Negative experience: Be very cautious with this place. If you have medical issues and need to cancel your services, they will not honor it easily. You’ll have to fight for a refund, even for services that were never provided — which, as a consumer, you have every right to request. They also do not respond to messages, and the manager, who was initially pleasant, became cold and dismissive over the phone. When I asked about a specific service, I was not informed of certain possible side effects. As a customer, you deserve full transparency before making any decisions. Additionally, the form I signed made no mention of a no-refund policy. I truly regret coming here. Please read some of the other reviews — I’m not the only one who’s experienced this.

Negative experience: Hello I pay almost 5000.00 and the service don’t working, all the employees is very rude and be careful what they put and your file. We’re here to discuss an alarming issue – service providers no longer working for their customers. It’s becoming clear that some companies are taking advantage of their customers and not doing the work they’ve been paid for. This could mean that customers are being charged for services, but not receiving them. This is an extremely serious situation that could have long-term consequences if not addressed. Moreover, if you have found yourself in a position where you need to take legal action against the company that failed to deliver its services, you may not have the rights to do so. We urge you to take action and make sure that any service providers you use live up to their promises. Do your research, ask questions, and confirm that the services you’re paying for are actually being delivered. We understand that these situations can be difficult to navigate, but do your best to ensure you’re getting what you pay for. Fantastic experience: I just wrapped up my last Emsculpt Neo appointment for my abdominal area and as a skeptic I can honestly say it made a big difference, I've had 3 c-sections and had a scar and some extra skin and it is tighter and made my stomach much flatter. The staff was very polite and professional and I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone was knowledgeable and very accommodating to changing or shifting appointments. What a gem in the Natick area!

Fantastic experience: Honestly they have been awesome with me and my kids sometimes its hard to find a sitter to get to my appointment but they have been so sweet to us.. the woman who gives me my shot im horrible with names but shes pregnant and shes been the sweetest person gives great information and is so helpful. It doesn't hurt and ive lost more then 10lbs with my injection shots so far its been great love this place

Every step of the way they have been informative, ensuring I properly qualified, new all side effects, and having me get bloodwork ahead of being approved. They ask all the right questions at my weekly appointments. The staff and nurses are always friendly. I’m there weekly and look forward to being there! I’ll definitely be adding other services!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Skin Tight was great! I have been three time and the last time I was there I saw Sam who was able to answer all of my questions and explained the process of how the treatment works. Each time I have felt comfortable and the procedure has been almost painless. After the second session I already saw a reduction in hair growth. I have recommended them to multiple friends who are looking to get similar treatments done. They were very helpful when it came to organizing the appointments and they do accept groupons! I looked into a few other places before choosing which medspa I wanted to go to and SkinTight had the best pricing for the amount of sessions they offer.

Fantastic experience: Came here for rosacea treatment. I went from daily redness, breakouts, burning, and inflamed cheeks and forehead to 100% clear skin on my face with no more pain. I tried many things over the years with no luck, this treatment changed my life. It is a must try if you suffer with rosacea.

Negative experience: I had a severe inflmmatory/ allergic reaction on my first of 6 sessions of PRP and Morpheus 8 treaments. I missed a week of work and was on prednisone for 6 days. I requested a refund for the 5 other sessions I simply cannot use. After two months of giving me the run around I was FINALLY told, by the technician/ manager the owner will not refund my money. I along with legal representation have repeatedly attempted to get in touch with said owner and not one phone call has been returned. It also should be noted I was told by three receptionists that refunds take up to a week to be reflected on your account... for a place that does not refund. What constitutes a refund, not a medical situation? So many more details. Completely unprofessional and absolutely no way to run a business. Below are photos of before the procedure and the progression of my reaction.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t had my treatments yet, just went for my consult, but I’m already obsessed. I’d been looking for places that have a Morpheus8 machine and stumbled upon Skin Tight Natick because of the enticing promo they were running. My first impression was extremely positive. Even though by the time I could come in for a consult, that particular promo would be over, Allison agreed to honor it. So I was already diggin’ the energy and staff before I stepped foot in the place. Then I got there, and was pleasantly surprised at how chic the decor was. That instantly set the good vibes tone. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable, and cool . I felt comfortable spending my $$ here. My consult with Amy was fabulous, I felt like we were old friends upon meeting. She was patient, attentive and a good listener. She was realistic about my concerns and I did not at all feel pressure to buy anything. In addition to my skin treatments, I’ve been looking for a long term injector as my filler journey is just beginning, and I’m hopeful this is where it’s at!

Negative experience: Went for a consultation for botox. Couldnt make an actual appt for almost a month away which seemed odd for a place with no customers yet but ok. Showed up for the appt and the consultation person apparently never entered the appt. So waited a month, drove 20 min and they looked at me with a vacant stare. Not a great start for a new place. Went online and booked an appt for this afternoon at another spa.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a medspa before trying Skin Tight, but a friend recommended I try out their EmSculpt machine which is hard to find in the area and I got HOOKED. I left feeling like a million bucks and had to come back for bunch more services like the CoolSculpting and hair removal. I've never had more confidence and I feel like it's creating positive ripples everywhere in my life. The space is immaculate and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and everything they suggested has worked out great. If you're on the fence about trying out Skin Tight, stop scrolling and make the appointment already! You won't regret it.
