Fantastic experience: I just completed the eight week program with Austin holistic fitness. I lost almost 14 pounds, inches off of my waist, arms, and hips, lost over 4% body fat. I feel stronger and more clear about choices related to food and movement, my blood pressure is lower and I am sleeping great! Jeremy was a thoughtful and expert level coach who helped answer questions I had during this experience. We had meaningful conversations about the purpose of this process and I appreciated how he coached me to think about long-term decision-making and lifestyle. If you’re considering a nutritional lifestyle change, or you want to reset your metabolism or change the way you look at food and how you move, You should give this course a try. Fantastic experience: I've struggled with yo-yo dieting for years, and nothing seemed to work. As I got older, I noticed my pants were getting tighter, and my face had become fuller compared to my prime. Every time I visited the doctor's office, I thought the scale was broken. Since COVID, I gained almost 20 pounds. Finding Austin Holistic Fitness has been such a blessing. Jeremy guided me through an 8-week program, and I lost 11 pounds. The most important thing was that Jeremy taught me a system that I can use for the rest of my life. I no longer crave junk food, and greasy foods have started to bother me. Surprisingly, this whole journey wasn’t as hard as I expected. Except for the first week, I never felt starved. My eating habits have completely changed—I now only eat black rice, red rice, wild rice, and organic foods whenever possible. It's such a joy to step on the scale now. Fantastic experience: I'm about 16 weeks out from starting the nutrition program with Austin Holistic Fitness. I'm down 21 pounds, I feel amazing, and I couldn't be happier in my decision to work with Jeremy. The plan is super sustainable and focuses on whole foods and allows you to gradually add in foods week over week to assess how they make you feel. I honestly feel like my relationship to food and the unhealthy cravings and triggers are gone. I crave vegetables and fruits now, which is pretty amazing. Jeremy is a supportive coach who guides you throughout, and he even checked in with me yesterday although my program ended 4 weeks ago. You have ongoing support through the chat group and Jeremy even after the program ends. I have struggled with inflammation in my body and have found it difficult to loose weight since I hit my 40s / 50s. This program has helped immensely with both. I have a bit more weight that I would like to lose but feel like I'm on a very sustainble path and am set up for success after going through Jeremy's program. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: This program changed my life. I had tried everything. All the diets, all the workouts. I felt bad no matter what I ate and the weighing scale went up no matter how hard I tried. I was honestly feeling helpless. When I saw Jeremy's program, I was skeptical since I had thought I tried everything. But when I tell you, this worked for me like a charm!!! I lost about 10lbs just halfway through the program. I drastically felt the difference in my body and mindset. Success was not linear for me but Jeremy taught me that mindset shifts, eating habits and thought processes can work wonders if done right. For the first time in 6 years, I saw the scale go down and STAY down! I've always read people's reviews but I never thought I'd be one of the people who would walk away so content! I've learned lessons for life through this program and feel so confident and secure knowing that I now have the tools to stay healthy throughout life.

Fantastic experience: I have had issues with food in the past and I have fluctuated my weight in the past and it has become difficult but jeremy has made it much easier. Now, I have been able to create a steady lifestyle. Jeremy knows his stuff, he is friendly, he is there to answer whatever questions you have, and is extremely knowledgeable about the fitness and nutrition. The best part is that there were foods I never thought could taste so amazing when you have fun and fool around with everything. I am also not excluding myself from other foods that I love and understand easier what is and isn'thealthy for my body. I continue to go out with friends and go to restaurants and have sweets here and there but I am able to go back to my normal self. If you are eager for a new change I highly recommend Jeremy if you want to have a better relationship with food and a healthy lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I did this program together and what a success! We both were at our heaviest we've been but with the program everything shed off quickly. It has changed the way I view food and health and now we have the knowledge of what to eat and ways to plan our meals to be able to maintain a healthy and energetic life. It's definitely a struggle in the beginning by once you get going and begin to feel the benefits it's easy to keep going. Jeremy is also always there to answer questions and will help you make informed decisions about the future. He also continues to "check-in" even after we finished the 8 weeks to see how everything is going. Definitely worth it, and have happily recommended it to others!

Fantastic experience: I found Austin Holistic Fitness and Nutrition through a Google search looking for a local weight loss program to help my husband and I lose our COVID 15 lbs. I was feeling very discouraged about not being able to lose the extra weight for a while and nothing seemed to be working. I had tested all the normal things in my blood work to be sure and when they all came back normal, I knew that it was my lifestyle. I thought I had a general idea of how to eat healthy, I had done Whole 30 diets and food sensitivity diets before, but fell short of being able to fully maintain that as a lifestyle long term. I realized I needed professional help to give me more tools to learn the best way to lose weight and to have a better relationship with food so it wouldn't feel so daunting and restrictive. I'm also the type of person that needs to make the investment and to be accountable to someone to have better success. My experience going through the 8 week program was awesome, and surprisingly not that hard. I was very worried about how I was going to do Week 1 for the fruits and veggies only, but it was so much easier than I thought and we never got cranky! Jeremy makes it so easy by providing shopping lists and recipes and some really great quick go to meals for your main courses. Food prep and assembly was another thing that I was concerned about initially, but having these go to meals made it very doable for 2 people with kids and busy schedules. Over the course of the 8 weeks we really got into practice making these healthy meals, so it became obvious quickly how easy it would be for us to maintain this process for the rest of our lives. We learned what our plate needs to look like and the portions and how different foods effect your body. One of the things throughout the program I thought I was missing was coffee, but at the end of the program when I tried it again, I honestly didn't like it at all! It made me feel super jittery and gross and I really realized how it affected my body. I also realized how much the foods I was eating were negatively effecting my digestion, because my digestion improved SO much even within the first week and throughout the 8 weeks! Another improvement I saw that I wasn't expecting was with my PMS symptoms. So after the 8 weeks I went from 140 to my goal weight of 125. My husband also quickly met his weight loss goal and more importantly, we now know HOW to eat and WHAT to eat to feed your body properly. We even had days where we cheated a bit. Had a drink or some halloween candy, etc. and we are still able to maintain. Jeremy is a super personable individual, you can tell he LEGIT cares about people and helping others tap into their full potential. He was always available when I needed him and we were able to communicate everything remotely over the phone. So anyone anywhere (even outside of Austin) has access to this service and information. I highly recommend Jeremy to assist with your weight loss or just how to eat healthy. The program was great and it works!

Fantastic experience: I was very close to giving up trying to lose weight. I had tried every type of diet, including low caloric intake. I was walking and lifting weights 5-6 times per week, but nothing seemed to help. I thoroughly researched my final options and decided to call Jeremy. He spoke with both my wife and I and we agreed to give him a chance. I was skeptical, but committed to doing everything he asked. I was 6’5” 300 lb, and I am still a work in progress, however, I have lost 35 pounds and am now 265 after 11 weeks. I even made it through two vacations and still lost weight. I have also maintained my muscle mass. I have energy and feel great from eating healthy foods. My children and wife have even asked me to thank Jeremy for all he has done. Fantastic experience: I gained some weight over the last few years and had tried to lose it myself. I thought I was doing all the right things, but yet the weight was not coming off. I also can't go without food for all that long, I get lightheaded, shaky, and nauseous. So it was a real struggle for me to eat less. I called Jeremy at the end of November 2021 and told him that I wanted to start in January because I was traveling and figured that December (before the holidays) would not be great timing. He replied with "Why not start tomorrow?". He said, "there will always be things in life that make you want to postpone, but those are part of life and you'll have to learn how to deal with those as well". I kinda needed to hear that, decided to no longer make excuses, and signed up the same day! I went to the grocery store and bought all the vegetables I could find (Week 1 is veggies & fruits only). It felt amazing to have bags full of healthy and nutritious stuff. See before & after picture of my fridge! My main concern was the sugar level issues I mentioned. Jeremy told me he's worked with many people with the same issues and promised me the program would work, and that we could tweak the program to make it work for ME. He was right. Week 1 was definitely hard, but I did it!!! After that, the program definitely got easier, but still kept losing weight. I learned a lot of good habits that I'll be able to sustain for the rest of my life. The weekly meetings with Jeremy are very helpful, and on top of that you can text him whenever you're struggling or need some guidance, and he's there for you. I still reference his handouts and reading materials all the time. The four week vacation in Europe over Christmas was amazing - I stuck to the program and was able to make healthy choices due to the coping mechanisms I had learned from Jeremy. I would recommend Jeremy's program to anyone struggling with weight loss and/or finding healthy habits. It works!

Fantastic experience: Jeremy is an amazing health coach! He really takes the time to explain the "why" behind what it is that you are doing through each step of his program. When I started his program, I was overweight (by a significant amount), and in two short months, I was able to: 1. Lose about 40 pounds 2. Get rid of my addiction to processed foods and "junk" in general 3. Lost about 10 inches off of my waist Jeremy's program really works as long as you're willing to put in the work and commit to it, and he's a very pleasant and easy person to talk to, making communication during/after the program much easier. The community associated with Jeremy's program is also very supportive and fairly active as well. One of the most important takeaways I had from this program was that eating/changing your lifestyle isn't necessarily about "losing weight" as much as it is about being healthy at the weight that you're at and enjoying food "the right way". Jeremy's program really helps with that! The biggest benefit of this program is definitely getting out of your toxic relationship with food; the weight loss, extra energy, and clearer mind are just AWESOME side effects.

Fantastic experience: Working with Jeremy has been a really valuable experience. I had been struggling with my weight for years, despite having a background as a college athlete. I have gone up and down with a steady and discouraging trajectory up and to the right since my playing days -- even after losing 30lbs at one point. The pandemic did me no favors and I was scared at the weight I was approaching, nearly 290 lbs. However, the initial program with Jeremy has really kicked off my journey in a positive way. I'm down 20-25lbs in 12 weeks and most importantly feel I have the tools to continue on in my journey to lose another 40. The program has not been easy, nor will it necessarily get easier the longer I go, but I know I have a path to get to where I want to be and do so sustainably. My intention was to set myself up for how I need to eat for the rest of my life more or less, and that's what Jeremy's support is helping me to do. The first week is the hardest part, but it makes subsequent weeks much more manageable and you can really feel the difference in your body and your awareness to how ways of eating effect how you feel.

Fantastic experience: I came to Jeremy after many years of yo-yo dieting and see some results only to see the results disappear after I added back in just parts of what i had cut out before. I tried things like south beach diet or whole 30 and the gambit of other diet plans. I had an athletic background, have competed in many triathlons long and short course, and been an avid rec league basketball player for years. Getting enough exercise was not my problem i knew it had to be nutrition I started with Jeremy early September 2021 weighing in just under 290 lbs. The first week program sounded horrible only fruits and veggies! I got through it with a lot less pain than I thought i would. The best part was I could eat all i wanted as long as it was just fruits and veggies. Each week as we would sit down and review what was adding back and the reason it was being added back things started to click and make sense in my mind. I was eating to fuel my body and sometimes those meals were actually enjoyable. Over the course of the 8 week program i was down just over 40 lbs (I had a lot to loose) and have continued to loose weight over the next several weeks. The overall take away for me is this program has helped me reset my relationship with food. Eating well can be enjoyable but understanding how eating this or that specific food will help me have more energy for a workout or knowing that if I have a drink or a dinner out wont ruin my progress helps me emit those times then get back to my regularly scheduled programming the next day. So take the time to reset your relationship to food and enjoy the benefits that follow

Fantastic experience: Before starting this review, let me give a brief overview of myself. I am a physician who works in an acute care setting, working 12-15 hour days. The situation at work had got worse since the COVID-19 pandemic began. At baseline, I am a vegetarian (not a vegan) who would do weight training three times a week. Despite this busy lifestyle, I did not feel I was where my fitness needed to be. During the pandemic, I wanted to make sure I prioritize my fitness and health. I did not want to fall sick both to be available for my patients and my family. I also work in Alabama and would come to Austin to visit my family. During one of these visits, I found Jeremey while casually researching for a nutritionist in Austin. I was surprised by the number of positive five-star reviews. So I picked up the phone and called him more out of curiosity. After a brief discussion, I decided to get an appointment with him. We immediately noticed two significant challenges: my lifestyle and the fact that I did not live in Austin. However, he was happy to take up a challenge, and we decided to set out with online education and phone/zoom check-in. The first week I was lucky to be off and start the rest week and ease into week 2. By the time weeks 2&3 rolled in; I was noticing definite changes in my body. The changes were weight loss, not feeling bloated, and overall improved mental & physical well-being. I started meal prepping for the entire week and started enjoying cooking. There were a few surprising aspects of this journey. It was around Week 4-5 that I noticed I had not had carbs (or processed food & sugars), and, honestly, I did not miss it. I also subconsciously started making healthy choices when going to choose food. When I started, I was 214 lbs, and by week 8, I was at 194 lbs. However, I achieved this by not starving myself but instead eating more. I was eating healthier, better options. Instead of being on a fad diet, I am on a new sustainable lifestyle. Jeremy was able to guide me through this journey remotely with his online platform. If someone as busy as me could get their life under control through this program, anyone can. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone interested.

Fantastic experience: Working with Jeremy and his 8-week program changed my attitude towards food and health. Since starting last November, I’ve lost about 40 pounds, over 6 inches from my waist, and became more attuned to little things (e.g. how certain foods make me feel). Prior to starting, I was at my heaviest weight, suffered from food insensitivity, and accepted this all as normal. This program doesn’t teach you dieting, it teaches how to eat (and enjoy) clean and veggie-forward meals and provides recipes and much needed guidance along the way. Fantastic experience: Jeremy helped me reset my digestive system and metabolism with this program. I chose the online program and was very impressed with how I was able to have quick communication with Jeremy and not feel left in the dark when I had questions. The program was straight forward and easy to follow. I learned how to fuel my body with nutrient dense foods that I never would have eaten before. Fantastic experience: TL;DR: The program works. If you're looking to lose weight, improve athletic fitness, or just generally make a lasting positive change in your lifestyle, working with Jeremy is a no brainer. The longer version: I've been a competitive athlete for most of my life, and with that have developed certain expectations for how my body should look and function. I went through my 20s very happy with my physical fitness and the way I looked. As tends to be the case, my early 30s introduced new lifestyle changes, new body chemistry changes, and I had gotten to a point where I was starting to believe that getting slower, fatter, and more injury prone was just a fact of life. I wasn't morbidly obese, but I was about 30 lbs heavier than I wanted to be and just not feeling the way I wanted. I have worked with other coaches for nutrition, athletic performance, general fitness, and physical therapy, and had found varying levels of success at different points in life. The thing that made me confident in working with Jeremy, and the thing that separated him from other people I've worked with, was the fact that his program was based on natural food and exercise changes to my habits combined with the systemization of his approach; in other words, it's natural and it's a scientific process with clear and intentionally thought out steps rather than just ad hoc advice. The program is challenging, but it's difficult in the same way that working with any great coach will push you, help keep you accountable, and give you the tools for success. After 8 weeks, I've lost about 30 lbs (back to where I was comfortably confident with my body again), and more importantly, because of the way the program is designed, I don't find myself impulsively eating in the same way that I used to. Food is a conscious decision that I can participate in how and when I choose. The question I posed to myself before signing up was, would I pay this money and spend 8 weeks of time if I was guaranteed to get back to the body, mindset and lifestyle that I wanted. The answer was an easy yes, because those results are priceless to me, so at that point it's just a matter of taking a small risk to commit and give it a try. I'm so glad I did and very grateful that Jeremy has dedicated his time to helping people like me get there.

Fantastic experience: This program has made an impactful change that will last. I have tried many of the different experiments in weight loss except knowledge. That is what I wanted out of Jeremy's program and I got that and so much more. I now feel confident in eating food that is nutrient rich and I am beginning to understand what food can do to my body, good or bad. The weekly meetings, text messages, sound baths and general encouragement were great but what I truly value about this program is the knowledge. If you tell someone not to eat something but they never understand why they will eventually eat it, I know I would and did. I learned the why and it made everything a lot clearer for me thanks to Jeremy's guidance and wisdom. I am now at 12 weeks of living life in a different way, down 35 pounds and still losing weight. After years of being hungry or overstuffed and feeling bad, now I eat. This program was the best choice I have made in a very long time and I can't rate it high enough. Along with weight loss, I learned different stretches, techniques and gained more understanding of what my body needs to be more fit. Fantastic experience: In 2 months, Jeremy's program helped my wife and I to completely transform the way our family eats. That's a VERY significant thing in our health, and in our lives. In a nutshell, we now eat about 3-4x the amount of veggies we were eating each day, 25-33% less protein, and 75% less of everything else. It feels phenomenally healthy, and neither of us anticipated we could really experience this much change this quickly, much less this enjoyably. It doesn't feel like we did a diet and lost some weight (though that certainly happened). It feels like we found a new, sustainable diet for the rest of our lives. We are thrilled. To unlock the benefits of Jeremy's program, we found it especially helpful to add two other components: 1) reading Michael Pollan's "Food Rules" book together, and 2) carefully planning our menu for the week in advance (Sat or Sun) and doing grocery shopping to match. The program required such a big change in the way we bought food and the meals we ate that without this advance planning, I don't think we would ever have been able to stick to it during our busy work weeks. Every week it gets easier though, because we have built new habits, skills, recipes, etc.

Fantastic experience: Jeremy’s 8 week program was excellent and just what I needed. I was struggling with conceptions about my weight and how to exercise to meet my goals. He not only helped me learn how to eat, but the science behind what I was eating. So many of the foods I was eating were causing inflammation in my body, and in the first week, I lost 7 pounds of mostly inflammation! Ultimately, throughout the program, I learned not it wasn’t all about losing weight for me. I became stronger, gained muscle mass, and learned correct posture and stretches. His guidance provided information that I will turn to for the rest of my life!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Jeremy and Austin Holistic Fitness! His kindness, honesty and the program he has built gave me the kick I needed to focus on myself and my lifestyle. The time leading up to meeting Jeremy included years of gaining weight, yo-yo dieting, and just focusing on everyone else – my husband, kids, work, house ect. – but myself. I realized I need to make real changes when I hit middle age and started getting "that talk" from the doctor. To make issues worse I threw out my back and I found myself stuck on the floor unable to get up. For me that was the wake up call. I’ve always thought of myself as relatively young, I have young children somewhat healthy, but my back issue shattered my self image. I sought out Jeremey after an intense online search and found the program really spoke to me. From the onset I wanted real, long lasting change, everything his website proclaimed – I wanted. Our first meeting only solidified my decision and so I started on my 8 week program. The first week was no joke hard, but after those first 3 days, I felt amazing which gave me the motivation to push through. The key to this program is that food comes back with a purpose. For me I’ve always struggled with portion control, and the outcome that I love the most is that I now can eyeball food and know what I should and should not eat, the right portion size and how I should feel post a meal. I have better understanding of how to make food work for me, and still enjoy what I like to eat. Although now post 8 weeks I did not lose the 20 LBS that I read about, BUT I did lose enough – the most I ever lost in 10 years in only 8 weeks – to know that this was the right decision. Side note, an unplanned outcome is that my entire family is eating better and healthier – more veggies all around! I’m still on my journey, currently focusing on exercise portion of the fitness part, but I knew from the start that the eight weeks was only the beginning. I still have more work to do and more things to learn from Jeremy. The 8-week program was the start that gave me the space to focus on what I needed.

Fantastic experience: Jeremy has been terrific. I began working with him in June when weight that had been creeping up for 4 years finally crossed the line into something that felt untenable. I was tired, my movements had slowed, and I generally felt unattractive. I met once with Jeremy in person at the start of the program for measurements, which we did outside. I lost about 15 pounts in the first two weeks, and have since drifted down another 15 or slow. I've lost 6 inches off my waist, 4 off my bust, and an inch off my neck and upper arms. I also began exercising on a regular basis, mixing cardio and a weekly routine with light weights with guidance from Jeremy. My body has transformed, and keeping the weight off has been easy. I have simply followed the eating strategies I learned while working with Jeremy. I recognize myself in the mirror again, and feel so much better. Midway through the program, I also engaged Jeremy to begin leading my teenage son through online workouts involving cardio and weight training. This has been a boon during COVID, helping my son regulate his moods and increase his strength despite many, many hours in front of a screen for school. Overall, Jeremy is encouraging, knowledgeable, and kind, and has provided a terrific balance of accountability and support at times when I slipped off the program. I have never succeeded in losing weight before. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to go through this process with a benevolent guide. I'd call this program more remote than online, but for me it's been wildly effective. Jeremy is thoroughly professional, and great at what he does. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I found Jeremy at Austin Holistic Fitness when I was looking to make some big changes. After years of struggling with some stressful life events and what was finally diagnosed as hypothyroidism, I found myself feeling the heaviest and least fit of my life. I was initially looking for just a personal trainer, but the holistic nature of Jeremy's 8-week program really appealed to me. I decided to give it a try and jumped right in, so I could complete the program before an upcoming trip to Costa Rica. The first week of the program involves detoxing by eating only vegetables and fruits, and honestly, it was a lot easier and more enjoyable than one might imagine. After week one, Jeremy has guided me in adding back protein, healthy fats, and grains, and I'm loving the food even more. I've learned how to cook a lot of things without oil, have developed a love of breakfast salads, and don't even really miss sugar or dairy. Giving up coffee made me sad, I admit, but the results of this program have really been worth it. I don't feel like I'm on a diet, and I'm never hungry or deprived. My previous eating habits actually weren't bad, but now I feel like Jeremy has helped to really demystify some of how the body works, and given me a formula to stay healthy and thin for life. In addition to nutrition, Jeremy has also provided guidance with corrective exercises, as well has some spiritual and mental guidance. All that has combined to create some great results. In 7 weeks I've gone from 23% to 18.9% body fat, lost 14 pounds, and dropped inches from every measurement, including 3" from my waist. I also feel fitter and more energetic, just in time to go hiking in Costa Rica! The best part, though, is that I know these aren't just temporary results. I feel empowered to maintain my results, and even to keep improving, for as long as I wish.

Fantastic experience: So, after my initial review I thought about it. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and migraine headaches. Since starting this holistic method of eating..pain down to 2/10 (was 10/10). Migraine headaches are a thing of the past. Eating wholesome and truly following Jeremy's plan makes so much sense and our bodies respond by decreasing the inflammatory effects of today's harmful foods Results:. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin!! I have always struggled with my relationship with food from a young age. I have tried every single "diet" out there with very short term success. All I ever wanted was to end the insanity and cultivate a healthy relationship with food that would be life long. I was sick of supplements, tracking points, weighing everything, weekly weigh-ins, etc... I came across Jeremy's plan when I was sick and tired of being sick and tired (literally!). Jeremy's plan is not a "diet", it's truly a way of life. He helps you become more mindful and thoughtful about the choices you make when it comes to food. He is constantly checking in and you never feel alone in the journey. It has been well over the 8 weeks and I am still going strong. I have instilled so many healthy and mindful habits I finally feel free from the prison I have always lived in regarding food. I finally feel empowered. I have more energy and my cravings have diminished tremendously. I truly feel like a new person. I'm so grateful for what Jeremy has to offer and for all the tools he so graciously shared with me to maintain my new lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: I got a lot out of Jeremy’s program. There is a plan for losing weight (the 8-week program), and a plan for maintaining weight thereafter (which is easier and lets you do things like drink in some moderation). I am very pleased with the results. Overall, I lost a little more than 20 pounds (even with occasional lapses), and I have been able to maintain it for the two months since the 8 week program ended (with occasional lapses, including the T-day holiday, which was one big lapse). Also, I feel like I gained a lot of knowledge about how to eat on a regular, sustainable basis – don’t try to skip meals, but eat lots of fresh and cooked vegetables before you eat anything else. For example, salad for breakfast (which I know sounds kind of yuck but I’ve grown to really enjoy it), and then something more or less vegetarian for lunch (including a fresh salad if possible). Some protein, and some starch, depending on how much exercise one is doing. That is kind of a rough reduction of Jeremy’s plan – there is more complexity to it – but for me that has been what has worked. And that is kind of the point: by cutting out foods in the 8 week plan, you see how your body responds and what makes you feel either good and energized or bad and fatigued. Jeremy's coaching was integral to figuring that out. It was very hard the first week, and cutting out caffeine was much more difficult than I expected, but it gets better after that. I found my energy levels were higher, especially when I stuck to non-starchy vegetables and limited my proteins and fats, and that kind of positive feedback mechanism has kept me wanting to keep on it. As an added bonus, I feel like my arthritis and allergies are improved – there is much less water retention and inflammation, and I haven't had the same degree of knee pain I'd grown accustomed to. The program is expensive, but I feel that it was well worth it for me and that it actually helped maintained my commitment and accountability. At the end of the day, I’m very grateful for Jeremy’s help.

Fantastic experience: My 8-week journey into amazing health with Jeremy as my coach. I began this journey with Jeremy at a very low point in my life. A personal tragedy had ravaged my soul and I was doing nothing good for myself. Lack of exercise, high sugar foods, and too much alcohol had left me bloated and lethargic. I had been trying to lose weight for over a year but lacked the ability to fully move forward. I was contemplating diet pills and shots for a quick fix and was researching the top-rated diet centers in Austin when Jeremy's picture caught my eye. I clicked on Austin Holistic Fitness and Nutrition and read the stories from others about how Jeremy came alongside them to help them realize their goals. I scheduled my first appointment with Jeremy with renewed hope About the food - The first week is about detoxing and allowing your body to start fresh, you are never hungry during this program filling yourself with healthy vegetables and fruit. Week 2 adds healthy protein to accompany the meals you had during week 1. As each day passed I began to feel more and more successful as I was no longer binging on high sugar foods and was finding ways to relax without alcohol. Week 3 introduced starch to the meals I was eating and that was a big highlight for me as I added spaghetti squash and lentils. I was starting to feel so high on the progress I was making and the tips of mindfulness that Jeremy added with personal text messages as well as one on one with him. Week 6 adds healthy grains such as black and red rice and quinoa to your meals. Jeremy is careful to never tell you exactly what to eat with pre-planned menus because it's important to him that you own this journey. He provides the information from his depth of nutritional knowledge and allows you to accept his suggestions or not. About my fitness - I struggle with bone on bone arthritis in my knees and Jeremy worked tirelessly to help me find my fitness path. We tried many different things and I am so thankful for my new focus. He frequently checks in with me to see how my knees are doing and helped me find herbal remedies to ease the pain. My journey is just beginning as I will continue to get stronger in the weeks ahead, building muscles around my knees to support them better. About my weight - I've lost over 20 lbs and many inches. My skin is glowing from all the fresh vegetables and fruit and the puffiness and bloating are gone. I look forward to the weeks ahead, to dropping more weight and inches. I feel confident the tools from Jeremy have created new habits. About my mental health - One of the things I did not plan on was the shift in my mental state about my body with Jeremy as my coach. He did not allow me to hate myself or my body giving me work to do to stop the negative thoughts. Additionally, having the courage to learn another way to cope with life's challenges without turning to a glass of wine (or 3!) made committing to this program so much easier. Fantastic experience: I found Austin Holistic Fitness at a very pivotal point in my life. Ready to make a complete shift in who I thought I was and my relationship with food. Jeremy helped me change my life. I lost 26lbs in the 8 week program but what I gained I will carry with me for the rest of my life. If your on the fence, scared, skeptical, think now isn’t a good time or hesitant to spend the money...STOP, Lean into the discomfort and schedule your session. If you follow the program IT WILL WORK!!! 100% you will loose the weight and meet your fitness goals. If your open to it, Jeremy will give you the slightest little nudge to change your path towards personal growth and wellness. I don’t know how to express in words the immense gratitude I have for Jeremy. I’ve definitely done all the work but it wouldn’t of happened had I not taken a risk and made it to that first session.

Fantastic experience: First off, let me say the whole experience was great and successful! I came to Jeremy at a point where I was so frustrated with my inability to make any changes to my body no matter what I was doing. I have always been active and worked out, but approaching 40, no matter how hard worked out or how "well" I ate, I could not lose any weight and continued to put on the pounds. Jeremy really understood my situation and knew exactly where I was and what was holding me back. My idea of "eating well" and real nutritional truth was not where is should have been. Plus I had been so stuck in that place for so long just working out wasn't going to work. I have to say, today I have a much greater understanding of what works for my body and the results are amazing. I've lost 22 lbs. so far and 6% body fat! I want to say it was much easier and not as life altering as I originally thought, and even though I'm done with the program now, I'm having zero issues staying on track. IT really changed my relationship with food and the results are so very motivating. If you need to make a change, I can't recommend anyone or anything better than going to Austin Holistic Fitness and Nutrition!

Fantastic experience: I tried to do this whole dieting and workout on my own for so long that I thought I knew what I was doing until my husband and I meet Jeremy and his 8-week program... losing weight has never been so easy and the good mood and energy we receive from the natural foods is incomparable. I will recommend this program to every single human, we should all eat like Jeremy teaches for the rest of our lives (of course after the goal is reached one cheat day a week I highly recommend to keep you motivated)

Fantastic experience: I found Jeremy at a time when I needed a drastic change. I was looking to not only lose weight but to change my relationship with food. I wasn't massively overweight or obese but just felt unhealthy and realized I was eating when happy or sad, bored or extremely busy, stressed or not stressed. The first few days of the 8 week program were difficult but the energy and euphoria I felt from eating clean and therefore my body being entirely clean was AMAZING. I cannot believe how much energy I had at the end of week 1. This continued into the following weeks. By reintroducing different food groups/types each week of the program, I really learned how the different foods individually impacted my body. I’ve cut out /cut down from my diet many of those foods since then and I feel better overall! To the contrary, I also learned which foods did not negatively impact my body (even though I thought they might) and that my body can handle in reasonable quantities. I lost 13 lbs by the end of week 8 and had taken inches off various parts of my body. While the weight loss is important, the most important takeaway for me is how to make this way sustainable moving forward. I’ve been out of the program for 2 1/2 months now and have sustained the weight loss. I don’t feel like I’m dieting (I’m not - it’s a lifestyle change) and even better I’ve grown to enjoy and crave the foods that make me feel good and are healthy for me. I still eat foods that I love which aren’t great for me but I eat them occasionally and in moderation - coupled with some form of exercise 5 days a week I am able to maintain the weight loss. Speaking of exercise, prior to the program I hated exercise and was unable to keep a consistent regime. But Jeremy incorporated exercise into the program slowly and steadily. I'm happy to say that I now consistently do some sort of exercise/movement for at least 30 min a day (5 days a week) and I've grown to really enjoy pilates and yoga. I still want to lose 10 more lbs. I believe in the program and am planning on re-doing the 8 weeks in the near future. About Jeremy: He is really great, kind and caring. After getting to know him, I learned that he is not in this for the money - he’s in it because he genuinely cares about his clients and their well-being, and about nutrition and exercise at large. He is super knowledgeable and also always open to hear about and incorporate new ideas. He gets to know you and helps you create a customized plan that is sustainable for your lifestyle. Jeremy gives folks the tools to be successful on their particular journey and doesn’t use a one formula fits all approach. He’s truly awesome!

Fantastic experience: Working with Jeremy has been incredible. I used to think I could lose weight through fitness alone. As I’ve gotten older i realized how much food impacts everything from mood, digestion, skin, sleep and of course weight loss. The 8 week program got me back on track food wise and Jeremy helped me manage through a lot of travel (which significantly impacts my eating habits). My skin cleared up, I got good reminders on some foods, & learned new things about others. I did lose weight & inches to the point people around me complemented me on both weight loss, “glowing skin” - and I don’t feel the normal fear of the yo-yo diet approach. The principles learned are pretty simple (thought not always easy due to self restraint) and can be used as needed when you need to refresh (like after a vacation). Jeremy’s provides great support but realizes life happens, don’t beat yourself up - just focus on what you learned or felt in the moment.

Fantastic experience: I had my thyroid removed several years ago due to cancer. If you aren't familiar, the thyroid regulates your metabolism (among other things) and many people have a really hard time losing weight after they have this surgery. I've been 100% reliant on thyroid medications ever since and the scale seemed to be "stuck" no matter what I tried. My endocrinologist & other doctors recommended a "keto/low-carb" diet....which I tried along with intermittent fasting. No matter what I tried, I was not getting results! I was convinced that being overweight was just something I was going to have to learn to live with. Fast forward to seven weeks ago when I found Austin Holistic Fitness on Yelp. At first I was looking for a personal trainer, but after reading the website and other Yelp reviews.....I started to think that I probably needed to tackle my weight problem in a more holistic way. I had an initial phone consult with Jeremy and decided to hire him right then. He provided login information for his website and all of the Weekly information for the program that I needed to follow. I found the Weekly info & reading materials really helpful to read each week before seeing Jeremy. When I met Jeremy in person for week 1 of his program I was a little overwhelmed. Week 1 is detox week, which is a strict fruit and veggie diet (no caffeine, no oils/fats, etc). Essentially you are prepping your body for fat loss mode by eliminating all of the inflammation in your body in this first week. I lost a total of 12 lbs in week 1 (which was 12 lbs of inflammation) which really had me feeling motivated to continue. The remainder of the program is much easer to follow and I never felt deprived or hungry after week 1. Fast forward to today.... I've been working with Jeremey for 7 weeks so far and have lost just shy of 25 lbs! Bonus: My wife joined me in this new lifestyle and has lost 17 lbs as well. Jeremy has taught me SO much about nutrition, food & leading a healthy, balanced life. His coaching & check-ins during the program helped me stay on track and his nutrition plan is easy to follow and it works! I feel great, look great and know that this plan is 100% sustainable so that I can carry on with it for the rest of my life. NO more fad diets for me, just clean, healthy eating the way Jeremey has taught me (along with activities & exercises that I enjoy). Healthy carbs & fruit are not my enemy anymore :) I am confident that I will be able to lose another 25 lbs with Jeremy's program. I'm so glad that I found Austin Holistic Fitness & Jeremy. I would recommend this 8 week program to anyone looking to lose weight or lead a healthier, more balanced life. He has proved to me that you can lose weight despite not having a thyroid (or if you are hypothyroid/have hypothyroidism).

Fantastic experience: Jeremy is a fantastic coach, you will not be disappointed!! I started off with a detox that was super, super tough but well worth it. It's amazing how addicted my body was to sugar and caffeine! By the third week I'd lost 10lbs. I've tried for years to just exercise to lose weight, and I have lost weight, but seeing the RESULTS with a healthy diet is incredible!! Some of the areas I lost weight in are areas I haven't seen trimmed up in 10+ years!!! No matter how hard I worked out! My husband saw my results and now wants to try it too. Jeremy was always helpful and available as I had questions throughout the weeks, and had lots of tips for making it work in the real world. He was never pushy, he always seemed to meet me where I was mentally and physically. As a mom, learning about food and exercise has made me more conscious of the foods I make for my 4 year old. His meals are now more balanced than before and it feels pretty great to be providing healthy options for him. Fantastic experience: Jeremy is such an amazing knowledgeable professional. I went from 218 lbs to 144 lbs. I kept off the weight for 8 years. However, I seeked out Jeremy in 2017 to help me lose that stubborn fat. I went from 144 lbs to 134 lbs and stayed in this shape for a few years now! I had a previous injury that happened in 2015, Jeremy showed me how to exercise to avoid causing pain to my previous injury. He is very passionate in what he does. Fantastic experience: I've been working with Jeremy for 6 weeks and have learned so much: about nutrition and about myself. I've lost 10lbs in six weeks and am still losing. But more importantly, my will power and confidence in my ability to stick to healthy diet and exercise habits has been transformative. Making it through the first, most restrictive week was the hardest part and I did it! If I can do it, you can too. Jeremy provides strategies, recipes and support tailored to the individual. I found it helpful to read the handouts for each week before the in-person session so I could ask specific questions, which Jeremy answered in full. The private Facebook page provides a virtual support group, where we share meal pictures, recipes and encouragement. I feel like I have the tools for healthful eating that I can use every day for the rest of my life: this is not a fad diet, it's simply informed, healthy eating.

Fantastic experience: I decided to sign up with Jeremy for the 8-week plan after getting stuck in a rut over the past year with my exercise and eating habits. Having always been relatively fit (working out 5-6 times per week and eating clean) I was no longer seeing results and felt my metabolism might be slowing down. In turn, this made me unmotivated and I gained weight. Through Jeremy I learned to cut out certain things I was eating, eat larger portions and tone down my workouts to give my body a chance to recover. I am currently 6 weeks into the 8 week plan and am very pleased with the results so far. I have lost 11 lbs (which is quite a bit for my smaller frame) and noticeable inches. When I took my measurements at the end of week 4 I was also surprised to see I had already lost 3% body fat and gained 1% muscle. The most shocking part is that I have barely worked out these past 6 weeks and still been able to lose weight (which I never though would be possible). Having encountered some allergy/sinus issues the last few weeks, I have only been taking daily walks with my dog yet the weight has still been dropping quickly. It really proves that what you eat is the most important part. I am really glad I gave this program a chance and am looking forward to my final measurements at the end of week 8!

Fantastic experience: Working with Jeremy in the 8-week program has been so awesome. My relationship with food has changed dramatically in a very short period of time. The biggest thing for me is that I no longer fear food. It's such a freeing feeling! The program is so much more than just losing a certain number of pounds... for me it has become a lot about building muscle and learning/doing the right kinds of exercises for my body, in addition to eating the right foods. In the past, I had tried several different programs/diets, all of which were not really long-term sustainable and would usually end with me going off and immediately gaining all the weight plus more back. This program feels so different. I don't feel at all like I'm on a diet. I eat great, normal food every day and I am not fearing the end of the 8 weeks because I feel equipped to continue just eating good food, exercising daily, and living a more balanced life that I have come to know in the past few weeks. Jeremy is fun to work with, super encouraging, and just all around an awesome coach. I highly recommend working with him.

Fantastic experience: A little over a year ago, I began to take my personal fitness much more seriously. Since November 2017, I put on a decent amount of muscle mass via bulking, and reduced my body fat via cutting. I'm now in the best shape of my life thus far. However, despite all my effort, I still had some belly fat that would not go away. I was stunned to take a body fat % test and discover that I was sub-10% body fat. How could I have any belly fat if I had such a low body fat %? Either the test was wrong, or something else was going on. I contacted Jeremy to have a metabolism test. This test would give me another measure of my body fat %, as well as give me my resting metabolic rate. Additionally, it would give me 45+ minutes of nutritional consulting. Going to see Jeremy was the best decision I could have made to continue my fitness journey. While meeting with him, I realized that there was so much about the body I didn't know about. What I thought was belly fat was in fact something else entirely. Jeremy not only gave me accurate measurements of my body fat and my resting metabolic rate, but he also gave me actionable advice on how to get rid of my "belly fat" and how I should continue my current diet. Not only that, but we got much more philosophical too, discussing the motivations behind what we do and what we hope to achieve. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Jeremy. Not only do I have practical, actionable advice on how to continue my fitness journey, but I've been exposed to questions that will help me clarify both my motivations and goals for the future. I can't recommend him enough.

Changing what I was eating was a must, and so was changing the relationship I have with food and with my body. Fantastic experience: Stay with me here, since this journey is difficult to condense. All my life, I've had difficulty maintaining a healthy relationship with food. Though I'm active and athletic, I've found it difficult to be consistent with exercise, in no small part because of that relationship. So, after taking some time to get myself prepared for a fundamental change, I reached out to Jeremy (after finding him on yelp). I am writing this review about 10 weeks later. Prior to working with Jeremy, I'd tried a variety of fad diets - Atkins, Keto, etc. And, about a year ago, I chose to become pescatarian and dramatically limit my dairy intake. That helped decrease my weight fluctuations, but didn't get me looking or feeling the way I wanted; basically, my progress had stagnated. Meeting with Jeremy was refreshing. He is clearly a fit person and believes deeply in what he teaches. I really had no idea what I was getting myself into, and entered with an open mind. Effectively, he teaches an 8-week program focused on a balanced, nutritious, low glycemic index diet, along with core strengthening, flexibility, and postural changes. He holds your hand along the way while you clear the noise of food addiction, and learn to listen to your body to determine what it NEEDS rather than what it WANTS. This difference is critical. The first week was the most challenging. Eating nothing but fruits and vegetables (primarily raw), with no meat or added fats. But, by the time I got through it, I had shredded weight, was feeling much lighter on my feet and clearer in the head, and recognized how powerfully addicted I was to sugar. While I knew I was addicted before, I could actually feel the cravings much more clearly, which helped me more clearly identify the issue so I could work on it. After the first week, Jeremy coached me on how to gradually incorporate some fats, starches/carbohydrates, and proteins into my diet, in a regimented and balanced manner. During this process, and with a clean slate following the vegetable cleanse, I was able (for the first time in my life) to understand what my body was looking for in terms of fuel, which has made it very easy to avoid eating those horrible things my body is not looking for. In the 10 weeks, I've lost at least 20 pounds (from a 36 waist to a loose 34), have much less inflammation and pain in a variety of joints that gave me issues before, have been able to consistently incorporate exercise into my weekly routine, and have noticed a significant decrease in my allergies (I can breathe, and haven't taken allergy medication in almost 2 months, whereas I used to take it almost every day). Perhaps most importantly, I have learned to have a healthy relationship with food. On occasion, I still overeat, but don't feel guilty about it, since I am overeating grapes and health vegetables and grains, rather than junk food. Honestly, it's amazing how hitting the reset button and being mindful about what I wanted to accomplish, with Jeremy's help, has fundamentally changed the way I view food and, in turn, my overall health. Jeremy's program is legit. It is not a diet. It is a lifestyle change that, with a little patience, will pay unbelievable dividends that you never thought possible. Thank you, Jeremy, for being so easy to work with and for changing my life.

Fantastic experience: I have completed my 8 week program with Jeremy and my entire life has changed in every way possible. Before I started the program I could not sleep, in a bad mood, was tired all the time, had mental fog, low energy, and overall felt unhealthy. I was on the ketogenic diet and working out every day and trying to biohack my way into feeling good. I did not understand what was wrong! It took one week on Jeremy’s program for me to figure out what was wrong. I was not allowing my body to recover and heal the way it needs to and eating the wrong foods for it. I thought biohacking was I needed to do but really I needed rest and relaxation. As each week passed, I realized more and more that my body needed this. I started doing yoga and meditation and resting. My body loved it! Another game changer for me was understanding that I was not moving my body correctly when I was working out. Jeremy works with you on correcting this. This made me more aware of how I was moving and to slow down and check in with myself. Each week you work with Jeremy, you are going to learn so much. He is there very step of the way and everything he has told me has been right. He truly cares about you and wants you to live your life to your full potential. This journey has been amazing and I am excited for it to continue!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for the opportunity to go through Jeremy's 8 week program. Over the years I have tried so many different diets, that were difficult and if they had good results I always gained back the weight loss over time. I even tried working out 4-5 times per week and just couldn't lose the last 15-20 pounds I needed to lose. This program was not only simple but I have learned so much about how those diets impacted my body and how food can heal you in so many ways. I am now at the halfway point in the program and it has already changed my life. The program is purposefully constructed in such a way that it is never overwhelming and I have felt supported by Jeremy the entire time through text, in person meetings and his facebook group page. By learning about food combinations, amounts and just getting back to the basics of whole type foods I have experienced several changes in my body and my life. My original goal was to lose some weight and to eat better so I didn't always feel ill after eating. Well I have lost the weight I wanted to lose, and it was all fat - not muscle! Incredibly my hot flashes are gone, I am sleeping better, I no longer have digestion issues I had for years, my allergies are better and my skin and hair are both softer. Overall my energy level is better and I am excited to have learned a new life long way of eating, which is really simple - the way I need things to be in a busy life! I cannot wait for the next few weeks to learn more about not only nutrition but about fitness and what works best for my body. Fantastic experience: After working with the owner, Jeremy, for 10 weeks I saw absolutely AMAZING results! I probably worked out only 4-6 times in the entire 10 weeks but lost twenty pounds and 5% body fat while keeping all my muscle! Prior to coming here and seeking Jeremy's help, I had been struggling to lose weight despite working out very hard 5 times a week every week for 6 months and counting my calories for every single meal. Thanks to Jeremy's teachings I have not only lost weight but I now have the knowledge and tools necessary to lose another 20 pounds on my own. I have a better relationship with food than ever before in my life and know exactly what foods bloat me and what I need to do if I ever need my body to feel at its best. Jeremy is very professional and an expert in his field and you can tell he is very patient and passionate about what he does. I highly recommend coming to him if you want to learn how to feel better and take care of your body. Although his program is difficult, I never found it impossible to stick to because I knew I had Jeremy's support the entire time thanks to the weekly meetings and the daily texts and facebook posts. Overall I highly recommend hiring Jeremy as your nutritionist! You will learn a lot about health, food, and your own body and absolutely love the results!

Fantastic experience: I completed the 8 week plan awhile back and lost over 20 pounds. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and supportive. His program absolutely works and the advice he gave has really stuck with me every day since. I have been to many trainers and nutrition experts over the years and I found that the information he provides is well researched and really effective. He really listened to my issues and made suggestions as appropriate. During the program I had a personal crisis and over time have found myself slipping back into old behaviors. I have had other trainers in the past who made me feel pressured to return or even ashamed for slipping up or reverting to old behaviors in times of crisis, but Jeremy has done none of that. Instead, he has checked-in with me and made sure that I knew he was there when I am ready to get back into it. I have consistently felt supported, inspired, and empowered to meet my goals. Jeremy is the kind of trainer who will partner with you for the long-term and help you meet your goals no matter what life throws at you. This is truly invaluable. He will push you when he knows you can give more and inspire you when you need it.

Fantastic experience: I started this program to lose a few pounds and just feel better and be healthier. I'm on week 4 of this 8 week program and not only has my body changed, but my thinking about food and health in general has changed! I feel great and am looking forward to the next few weeks, months, years! It has been a bonus as well being able to introduce more veggies and healthy foods to my family! My kids see all of the colors on my plate and want to try it and that is amazing to me! Stuff they never would touch before! Jeremy is also amazing, supportive, and positive!

Fantastic experience: AHF is a excellent practice. Jeremy, what would I do without you! I feel amazing and look like a completely different person. I started the 8 week program not believing that I would see a dramatic difference as I have gone through fade diets previously. THIS IS NOT A FAD. Jeremy is the real deal! After the first two weeks, I began to see my body transform. His weekly coaching encouraged me to keep going and to not give up! I feel energized and my clothes size is dropping. Every week is a new adventure with new challenges but definitely achievable. I was given valuable lifelong tools that will definitely assist even when the program is over. Fantastic experience: I did the 8 week program. I loved that the focus was on all aspects of health; fitness, nutrition, stress reduction, sleep, and others. Each week, we sat down and discussed where I was in all of these and what we were going to do that week to address one or more of these aspects. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helped me change my diet, my activities, and my focus. He was very responsive and engaged whenever I had question at our sessions as well as the time between each session. I lost unneeded weight, lowered my body fat percentage, and gained muscle mass. I also reduced my stress level and improved my sleep patterns. I feel better than I have in years and am thankful for the program. I strongly recommend the program for anyone, including those who are fit but struggle in other areas of overall health. Thank you Jeremy for helping me improve my body and mind and helping me much more content and happy life.

Fantastic experience: Finally getting my act together and posting a review of AHF, and specifically of Jeremy, who has helped me feel better than I have in at least 10 years. I've always exercised sporadically but never eaten right, and as it turns out I really didn't know how to think about food the right way. I never even got off the ground with a diet plan because they all seemed to involve either (a) buying food from a specific place, (b) having a list of foods that you 'never, ever' eat again or (c) both. AHF is nothing like that. I'm 5 weeks into the 8 week program, and when I started out I weighed 244 pounds; after 5 weeks I've dropped 20 pounds and 4 inches from my waist. I literally have shorts that I can't keep up without a belt that were pretty tight just a month ago. The best part of it is, there hasn't been one day that I went to bed hungry. I've been a meat-with-every-meal guy my entire life, and I didn't think there was any way that I would ever get to where I would actually consistently enjoy meals that were actually good for me. I can't say enough about how great a coach Jeremy is - he really does put everything he has into helping people like me. You can text Jeremy pretty much at any time with a question about a certain dish, a certain meal, anything at all and he'll respond almost immediately. I travel fairly frequently for work and Jeremy is glad to take a look at menus from out of town restaurants to recommend certain items or things to stay away from. He does a great job of making you understand why something is good/bad for you, and he's always 100% supportive. I can't say enough about what a good decision it was for me to go see Jeremy and get on the program; my only regret is that it took me so long to do it. Thanks Jeremy!

Fantastic experience: I just completed my 5th week of Jeremy's 8 week program. I came to Jeremy with the focus of losing weight and getting in better shape. He has a very specific, clear program that walks you through the steps of food elimination and then building foods back in to your diet. The thing that I really appreciate about the program is that Jeremy is always there - he is easily accessible by text for questions. If you run into issues, he calls to talk them out in between sessions. He is very patient and thoughtful about his approach to helping you achieve your goals. Jeremy takes a very holistic approach in how he talks to you - it is not just about food or exercise - it is about how everything works together which is helpful towards building the lifestyle that you need to maintain. He is very passionate about his work and is eager to share what he has learned to help others be successful. I have seen good progress on the program and hope to continue over the next few weeks. Fantastic experience: AHF introduced me to a new concept that I will happily and enthusiastically maintain for the rest of my life, because it fits in my life and I’m not the kind of person where things “fit” easily. Admittedly I didn’t have a lot of confidence that I would find a program that could tell me something that I didn’t already know. I’ve tried so many things over the years, and even succeeded at losing some weight with a few, but they were temporary (typical yo-yoing, gained it all back and then some). I used to be a creature of habit, fearful of change, and time constraints left me tied to convenience wherever I could find it. Add to that a career of sitting at a desk for 9-10 hours a day staring at spreadsheets – as I approached 40, any inner voice of encouragement that I had was rapidly getting smaller and smaller. My posture was horrible, my back was constantly in pain, and most mornings I would wake up stiff and bloated, mentally pretty low, and just feeling like crap in general. I was beginning to think that this was all just normal aging stuff. But somewhere in the back of my mind (thank goodness), something told me that it had to be better than this. I love that the first question he asks every time I talk to him is “how do you feel?” This has been the most important part of this transformation for me because I was so focused on all of the wrong things (calories, carbs, physical appearance, etc). He encouraged me to pay attention to how certain foods and activities affected my physical and mental state. Once I discovered how good I was feeling using his program, how much energy and mental clarity I had, it motivated me to re-align my life so that I could maintain this feeling. And now that I know what it feels like to feel good, I’m inspired to challenge myself in other ways to find even more joy in my life. I’m still on my weight loss journey, but I’ve lost a total of 36 pounds so far and I’m starting to fit back into my old clothes again. Jeremy is committed, no matter where you’re starting from or where you are with your goals. I can’t even begin to tell you how good it feels, and how much I truly appreciate all of the work we’ve done so far.

Fantastic experience: The program far exceeded my expectations! I was hoping to learn how to eat well and maybe lose a little weight. By the end of it I had more energy, lost weight and feel so much better. Fantastic experience: My time with Jeremy was (and is) great! During the 8-week program, I was able to learn core concepts about the body's digestive process, nutrition, and exercise (just to name a few). Each week has a different theme in regards to what you learn or implement into your personalized program diet and exercise. Because of this, I was able to safely start losing weight and lost twenty pounds within the first six weeks. Fantastic experience: Jeremy - I engaged Holistic Fitness for nutrition/weight loss and fitness. My wife encouraged me. I didn't think I would learn anything new. BUT - I now thank you for the new outlook on fitness. I didn't think old dogs could be taught new tricks - they can! Though, that doesn't apply to me - I feel much younger now. Diet and Exercise - I always put them as equal parts. With me, diet needed much more restructuring. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Jeremy is an extremely knowledgeable trainer, coach and person. His ability to analyze movement patterns and correct improper movement is exceptional. He can improve the balance of the body not only by helping people move better but also through improving their diet using his advanced testing methods. Fantastic experience: I am just finishing the 8 week nutrition + introductory program. While I don't suffer significant health problems (yet) I have some pretty fierce resistance to changing my eating and exercise habits. I'm thrilled to say that Jeremy presented me with an extremely manageable, progressive schedule for re-thinking what I'm eating. He doesn't do crazy detoxes or total eliminations. Instead, he helps you feel and see results, and make your OWN choices once you've had that experience. I lost a few pounds and SEVERAL inches, and a clothing size! Plus, I feel more confident that I can control my health with great food choices. Next up is a more intensive fitness program. Thanks Jeremy and Austin Holistic Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Working with Jeremy Robinson at Austin Holistic Fitness was one of the best decisions I have made. Coming off two knee surgeries, I needed to get back in shape and increase mobility and strength in my knee and hip. Jeremy's holistic approach (fitness and clean eating) worked for me. In 2.5 months I lost 12 lbs, 5% body fat and increase muscle 2%. It gave me the tools to be ensure I am successful in the future in terms of health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: Jeremy's work outs are as fun as they are challenging, and he finds creative ways to utilize every minute of the allotted time frame. I have always felt like I was being pushed just outside of my comfort zone, and I understand this is generally where you see results. Jeremy also has a lot of knowledge on nutrition and body mechanics, which has been interesting to learn about, as well.

Fantastic experience: Jeremy has been my trainer for 8 months now, his knowledge and absolute passion to seeing me transform my health habits goes beyond the trainer relationship. When you see him it's like seeing a chiropractor/nutritionist/trainer/friend all in one. I use to think that a "trainer" was a "specialty" thing for people that were training for hard core fitness or sports. Now I realize it's for lifestyle change and accountability. His passion for getting people well and healthy again surpasses any diet plans you have tired in the past. I rarely write reviews unless I am 100% behind the product. Jeremy is the REAL deal. I have recommended him to many and will continue to do so. I continue to learn and evolve from his medical education and always look forward to seeing him. I'm not looking for another diet I'm looking for a lifestyle change so that I can continue to live healthy and that is exactly what 10 RM fitness is all about.

Fantastic experience: This gym might not look like much from the outside, but the owner and head trainer Jeremy Robinson is going to be where you get the bang for your buck. I started training with him three years ago and am in the best shape of my life. I have a lot of old injuries from sports and we have worked through them, always with the focus being to not exacerbate old wounds, but to strengthen and rebuild my muscles. I would encourage people to try a month with him. It will change your life!
