After just 10 sessions, there was a significant difference in his pain level and was no longer complaining. He completely stopped taking NSAIDS and gabapentin. Fantastic experience: Great experience! I feel significantly better after weekly acupuncture sessions. I came for heavy menstrual bleeding and it stopped after the second week of receiving treatment. My symptoms have been getting better and I feel relaxed after every session. They take the time to listen to your concerns and are pleasant and helpful. I will continue acupuncture without a doubt. Fantastic experience: I want to often live healing for neuropathy in hand and feet the pain was great. I was looking for relief. I talked to Doctor Jason who showed me around and suggested that I take treatment for it. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is great after a couple of weeks. The pain started to subsi. T started to feel much better. I could feel my feet in my hands but neuropathy was getting much better. I could do things that I normally couldn't do I could walk around without much pain. Fantastic experience: Alternative Healing Works I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Jason and his staff. While everyone is always professional, they are also friendly, respectful, and everyone knows my name. I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. I have been experiencing back pain for over five years. Nothing helped. I saw a chiropractor. The relief I felt was minimal and lasted only an hour or two. Results after physical therapy were similar to how I felt after seeing the chiropractor. Spinal injections gave a little more relief but that diminished quickly. My last option was spinal surgery. A friend who is familiar with my back pain recommended Alternative Healing. Her mom was receiving treatment for back pain that she’s had for several years. She feels remarkable relief after just a few sessions. I decided I should take my friend’s advice. I called Alternative Healing and was able to schedule an appointment in just a few days. I was hopeful that I could get some back pain relief and avoid surgery. During the first session Dr. Jason reviewed my expectations and did an evaluation. Dr. Jason is patient, knowledgeable and put me at ease. After meeting with Dr. Jason I had my first acupuncture session with Tawny. She simply has a way to make me feel at ease and welcome. That was the most relaxed I’d felt in months. After each session I leave relaxed. It is truly exhilarating to have little or no pain. I am amazed at how quickly I began to feel relief. Within just a few sessions I was able to reduce my pain medication. On a scale of 1-10 my former pain level was typically 5-8, as I sit here writing this review I have no back pain. Fantastic experience: I have had major stomach issues for years and could fine zero relief. My sister had suggested I try acupuncture and see if there was anything they could do. Coming here has changed my life. I was nauseous 24 hours a day and was vomiting daily. After just a couple months I am hardly ever nauseous and my vomiting is almost gone. Plus the staff here is amazing. I’m so happy to be living a normal life again and enjoying more of it. 5 stars if not more if I could!!!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Alternative healing works after having tried steriod shots, physical therapy and all kinds of pain medications. I signed up for the Prolo-Theraphy Ozone shots in my knees and at first I was skeptical, after the steriods caused a tremendous amount of havoc on my body, I was scared. You see, I couldn’t drive longer than twenty minutes without having shooting pains from the top of my foot to the middle of my left knee and up to the base of my right knee. So even after getting the accupuncture the pain in the front of my legs started gradually going away! Then after the Prolotherapy shots, I could step up on a stair with my left foot without grabbing onto someone to hold me! Alternative Healing Works is a God send !!! I am so thankful I came here. Thank you Jason and staff for understanding me, calming my fears and working with me! This stuff does work!!!! I can even move a little faster when I walk with out my cane!!!! Oh the pain in my lower back has dissipated the migraines are not as severe.. Fantastic experience: After seeing a couple ENT's and an MD for the level of dizziness that proved to be somewhat debilitating and dangerous only to be told that they couldn't find anything wrong, I reached out to Alternative Healing. From the beginning, I was given hope and by the 3rd acupuncture session, I could feel things starting to turn around. By my 5th session, I was completely free of dizziness. Fantastic experience: Life changing experience. I went to AHW's seeking help in healing a devastating diagnosis. With the treatment plan and many positive suggestions from Dr. Jason I was put on a great path to feeling betting. I was so amazed at the first visit. Asked if he could do anything about a pain I had in my ankle for months. After that treatment to this day I have never felt that pain again, and my initial diagnosis has greatly improved. Fantastic experience: I had no idea how much they could help myself and my son. My son has suffered from CVS ( cyclic vomiting syndrome) for about a year and half. Once or twice each month he had violent vomiting episodes that would last about 4 hours , vomiting every 20-30 minutes. Our pediatrician sent us to a gastroenterologist who did blood work , X-rays and a complete abdominal ultrasound . We still had no real answers . Alternative Healing Works did a urine test and found a candida overgrowth. They started him on some peptides , vitamins, probiotics and also some cell salts for anxiety. My son has not had another vomiting episode since ( about 3 months so far) I am very grateful to them for helping my son when the other drs did not.

Fantastic experience: Experience: I came into Alternative Healing Works due to skin discoloration in my feet, diabetes, and low back pain. From the start of my treatment this past summer, until this date which, is October 17th, on a scale of 0 to 10 I would have to read this facility at a 10 out of 10 because I feel 100% better. My diabetes number has significantly decreased, I have zero back pain, I have zero knee pain, and my skin discoloration improved significantly. Fantastic experience: I have been to see acupuncturists for many years. When i started acupuncture, over 10 years ago, I found a wonderful acupuncturist. I moved away and have been looking for a good acupunturist since then. I walked into Alternative Healing Works and was so happy to have found such good care. I have neck and back pain. I signed up for 10 sessions and have made improvements since I started. What I like about this clinic is the Jason and the other acupunterists listern to you. If too much is done for my neck it can make things worse. The acupuncturist was excellent and listening to and respecting my experiences with acupuncture. Fantastic experience: Jason and his staff are very friendly and knowledgable about natural healing modalities, acupuncture, nutrition, CBD, herbs and working with the body to give optimum health. I had a massage with the PūrWell CBD lotion and salve and it was one of the most relaxing of my life.

Negative experience: > My initial free consultation with the owner was very pleasant. He treated me with acupuncture for my lower back pain. I presented my insurance card and it was confirmed that my insurance would cover it. However, at the second visit his whole attitude toward me changed. He was extremely rude and repeatedly said he was not going to get paid. Somewhere along the line, his office staff or whoever verifies the patient insurance made a big mistake. My deductible and insurance was valid. This could have been handled in a professional way but it was not - he and the receptionist left me without saying goodbye or happy holidays or any acknowledgement. It truly upset me and made me feel like a second class citizen. It is clear that he was worried more about getting paid than treating me as a patient. Very unprofessional, despite whatever personal circumstances he may have had. Will not be back! >

Fantastic experience: Very pushy! Anxious to sign me up for services. He did call and apologize because I was upset and stated due to clinic moving, it was a stressful time for him. The doc offered to treat me again for my pain at no charge. I respect that.

Fantastic experience: Healing of the mind and physical body. My injuries are pretty severe but gradually starting to improve. Patience and consistency seem to be the key. Jason, Jessica and Karen have been very attentive and convincing and I'm a total coward when it comes to unconventional therapy but I must say they have certainly made me more open minded and I would suggest this type of catharsis to anyone!

Fantastic experience: The masseuse therapist educated me about trigger points and how they were affecting my chronic back pain. Between the weekly acupuncture treatment and massage therapy, I am virtually pain free. The best part is that I didn't need any prescription for painkillers. I highly recommend AHW!
