Fantastic experience: This is an reasonably expensive program, but it actually works. I'm down 55+ lbs so far and feeling great!! I have a lot more energy, am excited by my progress, and have received lots of positive comments from family, friends, and colleagues! The provided food is decent with lots of protein (I particularly like the oatmeal, soups and smoothies). I have learned lots of strategies for eating out... naked burger and broccoli at Chili's, salad without cheese, croutons and high cal dressings, etc. Staff is very helpful and motivating. The expense also keeps me fully engaged because I have a monetary incentive to make it work. I have had far less success in the past with free self-directed programs. As a nice bonus, I was also able to pay for it using my insurance HSA account. Overall, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My struggles losing weight especially as I got older even after I quit drinking alcohol, starting eating better (so I thought), sleeping better and getting more excercise ended with Awaken180. As a Realtor, I am always on the go and my eating habits were such that I would have a little breakfast go all day without eating, then binge eat at night. As much as I would work out, I could not drop any weight. During Covid-19 I found myself eating more and didn't like the person I saw in the mirror. I have done boot camps, Cross Fit, and Spartan Races and that wasn't the same person in the mirror. I joined Awaken 180 just over 3 weeks ago and I have shredded 20 lbs and feel great and still have 7 to go for my target. Kelsey has been my coach and she is awesome! Due to Covid, we talk weekly, but she is always there whenever I have a question. I still have the hectic schedule, but Kelsey helps me with a plan for those busy days and still eat healthy. The food is actually very good and one thing is for certain, I will never go back to my old eating habits. I have saved the best for last. The weight loss and the compliments are great. But as much as I have always been a very active person, I was on two blood pressure medications. Two weeks into the Awaken 180 program, I was feeling lethargic and dizzy. This program is so healthy, that my blood pressure came down naturally, and the meds were causing it to go too low. Fantastic experience: As a soon to be 60 y/o menopausal, hypothyroid female, I seemingly woke up one day with 30 (well, more like 40) extra pounds of hard fat right in the upper/middle of my belly. As a veteran dieter, I started doing Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers, and a Whole Food Plant based diet--anything I could think of to try and get rid of those pounds without any success. I would lose a pound here or there that would immediately return. I started Awaken180 at the Peabody location the end of March. As of today, I am down 15 lbs of pure body fat. I'm down from an XL to a medium size clothing. I have amazing energy and ABSOLUTELY NO CRAVINGS! Night sweats have stopped too! It's been an amazing journey. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? Well, for me it was my childhood. Growing up in an Italian-American household food was not merely a "source of energy" - every meal was a feast, every meal was a celebration! And in my family of five (Ma, Dad, Sister and Brother), my "Chef-Level" parents would make enough food to feed a small army. It was all so delicious; however, it played a pretty large role in my "huskiness" as a child and through my teenage years. Fast forward... Fantastic experience: The whole team at Awaken180 is so professional, so warm, so informed, it felt like i had a stacked team of experts in my corner cheering me on the whole time! During the first week, they showed me why i was having a hard time losing weight before, and gave me coaching and the right meals to make the weight fall right off. I've had more energy than I've had in years, and after ten weeks (~40lbs later) of experiencing that, I went home to enjoy a normal Thanksgiving meal as a reward. I enjoyed the food, but recognized that my energy was crashing and that I didn't want to go back to my old energy levels, so I used different tactics I learned from the coaches to keep my energy levels up in a healthy way, and couldn't wait to resume the limited maintenance diet the following Monday.
