Negative experience: Dr Evenhouse is a great chiropractor but the billing department has caused me to leave him! My insurance company (United Healthcare) requires a patient summary form to be filled out by the billing department for every visit and they refuse to do so! My insurance company says I do not owe anything because they are required to fill out these forms. There is no phone number for the billing department so I can only leave messages with the girls at the front desk and the doctor himself. United Healthcare has also reached out to Motus Integrative Health and the billing department still hasn’t filled out these forms required forms! However this month, they charged my credit card for a visit without my knowledge or permission! Unacceptable!!
Fantastic experience: Dental hygienist of 12-13 years and I found the best place ever to go to! Dr. Christian is very knowledgeable and always learning about the newest stuff! His masseuse is literally the most healing person I’ve ever met! I had Bell’s palsy this past November and doctor took care of me instantly and I got better within two weeks with dry needling. They saved my face!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: As a patient of motus for a few years now, though I no longer go to this office (I go to the crown point one now, as it’s a shorter drive). I would really like to write this to thank the Griffith office as this is where I first started going. When I was 19 I was in a hit and run accident, and had horrible neck and shoulder pain, from muscle spasms to pinched nerves. I had no where to go or who to see. I was recommended here by mom as she has had a positive experience for years here. Dr Hall and Dr Oliver assessed my injuries to the fullest extent on the first appointment, x-rays and everything. I felt for the first time someone was actually listening to what I was saying about the pain I had been in. They gave me a full rundown on what was going on with me and what my treatment plan was going to be. It was so relieving for me. Dr Oliver administered needling for me for many months and it was such a positive experience. My pain dramatically decreased after consistent appointments. Never once did I feel uncomfortable, the Motus staff is extremely friendly and are willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I only stopped going here because I now go to the Crown Point office, but I feel like I never got to tell the Griffith staff how much I truly appreciate what they did for me for in one of the toughest points of my life. Dr Oliver is amazing and I could not be more thankful for him! Thank you to everyone!
Fantastic experience: Hello everyone! So today, I am getting fitted for my Vader Mask…I mean receiving dry needling done to remove sinus pressure from allergies at our Motus Integrative Health office in Griffith. Recently, I had an encounter with a bad case of allergies. After treatment, my face feels lighter and my sinus pressure subsided after a day or so. If you are looking for a comprehensive form of treatment, then check out Motus. We have offices in Griffith, Crown Point, and Schererville and a very knowledgeable and relatable staff to meet your needs. Sadly, there is only one Vader mask and that one is mine.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Christian listened to me when I told him several areas where I was having pain. He had his massage therapist work on me and that really helped my pain. After the massage, Dr. Christian adjusted my neck and lower back/hips. The receptionist was very friendly as well. Everyone was professional and polite. I highly recommend motus integrative health.

Fantastic experience: After arriving into Chicago to visit my daughter, while I was waiting to deplane, a passenger dropped her suitcase on my head while I was seated. I was experiencing severe headaches and neck pain and refered to Motus Integrative Health in Griffith. The receptionist, Daisy was friendly and extremely helpful getting me scheduled in a promt and timely manner and even promised a call back, should someone cancel their appointment. Dr Christian was very knowledgeable, and Mr David with his magical hands giving a great massage and great conversation. I'm happy to share that my pain is a little better. Thank you, thank you!!! Although a little pricy and an unexpected expense during travels, because of the outstanding experience, I'll cough up the money to have another treatment so that I can enjoy the rest of my visit with my daughter before I return to California.

Fantastic experience: A huge Thank You to Bobby Hall!! When I crushed my foot under a machine and was in intense pain, he went over and above to make sure I was well taken care of! He drove from Schererville to Griffith just to make sure I could get seen the same day as the injury and did an awesome job on the x-rays and therapy so I was feeling much better when I left!
