Fantastic experience: Started going here after my car accident in 2019. Dr. Gard straightened me out and continues to provide great care. Will never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gard simultaneously makes the adjustments needed in your body and educates you on what might be causing the problems and how to prevent them in the future. He listens with patience and understanding and may even include a fun anecdote. I have been visiting Walker Road Chiropractic going on 4 years and have had the best experience in chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gard and his team regularly and routinely deliver great service that makes you feel like they are treating the whole person and not just your spine. The activator technique is gentle and effective without any ofbthe shock of manual spinal manipulation. If you have chronic pain and want to feel better, or are healing from and injury, or even if you jjst want better posture or overall wellness, this is the place for you. I recommend Walker Road Chiro to anyone and everyone. Seriously.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical to go to any chiropractor, but Dr. Gard’s techniques and adjustments made my lower back pain go away almost immediately after the few couple of sessions. He is great! He urges you to take care of yourself and protect the investment that both you and he is making. Stretching, walking, and other activities to keep you healthy.

Fantastic experience: I have always been a skeptic of chiropractor. I reached out online and Dr. Gard called me to go over my question's and encouraged me to give it a try. I was reluctant however went to my appointment and felt immediate relief. It's a fabulous atmosphere, kind people and i am very appreciative of the attention to detail Dr. Gard provides regarding my chiropractic care. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gard takes his time to get to know what problems you have at the outset but always considers new changes with each visit. He set out a plan and it tapers off visits over time. He assesses whether your body is holding the corrections or falling out of alignment with each visit to make sure there is continuous improvement. I have a variety of issues I have been dealing with for years and Dr. Gard is helping me finally make progress through them and getting stronger every day. Love it!!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful chiropractic office with some amazing staff and doctors! I have been coming here for the longest time ( about 9 years or so now). When my chiropractor of 30 years retired, I was concerned about finding another who was skilled with the Actuator method; he recommended this practice, and my concerns were quick resolved. Dr Gard is a skilled professional and always zeros in on exactly what needs fixing. Fantastic experience: Great people and knowledgeable. Just by touching my back in certain areas and me not saying anything. Kyle said is that the one that is painful. And adjusted the area that he said was going to be it. Well it was . He got rid of my headache the first visit within minutes. Amazing. Fantastic experience: Started receiving treatment after a car accident..I had numbness in my hands and a headache that was unbearable. The first day of treatment I was adjusted with a tool I wasn't sure was going to be effective. But after Kyle used it on the back of my head. My headache literally just melted away as I was laying there getting adjusted more. I went home that day telling my wife what happened to my headache. Without any pills just an adjustment to the back of my head. I don't know how it was so instant. But I'm so thankful it was. . The treatment I have been receiving has been absolutely wonderful. The chiropractic treatment from Kyle and the massage from Ava has been a blessing to me getting me back to feeling so much better after having whiplash. To say the least I would highly recommend Their treatment center. I didn't think they were going to be able to help but I was wrong. They have helped tremendously. Fantastic experience: If you've never had an activator adjustment it is so worth a try! Adjustments are gentle yet focused, bringing immediate relief (without the freaky back and neck cracking)! Within the first week of treatment my number of migraine days decreased (going from several migraine days a month, to just a couple headache days a month). Jaw pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and lower back pain all improved, and I feel more fluid and flexible. Dr. Gard was also good with my son. And he's a fun guy - I've gone home with a book, movie, or music recommendation each visit.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend dr. Padilla enough! I've been seeing him for my neck pain and it has been the most effective and the gentlest chiropractic treatment I've ever had. I have protrusions and have been struggling with pain for many years during which I have seen many other practitioners. Dr. Padilla's skill and attention to details has helped me to feel better right after the first treatment and I haven't felt inflamed or sore and did not need ice as I usually would after any other treatment in the past. He is taking very diligent approach addresses every part of the spine alignment with very delicate but effective adjustments.

Fantastic experience: DR. Gard is the best chiropractor I’ve seen, I’ve been through a few car accidents and injuries and his modalities are the best in easing my pain and symptoms. Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Padilla at a free event that he and his office put on with the State. I went to see him about my hip. I was told I needed surgery for and I was not ready to go that route yet. Dr. Padilla gave me a complete exam and told me I think I can help. He has been a wonderful, Very professional, He listens, He gives great suggestions, and exercises that work. I don't have the pain I had before when I started with him. This has built up my core and my confidence in my walking. I can't forget the very helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Padilla.

Fantastic experience: I work in property management and Dr. Padilla and his awesome team hosted a free massage event at my community. After getting my free massage and realizing how tight my shoulders and back felt, I started seeing him for care regularly. Dr. Padilla has helped my muscle stiffness, pain, and posture improve over the course of just a few months! The girls up front are so kind and welcoming when I come in, and I always feel very comfortable when I’m there. I’d highly recommend them for any chiropractic care needs!

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with vertigo, l Google search for a chiropractor near me. That’s how I found. Walker Road Chiropractor, I was nervous. It was my first time going to a chiropractor, but I was treated with such high respect from office staff and Kyle Padilla was outstanding right from the beginning he wanted to hear my story and the reason why was because he wanted to truly understand what was going on so that he would be able to tell me if he could help me or not after telling him my story, he believed he could help me, I was treated that same day l also was able to be seen by this office within 24 hour of my vertigo diagnosed from my doctor back to my treatment done that day by evening my dizziness was gone. I had no issues standing up, turning to the right turning to the left it was like a miracle. I highly recommend this office. If you’re having any type of vertigo issues I continue on seeing Kyle Padilla due to the fact that not only did I suffer from vertigo, but I have constant pain well not like I used to have now I have relief because I am able to be treated bi-weekly or monthly at a amazingly cheap cost especially after signing up on my yearly plan from Walker Chiropractor so if you’re looking for a beautiful office environment and staff and a knowledgeable Chiropractor like Kyle Padilla you will find it here, Warm Regards Shelli Gordon

Fantastic experience: Dr. Padilla not only helped me address sharp back pain during my pregnancy, but also reduced my headache frequency by 80-90%! He is a kind, patient individual who took the time to talk me through every question and concern I had. Fantastic experience: Dr. Simons is amazing! She is so sweet and always takes time to ensure I understand exactly what she is treating and explains it in simple terms. I was terrified to go to the Chiro and almost cancelled my first appointment. Glad I didn’t!!! I feel so much better and no longer suffer from stiff shoulders and lower back pain from office work. If you’re afraid of Chiro like I was, go here!! They use gentle techniques and a handy little tool to adjust (I do not like manual adjustments but they do those too!). I also love that I get get therapeutic massages in house. All the massage therapists I have had are excellent. Entire office staff is friendly. I never have to wait longer than 5 mins to be seen. Love this place and I have recommended it to my boss and she too loves it!

Fantastic experience: This is a review for Dr. Jennifer Simons, miracle worker and chiropractor. I work in stage rigging and hurt my back on the job trying to lift something way bigger than I am. The day before our show, after 4 days of working in pain, I finally gave in and looked for a chiropractor. Honestly, I wasn't sure if it was going to work when I desperately asked "Siri" for the nearest chiropractor, but boy did I get lucky....Siri directed me to Dr. Simons and after a single session I was able to run around and work, my mood changed and I was able to order people around without wincing. Scheduled 2 other sessions and I feel SO much better. Dr. Simon's really knows her stuff and can explain things in a way that makes you feel taken care of. Up to this point I thought I could get things fixed with the Homer Simpson Garbage can method but Dr. Simon's really put me on the right path and I can't thank her enough. Whether you gotta call a lyft or wobble down the street to her office - if you're in pain go see her and you won't regret it. Front desk folks are super nice too =)

Fantastic experience: I had two car accidents in the span of eight months (I know, lucky me) and saw Dr. Simons each time. When crash #2 happened, I had moved 10 miles away from the clinic, but I had never considered finding another chiropractor - even with a 30 minute drive 3x a week! She provided me with excellent care over the past couple of months and even helped me with my TMJ. Every interaction I had was wonderful from the doctors, the masseuses, and the ladies at the front desk. Fantastic experience: Dr. Simons has an incredible touch, she listens and takes the time to be thorough. I've never experienced anything like it! The activator method has been around for years (no cracking and twisting!), but with Dr. Simons' knowledge, wisdom, and touch, she makes it seem magical! I've gotten more relief and more stability in knees, back, spine, neck, shoulders, feet, etc. than ever before and in a very short amount of time, and I've seen numerous chiropractors too many to count. You really need to give her a try, she talks fast, but she listens well! She is a breath of fresh air to chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Walker Road Chiropractic about two years, I feel amazing. I’m very grateful that I met Dr. Simons during a business promotion event in 24 hour fitness. She offered me a free consultation and told me my back wasn’t in alignment but it’s not too late to get adjusted. She explained the importance of maintaining a good posture helps our daily activities. After my consultation, I decided I want to improve my back and overall health for a healthier life. Fantastic experience: I had been in constant pain for about 2 years. I had as many steroid injections, that I couldn't have anymore. My next step was surgery. I had laser therapy with Dr. Simon. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jennifer Simons and her staff (from front counter/to the massage therapist are amazing/you immediately feel welcomed and cared for!). You can tell they truly want what’s best for you. I was involved in a MVA (motor-vehicle-accident) in June.. My primary doctor gave me four different options to choose from for treatment and one of them was to see a chiropractor. I am so glad he referred me. I’ve never seen a chiropractor before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I am getting treated for low back and neck sprain injuries (shoulder/jaw pain). For treatment Dr. Simons has been using the activator instrument/gun for adjustments and I also get weekly massages. It’s been 10 weeks so far since I’ve been coming here and already starting to notice some major improvements. Dr. Simons has been so helpful in targeting the areas where I feel pain. Not only is she great at what she does - she is very sweet/nice/understanding. They’ve been very flexible with me and whenever I needed any accommodations Dr. Simons and her staff were always on top of it. Choosing to come here and having Dr. Simons/and her staff treat you will not disappoint. When I came in I was in the worst pain possible and the pain was continuous. Not a day went by where something did not hurt, I was at a point where I felt like I would not be the same as I was before the accident but as the weeks went by I am noticing my symptoms improving. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Walker Road Chiropractic for a couple months now seeing Doctor Jennifer Simons. She has done a great job with the adjustments using an activator gun . I had neck , shoulder and arm problems..pain and numbness that through adjustments all the pain and numbness went away..did not have to get steroid injection like I thought I was going to need.. I highly recommend her, and the staff there are all very nice to work with.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have both been working with Dr. Simons and could not be more satisfied! When we first came to Dr. Simons, my wife had a 4 month old ankle injury that caused lots of back problems for her. We have now been going to her for a couple of months and she has no more left over back or ankle pain! Fantastic experience: I had seen my previous Chiropractor for 37 years and when he retired he recommended Dr. Jennifer Simons. I am so impressed with her ability to keep my head screwed on straight and adjust me according to what’s going on with my body. Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr. Simons I first received a free 15 min chair massage thru a work promotion along with a coupon for a 60 min massage and free chiropractic consultation. After some time I scheduled my massage and free chiropractor consultation (I had been having some stiff neck pain). I wish I hadn't taken so long to schedule this, I felt absolutely wonderful after the massage. Dr. Simons has done wonders for my chronic neck pain and now I am on maintenance visits(this is HUGE for me). Her non intrusive chiropractic technique have made my experience delightful. The staff is welcoming and friendly and truely care about the overall health of the patients. I highly recommend Dr. Simons for anyone with chiropractic needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Simons is great. I came in only weeks before a small fitness competition and she did everything she could to make sure I was able to compete. She assessed the pain the some lack of mobility I was experiencing and developed a plan to alleviate the problems. Once the immediate pain had subsided and I felt more normal Dr. Simons was great with being able to fit me in for several same day appointments thanks to my hectic schedule. Fantastic experience: Always an amazing experience. From the service at the front desk to the amazing knowledge that Dr. Gard has of the workings of the human body. Anytime I have something bothering me, he is able to diagnose what is going on and then we work together to get me back on track. He is better than any medical doctor I know when it comes to understanding how the human body works and how it is all connected. I see him monthly to keep in alignment and more often when I am dealing with an issue. He is always patient and listens to what is going on before working on you. I like his approach to using the body to heal itself and not relying on pain killers when they are not necessary. He is also great at giving me direction on whether I need to rest something or if it's ok to continue working out. I feel that he works with me and uses his knowledge to give me the best advice on taking care of myself. In the three plus years I have been seeing him, I can honestly say that I am a much healthier person.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Walker Road Chiropractic as an emergency patient. I had a pinched nerve in my neck and they got me in the same day. The office staff is great and the covid protections are in place. Dr Jennifer Simons has been wonderful! Her adjustments are gentle and thorough. After only a few weeks, I am back to running.

At the end of every session she always asks “is there anything I didn’t work on that needs attention or that you want me to address?” This gives the patient a voice in the room! Fantastic experience: I've been getting adjustments from Dr. Simons for about a year now, after a car accident and sciatica pains. Being an active runner and weight lifter, it was important for me to find a chiropractor that would help me accomplish my goal of getting back into exercising as quickly as possible. Right off the bat, we discussed how I could slowly work back into running and lifting weights while going through chiro. Fantastic experience: I had been on the search for a Chiropractor that specializes in the activator method and that I found! Dr. Simons has been a god-send. I have been dealing with a couple buldged discs in my neck the last year and it got to the point it was affecting my work and home life significantly. Prior to surgery she helped me get me to the point I could enjoy some time with my family and make it through a day at the office. After surgery her adjustments helped speed the recovery. She is very thorough and can be both gentle and aggressive, adjusting her style to your needs and reactions. For anyone who is looking for an activator specialist, or just a darn good chiropractor, I recommend Dr. Simons.

Fantastic experience: As a very avid runner it has been great to have a chriopractor who understand my needs. Dr. Simons has been great at listening to any small nagging pain I might have when running and addressing it. Her adjustments post races has been critical in quick recovery and I think the routine adjustments have been extremely helpful in allowing me to train at my best availability. Dr. Simons is also understanding that it is going to take a lot to have me stop running and helps recover from injuries while not requiring me to completely stop running (I do go easier with mild injuries).

Fantastic experience: Dr. Simons is great! She explains everything so I understand and can track my progress. If anything beyond what I usually get adjusted for is off, she fixes that too. She's easy to talk to about my chiropractic care and activities that may affect my alignment (e.g. skiing, rock climbing), and we also have good conversations outside of that. She demonstrates stretches that help after my adjustments as well. I always feel great after my appointments with Dr. Simons. I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for a chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Simon was super nice and extremely informative! She took the times to notice the things that I didn’t realize could be tremendously improved. Before I would wake up in the middle of the night all the time with a sore back and neck. Now I sleep so comfortably all the way through the night! I didn’t realize it before but my misalignments also held me back from doing a lot of physical things like running and activities in general. So my life has dramatically improved in that area as well! Running, hiking and anything life throws at me seem to all be effortless and I am loving it!

He always makes sure to evaluate the complete needs of my back/ neck before the adjustment. He’s quick and efficient! Laura as well. She is my massage therapist and always makes sure i’m comfortable. When I first started treatment, she used an Acuscope to get my muscles to communicate (i think that’s what it is) and just recently we moved on to the massage gun thing. She takes her time and makes sure to work the spots that are bugging you. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have had back pain since high school and ended up having back surgery for a bulging disc a year ago. I went to PT and was told by my neurosurgeon that I wouldn’t be able to go back to bootcamp/CrossFit and should take up swimming. After surgery I went back to Dr. Gard and have been doing bootcamp/CrossFit multiple times a week since. Positive experience: Reception staff is very friendly and explain benefits coverage (limited providers) and payment options. Dr. Gard is very thorough and invested in getting my back pain fixed and to a point where it will stay that way. They are a bit pricey, but the quality of care is worth the price for me. Also, they use the activator style of adjusting, which I prefer over what I call the "twist and crack" method.

Dr. Gard was able to identify a few issues and although I am not completely better after this one visit, I could hardly believe it when I walked out without losing my balance!! Fantastic experience: I was skeptical at first with Dr. Gard's techniques but I immediately felt the difference after the first adjustment. He's not just a "back cracker", he urges you to take care of yourself and protect the investment that both you and he is making. Stretching, walking, and other activities to keep you healthy.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr Gard when my lower back spasms had reached the point that I was in significant pain and unable to walk in an upright posture. After my first session I walked out of his office able to stand and walk in my correct posture and about 90% reduction in pain. Recently he has treated my stiff neck which has been more stubborn, but after 2 weeks my neck is back to normal!

Fantastic experience: Coming here from out of state, I was worried about finding a really good chiropractor in the Portland area. We were "spoiled' where we lived previously and had a good provider back home. A very painful hip issue hit me out of nowhere about six months ago, to a point where I could only walk about 10 steps, then would have to sit down immediately to get out of pain. After much searching and a few attempts seeing other chiropractors here, we found Dr. Gard at Walker Road Chiropractic. This guy is AMAZING. He knows more about the human body than any other doctor I've ever been to (including MD's and ND's)!!! My hip not only cleared up in less than three sessions, but it has not returned AT ALL. This week I had a frozen shoulder coming on and in ONE session I walked out of his office completely free of pain. His techniques, knowledge, sense of humor and compassion speak loudly of the kind of person he truly is. He treats our entire family now and we could not be happier or more grateful. Fantastic experience: I have had 10 Orthopedic surgeries, have gone to countless Chiropractors and could probably be a Physical Therapist just by experience alone! After my first consult with Dr. Zane I thought "this guy is full of it! He hasn't done any "adjustments" just this little hand held thing and telling me to move my arms all over. This isn't going to work!" But after leaving and over the next few hours my back started feeling better and better. I gave him another chance and I am so glad I did! I haven't run in years and really missed it. Now I run every other day and have just started a Dragon Boat racing club! Dr. Guard has given me my quality of life back! His staff is helpful and pleasant and massages are wonderful to say the least! I don't know how such a simple principle can make such a great difference but it does and I'm sold!
