Fantastic experience: First of all I really loved Brooke. So much so I told my friend and she's going to call for an appointment. Brooke was so knowledgeable. Being a retired RN she impressed me. I haven't been on the meds long enough to judge that aspect of the treatment but I am very hopeful and excited.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this company. I paid for a hormone test when I was just coming out of my breast cancer surgery, around $300 cash and they refused to send me the results. Because I decided not to go to the appointment because my oncologist forbade me due to my health situation to not do hormone treatment. The person who convinced me to do this treatment told me that I could not send the results, not even out of courtesy, that I had to go to the portal, and I don't use a computer, and all my stress and recovery didn't matter to them. I lost that money. I feel like it was a robbery. That's my experience, and I hope they don't do it to someone else.

Positive experience: I have been a patient at Florida Center for Hormones for over a month now. I was so impressed by the package that was offered to avail of on a monthly basis. This is what swayed me to chose FCHW. One of the best services offered was the opportunity to sample their skin care line with a facial. The reason I only give 4stars is because this is no longer offered. I had my first one of two offered through this program yesterday. Teresa was my esthetician. From start to finish it was wonderful. Teresa was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The experience left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Teresa’s experience and passion for skin care really shone through. I was so excited to schedule my second facial. Teresa informed me they have sadly removed this benefit from the program and no longer offer this as part of package. It was so disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I am starting my second year with this office and I am very happy with the results. My primary doctor found nothing wrong with my blood work although my hormones and thyroid were Nonexistent. Since beginning treatment at this office I have lost 56 pounds and have gotten my life back. The doctor is a little rough around the edges and a very straightforward personality… He is however very knowledgeable and happy to give referrals for gynecology, etc. The personnel that draw the blood are extremely good.Nobody likes to have their blood drawn but I don’t dread it so much knowing that it will only be a small pinch. I I am happy with the progress that I have made and looking forward to losing my last 30 pounds!

Fantastic experience: For years I had thyroid issues that my primary doctor never saw as an issue, even though my labs showed it getting worse and worse by the year. My hormones were all over the place and my doctor continued to give me antidepressants medication. Finally I decided to come here, and it was a life changing for the best. You can finally talk to the doctors and they actually listen to you, explain everything and work with you as an individual. Highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: I went in today for my first appointment with Florida Hormone and Wellness. First of all, cannot thank Lindsey enough for being so patient with me while I had my toddler during my consult. Secondly, the thoroughness of my labs was phenomenal. The level of attention to how my hormones are functioning and helping me understand how everything works made me so comfortable being there. I felt a sense of relief knowing I was in GREAT hands for what is to come. Meeting Alé for the final portion of the visit was like icing on the cake, so sweet and caring. Negative experience: The doctor is amazing, smart, a little rough around the edges but he shoots it straight. The staff he employs however are one of the most incompetent and uncaring group of individuals I have ever experienced. The manager of the office feels it is okay to continue employing receptionists who are rude, uncaring and unfit for the position. It's a shame that these "professionals" don't care about people who aren't feeling well. It's hard enough searching for a doctor who knows their stuff. I hope Dr. John gets a new staff, because this one is costing him patients he would've been able to help.

Negative experience: THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THAT WASNT THE OFFICE FOR ME BECAUSE I DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, I felt discriminated, I could have taken a translator to my appointment, Very racist and RUDE Do not go to this office thy are racist.

Positive experience: I really like that Dr.C is engaged and runs a tight ship - he’s not sitting on a yacht somewhere and just has his name on a building. I genuinely liked everyone here- Dr. C, Amanda…everyone. Too early to tell how successful the treatment will be (I will update) - I’m optimistic. My only “criticism” thus far is the pricing - not necessarily the amount (although it is expensive) but all the fine print and some of what feels like bait-and-switch, but I understand everyone’s needs are different. It can be quite overwhelming - in the end, they are trying to provide options to accommodate many people so nothing is perfect. As someone who makes their living in the healthcare industry as well, I completely understand the profit motive and how it drives quality and innovation. So definitely no hard feelings, especially if they’re delivering results but on a personal level, I just wish it was more transparent and inclusive.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr C since 2019 (after trying the same pellet treatment with another doctor who would not listen to me when I’d explain what I was experiencing negatively. He just kept giving me the same dosage.) Dr C straighten my hormones out quickly. I am so grateful I found him! He really cares about what he’s doing and it shows.

He did so in a kind compassionate way that put us both at ease and we are VERY excited about taking this step in our health and well-being journey. From the front desk, to the medical team, the staff at Florida Hormone and Wellness Center are some of the happiest people in a work environment I have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: Dr. C really honed in on the issues I wished to have addressed. I am just beginning my health journey with him and his team...but even a week into it, I am noticing some positive changes. I am also impressed by how cooperatively he is working with my local endocrinoligist (I am NYC-based) to expand on the possibilities for improving my health. I feel very supported.

Fantastic experience: I was having multiple problems with energy, sleep, focus, just generally not feeling 'right' and also hair loss. Not something a woman wants to see happening. I had seen Dr. C in the past and contacted his office for an appointment. Dr. C looks at more than just the routine stuff to see what is going on. I was quite surprised to find that I have more problems than I realized. I'm now on the way to correcting these problems thanks to Dr. C.

From the moment I entered the waiting room until my completion, I felt welcomed, important and not made to feel like I was just a number. Putting the personal touch to my visit is what made the difference. I completed most of the requested paperwork prior to my appointment and this was extremely beneficial. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I was referred by a friend who also is extremely pleased with her results. I will make sure I refer everyone in need that I know to Florida Center for Horrmones and Wellness. Based on the current pandemic concerns with COVID-19, I felt very safe and protected. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Carrozella for nearly a decade; He AND his entire staff are PHENOMENAL. I drive nearly an hour to get to his office in Dr Phillips and it is WELL WORTH the drive. The icing on the cake is their brand new, GORGEOUS office that they recently relocated to. I have followed him from Kissimmee (when I lived in Orlando) to Orlando (living in Kissimmee) because there is not another doctor like him. His knowledge is never ending and 2nd to none. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone looking for a doctor who understands, speaks from experience and that won't quit until your issue is taken care of the best that it can be.

Fantastic experience: In my mid-50s, I was tired of being told by doctors I was feeling the way I SHOULD for a woman my age. Dr. C has worked with both me and my husband through hormone therapy to make sure we feel like we are in our mid-30s! He never gives up in trying to get the perfect hormone levels that are exactly right for us. It is not a "one-size-fits-all" program. We feel amazing, have incredible energy, clarity and a super sex life. We drive 2 hours to see him and would have it no other way. Dr. C and his staff are outstanding!

Fantastic experience: I love seeing Dr John Carozzella. I had a hysterectomy as a preventative measure and he has been great at keeping my hormones balanced. I love that he knows about nutrition and supplements as well. He is available by phone and email to me all the time.

Fantastic experience: I used to joke about "low T" and I just assumed that my severe lack of energy, lowered libido, & increasingly frequent problem with ED was a natural result of aging. After witnessing what a huge difference hormone replacement therapy made in my wife's life, I went & got tested. Sure enough, low T! I've had my pellets in for a month now & the impact has been nothing short of life changing. I feel, think, & perform, in many aspects like I did in my 20's (I'm 54). Dr C and his staff are very patient-centric. You never feel rushed. They actually seem to enjoy answering my many questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough...I really should have done this years ago!

Fantastic experience: My son kept complaining that he felt horrible but every Doc he visited claimed he was the picture of health as per his bloodwork. After watching Dr. C's technical expertise on his videos I knew that he was the man for the job. Sure enough, we visit him, he spends 45 min w/ us, he gets to understand the problem (as he knew what to look for in the blood) & delivers a solution that has my son back on his feet. I cannot endorse Dr. C highly enough. He's not only a TOP expert but he CARES as well! Thank you!
