Fantastic experience: We have had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Eischens. She is very professional and has exceptional bedside manners. Takes the time to explain everything clearly and offer thoughtful, personalized care. Her staff is incredibly and always available. Fantastic experience: I started to see Dr. Eischens on October 3, 2024. My symptoms started October/November 2021which included total body fasiculations, muscle cramping mainly in the upper body and asymmetrical weakness/atrophy in the same areas. I was diagnosed with Sporadic ALS December 2023. I went the traditional Medical route for my treatment and care and quickly found out there was no help for this disease. Through a friend I found Dr. Eischens and made an appointment. From the moment of my first visit I knew help was on the way to better health. I have had 4 visits to date and am satisfied with the progress I have made. Am I healed?? No! but my quality of life is better!! Fasiculations, cramping have significantly improved as has my mental state. As I continue with treatment I am looking forward to what is in store. I would certainly recommend Dr. Eischens for whatever ailment you may be suffering through.

Fantastic experience: Working with Dr. Shawna Eischens for NET (NeuroEmotional Technique) sessions has been nothing short of life-changing. I’ve done a lot of healing work over the years, but nothing has reached the very hidden emotional root of my symptoms the way NET has—and Shawna is truly a gifted practitioner. The physiological symptoms that people experience are real, and physical. It also triggered so many things I had not dealt with regarding my parents from my childhood and old feelings I had shoved down over the years that have all come back up now to smack me down! Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Eischens while dealing with acute back pain, and after a single session of NET, my pain noticeably decreased. I followed up with a Bio Craniopathy session and left the session feeling more grounded and aligned - as if I were literally standing taller than before. Let me tell you, she has all of the knowledge and tools to give to you as long as you are willing to put in the work for yourself. She has helped me change my life in so many ways. Dr. E truly gets to know her patients and then creates a plan unique to them. Fantastic experience: I started this process to be a successful entrepreneur. I know that I have deep wiring with negative thoughts. The process that Dr. Shawna takes me through is amazing. She has healed injuries, created a sense of peace that I have never experienced before in my life. In less than three months. Fantastic experience: So happy I found Dr. Shawna. She helped with an issue I've been struggling with for 2 years with congestion/allergies. By the time I decided to seek help, I was miserable - constantly stuffed up, unable to taste or smell. My traditional doctor was quick to sign me up for a insanely expensive nasal spray and injection - something I would have to take every day for the rest of my life. I'm not opposed to using drugs periodically when needed, but the thought of being dependent on them forever is depressing. When I reached out to Dr. Shawna, I was simply hoping for a better alternative. She was very thorough in her assessment of my history/condition. Her approach was to address the root cause of my issue, instead of just treating the symptoms. I stopped using the Rx spray/injection 3 weeks ago and switched over to Dr. Shawna's treatment - a change to my diet and two natural supplements. Fantastic experience: Dr. Shawna has changed my life. I consulted her for two complex issues. One was my stomach pain and discomfort in which I was at my breaking point. Fantastic experience: This review comes from a unique perspective as I am an employee and patient of Dr. Shawna Eischens, and it’s truly been a life changing experience. After a 20-year career in various capacities of (what is basically) corporate healthcare, I am astounded at the differences compared to this environment at Hope and Healing Naturopathic. The amount of time, energy and care that goes into each and every patient interaction is a dramatic difference from anything I’ve ever witnessed. First and foremost, insurance companies are not involved in holistic healthcare, so the practitioners are free to treat their patients as they see fit. The treatment options are nearly limitless, and each one is specifically designed for the unique, complex, multi-faceted human beings that we all are. Everything is taken into consideration. Mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health are all thought of as equally important. Everything is connected. It all matters. In setting appointments in mainstream medicine, I was told by MD’s to not allow patients to bring in their “laundry list” of problems as the appointments are only 15 minutes and often double or triple booked. Dr. E understands that every symptom is important in the overall picture, as something that may not SEEM connected might be the puzzle piece that puts the whole picture together. She knows a lot about her patients and how they live their lives to see patterns and connect the dots to figure out how to help them heal. This is true, permanent healing. Patients stop by my desk regularly to tell me what a difference Dr. E has made in their lives, and how grateful they are for having found her. Fantastic experience: I was in the hospital for 3 days and the doctors were trying to find out what happened but couldn’t pinpoint it to anything specific other than high blood pressure. I took the medication for that and after a month of sitting around in bed and barely getting the energy to be able to walk around (thank God for my family who were there for me day and night), I did my research and came across Dr. E. She is such a genuine, caring soul. She took the time out to hear all of my problems and didn’t want to just fix the symptoms but rather fix the long term cause compared to western doctors. Not like there is anything wrong with that, but my preference is anything holistic and natural, and a doctor who genuinely wants to see their patients improve overtime. I was on 4 different blood pressure medications and my blood pressure was still high! After 1 week of seeing Dr. E, I was off of all medications and started walking on average 10k steps per day. I thought I would’ve never come back to my normal self but here I am! Thank you for everything. I recommend Dr. E to all of my family and friends, she saved my life.

Fantastic experience: More than anything, Dr. Eischens helped save my sanity after my husband had been very ill. I started out doing N.E.T., which is a therapy I would recommend to anyone, and then decided to do her 16-week program for overall health. Fantastic experience: Finding Dr. Eischens was truly a Godsend. I had struggled with hormonal issues ranging from hot flashes, night sweats and all of the other symptoms of menopause. I also suffered from migraines and awful headaches. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Dr. Shawna Eischens - Dr. E - for about 2 years. I had the opportunity to hear her speak at a women's conference and I felt a connection with her. I went in to go over some health issues - some weight gain, trouble sleeping and a hard time dealing with stress. Dr. Eischens ordered some blood work and it was more detailed than my regular physician. She determined that I had an under active thyroid and my hormones were off. I stated on a regimen of Naturethroid and bio identical hormones. Within 30 days I was feeling better and my weight had leveled off. Regarding stress, she prescribed a homeopathic remedy and suggested some other stress reduction techniques that I continue to use today.
