Negative experience: Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Dr Settle. Maybe he is great for weight loss but if you are trying to get fillers, this is not the place. I have done fillers over two months ago and since week one I have been trying to get them dissolved which he had no dissolver at all, and said he rarely ever has any dissolver at his clinic. There was so much filler injected, and the type of filler was very thick. It took a whole week for him to try to get the Dissolver and couldn’t so I went to another professional, and I have so far gone through four different procedures to reserve filler and I still have filler that is causing literal pockets in my face. I initially, I was literally told that it’s just my face reacting to the filler. And I have asked a different professionals and it was a parent that it wasn’t a reaction, but it was the amount that was put in. I was refunded for his work But that doesn’t fix the problem. I have now spent more time and money trying to fix the issue and till this day. It is still a problem.. I was aware that when so much product is put in. It takes multiple times to get the filler out, but this is just ridiculous. Don’t go here for fillers

They just gave you the information you needed to make an informed decision. I was on the program for two months. During that time there was Thanksgiving, Christmas and a trip to Las Vegas and I lost over 30 pounds. My weight loss has continued since I stopped the program and am now down almost 40 pounds! The program taught us a lot about portion control and the results of making better decisions. Yes, it was king of expensive. But for me (and my wife who was on it for one month and reached her 15lb goal) it was worth every penny. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic experience: I needed to make some changes to just feel healthy again. I made the decision to try this so I would be accountable. Being told that you will be eating 900 calories a day when you are overweight was a tough pill to swallow. But I was determined. 4 weeks later, I am down 15.5 lbs and have lost a total of 11 inches off areas that have made me feel amazing. I have learned portion control and that "healthy" good can be amazing if you take time to learn ways to cook it. This has been the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Fantastic experience: This is a 100% authentic review. I started Aug 18th at 285, today , Oct 16, I am at 238! Dr. Satelle lays the facts out, motivates you and gives you the tools and support to lose weight. If you follow the plan you will lose weight. I go in once a week for B12 shots and to get weighed. I take the HCG shots weekly also. I have never been in the office for these weekly visits more than 10 minutes total. After the first couple days things got much easier. I don’t really get hungry and have much more energy than I did before.

I walked in December 3 weighing 188pounds and left December 31 weighing 172.5 that's 15 pounds gone in less than 30 Days. Might I add " That was holiday season" and I still lost weight. I was able to get an appointment at the office quickly and found the office staff very professional and friendly. Doctor Sattele answered all my questions and assured me that if I stuck to the program I would lose the weight. I actually lost much more fat than expected in just one month on the program. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Sattele for a month now. I have stuck with the very strict diet, and excersise regimen. It isn't easy, and you do need to keep telling yourself that you didn't put the weight on in a day, and you're not going to loss it in a day. For me though, after attempting every diet known to man, and not being successful, at all, I found that I needed to be held accountable, and invested. It's expensive, but SO worth every single penny. My first week I lost 9.5 pounds. After I just had my one month check up, which includes your measurements, and gives you a complete summary of how you did over the month, with your caloric intake (there is nowhere to hide any cheating with your diet!), I have lost 27 pounds in 27 days. I'm so exstatic with my results. My family is amazed at how my overall body has changed literally everywhere. The best part is that I have lost so much of my belly, and I feel so much less bloated. In fact, because we aren't eating out like we usually do, my husband has also lost 23 pounds, and he isn't even on the diet! The staff at the North Myrtle Beach office are just absolutely phenomenal. I have never had a medical staff in my 50 years of life, that has treated me so well. I was at my weekly weigh in, and not feeling really well, and the nurse picked up on it immediately, and figured out what was wrong. She gave me a solution, which had me feeling better by that night, and called me the next day to check on me, because she worried about me after I left. When I had my 1 month "big" check in, and found out how well I did, the entire office celebrated. They made me feel so special, and so fantastic. They have treated me like family. They are absolutely amazing! I truly appreciate every single one of their smiling faces, and uplifting, cheerful, and encouraging attitudes. I still have about 44 pounds to go, but for once, I feel like I can actually do it. My clothes are hanging off of me, and I can't wait to see how I look when I hit my goal weight. I will be visiting the Kate Spade store, and finally be able to fit into one of those amazing dresses, instead of having to be satisfied with just a handbag, because I hate how I look. I feel like I'm steadily getting my life back, and for that, I will never be able to thank Dr. Sattele, and especially his staff, enough for what they have done for me. This program is worth every penny I have spent on it, and quite honestly, I would have paid double for the results that I have been able to achieve. I absolutely could have never done it by myself, especially this quickly. I highly suggest this program for everyone who needs to lose a little, or a whole lot, of unwanted pounds. Fantastic experience: I had a good experience here. This is an odd review, for I didn't actually receive treatment from the clinic, yet I was very pleased with my visit there. What happened was, I misunderstood the specifics of the therapy I wanted, failing to ask the right questions when I set up the appointment -- yet, despite my going there and taking up their time before realizing my error, I was not charged (when, in my view, they were, technically, due compensation of some amount, since this all came about at no fault of their own). Furthermore, the folks I met there were consistently friendly and accommodating. Of course, I can't comment on the actual therapies and their administration; but, if they are in any way reflective of the service I received today, I should think them to be of quality. So, a word of thanks to all the kind, reasonable staff at this clinic. Keep up the good work :-)
