I actually scheduled two appointments to choose which I felt most comfortable and connected to with this house-related journey I've chosen to embark on. And since I drive a distance, from Syracuse, and my time as a healthcare professional, is extremely valuable, I am very particular about The care I receive personally. Positive experience: Dr Mike was very nice and very patient. He took his time to explain everything to my daughter. Unfortunately the front desk personnel was so cold not welcoming a bit. Such a shame! Front desk employees need to understand that they need to be good at welcoming customers and make them feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. John was very patient explaining the Get Slim program. I was able to start the program the very same day as my consultation. I have been going to the office for chiropractic for many years. I am thankful Dr Mike and Dr John added Get Slim to their practice. So far the plan has been easy to follow. The shakes are very good and no bloating. **update** Down 30lbs, and no issues keeping it off! I have more energy, back and joint aches improved, cholesterol numbers down, general blood work improved, sleeping great and my heart feels healthy! I'm back to a normal metabolic buring rate for my age. I am 49 and my metabolism was processing at that of an 87 old!! I was able to lose the weight without one day of gym activity. Yoga, gardening, hikes are my choice of exercise. I can assure you, I am not a lazy person, life just happens! *Be advised, this is my personal story and how it has played out from my point of view. In no way did Get Slim claim to heal anything. I was told last April 2023 a minor heart palpitation I had for many years had started to change. I was showing high PVC where almost half of my heart beats were irregular, within 1 year. This was causing cardiomyopothy. I was told to do something or it could permanently damage my heart. It was meds or heart ablation. Neither, I was happy with and was determined to do what I needed to. The only thing that chaged in that one year previous was my weight and possibly, the start of perimenopause. I had gained 35lbs. I tried a few pills that didn't work and I feared working out would cause more PVC and issues for me. So, Dr Mike it was! It has been 8 months and I am so thankful for the grace of God, this plan and BP meds. Half my daily heart beats were irregular last April 2023, but has improved drastically! I had only one irregular beat as of last month in a 24 hr period. The cardiomyopothy has reversed and my heart is doing well. Believe me, I am not naive to think the BP meds had no play in part of my recovery as well. The cardiologist did tell me it is very possible I can come off the meds down the road. I'm so grateful I did not opt for the heart ablasion! I dont believe in coincidence. I know the weight loss has made a significant impact on my well being. Get Slim was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Dr Mike is great and has worked through everything with me. Everyone's situation is different but Dr Mike can accommodate. Fantastic experience: I've tried literally everything to lose weight feeling like I had everything working against me. I'm over 50, working the night shift and struggle to get enough good sleep. I could tell just from my first meeting with Dr Mike that I finally found the right fit to get me where I've wanted to be for years. His plan is based on science and in depth knowledge of weight loss. Not just how to lose it but understanding how it is gained to begin with. His plan is logical, safe and do-able. No gimmicks. NO shots. No starving. Science is their key. They have the most organized plan and send you home with a binder of everything you need to know as well as a journal to log your meals along with articles, recipes and information to help you achieve your goals. I waited a week before I wrote a review. Well it's been a week, I lost 6 lbs! I've never felt more motivated or dialed in. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!. The only issue I have is with there binder they give you. Just received it yesterday and most of the papers are Ripping out of the book. Its pretty packed with instructions and Recipes....maybe put them into plastic sleeves....

Negative experience: The owners make the receptionist shovel the snow before they start for the day. Appears like Employee exploitation at its best. I’m stuck going here they have the spine med machine. Hey dude! Stop being a cheap azz and hire a professional snow removal company!! What kind of doctor are you!!! Forcing a middle age woman to do that!! I don’t want to see you forcing the reception shoveling snow before their shift any longer . It’s wrong treating people like that. Please send me profs of this being eradicated and I’ll kindly edit.

Fantastic experience: Educated and knowledgeable. Excellent personal treatment, explains things well, and very encouraging. Down 30 lbs so far and went from a size 11 to a size 6 and still losing fat not muscle. I would have lost more if I followed the healthy eating plan exactly. Feeling less bloated, sluggish or fatigued.

Positive experience: I first began my journey with Get Slim Rochester a year ago. With the help of Dr. Mike and Ann Marie, I have lost 30 lbs. over the course of about six months and have kept it off. I have recently returned to Get Slim Rochester to lose an additional 20 lbs. that I need for my overall health. I am very pleased with their services, except for the fact that they need to order more chocolate protein shake powder in order to keep up with the demand.

I am a little over halfway through the first week and have dropped 6 pounds of water weight I have been struggling with for months. The first two days were very difficult and willpower is key. Don't break and don't cheat, once you are through it your cravings and intense desire to eat will pass. I will add to my review as the weeks continue. For now, our first meeting was pleasant and informative. I consider myself a fairly knowledgeable person when it comes to nutrition and fitness but have always failed to be consistent.
