I found myself returning time and time again not only for the quality, value, and variety of supplements they have in store. But also because of the amazing hospitality, I receive every time I step through those doors. Whether if you’re looking for protein powders, protein bars, energy drinks, pre workout, any sort of health/ fitness supplement, perfect fitting clothing, or a ready to go premade meal. They’re always cycling newest and most exciting brands and flavors, while keeping the fan favorites. There’s always something new and exciting to go back for that you won’t find in any other store. If you feel unhappy with your health start here please! You don’t have to be a body builder or size 2 to belong here. I have been a customer throughout all the major body changes: pregnancy, postpartum, and now as a new mom and I’ve always been treated like family by all the staff. When it comes to products it’s more than just pre-workout and protein. The pre-portioned meals are literal sanity savers (especially for new or busy families) they have amazing snacks that for someone who HATES protein textures snacks they changed my mind about healthier snack options. Also don’t overlook the seasonings and sauces. Our weekly staples are: cbum ready to drink, 1st phorm bbq jerky, anabars, nuts n more single servings just to name a few All these are so easy to throw in a purse or bag and you don’t have to worry about what’s going in your body because you know it’s good food sold to you by good people.

Paul and Nicole bring extensive knowledge of every item they have in shop but they also never forget a customer and have built a community of loyal customers and friends by doing what they do.
