Fantastic experience: I love this place and there is really not enough space in this review to list all of the great things about Wellness Rhythms! The whole team, including Dr. Michelle, Dr. Lauren, and Addie are passionate and skilled in the field of network chiropractic. They created a unique treatment plan for me based on the specific issues that I was experiencing. They then perform regular scans and tests to verify that the treatment is actually resulting in positive changes, and take the time to explain the results throughout the process. In addition to being so professional and effective, they are all just wonderful, kind, and friendly people who genuinely care about the wellbeing being of their patients. I have felt so much better after receiving regular adjustments here and cannot recommend them highly enough!

When you walk in the door you’re greeted by Addy and instantly can feel the stress of the day fading away. Amazing person! Fantastic experience: Dr. Lawerence and Dr. Michelle have changed my life. I came in during the month of November with lingering , extreme shoulder pain from a car accident in March. I went to other chiropractors, doctors and even implemented not and cold therapy. Nothing worked. Through 2-3 sessions per week, not only did I fall asleep on the table because of the relaxing environment multiple times, I truly started to feel a difference. It use to hurt to sleep on my side, to sit still, to raise my arm, let alone I had poor grip strength when training strength days. Fast forward to today, my grip strength massively increased, I can sleep on my side and I can regulate my emotions much better (even my boss noticed). Thank you both, words can’t express how much better I feel.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Dr. Michelle at Wellness Rhythms for four years now, following a hiking accident on an icy trail. It has just made sense to continue under her care and guidance to continue to build health in my spine and the rest of my nervous system. I was in today for the first time following lung surgery, and not eager to lie on my belly. She was able to provide squishy and supportive cushioning so that I was totally comfortable while she worked on me! Thanks, Dr. Michelle, for consistently excellent care!

Positive experience: I sought out Wellness Rhythms for Cranial Facial Release treatment and appreciated that Dr. Michelle provided a thoughtful explanation of the procedure and its risks. Despite this, I somehow believed the treatment would actually adjust the structure of my face. What I experienced instead felt more like a major blast to the soft tissue in my nose. While the procedure itself was a bit shocking but tolerable, I decided not to continue after the first session due to discomfort in my teeth, which I was told could happen. Unfortunately, this intense impact on the soft tissue seemed to trigger unexpected lingering effects—my nose ran persistently for weeks, which was the opposite of the relief I had hoped for. While Dr. Michelle was professional and upfront, this treatment was too extreme for me to continue.

Fantastic experience: I first came to Wellness Rhythms several years after a car accident that left me with lingering tension in my neck. I had tried countless other treatments including PT, other chiropractors, injections, acupuncture and rolfing. Their method is the first one that didn't just make the tension relief temporary but has lessened it over time to a more manageable level. I didn't think I would continue care this long, but I know it's beneficial to my entire system beyond my neck and really look forward to my weekly appointments. Dr. Michelle, Dr. Lauren and Addie are so kind and welcoming and make you feel like family. Fantastic experience: It’s hard to know where to start! I have been dealing with back issues since I was 39 and I am now 67 for a few more days LOL In this last year it has been the worst! I have been on a journey that has led me to WELLNESS RHYTHMS! I have tried several different modalities all in attempts to avoid surgery. Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy being a member of Wellness Rythms! I was referred to them at the end of January, 2024 by my sisters we were members. The last six months has changed my life for the better. I sit straighter and no longer have pain from slouching. I walk straight and feel taller because I can walk up straight and can take longer strides. I’m going to continué to work on eating healthier and release my food addictions. The Chiropractic Doctors are phenomenal and use the gentle Network Chiropractic Spinal Analysis, that gently moved my neck and spine back into place. Fantastic experience: THIS IS A MUST READ COMMENT TILL THE END! First, I must admit I was never a chiropractic fan. I had a bad experience the first time I tried one... the guy actually broke one of my ribs in the process and refused to compensate for my hospital expenses. Needless to say I stayed away from chiropractors like the plague. I had to seek high and low to find this clinic. This doctor offers a rather difficult procedure to find. My condition was taking its toll on me in a bad way, so I had no choice but to try it. This clinic is like a little magical mom & pop store you see in movies. The kind that appears to be normal and small very quaint. Until you enter. Upon walking in and settling down in its front lobby. You will slowly notice a change. Just being inside, you'll sense a different vibe there that's gently soothing. And you will feel it strongly if you focus on it. The doctor and front desk clerk are dynamic themselves, both in their own way. On my second visit, I studied them closely. Two different individuals whose gorgeous spirits are so spectacular you can literally see their auras glow. I'm highly upset I can only give them 5 stars. This place and its inhabitants are powerfully magical and majestic. The profound impact their services and interactions had on me I can't put into words. Fantastic experience: Miraculous !!! Dr Michelle is truly Gifted As a Professional Chiropractor who Specializes in Cranial Facial Pressure Release Or CFR. I am Believer in this Technology because it has worked for me. I am a Nasal passage Sufferer and had tried everything from nasal rinses to Rhino Plasti Surgery , to being addicted to Afrin Nasal spray which was not being as effective and was just another let down as an answer to my not being able to breathe. I say that it is like trying to breathe out of acouple of coffee straws. After my first procedure I began to feel a difference in my breathing from 5% to about 20%, I am on my fourth of five treatments and about 50% opening and down from 3 to 4 sprays a day to once a day. Fantastic experience: The sessions of Cranial Facial Release were amazing! The funny thing is that I thought I was breathing deeply before. Opening just the first of 6 nasal passages changed my inhales from the likes of a dripping faucet to the capacity of a fire hose. That night, my sternum and ribs had to adjust to the difference. Each session included about 2 seconds of real discomfort 4 to 6 times, but the results were absolutely worth it. After more than a dozen sports injuries to my face and head, I had a deviated septum and crooked nose. These were gradually realigned as Dr. Michelle skillfully opened all 6 of my nasal chambers. A Tylenol beforehand helped me relax during the treatments. The sessions got easier as I took more days to recover in between. The drainage I had for months cleared completely. The improved breathing has helped me sleep better, improve my scores on brain games and have sustained energy. There was a delayed reaction to the little latex balloons, but I took Benadryl to clear it up. That was insignificant compared to the wonderful openess in my face and nasal passages. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Michelle two years ago for migraines that were lasting upwards of 5 days sometimes twice a month. I had been seeking treatment for this for 20 years to no avail. After my first visit my body finally started releasing the traumas, both physical and emotional, that were the root of my migraines. Fantastic experience: My family and I were seeing a different chiropractor for a few years before coming to Wellness Rhythms. I’m currently pregnant with our 2nd baby and was having a lot of trouble with my SI Joint and with walking (was in a lot of pain and had to limp around) regardless of going to the other chiropractor and the many things they had tried. A friend of ours had recommended trying Network Chiropractic and ever since going to Wellness Rhythms I haven’t had those same problems. It’s also cool not getting the same adjustment every time and that they use scans to track your body’s progress as well. Excited to see even more improvement as we continue care.

Fantastic experience: In the 13 years I've known my wife, she had always had big knots in her back muscles, between her shoulder blades. She regularly went to a massage therapist, who worked the knots out of her back, only to see them return a few days later. On a recommendation from her sister, my wife started going to Wellness Rhythms just over 6 months ago. After just a week of going to Wellness Rhythms, the knots were gone. Over the next 3 months I observed that the knots in her back DID NOT COME BACK!!! That was enough to get ME to check this place out. So in July 2023 I decided to see if Wellness Rhythms could do anything for MY neck and back issues. Here's my background - I have had chronic pain in my lower back for 20 years! Doing things like standing up from the seated position, or doing sit-ups during a workout, was EXTREMELY painful!! In 2016 I had a physical therapist tell me that my lower back pain was due to tightness in my muscles, which caused my right-side pelvic bone to be a half inch lower than my left side pelvic bone. He gave me stretching exercises to do, which gave me temporary relief from the lower back pain. But the problem persisted. For the past 15 years I've also had numbness in my right hand (specifically in my palm, and pinky and ring fingers) caused by compressed discs in my back. I had cortisone shots twice, each of which helped for about a year. But the doctor told me my next option to fix my numbness issue was to either do a disc fusion, or a disc replacement. Then, about a year before I decided to go to Wellness Rhythms, I started having chronic pain in my neck, and each time I turned my head left or right, or moved my head downward, I would get shooting pains down my back, near my spine. And that's where I was in July 2023 when I walked in the door at Wellness Rhythms. From the very first treatment I received at Wellness Rhythms I noticed a decrease in the pain in my neck and lower back. I was surprised how non-invasive the treatment is - they don't pop your bones or stick you with a needle, and I REALLY like that! I have now been going there for almost 3 months. In that time my lower back pain has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY! Some days I have NO pain in my back at all! The other days the pain has been reduced from an INTENSE pain to a dull ache. In the last 2 weeks the numbness in my hand has all but gone away. And now, when I turn my head, I no longer get shooting pains down my back - AT ALL!!! It's truly INCREDIBLE!! Also, I've noticed that I am somehow more aware of my posture now, and when I am sitting in a chair, or leaning over to look at a computer screen, I almost automatically reposition myself to a more comfortable position (it's crazy how that happened). Having less pain has also greatly reduced my daily stress. It's amazing how NOT being in pain has freed up my mind to deal with other aspects of my life. When my wife first told me about Wellness Rhythms, I was a doubter and a procrastinator. But now that I've experienced it FIRST HAND, I KNOW their methods work. The changes I've experienced in my back, hand and neck so far have been nothing short of INCREDIBLE!! The team at Wellness Rhythms is AMAZING! Fantastic experience: I knew that network chiropractic worked for my sciatica issues from previous experience and Wellness Rhythms did not disappoint. But, more importantly, after a few appointments, other aspects of my life shifted as well in a very positive way. I have more energy, more clarity, more optimism. I had a very complex injury that I spent over a year dealing with and searching to find the right doctor that could help me, but also that would be a place of comfort and trust in that I’d be okay. Fantastic experience: I'm halfway through the program they recommended for me and I'm really impressed. I now have great energy for the majority of the day most days as opposed to before I began when I would feel done for the day by 3pm. It seems that my body has a continually deepening experience everytime I go. During a recent session the changes in me were so amazing that I had to jump up and down for several minutes after I was done. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I’ve experienced this kind of pain. The first time happened in 2006 so I recognized the symptoms. The pain starts from one’s neck and lingers in the arms. It’s a shooting kind of pain. My first treatment was risky for my neck and back was adjusted using force and there were times I thought my neck was forced wrong and the possibility of hurting me was very present. The Wellness Rhythms’ method is much safer for no strong physical force is used and it does more then healing the pain. I feel much healthier, can breath better, my balance is more even. I feel better in my body and mind.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the Doctors at Wellness Rhythyms Chiropractic for about two years now. I went in with migraines lasting upwards of five days twice a month. After following Dr. Michelle’s treatment schedule my migraines are practically nonexistent and when they do appear they are finally manageable. Fantastic experience: My 15 year old son receives Craniofacial Release with Dr. Michelle. After many years of chronic sinus infections, endless antibiotics, and discomfort, after just one (intense) CFR treatment, he felt an immediate change - sinuses are more open, ear and sinus pressure has been relieved significantly and it is easier for him to enjoy normal life with this treatment. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Michelle McCarthy for about seven years. Prior to that, rotating my neck to the left, such as while driving, was painful. Over the preceding approximately 30 years that I had sought relief, no other chiropractor had ever been able to resolve the issue for more than about three days at a time after treatment. But Dr. Michelle fixed it! Since I have been seeing her, the pain had never recurred. Over the years, she has also seen me through two major rotator cuff surgeries and one knee replacement. Fantastic experience: I wasn't sure what to expect with Cranial Facial Release except what Is seen on YouTube. And if you've done that you'll have an idea of what to expect. Just like the videos, everyone is different so don't place any expectations on your experience. My first session was intense, no lie, but my most recent one went quite smoothly. Dr Michelle is very patient and caring. She listens and helps her patients process the experiences that body work often produces. She's laughs easily, and wears a smile. Her use of homeopathic remedies and essential oils to calm my system after the Cranial Facial Release is comforting. Self care can be found there, go get some! You deserve it!

Fantastic experience: I didn’t realize how good my body can feel... I started going to Wellness Rhythms because I had some hip and low back issues after a drawn out foot injury. My hope was to start running again and feeling more aligned in my body. Not only am I consistently pain free, the regular treatments help me sleep better, reduce my stress levels, provide me with more natural energy, and I also find it easier to manage my weight since I’m able to stay away from the stress-eating and drinking I used to partake in. Fantastic experience: Dr. Michelle is amazing! I’ve been working with her for a few months and for the first time, I skipped a week between appointments. After we were done, I told her how much I missed her (haha). But honestly, I had no idea how much she helps me on a week-to-week basis until I missed a week.

Fantastic experience: TLDR; I am an anxious person with ADHD and the impact of previous head trauma exacerbates it all. This unique type of chiropractic care is worth every penny and all I have to say is this: it works!! Well, thanks to their excellent team! I originally began this type of care doing my masters. I no longer needed ADHD pills. Then, being back in Denver brought my panic attacks back. I realized when I got care before, I didn’t have them. So I found this clinic. After a year of care, I no longer have panic attacks. I can handle stress a lot better. And although things come up, getting adjusted helps me let go of how I’m holding it in my body (I can be soooo tense!) But most interestingly, my right jaw joint impacted from my head trauma is back in its right place (!!!). It no longer pops. Even my TMJ doctor was surprised!
