Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it here! Would recommend to anyone! I was so scared for a long time to go to a chiropractor and finally decided to try it after I hurt my back at work and now I can’t go a week without it! Dr. Charlie, Dr. Elle and Dr. Alex have been fixing problems for me I didn’t even know I had. They’re are absolutely fantastic and always make sure I am comfortable and pain free when I leave! Fantastic experience: We were greeted by a friendly staff and Dr. Elli who remembered us from our last visit. We proceeded to the treatment area and met Dr.Drake who explained to us the expectations we will get from the softwave therapy treatment.A young man Aiden gave my husband the treatment and answered my questions politely. We are going back for more treatments as it is needed and hoping for a good outcome. Fantastic experience: I have had problems with my knees for a decade. I have walked with a limp for the last 4 of them. My first treatment and I walked without a limp and practically no pain. I have tried everything, and this was my hail mary. If you a skeptical, don't be. Just do it once and you will see. I am now a lifelong customer.

Negative experience: Since Dr Era left, this office is going down hill. First of all, my insurance covered Dr Era, just had to pay copayment. When I went after Dr Era left, the secretary forgot to mention it is now out of network. She mentioned it when I was checking out. Very professional! Got a bill for over $350 ! Not going there again.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with East Park Chiropractic was excellent from Kathy at the front desk to being treated by Dr. Drake. I was in a horrific amount of pain when I walked in there and although I was still in some pain when I left, I had hope and understanding that I would be feeling better very soon.
