Fantastic experience: I was stuck, in a never ending cycle of almost impossible weight loss due to self sabotage. Being an emotional eater for my whole life, I’d compare myself to a drug addict with food. I couldn’t go past the convenience store and not stop to get a candy bar (King size) or zebra cakes, or pop. The store was my dealer and the sugar my cocaine. I felt as if this was all I would be for the rest of my life especially at 59 years old. Because it only gets harder to lose the weight with age. I know I was created for better! I listened to the talk show hosts on 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh talking about Awaken 180, and I thought if knuckleheads talking sports could do it ( no disrespect). So could I ( I’m a knucklehead too). Well I’m here to tell you since the day after a Thanksgiving I’ve lost 50lbs. Thanks to the Awaken 180 Program. Tomorrow I turn 59 and I’ve done what I thought was impossible, and my body is working like my creator designed it to. I still want to lose some more, but I’ve reached the goals set for me by my team at Awaken 180. It wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t hard. Perhaps the most encouraging thing is the poor eating responses I used to have are gone. The mental aspect of the program has renewed my mind on food. The unconscious triggers have evaporated. I no longer crave sugar. I no longer self sabotage! I look forward to eating like a normal human being again, sure, but the possibility of eating smaller portions and slower and with fidelity isn’t daunting anymore. So if you’re stuck, just DO IT! Fantastic experience: So far so good. I was told I would lose 4-5lbs. a week. Lost 10lbs, the 1st week! My coach told me I would lose more in the 1st week, but I didn't expect that. I have not been hungry at all. The food is satisfying. I have now lost 18lbs in 3 weeks. This includes the fact that I went to 2 Thanksgiving dinners. I cheated a little, but not much. Still losing weighjt.

Positive experience: So 1st visit very nice, every one is nice , it took me a while to decide to do it. I went in on a sat , it was a different woman than the original appointment, no problem,tried to sell more than what I was originally quoted, had questions and she just didn't seem to be helpful, my problem is, where is the value of 300 a week? Your given snacks and packaged items , guessing worth 30 dollars, maybe ? You still need to buy food, protein and veggies, everything. No exercise, no medicine. Just told a program, low cal stuff, come in and get weighed , but for 3k 10 weeks, where is the value? In my opinion the the value is not worth the product, on top of weekly cost add another 150 for your physical food . They seem to have a lot of happy people, but time all done 400 to 500 is too much

Fantastic experience: AWAKEN 180 IS THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM BY FAR. It is an easy program to follow, offers valuable coaching each week helping the participant to stay true to the goal set for oneself. On a personal note, I am amazed at how far I have come to losing so much weight. I feel confident and strong to maintain what I have accomplished. I recommend this program to everyone who wants to lose weight with great results.

Fantastic experience: In the past, I would roll my eyes when people would say they found a program that helped them lose weight. I was THAT cynical starting this program… and here I am 16 weeks in, 40 lbs lighter and my cholesterol literally cut in half. I have no cravings, binge eating stopped. I truly learned how to have a healthier relationship with food and my body. The coaches at Seekonk are by-far the highlight of my week. Everyone is so inspiring and helpful and make following them program and adjustments every week easy. I don’t have to think. I’m just encouraged to keep going. It’s been an incredible experience so far. 5 stars aren’t enough to give this program, the people, the soul-shaking machine each week! It’s awesome.

Fantastic experience: I started Awaken 180 in December 2021. I lost weight even though the holidays at the beginning of my journey. It was easy to follow, it became a way of life, and I was never hungry. I lost 35 pounds and have kept it off to this day. The people at Awaken 180 are awesome too.

What sets Awaken 180 apart, I believe, is its coaching. The women at Awaken 180 Seekonk are phenomenal. Rachel and her team truly are professional and dedicated to each client and their personal goals. It’s not black and white. Every client is different with lifestyles that are unique to them. I needed a great deal of coaching, always tweaking to make sure I stayed on course. I can’t thank them enough. I recommend Awaken180 Seekonk to anyone wanting to change their life for the better. Fantastic experience: The plan is very easy to follow and portioning out the food was simple. I was able to create recipes using approved dressings in marinades with no problem and the breakfast items are especially good as are the soups. The support is excellent as well as all my questions were answered as to how to fine-tune the program. Lost 7 1/2 pounds the first week!

Fantastic experience: This is my second time on the Awaken180 program at the Seekonk location. I kept the weight off for over a year and would have had a better chance had I continued the maintenance appointments to keep me on track. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and customize the program for you! Almost two year to the day, I restarted the program and lost 30 pounds and lost 4 inches in the waist, requiring me to purchase a new suit two sizes smaller for a wedding this past weekend. I feel confident and this time will continue the program maintenance. The program works if you commit to it. It has for me twice.

After having two kids I struggled to loose some stubborn belly fat and tried so many different workout programs and food plans with no success and much frustration I would loose interest after a few weeks. It was always one step forward and two steps back. My husband and I did the buddy system and awaken 180 for 6 weeks and like magic we saw continued success week after week. No more quitting or giving up! The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, and supportive! I now know how to eat for optimal health and weight and feel comfortable to continue my journey on my own . Fantastic experience: I had a few friends that went through the program (all look great) and I listed to WBZ every morning and constantly hear about Awaken 180. I didn't have a ton of weight to loose however whatever I was trying in the past just didn't last. My goal was 15 pounds in a month and I lost 12...and feel great! I'm glad I did it and am more comfortable in knowing what to eat (and not eat) moving forward. That really makes it worth the investment!

Positive experience: I reserve the right to change my rating as time goes on! But only one week and I have lost 4+ pounds and my husband has lost 15+ pounds. Easy to follow if you are capable of ignoring cravings. Done! 8 weeks, 25 lbs and I feel great! On maintenance. Start takes some getting used to, but easier as time went on - no regrets! Staff is great, positive and encouraging. Only downfall is $$.

Fantastic experience: Awaken 180 has to be one of the best programs out there. I'm 60 , I lost 15 lbs the first week and averaging 2 to 3 a week. I'm into my 7th week and dropped 36 lbs to date. I admit I've had my setbacks but that's when you say to yourself " what's more important to you that slice of pizza with pepperoni and extra black olives or your health?" I say my health and jumped back into the program.

Fantastic experience: I really needed help in my portion control and being accountable to someone. This program has helped a lot. I haven't felt hungry and feel good. I am thrilled with this so far.

Fantastic experience: This is a very good program. The coaches do a very good job and make you very knowledgeable about nutrition. After 12 weeks on a program I have lost 43 lbs. I feel much better and I plan to continue to lose weight. I would definitely recommend Awaken 180 to any who is looking to lose weight.

Fantastic experience: This place did what they set out to do, help me lose weight! The first week of June I signed up for an eight week program weighing in at 217.8lbs. Today I did my last weigh in at 191, that's 2 months for 26.8lbs for those bad at math. EVERY employee gives positive vibes to all clients, especially helpful in those early days/weeks before you really feel the results beyond numbers on paper. Price....yeah it's not cheap. There will be people who simply cannot afford this. For the people who can or those who just need to budget a little to make it, do it! It's an investment in your health, and hell it's cheaper than getting bigger and buying all new clothes....again.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time I've ever had to go on a diet. At age 50 I realized I was getting carried away with my weight gain, I weighed in at 280 lbs. I knew I had to lose weight and change my way of thinking. After hearing radio commercials I figured I would give it a try and commit myself to the program. After 10 days l lost 14 lbs and my hips and knees felt so much better. The following 2 weeks I lost 10 more lbs. I feel better, my waist line is going down, and my kids don't make fun of me as much. Some days it's easy, other days can be tuff, I think about pizza, pasta, cheeseburgers....all the good stuff right. I know there's light at the end of the tunnel and eventually I'll be able to enjoy these things again but with common sense. I'm getting closer to my goal every day and I'm really proud of myself for doing this. I'm just an average guy who never thought about what I was eating and decided it's time to do something. If I can do this anyone can do this as long as you commit yourself to the program. Some people might read this and think that I'm on the 180 payroll...I'm not. They asked me to write a review and this is my review. Getting help starts with yourself, after you decide to help yourself 180 will give you the tools and info to take control of your life. It might take longer to lose the weight, might be quicker, but you'll never know unless you try. Fantastic experience: This program really works! The only thing better than losing the weight and feeling healthier is the staff at the Seekonk location. Each weight loss professional there has their own unique skill set and personalities. Combining their awesome personalities and knowledge of healthy living and dietary control creates a perfect environment to succeed. I am always greeted with a big smile, and rememberance of my name every time I enter the location. I am sure that the staff at the other facilities are kind and professional , but it would hard fought to make me believe they could be any better as a group.

Fantastic experience: The team at Awaken 180 has been fantastic. My wife and I are almost 6 weeks in and are right on track to hit our aggressive goals. (33lbs in 5 weeks) The program works (I travel 2 weeks a month for work) and the ease of the meal plan and the coaching and encouragement provided has been a key to our success. Yes it requires diligence and commitment just like anything else, but if I can make it work with my schedule anyone can.
