team because other Doctors were unable to help me. Matt and his team have me walking again and on a steady road to recovery. I give him and his team a 10 and 5 Stars! Anybody with issues and in the area should come see his team. It’s a game changer!

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my visit. Mariah who coordinates veteran care was able to help me get started. She was very kind and professional, and answered all my questions. I then had an adjustment by Dr. Reynolds Who did a fantastic job and I noticed immediate relief. Then I was given a massage treatment by Marilyn that was relaxing and soothing, and it made me feel a lot more loose. As a veteran, I really appreciate what they do to accommodate my needs. They really go out of their way to help veterans.

The therapy regimen he started me on is helping a lot. The relaxation room where I use traction machine and Tens machine is great. Staff is amazing

Fantastic experience: It’s an amazing place, if it wasn’t for being able to be treated there 3 times a week, I don’t think I could drive my bus everyday. It all starts with Mariah coordinating my sessions, they have two great chiropractic doctors, excellent physical therapy equipment and personal, and last but not least two incredible massage therapists.

The therapy room is rather relaxing and really helps my aches melt away. Best part is they work with my VA benefits for community care to have them take care of me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reynolds and staff are amazing. Pretty severe lumbar issues, degenerative disc disease and a host of other problems had me pretty much not moving. I tried steroid injections, and a host of other treatments, and let's not forget a cocktail of drugs including gabapentin and none of it worked. After a couple months with Dr. Reynolds, I feel good enough to think I have a future that doesn't include so much pain. And I can move! He can't fix my problem, but he made it bearable to live day to day with. I could not be happier with him and his team.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Indelicato for probably 2 years plus. They have helped me feel good again. I have herniated disc's, stenosis, arthritis, and degenerative disc disease. With regular adjustments I have had less sharp pain and flare ups. Their office staff are kind and professional as well.

Fantastic experience: I was traveling through the area and found Indelicato Chiro. I have had multiple whiplash and lumbar issues over my 70 years. Dr. Ivers did an amazing job relieving my pain. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is fantastic! Well organized, super helpful, and pleasant to be around.

Positive experience: I went a few times several years back. The facilities are clean and the staff was very nice. I needed help with lower back pain and spinal decompression. Unfortunately, their treatments were far too gentle to be in any way effective. I made this point known to them repeatedly, but I did not receive the decompression I needed, and quit after several visits.

Fantastic experience: The doctors’ are very nice and always wanting to know what’s going on or how we’re feeling every time we come in. The massage therapists are so kind and really do their job well.

Negative experience: Made appointment for Friday evening & when I finished filling out paperwork I was then informed that I would have to purchase the chiropractic insurance that they sell because I couldn't pay out of pocket. I then get a call from the owner who made excuses for me being denied service because I wish to pay out of pocket. He claimed that the front desk receptionist was confused which is a indication that she's poorly trained to do not know that it's illegal for a medical professionals to deny service to you because you want to pay out of pocket. I would not recommend ever using this chiropractor to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reynolds treated me for my 'fall-back' injury which occured back on Christmas Day 2022. Maybe I shouldn't have been mowing my lawn on this day. Aren't we all sinners though? The Doc.(Curtis) quickly isolated and zoomed in on this specific injury, then began to treat only this injury. He somehow was able to make a clear distinction between older and newer injuries as well. This is amazing! What talent. This is what I like. One thing at a time. Now ... other doc's also work at this facility. So, I must remain prudently diligent to receive treatment for only my Christmas Day injury ... and no other while being further treated at Indelicato. So far ... So good. I like it.

Negative experience: Do not recommend this office, scammy biz. Front office skills and communication are terrible, lacking, and non effective. Front office lady was very smug. Had an appointment at 230. Recurved call at 11 am to confirm, lady told me they had this "deal" I had to pay 50 bucks for to get my ratelower than insurance. It would be 80 for appt and whatever x-rays they needed. I asked what my insurance rate would be and they told me 23 and 35. How is their deal cheaper than my insurance?! So I said I want to go with insurance. I asked office to push my time back and hour and said no problem. I showed up at 330 and smug lady at front said I missed my apt and was late. She had no idea who I talked to and I missed apt. Forget this shady office. No clue how they have such high ratings. Won't trust them with my body.

Fantastic experience: I woke up in severe pain after having to lay on my back for an MRI. I called doctor Indelicato’s office to beg for an appointment.( as a new patient) the young women on the phone was so polite and kind. She immediately reassured me she would get me in to see Dr.Bob. I was so relieved. I brought my MRI results with me and the doctor said he’d like to take an X-ray. I was thrilled to hear this because it only made sense that he would want to see the position my spine was in while standing. I received therapy and was feeling 25% better. Within 2 hours of my treatment I was feeling 60% better. I am so grateful to Dr. Indelicato and his staff and look forward to my next treatment.
