Fantastic experience: I visited the Brentwood Fit Flavors location for the first time this week and will absolutely be back! The store was clean and well stocked with tons of menu items that accommodate a variety of dietary preferences. The team member working at the time of my visit was so helpful - I had some questions about the new menu items, so he walked me through all of my choices and recommended some of his favorites. The food was fresh and flavorful - and perfect for a weeknight dinner after work and the gym. I'm excited to go back to try other items, and to visit some of the other Fit Flavors locations with smoothie bars, as well!

Positive experience: Today was my first time visiting the store. The person who welcomed us was amazing, offering help and thorough explanations for everything. Unfortunately, the food experience itself was disappointing. 1.Portion sizes: The meal portions were quite small. We’ve moved past the trend of eating less to lose weight and be healthy. 2. Flavor: I've been trying to cook healthy, tasty food for a while now. Yes, it's difficult to find good recipes, but it's not impossible. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor and was under-seasoned. 3. Price: husband and I eat normal portions of food. We bought a bulky chicken, bulky veggies, and one regular meal for $56, and we barely felt full after paying that much. I hope they improve their flavors and portions.

Fantastic experience: First off, the store was very clean and organized! Evening was well labeled with nutrition labels on them. The lady working was extremely helpful and pleasant! I picked out an array of meals: breakfast and lunch and a few snacks! They were all delicious!! My favorite was the steak and potatoes and Big Mac bowl! I highly recommend if you are looking for clean, easy, and yummy meals!

Fantastic experience: First time visitor review: We walked in without pre-ordering and were greeted as if we were long-time customers. The cashier gave us a quick tour of the different sections of the refrigerators. Each section is broken down by protein, bulk food, snacks, desserts, or pre-orders with easy to read labels and pictures of each meal. Then she pointed out all the important symbols and things to note on the labels. The macros are easy to find on the front of the packaging and the heating instructions are clearly marked. She let us know that everything is fresh, never frozen. She also warned us not to overheat the meals as to avoid overly dry or chewy proteins. We grabbed the menu listing the new summer flavors before we left so we can get ideas on what to order next time. There was zero pressure to order in advance. Many people were walking in to pick items off the shelf just like us. The first meals we tried at home were the Steak & Garlic Potatoes, Orange Sesame Chicken, and Tropical Cake for dessert.

These treats put a pep in her step and keep her looking forward to eating in the morning. Used to be a challenge until we found these wonderful protein snacks. They give her the strength she needs to start her day with good protein and yummy variety. So grateful you have kind and loving people like Carrie at your company. Fantastic experience: The smoothies are fresh, made to order and yummy! They are almost as divine as the staff, who are so cheerful and happy, eager to make people feel welcome! As to the food, and it’s excellent! The Pad Thai is my favorite!

Fantastic experience: Fit Flavors has been one of my go to options for many years now. I love that they have go-to items that I know I love, I can always grab, as well as seasonal menu items. I never get bored or burnt out with their options and there is always something new to try, especially their sweet treats. If you’re busy like me and you don’t have a ton of time, Fit flavors makes eating healthy SO EASY. Between going to work, the gym, and running errands, it’s so nice having a Fit Flavors nearby to get healthy food on the go. Even when I make my own meal prep, I get a lot of my inspo from fit flavor’s recipes because they are SO good. Most importantly, All their meals are nutrient dense and balanced with proteins, carbs, and fats. Making it a great way to fuel your body and help you live a healthy lifestyle. If you haven’t checked them out, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite Fit-Flavors location that’s centrally located in St. Louis. Although they are a smaller shop they are always fully stocked with all menu options with friendly staff ready to assist. Parking is convenient right in front of the building I’m always in an out in minutes when I’m picking up my food.

Positive experience: Today my satisfaction decline since the 10% discount offer thru text to as an invitation to come back was not legit… after exchanging emails with customer service and sending evidence of my text offers , their answer was that it was a mistake since that discount is only for registering my email which I had already done 2 yrs ago when I started buying my foods. It seems silly to acknowledge offers by text since the customer department has no knowledge of them and can’t honor them. My review is for this issue (offers are not real). It does not reflect on the food which I love. Prices per meal have increased by twice as much since we began buying foods two years ago , so offering discounts make a difference especially for retirees.

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling to eat well for the last several years. I am so glad I found Fit Flavors to help me to improve my nutrition! The meals are premade so you can mindlessly throw them in the microwave after a busy day. The meals are balanced and ensure I get my servings of whole grains, vegetables, and protein. Not only area the meals healthy, but they taste very good! They are fresh and are actually salted. (So many of the "healthy" premade meals taste like boiled chicken). I think the serving size is absolutely perfect for me - but I can see how someone might want more.

Just found out about this place through google and tried the lemon pepper salmon and my bf ate the cheeseburger bowl and wow. The price is right, the meal is filling AND it taste good. Negative experience: Entered the store for the first time and was spoken to. I walked to the area in the store and began looking in at the different meals. Stood there for a few minutes looking at the different varieties of meals. The young lady working walked to the refrigerated area and opened doors, looked into the areas but never asked me did I need help. I continued to stand and she still did not ask did I need any assistance. I walked to the door to exit and she said something when I reached the door to exit. I told her I would have made a purchase but because she never offered her assistance , I decided to leave.

Positive experience: The price is the only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars. For the price, you'd expect the meals to be organic. Other than that the food is fresh, cooked to perfection, and has a good shelf life. I also appreciate that the meals aren't high in sodium.

Positive experience: I enjoy the occasional convenience they provide. I really love the salmon with broccolini. My only two critiques are the very high price for the amount of food (it costs the same as a restaurant for cold packaged food you have to heat up yourself) and the excessive oil they use. I don't subscribe to the myth that olive oil is a health food and everytime I eat their food I can tell it's covered in oil. It is, however, delicious, and better than deep fried fast food when I'm out with little time to spare. I will continue going once a week or so, I'd definitely recommend it. The vegan options, which I believe is only 2 or 3 dinners were highly disappointing. Not hating on vegan foods, but the options they provide for this dietary category need improvement.

I have been looking for a place like this for some time now; a place where you can come in and get pre-made food to fit into your everyday fitness or even just healthy eats lifestyle time! For my fitness junkies, going to the grocery store, cooking and then having to do the dishes can be a real pain in the you know what. This place, Fit - Flavors allows you to take a break from all of that! If you are planning for a weeks worth of meals to fit your MACRO / nutrition goals or just coming in for a clean bite to eat to finish up a great workout - this place is where it’s at. Not the mention the food containers have there own barcode that is compatible with the MyFitness Pal app, an app I am very familiar with and heavily utilize. It is also worth nothing that this is one of three locations in the St. Louis Area, this gift keeps on giving! Thank you Hope for signing me up for the points system as I will definitely be back in! Fantastic experience: it is extremely hard to put in words what Fit-Flavors means to me, and what it has done for my life. for more than a year I have not eaten anything except Fit-Flavors. I love the food. I love the way the menu changes just at the right time. I love that all I have to do is order on my computer and it shows up at my door! the staff is always there to help with any thing I need, and to top it off, I know every time I eat anything, it is healthy!! Fantastic experience: Fit Flavors is my go-to when I have offsite meetings and need to pick up something healthy and quick. I enjoy going here because they have several paleo options that really cater to my food & digestive system preferences. My favorite is the Naked Turkey Sloppy Joe, as it is flavorful & heathy. I hope over time they continue to provide addition gluten free and dairy free items. Thank you Fit Flavors for providing me with a healthy option near my work! If you are on the fence I encourage you to go in and speak to the staff members, they are super helpful and you won’t be disappointed talking to them about health.

Positive experience: While the food is extremely tasteful, healthy, and easily accessible, the price hike is kind of ridiculous. If it was realistically a few dollars cheaper I would shop here more regularly, as I don’t get as often to meal prep as I’d like and this convenient location works well for me.

Positive experience: The Caesar and buffalo chicken wraps were so yummy except one of them I had to pull off all of the lettuce because it was wilted and soggy. Definitely pay attention to the date labels before you buy!

Fantastic experience: I love the concept of this place. I do a lot of meal prep as an athlete, but it's nice to have somewhere where I can grab quick meals on-the-go when I don't have time to cook myself. All of the macros and ingredients are laid out for you, and the meals are healthy and accomodative to all diets. I certainly don't have to sacrifice taste/flavor as there's tons of delicious options, with new one's popping up periodically. It is pricier than meal-prepping for yourself, but the convenience makes it worth it every so often. Jillian is cool people, and she has an awesome business going!

Fantastic experience: Food is fresh and tasty, selections varied. Gluten and dairy free options a big help as I need these for medical reasons. It is a wonderful way for a single, older person to have a nutritious, attractive meal without the process of shopping for and preparing food as well as having no clean up chores afterwards. No leftovers is another welcome bonus. Staff have been pleasant and helpful in both the Creve Coeur and Brentwood stores. I am becoming a regular customer.
