Fantastic experience: My experience was “excellent.” I walked into the office and Stacy immediately ushered me to the treatment room where Hannah had everything set up. Dr. Vicky came right in and the relaxing acupuncture began. If I had a complaint, which I don’t, it would be that the session wasn’t long enough. Dr. Vicki inquired if I wanted a back/neck adjustment which I gladly accepted as I have experienced significant improvement since being a three -week client of Family First.

Fantastic experience: Family First and Dr. Vicki are fantastic. I went there to have SoftWave therapy on my tennis elbow. I had had this issue on and off for 8 years and paid a lot of money for treatments with other modalities. It would either come back or wouldn't help at all. When I went to Family First, it was so bad, I could hardly use that arm at all. I felt improvement after the second treatment. I believe I did 10 sessions and it was all but gone by the 7th. It has been more than 6 months and it has not come back!

Fantastic experience: Came in about 6 months ago for some chronic back and hip issues I’d been dealing with. Dr. Vicki has been great through the whole process. She is clear, concise, and I have always felt that she was listening to my issues and preferences with adjustments. X-rays taken at the start really helped inform me of some postural things that I have been able to work on. I was given a clear plan to get my symptoms down, which has made a noticeable improvement in how my back feels. The whole staff is so friendly- at this point they know me by name when I walk in! Definitely recommend coming here for adjustments; I’ve been to a few chiropractors in the past and Dr Vicki is my favorite!

Fantastic experience: I love how Dr. Jordan gives adjustments!! She is very personable. Also listens to concerns and addresses them appropriately. Plus greets you with a smile. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Dishonest practice. Overcharges the insurance company and misquotes fees. Have had multiple people call their office to confirm charges. Says one thing, does another. Save yourself the headache and find an honest chiropractor!

Negative experience: When I first call to make an appointment, they told me every visit it is going to be $110 including the x-ray, so I went after I had done the x-ray. I was surprised they charged my insurance $330 Plus my co-pay and that was Just for the x-ray. I was not happy about that so I asked for my x-ray to be faxed to another Chiropractor I emailed them twice and called them maybe 3 or 4 times each time they kept saying we are going to fax it. Finally I had To drive 30 minutes to get there, So I got there and they told me to give them a minute, so i am waiting for them and they totally ignored me after 30 minutes one of the ladies came back and she is asking me what seems to be the problem?. I am like you guys told me to wait and I am waiting for you to give me my x-ray, to my surprise they can not even give me my x-rays because they said they couldn’t download it and for some reason, they could not fax it as well, but keep in mind every time I email or I called their office they said they were going to fax it. So the bottom line they’re not honest at all.

Negative experience: Was not a good experience for me.

Fantastic experience: I have had about 10-15 acupuncture and chiropractic sessions so far and this has been phenomenal customer service. I am greeted by name everytime and I have never waited more than 10 min to be seen. The office and clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I only required a mild treatment, but my needs have definitely been met.

Positive experience: I am writing this to share my experience with the SoftWave Treatments that I have been receiving at Family First Chiropractic & Acupuncture. I have had significant improvement in the pain level in my knee. I have been diagnosed with bone-on-bone osteoarthritis and the pain has been excruciating at times when when walking. I have had several difference treatments on my knee including a steroid shot, gel shots and rehab. These treatments have had a more significant reduction in the pain level of my knee so far than any other treatment. I have received 6 treatments of the 10 treatments scheduled and I look forward to each treatment for the immediate reduction of pain after the treatment. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Vicki & Family First Chiropractic & Acupuncture. Dr. Vicki uses a holistic approach to get to the bottom of your concerns. I have seen Dr. Vicki for Chiropractic, Laser treatments, Soft-wave and acupuncture and each and every time I have felt much better leaving her office than when I arrived. The Soft-wave treatment is miraculous. I had pain in my hands for years and I treated it with her laser every 4-6 weeks. I switched to Soft wave and now I have ZERO pain for 6+ months at a time. I highly recommend Soft wave for any chronic pain you have. As a patient of over 15 years, I would not go elsewhere because of the amazing care that Dr. Vicki and team provide.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing Dr Vicky has been helping with my seizures after two years that I had been dealing with seizures I started to feel better and better everyday After I was on the verge of death because of seizures and They had to take me to intensive care and intubated me for a day because i could not breath no more I started coming after I got out the hospital and since that day I started feeling better every day my anxiety started going away because since the I come I felt a huge difference on how I felt which I been on treatment for two years with doctors that specialists on epilepsy and they never found anything I’m absolutely greatful with Dr Vicky and her staffing they all are amazing person and very sweet i highley recommend come see Dr Vicky

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vicki Jordan treats our whole family, and it is the first place we go if one of us is not feeling exceptional. She is amazing with children (we have 2 teenagers) and I truly believe in the process of chiropractic care being a major part of integrated health and wellness for our whole family (my husband and I are teachers). I wish I could bring my dogs too!

Negative experience: Beleive the one star reviews. Would give them zero if I could. I fell for the lie on their website stating they had an offer you can't refuse...first consultation free. I filled in their form and requested and appointment. They called me right away and since I was in so much pain I decided to go in. They are about an 30 minutes away but under torrential rain it would be 1 hour to get there. I told them I was interested in the softwave therapy and they said if the doctor decided that it was the right choice I could be treated same day. After I finally get there they give me a tablet to view a video of the thereapy. Then the doctor comes in and immediately tells me the machine is borken and she called first thing in the morning to have a part overnighted so I could come back the next day. I was frustrated because I had made a huge effort to make it to the appointment and they made me drive in horrible weather so far knowing they could not treat me unless I wanted her accupuncture special. I explained that I had rearranged my whole day to make the trip for the appointment and could not go the next day. She said she was wide open the next day, Wed and Thursday. Apparently she lives off of stealing money from first time appointment patients that never come back so she is WIDE OPEN. At that point I asked if I could please have a consultation atleast since I had made the trip and wasted my time. She said ok then proceeded to ask me to move my next a couple of times and had me stand up and said one side was higher then the other. Something the mirror in my house could have told me for free. Then she abruptly cut off and said she had to go make a quick adjustment for another patient and to decide what to do and let the receptionist know. I was so cut off guard I was still trying to feel like I got something out of my trip and asked her if the Softwave would be best thing to which she said as she walked away, yeah I think so. The receptionist wanted me to schedule but I was so frustrated to have to drive back home for another hour in rain and now more pain that I just couldn't even think. But the doctor didn't miss a bit and popped her hed out form tending to another patient to tell her to bill me for being examined. WAIT WHAT!!! I complained and said I thought the consultation was free and the receptionist said I could leave and she would speak to the doctor. Later on they sent me an email stating the consultation was free but the examination was $150!!!! What was the consultation The part where she said the machine was broken down??? Other than that she did nothing! Didn't spend more the 5 minutes talking to me, didn't lay a hand on me. In fact THEY owe me money for making me waste my time and money driving there when they knew they didn't have a way to provide the treatment I wanted. They should be ashamed. Money hungry chiropractros like his "doctor" are the ones that give others a bad reputation. Update: Wow even the reply is dishonest. I was never contacted about the damaged equipment. Softwave was the therapy I wanted to try but the machine was broken down. Like my review mentions they even had me go through the Softwave video on the iPad. She never offered anything complementary. She merely stated I could drive all the way back another day or have acupuncture that day for which she quoted a price. Shee DID try to charge me. But since she apparently forgot I will include the email from her office as evidence.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience at a chiropractor and Dr Vicki was amazing! It was my first time being properly and professionally adjusted! And when I tell you I can breathe better I feel better and haven’t had any headaches in days ! I just wanna say I recommend this place 100%

Negative experience: I’ve been going To a chiropractor for over 20 years. I’ve moved several times and have used several different chiropractors and have never had to Give a bad review. This office is dirty. The first room I went into for my trial soft wave treatment Had a blanket on the table that was previously used by the last patient. I was them brought into the adjustment room where the assistant change the face paper, but the rest of the table was filled with oil marks from the previous patient. I had to ask her to clean the table. Then, unfortunately, when the Chiropractor came in, her adjustment was horrible. I advise you look up her adjustment Technique as she has a video of it on the website. When she adjusted my lower back, my knee fell off the table, and I actually left there with a sore knee. I left there with really no adjustment and she blamed it on me being stiff. Just find another Chiropractor.

Positive experience: I was diagnosed with endometriosis, Ibs, and pelvic floor disorder and I had been struggling with it for years. It led me to have major depression and anxiety. I had lost hope for my health and my happiness. I’ve had surgery, taken medications, visited different specialist, had physical therapy, meditated, changed my diet and many other things with nothing to seem to improve my conditions. One day I came across a Groupon for acupuncture and I found Dr.Vicki. I fell in love with entire staff (John Anne shout out) I was always so scared to go to a chiropractor but they were very informative and helpful. I never really felt like my other doctors cared but here I always feel safe and loved. I look forward to my adjustments now and look forward to my future. Update: it’s been a while since I went in since I moved and I really missed getting my back done by Vicki… but it felt weird being called randomly out of the blue to go straight into a payment question, by the receptionist Hannah, without any “Hey, how are you” which was why I loved them so much for their hospitality. I also was going to ask for a recommendation for someone in my area but I felt unwanted by the receptionist Hannah so I decided to update my review and took off a star.

Fantastic experience: I found Family first chiropractic by mistake recently. After managing years of pain which stemmed from a C5-C6 compression which resulted in nerve damage, I tried soft wave technology administered by Dr. Vickie. After 8 treatments over the course of 4 weeks and a deep tissue massage around the injured area, I am virtually pain free. I have lived every day in pain since 2020....UNTIL NOW. I highly recommend this clinic. Their customer service is spot on and I am always greeted with a smile. Pure AWESOMENESS!!

Fantastic experience: I am a client at Family First Chiropractic and when I heard about soft wave therapy, I decided to try it for tennis elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) which I have been struggling with for several years. Soft wave therapy has made a tremendous difference. I followed Dr. Vicki's recommended treatment plan and now I am able to use my arm without pain. I went to OrthoCarolina and they were not really able to help and they only wanted to prescribe an NSAID. Fantastic experience: I initially found this practice through an acupuncture Groupon in April and have since become a regular acupuncture and chiropractic client. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. St. Germain is wonderful. The condition I'm being treated for is long-standing and she has been really good about trying different techniques when the "standard" approach was not as effective as we'd hoped. Highly recommended!!

After suffering with many medical issues & suffering thru way too many medications that cause terrible side effects, Dr Vicki has finally given me some pain relief with acupuncture treatments!!! Negative experience: I purchased a Groupon for three acupuncture sessions, and at my first session, the people were nice, but I was directed to a room, and the acupuncturist walked in and put needles in my hands and top of my head. She didn’t ask me about what I was trying to do, she didn’t bother explaining what she was doing, just put needles in and walked away. That rubbed me wrong but I still wanted to use my last two acupuncture sessions since I technically did pay for that. I called and asked to schedule my last two apptmnts together, they gave me an appointment for the next day. Waited until I got there, sat in the waiting room a few minutes, then asked was I purchasing sessions because I didn’t have any acupuncture sessions, that I had canceled twice and so that’s where they were. I didn’t see this rule on the Groupon site, not sure where it was but I felt shady energy from them anyway. They also never mentioned to that me cancelling anything would take my Groupon sessions away. I would not recommend at all. EDIT:They responded to me here 5 days ago but they haven’t reached out. Lies.

Negative experience: What a total disappointment. The entire visit from appointment to leaving before completion was a mess. Our first visit special was booked but not noted. They were very disorganized and unapologetic about the mix up. We decided not to complete the visit and would never return.

It also helped with full rotation of their head so they wouldn’t favor one side to sleep on and end up that side of their head being slightly misshapen. Knock on wood but my 4 year old and two year have never had an ear infection. As soon as I see a symptom, we’re off to see Dr. Vicki Jordan and when she adjusts them, they look and feel better right away. Same with the common cold, if they’re congested, an adjustment helps to drain their sinuses immediately and they fall asleep in the car on the way home. We’re so thankful to have a great chiropractor and we highly recommend her to anyone. Last but least, the acupuncture and massages there are fabulous! I incorporated the massages and chiropractic care while pregnant and it gave me so much relief and allowed me to be active until the day I had my babies. I just did the acupuncture and adjustment back to back yesterday and I felt like a new person. Cannot say enough positive things about this practice!

Fantastic experience: Accidents are generally thought of as a bad thing but not true when it comes to Family First Chiropractor in Charlotte. Yes I became a patient of FFC as a result of being in an accident. Totally skeptical about seeing a chiropractor for treatment in lieu of medications that serve as a short term bandage . I scheduled my appointment. I was wonderfully greeted by Vicky C. , the office manager. Vicky was very informative as to what I could expect for/ from my care with Dr Vicky and her team. Because of the severity of my back pain ; Dr Vicky suggested I try Ultra Sound and/or Laser Treatments. My back pain was a (+) 10. I just laid on the table while one of the assistants Emily, Dylan, Brianne or Taylor set the Laser’s focus and the timer. My third treatment I began to feel a positive difference in my pain level from (+) 10 to a 6. Due to COVID March 2020 was my last visit until I recently returned this month for maintenance. My fear was during the downtime of COVID my severe pain would return. I am so pleased to say the Laser treatment is a must have for anyone who is experiencing severe pain. So much relief from pain by just keeping still and letting the Laser work for you. I highly suggest trying Dr Vicky and her team. Thanks Team Jordan!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jordan treats our whole family and what a great experience we've had. I have a complex connective tissue disorder and she works with me at each stage of the recovery process, adjusting the treatment plan and combining chiropractic with acupuncture for optimal pain relief and movement. I probably wouldn't be walking much without her. Staff is friendly and wonderful. They also do a fabulous job with my kids. Come here!!
