Positive experience: The practitioner I saw was very kind, however I was disappointed in my overall visit. I was very clear in my appointment request that I was needing ADHD medication management. No one informed me that the practitioner I saw couldn't do this or that I would need to see an outside provider first. I am on a very limited budget, and I find it very upsetting that I had to spend the money for a visit just for them to tell me I was in the wrong place when I was very clear in my appointment request about what I was needing. I now have to go longer without my medication to because I have to wait on another provider and wait until I have the money for another visit. A heads up ahead of times for appointments like these would ease a lot of frustration for future patients.

Positive experience: My only concern with this office is that the only means of communication is via messaging. You send a text or a msg through patient portal and wait sometimes 2 days to receive a response. Otherwise the doctor and pa that I've seen are very good and the office staff too.

Fantastic experience: I was originally supposed to see another provider, whom I love as well, Alice. But Dr Abebe was amazing. Talked out my condition so I can understand. He made great recommendations for my health. And would love to see him again.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Okoro is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She has excellent bedside manner and listens to what I feel is wrong. We discuss all of the possibilities and she suggests specialists as needed. She and her team are mindful of my insurance coverage and never suggest anything that feels unnecessary.
Negative experience: Had a frustrating experience trying to get COVID treatment from this place. They near refused to prescribe paxlovid to my partner. It took several phone calls back and forth before they finally agreed to it. Will not be returning, and I don’t recommend these doctors to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Brooke is taking seriously my husband's care. Since we almost lost hom last year, Brooke was brought onboard to help pull everything together & make sense of what each doctor was recommending & just what he could do best for his health with the proper diet & all the new restrictions. Some of the things he was told to do were contradictions from one dr to the other. They are all trying to help & this is definitely a benefit.

Negative experience: The provider terminated me as a patient due to my previous complaints about her tardiness to our appointment. Previously she was 45 minutes late to our tele-health visit due to being in a staff meeting. On my recent visit, we focused more on her lack of accountability related to the issues I addressed with the Medical Director. This should not have been the focus of our visit but it was and not my medical concerns. Ms. Alice was more concerned with about this and her not feeling comfortable. She accepted no accountability for how her actions which resulted in my multiple complaints. During this visit, my initial blood pressure was 166/108 and the focus was more about her feelings and her authority to choose the patients she wants to work with. This is a poor example of quality healthcare.
Negative experience: Clinic Chaos: The Wreckage of RescueMD's Administration I am beyond disappointed with the administration team at RescueMD, a clinic that should be focused on improving lives but seems more interested in sinking its own ship. This team is not just incompetent; they are actively sabotaging the quality of care. To begin with, attempting to contact RescueMD is an exercise in futility. It's as if they've collectively decided that answering the phone is an optional part of their job description. You call for an urgent matter? Good luck with that! The phone rings endlessly into oblivion, leaving patients in limbo, wondering if their health concerns even matter to this so-called "clinic". What's even more infuriating is their lack of basic organization. Documents vanish into thin air, appointments are shuffled like a deck of cards in a tornado, and when you ask for an explanation, you're met with a feeble excuse of "Sorry, we're a bit disorganized." Disorganized? That's an insult to chaos theory! It's as if they're playing a twisted game of medical roulette with their patients' lives. RescueMD's administration team is not just a liability; they are a danger to the very patients they are supposed to serve. A clinic is meant to be a place of healing and trust, but with this team at the helm, it's more like a sinking ship in a storm. If you value your health and sanity, stay far away from RescueMD. There are plenty of other clinics out there with competent administration teams who actually pick up the phone and know where important documents are kept. RescueMD, get your administration in order before you cause more harm than good.
Fantastic experience: I shared with Dr. Naveed my concerns and the fact pains that I had been in pain for the last three weeks. She took no chances and reacted promptly by sending me to the ER and having them make arrangements for me before I got there. Little did I know it how severe my symptoms were. If not for Dr. Naveed’s fast response to my health concerns, I don’t think I would be alive today. Thank you, Dr. Naveed for not taking chances with my health. I am grateful.

Fantastic experience: I met with Dr.Okoro as a new patient. I’m a millennial/gen z and our nature of conversation was very relaxed and welcoming. I wasn’t talking to a strict, straight forward, monotone doctor. She was very pleasant and articulate despite her accent. Her staff are very friendly and professional as well. My vibe is more casual all around and walking into her office and speaking with her and her staff I felt exactly that! I also work in healthcare with direct patient care and it was weird being the patient but I had knowledge of everything her medical assistant did and what she did and said. It can be a lot and overwhelming if you have zero knowledge about healthcare so I would suggest you ask her to break down terms and phrases for better understanding. All in all she’s great I would recommend her to my peers, family and friends!

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for years and this place is going DOWNHILL. I drove from my home in Fort Worth because I truly adore the people I’ve worked with in the past but today has been the worst. The doctors assistance sat right across from the room i was placed in and talked about me as if I could not hear them. I informed them that it was rude and if they had any additional questions about anything, they could’ve came to ask. Overall it was disgusting and they were loud enough for the hall to hear and they didn’t hesitate to mention my name, the medication i’m on and other information I shared with her.
