Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Nephrologist, Dr. Sadeddin, was a very good experience. He is knowledgeable with a great personality. He did not rush through his explanations and answered all my questions and concerns. His team is very competent and friendly. Fantastic experience: I made an appointment for a second opinion with Dr. Mohammed Sadeddin. When I arrived at his clinic I was immediately greeted by the ladies at the front desk, by my first name. Both were very friendly and helpful. I originally felt unsure if I was making the right decision seeing another Dr for a second opinion. But once I met Dr. Sadeddin I immediately felt I made the right decision. Dr. Sadeddin done his review of my diagnoses and health, he asked me several questions about my self and family health. He graciously answered all my questions. He validated that the diagnosis’s I received from my current physician. Any Concerns I may have had, he offered advisement and options. I appreciated the time Dr. Sadeddin spent with me. He truly made me feel that he cared about my health and concerns. My appointment was at 3:00, I departed at 4:30. The experience was uplifting he demonstrated professionalism, exceptional bedside manner, kindness, and genuinely cares about his patients, making them feel fortunate and valued to have him as their physician. That is exactly how I felt when I left his office. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I easy to write a review that says “Dr Sadeddin is great,” but he is more than that. When you have an autoimmune disease, it is easy for doctors to get bored, or to get bored with the monotony of seeing a patient over and over and become numb to the humanity that is needed. When I came to Dr Sadeddin, I had experienced medical neglect so much, it felt normal, so having him care enough to sit and listen was incredible. Yes, listening is basic requirements, but when the bulbs of the building inflamed my skin and the red molar rash stared to take over my face, he was willing to turn off all the lights leaving only his laptop lights on whilst he listened, that’s what we call thoughtful patient focused care. He explained everything, until I understood everything, and didn’t grow tired of my exhaust-able questions, or at least didn’t give the illusion that he was bothered. As a business owner, and owner of a health clinic myself, I know that the first face a patient sees, and the most unhappy staff members are the things that stick in the minds the most; and define the atmosphere of a clinic. Dr Sadeddin must be engaging in a healthy work environment, because his staff were listening to upbeat music, smiling like they won the lottery, and having a great time. They are thoughtful, and proactive in making sure I felt supported, which is a rarity in clinic front office culture. This speaks to not just the doctor, but to whoever is running the office. Where there is a healthy happy front office, there is a well supported doctor who treats their patients well, and this office clearly shows that. In addition to the care, their process was easy, efficient, and the communication was incredible! Text messages for reminders, emails, calls, all of the above were at my disposal if needed, simply incredible! I will be returning to Portland to rejoin my clinic when I’m all better, but this doctor is so amazing I will continue to fly in just to experience this kind of medicine! This is what medicine should always look like! So a huge thank you to Dr Sadeddins front office, to Dr Sadeddin, and anyone else who makes his office run this incredibly smooth! You have given me something that was taken years ago, and that I forgot could exist….I have hope, hope that tomorrow brings answers and healing. I have hope.

We started seeing him for nephrology reasons, then realized he was also an Internal Medicine physician, so now our whole family sees him for primary care. Fantastic experience: Going to Dr. Sadeddi’s office is like going to see a doctor in the days when insurance companies didn’t make it so that a physician doesn’t have to see a patient every ten minutes or they will lose money. Good patient care; having the full picture of a patient’s health is impossible in America’s healthcare system today. When you walk into his office, it smells like a spa and the atmosphere is ambient and inviting. His employees are compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, and helpful beyond anything I have seen anywhere in a very long time. It is EXTREMELY difficult to find a nephrologist with a 5 star rating, but Dr. Sadeddin is far above 5 stars. I want to Rayus radiology and thought I was in stage 4 kidney failure because of an extreme inaccurate “point of care,” that’s meant to indicate a patient’s kidney function. Seeing him, being involved in taking care of my kidneys, and having him and his staff give their undivided attention was a life saver for me. Before I saw him, I was planning for my own funeral and getting everything in order for my husband and 4 daughters. I am thankful and blessed to have found his practice.

They know us by name and always greet us like old friends coming for a visit. He even replies to email after hours for prescription help and answering questions.
