Fantastic experience: Great location, close to my home. Class offered at a time that allows you to unwind from the work week. Instructor explained everything clearly. Enough that we can continue at home. We received bottles of essential oils to use on the acupressure point. Slept so well that night I thought I had overslept when I woke up Saturday am. Fantastic experience: I had been working with Spencer, however he has taken a new position with another company. My most recent visit was with Danielle. I will say the transition from Spencer to Daniell was pretty smooth. My initial session was successful and informative. After a brief introduction, Danielle was able to engage and continue with the treatment quickly, which I appreciated very much. She was well prepared and easy to work with. By the time I completed this session I could feel an improvement, the treatment was very effective. Thank you Danielle, my initial visit with you was a satisfying and beneficial experience. Fantastic experience: Synergy is such a lovely yoga studio and I can highly recommend it. The yoga teachers are engaged, knowledgeable, flexible, encouraging, personable, approachable and very very kind. A variety of classes for different levels and style are offered throughout the day in person as well as online, both live and recorded. It makes it easier to keep up with classes even when life is busy. The studio space is calming and has a definite Spa vibe. I love the openness and clean lines of the yoga room. The size of the classes is appropriate for the size of the space. It's much more conducive to a quiet and mindful practice when you don't need to worry about being so close to another student that you're going to inadvertently klonk someone moving between poses. Supplies such as straps, mats, blankets, bolsters, cleaning material are all there waiting for us! The front office is great and has been super helpful whenever I've had questions and/or goofed up a booking. The location is easy to find and I never had a problem finding parking.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the in studio Pilates class with Erica! I did Pilates twenty years ago and was nervous joining a class but the class can be tailored with modifications for your skill level. I’ve gotten a lot stronger since attending. Erica’s teaching style is fun yet challenging. I look forward to each class and only wish it was offered more times a week (hint hint)! Everyone is really nice, and the time flies by. You don’t feel like it’s a drag, even though you definitely feel the workout!

Fantastic experience: I don't take yoga as much as I'd like, but it never fails that when I do, it's exactly the class my body needs!! Had a great class with April Ropes this week and last week with Jen Mast!

Whether it’s a massage, yoga class or counseling session, I always leave feeling better equipped to handle life’s varied challenges. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional, the establishment is clean and welcoming and I appreciate how simple and convenient it is to book appointments.

Fantastic experience: I go to Synergy Wellness Center for counseling with Kerry - everyone I have interacted with there has been so kind and welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable! I have recommended it to several friends as an option for when/if they feel comfortable with the ideal of counseling/therapy. They also offer so many cool classes and other services, I haven't had the chance to attend a yoga class yet, but the space they have for it is awesome, and they offer a wide variety of types of classes for every person who may be interested!

Fantastic experience: I have always had amazing experiences at synergy. I love getting monthly massages with Melissa and have also had great massages with Becky and Cara. The yoga classes are wonderful and the space is relaxing, clean and very comfortable. I always leave synergy feeling better then when I walked in :)

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Spencer for acupuncture for almost two month. He is knowledgeable, kind, and is really helpful with his thoughts and suggestions. This was my first time trying acupuncture, and he took the time to explain how it works in a really understandable way. I really appreciate him and the work he does.

The Synergy group and facility is beautiful, calming and inviting. The staff is caring and I highly recommend Synergy for their services.

Fantastic experience: The yoga class I took here was amazing!! So calming, therapeutic, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The instructor was fabulous. Clear instructions, always ensuring communicating what props we could use if we were beginners, and was funny and engaging. I loved every minute of the experience. It was my first time at Synergy. My employer offered and paid for the class, but I'll be coming back individually now for sure. And I've taken a few yoga classes over the years, but mostly ones held in the morning. This class was at 7:00 pm and I found it so incredibly helpful to decompress from my stressful work day. I slept like a baby. Now I know that taking an evening yoga class is the perfect way to get a wonderful night's sleep and an overall sense of well-being. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: this is Pam Meoli ( not Steve) - I had a 60 minute massage with Becky and it was a wonderful experience. It was totally relaxing and she definitalty got rid of the tension in my shoulders. She didn't talk too much - only when initiated by me, she listened to my requests,didn't push treatments on me. It was all perfect. I would absolutly request her again...........

Negative experience: They have policy where take the whole amount of the session if you don’t show up per their cancellation policy which is ridiculous even if that policy is not explained since the time you schedule a appointment. Understanding that is fine to have a charge for none advice cancellation, it does not justify they take the whole amount of the session you pay. In my case they took $180.

Fantastic experience: My practitioner was thorough and solicited lots of details about my condition in order to determine proper and most effective treatment. She was kind and explained what and why she chose each treatment location. Every effort was made to accommodate future appointments.

Positive experience: We’ve had a mixed experience at Synergy. Natasha, the acupuncturist, is excellent in every way. One of the four therapists we’ve tried is excellent. My main complaint with the business is its pushy and aggressive business model. When three other family members ended their therapy with the three therapists they had tried, the business kept calling and asking us to explain and give them another chance. The third time, when my child chose to end with her therapist, I specifically asked the business to respect her decision and not contact us about it (unlike how they had responded to our other family members). But not only did they contact us, they implied that I had made the choice rather than my child as though I were denying my child the care she needed. It all felt very sleazy and unprofessional. I wish I could write this place a positive review because Natasha is amazing, and one of the therapists is truly very good, but I caution anyone interested in therapy that you will likely be badgered and pressured in stressful ways if you decide your therapist is not a good fit. It’s not at all sensitive to how vulnerable patients can feel about therapy, and how much they need a no pressure environment in which their boundaries are respected and honored.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate not only the high quality of care, but the staff who work at the desk are helpful, kind, patient, and fun people that make you feel welcome and supported.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough about this little piece of deliciousness nestled serenely in Hudson! Luxuriously affordable massages with Melissa, ethereal yoga with Julie, zen out with Kathy. Virtual classes if needed. Their menu of options offer so much to those in need of physical, emotional and spiritual "time out from bustle". In a clean and inviting, comforting setting!

Kathy was very genuine and knowledgeable and we have a few things in common just from first virtual appointment. I believe I was matched very well and appreciate the opportunity to join in this endeavor.

Fantastic experience: I had my first Acupuncture appointment with Natasha and she did a great job at explaining everything in detail. She is very informative and has a gentle approach to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during your treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many acupuncturists, but my most recent session with Natasha was honestly the best acupuncture session that I’ve ever had. The intake was so thorough and I felt more relaxed than I ever have both during and after the session. The entire staff at Synergy was so kind and welcoming and I am excited to try even more of Synergy’s offerings as this was one of the best healing experiences that I have ever had!

I've attended yoga, reiki and restorative yoga classes and been more than pleased with the experience each time. Reiki with April was always relaxing and satisfying while yoga and restorative with Christine is the best. Fantastic experience: This place is a dream come true! The customer service is warm, genuine and welcoming. The yoga studio is beautiful and the classes are fantastic. The instructors are experienced, talented and intuitive. I’ve experienced energy work, massage, cranio-sacral therapy and acupuncture and my health and well-being have been greatly improved. Health issues I’ve tried to sort out with medical doctors for years are being relieved without medication. This wellness center is a gift to the community thanks to its creator and owner, Michelle Grasso, who truly cares about people and puts our well-being before anything else.

Positive experience: Beautiful and calm atomosphere in a bright sunlit space. The instructors and staff are warm and welcoming with many classes offered. I am just hoping for a few more classes/types of classes on weekday mornings come the fall!

She takes the time to get to know everyone in the class and works with you through whatever you are experiencing during your pregnancy! I will miss this class once my baby is born (but looking forward to exploring new classes at Synergy).

Fantastic experience: I love coming to Synergy Wellness Center because of the peaceful energy and relaxing space created by the wise teachers and practitioners. My favorite event so far, even over the Reiki Restorative yoga where the instructor gives individual healing energy during each pose, was the Angel Circle which has it all, meditation, intuitive advice from my personal guides, more individual Reiki, and Oracle messages from the Archangels! The teachers are so gentle and impart caring guidance and instruction, I feel so special at Synergy!
