She has provided me not only with great customer service but has Show professionalism patients and that’s priceless which makes me feel even more gratifying Coming here to park care . Finally, I wanna say Dr Leon Komasha Has not only been a doctor, but he’s been more of a friend a person that really understands a person that will put his patience first a person that’s really priceless. In closing it’s hard to find doctors like Dr. Komash he is a great doctor and Lord knows what I would do if I was to see a different doctor. I just want to say that I’m completely satisfied and I have nothing to say but just to give seven stars Sincerely Jesus Cortes

Fantastic experience: Dulce is one of the most patient and helpful person that you can encounter, she will go beyond her job to help any patient that arrives at parcare. She is a priceless worker.Dr. Kiwala who is a miracle worker to get my to take my blood pressure medication as well as follows up. He is more like a big brother than Dr. I've been coming to this location since 2001 and I'll be here until I'm gone.

Negative experience: The government should shut this place down It’s a very bad place to seek help When I SPOKE TO THE DR THE DOOR IS OPEN AND and other people listen How do I know? 1) I have listened to other people’s personal stories and private stuff 2) someone came over to me after complaining to the dr about my depression that I should rather do something else

If I had one gripe, it would be that their psychiatric department is more than likely understaffed as they took an incredibly long time to get back to me. Overall good health care, have been going there for years and they have taken great care of me.

Negative experience: Worst management. Just got a bill from a covid test in 2020, 4 years ago. Last summer, we got a similar bill, complained to them. And now again.

Negative experience: They don’t even deserve zero stars. They deserve negative infinity stars. They’re the worst Donat go to any of the Parcare community health services. For anything. I don’t know why I stuck with them every month as hell every month they cancel the appointment without telling you and you’re waiting and waiting but they never told you Every month when you finally get a doctors appointment and you have to chase the doctor down and you have to chase the doctor down to call in the prescription they don’t even tell you that your psychiatrist is different or your primary care is different now. Then they use physicians assistance, and the pharmacy won’t take prescriptions from physicians assistance then you can’t reach anybody to repair the situation. I don’t know why I stayed with them, ADD and depression probably made me stay with them. I can’t get on my meds on time so my life drips through my fingers in between while I’m going through withdrawal. They’re the worst they lie they lie they lie. They are completely unreliable, completely irresponsible, and completely fraudulent.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff and the doctors. Amazing people. No waiting time, in and out. Most of the services are in the same place. The doctors attend to you, no rush. Appointments are available in reasonable time. I have been with them for over 5 years. They made doctors visits easy. My kids love it there and have no problem going to the doctor's office.

Negative experience: terrible! I always problems with the prescriptions! I had to call everyday for 3 days to try to resolve the problem. need to lower my expectations because it’s a clinic :(

I won't be treated this way. Things were a mess,so I'll give one more shot. NYC doctors are bored. Not the rich white doctors in Manhattan. But promines in Brooklyn, and the Bronx. I miss the southern charm ofy docs. The girls at the next,need to be more knowledgeable.

Negative experience: My first and worst experience: I am in the middle of a medication and needed a refill. The doctor was not available to see me for a week and yet they still refused to give me a refill (I had scheduled another appointment). Furthermore, after multiple phone calls someone said they would take care of it, but the pharmacy didn't receive the prescription. When asked to talk to the doctor, the office called back at the end of the day to say the doctor can't talk. Awful service, they obviously don't care about their patients at all

Negative experience: Claimed they lost medical papers they sent to a company in california,so they had to retake the blood test. But the real reason they wanted I should come again so they could bill the insurance again and once they got it they couldn't email the papers and I have to see the doctor in person so they could bill insurance. Beware fraud don't use this place they will try book As much as appointments so they could bill you or your insurance. It's not about health it's all about how many times they could bill you or insurance.

Negative experience: Would not recommend to anybody. Went there for a foot appointment. Ended up doing some blood work tests on the side and they refused to give me my test results I called several times and they never called me about my results once and told me I wasn't allowed to get them unless my doctor told me them first. paid the lab bills and everything already but not once did they call. The work they did on my foot was horrible and painful. the pain lasted for a month.

Fantastic experience: Five stars to the dermatology department at Parcare! Dr Winzelburg is a very personable, kind and attentive physician. Melissa is the sweetest- and her dimples too.(●'◡'●) Sasha is also super patient, along with the receptionist at the desk. Overall I had a really pleasant experience and would recommend everyone looking for dermatology services to attend this office.

Negative experience: everyone here kept trying to get me to do a rapid covid test when i came in for a regular covid test since i do not have insurance. the person swabbing me walked in and said she was going to do two tests, and i had to repeat myself that i do not have insurance and came for a regular test. i never got my results. it's been two weeks. waste of time.

Negative experience: Parcare Medical did COVID testing in my neighborhood at one of the local schools. I went there to get testing done. It was advertised as free COVID testing for the community. When I went I was asked to give my insurance info. There was no signs anywhere about which insurance they accepted. So I asked the Physicians Assistant who was performing the test if the test was really free. She told me I might get a $50 bill from the lab if they didn't accept my insurance. So I told a volunteer there "I thought this was free." She said it is free, let me get the manager from the lab. "The manager from lab came and told me that I might get a bill, but not to pay it if I get a bill. I know how unpaid medical bills can affect credit so I wasn't going to do that. I said" I don't even want to get a bill". He said "If you don't want to get a bill, then you shouldn't get tested." I left. I later wrote about this incident on Facebook and Whatsapp. A volunteer from this organization convert shamed me said since I am a Jewish convert my word is no good and called me a liar and said I caused a scene there (really professional of her right). I didn't cause a scene I just said I didn't want to recieve a bill and I left. I also saw a volunteer (maybe the same volunteer) from this organization shaming other people who went to this school testing event on Twitter. This organization's workers seem to have no respect for their patients. And they seem to not be following the government's rules about FREE COVID tests. It seems like a scam to me.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with ParCare for COVID-19 test. We called the clinic at 6pm to inquire about the test, and luckily they are still open and accept walk-ins. The clinic is super new and clean. The front desk ladies are EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL. Since we need the test in 46 hrs and they gently offered us express result. We did both the swab and blood test. The doctor is surprisedly nice and patient! Most importantly, we get the swab result in the 36hrs through email and also paper copy; the blood results comes out within 40hrs, which will take more than 5-7 weekdays in other places. The only thing that can be better is the office hour. We started to calling the office for the test result at 9am (we find the hours on their website) and 40mins later, still no one pickup the phone. So we walked to the clinic, and picked up the result from the front desk, but have no idea why they didn’t answer the phone. Nonetheless, the overall experience is great! And highly recommended!

Negative experience: Piss poor customer service, especially in the billing department. Sends patients (my mother) for unnecessary tests just so they can double bill the insurance companies. Hendy and Zuri....nasty attitudes for women. They cater to their own kind....no one else.

Parcare Will: -Charge your insurance double -Take your information and use it at their will -Charge you for unnecessary tests if you have insurance -Take up all your time just to charge you an enormous bill -Allow its CEO Gary Schlesinger to use your insurance like a personal credit card -Hide your comments and delete them if you leave a bad review

Negative experience: Feeling sick so I️ called my insurance to find an urgent care provider in network and this establishment was referred to me. So I️ called and made an appointment for 2pm January 15 2018. The secretary told me I’ll be seen on time. It’s my 1sit time so I️ come 30 minutes early to fill out paper work. Finished filling out my paper work at 2:05 pm, it is now 3:17pm and I️ have yet to see a Dr. Also 3 different pairings were seen before me who arrived after me (2:30 pm). All together my experience was horrible. I’m in pain and I️ was called to be seen, put in one room and told to go back to the waiting area because the a paitent who came after me wanted the room. I️ would never ever suggest this office to any body in need of urgent care!
