Negative experience: The reason I’m giving you guys a 2 star because the psychiatrist took a long time to call me in. When the psychiatrist said 10 he has to call me at 10am to go in the office. I wish that there are more psychiatrist to give him a hand.

Negative experience: The worst dental service I have ever had, they don’t tell you about your options until it’s physically too late to fix them if your insurance doesn’t 100% cover it when my family would have helped had we known. They tell you the wrong time for your appointment, make you wait for over an hour to them tell you that they can’t see you because you’re “late” due to having it in the system earlier then they told you, blame you for it and give options that are awful and act like they’re being so nice after you were “late”. If my disability program didn’t force me to come here for dental work I would never con back. Go anywhere else if you can.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with my 3yo daughter at a dental appointment today. The receptionists were very nice and the appointment didn't take long. The dental assistant Violeta & the dentist Dr. Viron were the perfect team! My daughters on the spectrum & did not like her previous dental appointments at all elsewhere, & surprisingly did not have a tantrum or cry. I look forward to returning thanks to them, they were phenomenal with her and I appreciate it!

Negative experience: This place deserves minus 1000 stars. My son went to see the doctor for the first time here. We arrived at 2:09pm for a 2:40pm appt. I signed in and they forgot about him. Never registered him until over an hour later. He didnt see the doctor until after 5pm. We left around 630. The doctor was very rude to us. She didnt want to fill out his paperwork for school on the basis of "I dont know him". She claimed she didn't know how to fill out a fork like this. Its a form for special needs children who take the bus. I've had doctors every year fill it out with no problem and she's a doctor at YAI and doesn't know about this form!!!! Give me a break!!!!!

Positive experience: It’s funny as I read through the reviews, I can see people are having similar problems that I am having as a parent that has their child in this clinic. Isabel has no training whatsoever on deescalation she literally told me I was the problem to her providers because of their rude condescending behavior that they exhibit during visits. Then when you ask to speak to patient relations which they should have in this department they send you to Marie Fonseca who is in support of the department. They don’t like to share information and hotlines to reach out to you. The Pysch doctors I have had since DR hadley left are trash. Dr beulow barely acknowledged my kid in visits and when I expressed concerns or issues I had he stated that it wasn’t his problem. Dr Wilson likes to hush parents in visits nor hear out their concerns then argues that the parent is the trauma in a child’s life that clearly has mental health issues. But she does like to talk to the child patient to hear what they have to say about what’s going on and then she controls the conversation by saying you need to do better. Which is honestly not very helpful for a child who cannot really speak up for them selves. The call line is impossible to get through when you need to make appointments. Then when you can’t spare the time of waiting on the phone all day to just get one damn appointment the doctors and staff wanna blame you and reprimand you as to why you couldn’t make an appointment and why it took so long for you to get into the clinic. I am on fire with the way things are handled here and the treatment they give to parents who are clearly advocates in their children’s lives. I will be removing my child from her because they do not do anything good for him. He ended up in the hospital because of the issues he suffers with mentally and the doctor was treating me as if I’m looking to put my son on drugs to keep him high or under the influence because she was reluctant to even have him in meds and she knew months in advance he was suffering with suicidal thoughts. They are trash!!!! Only giving more stars so everyone can see this

Negative experience: Nurses and supportive staff need to be retrained on professionalism. Very rude. And, the Nurse hotline isn't helpful at all. I don't understand the sense of having one if they can't help.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Sanchez gave me a thorough dental cleaning. she took the time to explain my oral conditions and future treatments and answered my questions and concerns. the room was immaculate, staff were courteous, and I scheduled my next appointment before I left.

Fantastic experience: The front office is very wonderful place and everything is so nice and beautiful as I expected. Yvette, Sara, and Elizabeth are very people already and I’m not worry and everything seems just right at Yai. So I very happy with the service than so fortunate enough do be here.

Negative experience: This place has a horrendous rude and disrespectful staff they yell at you if you have questions my daughter was suffering from seizures and because she’s of age she was going herself. She would come home hysterically crying by the way this staff treated her. Loved the doctor but everyone you speak to besides that has an attitude. When someone has questions about their health or concerns they don’t need to be scolded for having questions. Such unprofessionalism. My daughter then tried to do an appointment online and once again as I’m standing next to her not even the doctor who originally saw her it was a PA who was just down talking to a 21 year old kid like she had no time for her questions and the PA rudely ended the appointment and hung up I was in complete shock. Not a question answered. Once again my kid getting upset. Only for them to call her weeks after her results to say she needs further test immediately. I am assuming they were read by the actual doc, but do you know how scary that is for a young adult trying to navigate something just to be dismissed and scolded or hung up on. This place should not even exist if I could give zero stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Viron for about 5 years. She’s the most gentle dentist I’ve had with any procedures. I trust all of her recommendations and, as a consequence, my teeth are in good condition.
Fantastic experience: Great and welcoming location. Second time visiting the clinic, the staff is always smiling and ready for work. I was called in by dental assistant; Violeta very nice and sweet lady. I was greeted as my name was called, and I immediately felt safe and comfortable. I was less fearful of a dental visit as I seen the staff and how caring and patient they were with me. Great team play, always communicating with each other about the patient needs and how ease the process to special needs patients. Dr. Viron is a great asset to the YAI dental ficility, bringing the best out of the staff and chearing them on to keep the day flowing. Sarah the hygienist was gentle at doing my cleaning and always asked how could she help me making my experience great. Awesome team work, in my experience at this dental facility. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this Special Care dental practice! For many years now, Dr. Anna Viron and her teammates Sarah and Violeta, have been my trusted partners in the dental health of my special needs son. Their approach is to be gentle and responsive, and to make the comfort level of their patients their top priority. At first my son was scared and only allowed them to do a limited amount of work. They proved to him that he could trust them by taking things slowly, and only going as far as he was comfortable. Because they earned his trust, with each visit he allowed them to do more and more work, while holding nice and still for them. Now he gets full procedures without any fuss and even looks forward to his appointments! This team is professional, compassionate and also friendly and fun. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Let’s start with the amazing front desk and how personable and sweet these ladies are! My appointment was for 8 and they greeted me so warmly. The wait wasn’t long at all and they are very timely! The dental assistant Violeta was so knowledgeable and just the sweetest! Now Dr. Viron has a forever patient in me! She’s awsome she took her time broke things down for me was extremely knowledgeable and the level of concern and confidence she showed me and gave was top tier! Can’t wait to see them in September!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is a patient at Premier Healthcare. She has her primary care doctor and dentist at this practice. Dr. Viron & Mary (dental) are absolutely wonderful. They are always professional and go above and beyond. My daughter has autism and dental visits can be daunting. But Dr. Viron and Mary make it fun for her and always explain things where she can understand. Mary will play music and keep my daughter engaged in conversation and laughter while Dr. Viron works. THANK YOU! Waiting can also be tough but we never have a long wait before we are seen. My daughter actually looks forward to her visits. Vanna Kham is my daughter's primary care physician and she is so patient and listens to all of my concerns and questions. She is gentle with my daughter and amazingly patient. At times, I have many forms to be filled out and they are always ready before I leave the clinic. I have also emailed Vanna Kham forms and her turnaround is amazing. I can't thank her enough. I also must add that the front desk staff and the staff in the back part of the clinic are fantastic. My daughter recently had a medical appt., where she needed to give blood. Needless to say, needles cause my daughter to freak out and not want to do give blood at all. It is literally a battle. The nurse taking the blood went above and beyond with her patience and God sent us an angel named Melvin that sat beside my daughter and held her hand and calmed her down to the point where my daughter sat still and let the nurse take blood. There are not enough words to convey my gratitude. My daughter is very friendly and will speak to each one and they all reply to her with positive attitudes. Making appts on my way out is never a hassle and they always try to accommodate my schedule as I am a working mom. THANK YOU to all!! You rock!

Fantastic experience: Just had my biannual dental X-ray, checkup and cleaning with Dr. Anna Viron and her assistant. Both made my overall experience relaxed and therapeutic. But , it is Dr. Viron’s winning combination of warmth and efficiency that overrides what would otherwise be a stressful and painful event. Moreover, it’s a great, smile inducing feeling, when you leave with freshly cleaned ivories.
Fantastic experience: I take my son David to Yai to see Dr Geier. My son David has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound. From his first visit with Dr Geier he was very attentive, caring, took his time with my son. Listen to his history and my concerns. My son David is 29 and in all those years I haven’t met a doctor as caring for his patients as much as Dr Geier cares. He’s one of the kind. He’s the best!
Negative experience: They do mot care they just want to max out the insurance. No one picks up the phone. If you call the que will says 7 minutes but it means 45 minutes I choose the call back option and they do not call back. It will days to get through. I also left papers for they can fill out for my daughter's camp of course I call finally ger in touch with them and they lost it. I been asking for a referral to real foot doctor because my daughter is in alot of pain. the one they have is worthless guy that claims he is a foot doctor he should be receptionist. Refuses to give me the referral for my daughter to get x rays and see a professional real foot doctor. He claims years of foot pain is not a reason to see a foot doctor I believe the goid reviews are paid employees posting 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I’m 37 so have been to the dentist at least 67 times. I have never had a better experience than I had with Dr. Viron and Sophia - it was the first time in my life going to the dentist was actually enjoyable! It was quick, easy, and painless… speaking to which, I am pretty disappointed in every dentist I’ve ever had for not numbing my teeth cleaning. So happy I finally found the best Dentist!
Negative experience: It has been over a month and Dr. Jon's replacement, and new head physician, Dr. Geier has not contacted Medicaid so that my son's medication can be released. Not the same level of care dignity and respect Premier Health is known for.
Negative experience: Literally just wanted my results back for a Covid test and I'm directed to the department, tone rings 3 times and forces me to leave a voice message. Been this case for more than 30 minutes now already and who knows how much longer. I asked why and they say nobody is picking up- sure for 10~15 minutes but to have nobody there in the office for 30+ minutes and blaming it on me seems very unprofessional. Hated how medical service works in the U.S and hate it even more.
Negative experience: Waited over two hours. Came in 20 minutes before appointment time. Had a 4pm appointment and it is going on 6pm and still have not been seen by the doctor. If you come here make sure you have patience because you will be here for a long time.
Negative experience: This place made me and my sister wait for over 2 hours, kept telling us that we were next in line, and sent in everyone who arrived after us. We were only sent in once my sister started hyperventilating. They only want to hush things up and are incredibly uncaring about their clients.

Negative experience: Awfully run place, impossible to get in touch with anyone to talk about my COVID testing bill. Over 2 months! Ridiculous. Everyone I've talked to has contradicted the last person, complete mess. Avoid at all costs. edit: another 6 weeks later and figured out they overcharged me for the test, and can't get anybody on the phone to return a call or talk to me about billing, unreal.

They are always very helpful when it comes to getting the patient in and out and making sure you have everything that you need. The doctors are great, they listen to your concerns and what I love the most is they remember who the different patients are they don’t treat you like another number.

Negative experience: If you’re coming to get covid test I suggest going to a place such as medrite as you have to fill out a load of paper work and see a physician before getting tested. It takes a very long time to get results back as well (been five days as I am writing this review)

Negative experience: Horrible service. I called to schedule an appointment for a COVID test for my mother since she just came back from Florida. The hold message said that waiting for assistance would take a long time and I could leave my number and get a call back. Half hour later I get a call back from a real person and when I told them I would like to schedule a COVID test, they put me back on the same wait line all over again!!! I then called the main office and they put me right back on the wait line, i could not explain myself at all! When I called them a third time and could explain my problem, they did not care, they could not even pretend to care. You would think during this pandemic they would have some compassion. What a horrible office!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a Covid test, which was actually squeezed in last minute by the staff because I had just come back from Miami and didn't want to get my family sick, as well as, an audiology appointment. Starting off the staff was super helpful getting me situated as I was a bit late and made sure I could still do my test. The nurse who did the swab tests/ blood test was meticulous, walked me through every single step as to why each test was being done, and made sure I was comfortable. The audiologist was also great as he explained every test done on my ears and what each meant according to my results. Overall, I had a great experience at this facility and would definitely recommend to others if you are in need of help as they are very patient and understanding. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I am always floored by the warmth and speed and savvy of the team at Premier. The kind of care in which they specialize is demanding so it feels great to see the clinical team doing what they do best.
Fantastic experience: I had a covid test done here and the staff was awesome. I will be coming back when my physical is due. I like the location and the facility so much that I have recommended my daughter and she will be seeing them soon. Thanks for caring.
Fantastic experience: Every time I come to premier health care it’s always an honor having intellectual conversations about the individuals I support, and how I can continue to help make them better. I love the the doctors so much I’ve made them my primary doctors for any health concerns I have. Dr. Goodman-podiatry, is the best podiatrist, very Thorough. Dr. Camacho PCP, there’s no one like her, when I need emergency appointments she goes above and beyond to make sure that her patients gets the gold star treatment. Dr. Dormevil- dentist, all I have to say is That she made me feel more confident with my smile, Everyone in there is so helpful, I would continue to go there and recommend it to everyone I know
Fantastic experience: Great Service, Good Hospitality
Negative experience: Staff is rude and can not do their job right, lacks English as well as polite communication skills, and don't know how to transfer a call to a voicemail even if the extension number is provided. After 5 pm there's a call center answering calls, giving wrong information, and refusing to answer simple questions, such as an email, offering to email themselves you're trying to reach over the phone instead. Rose gave wrong main number and said that she can't transfer a call to an extension, saying that she works from home, implying that the call just forwards to her. Nevertheless, if she is not the person this line shall be answered by, let people that call enter the extension themselves through a prompt and avoid 3rd party answering the line instead. Jessica has to understand that civilized manner of speaking invokes answering questions people ask instead of talking over, raising her voice over the caller's and still not providing what the called asked about, such as the last name. Apparently speaking in civilized manner the way she does is her personal opinion of herself thinking she does it well, which is just not true. She has an attitude, and shall not be holding a position of a call center manager. Natasha left an extension to a number, but her pronounsiation in English of a simple position of a homeattendent is incorrect. And some coordinator by name Lena calls at the wrong time, calling me Lubochka, which is a wrong appeal to an adult. Natasha called from various phone numbers, including a cell phone, then texted me, saying that text messages won't be accepted. That is after I had informed her that I have a sore throat and it is painful to speak for me at this point - which means she just doesn't care if you're in pain. Whenever people are refusing to answer simple questions when you ask, it usually means then don't want you to complain to their supervisor. Keep this in mind when you consider to get services from this agency. Google says the office is open until 7 pm, but Rose and Jessica were saying it was closed around 5 pm on a typical workday, which is a lie.
Negative experience: Stay away from this office. It took weeks to get an appt, they rescheduled it, then on the day of the appt (2 hours before it) they cancelled it b/c supposedly the doctor no longer takes new patients. They just discovered this?!?! They sent us to Brooklyn, instead of Manhattan, and we waited 2 hours (appt was 2pm and went in after 4pm) for an appt with someone to interview our son, not to work with him! What a scam!!
Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. They cancelled my appointment 2 hours before scheduled time. After I complained, they told me to go to their Brooklyn facility to meet with a different doctor. When I arrived to their Brooklyn office, I spent over 2 hours in the waiting room. Eventually, they sent me in to meet with psychologist, not the psychiatrist that I was supposed to be meeting with.
Negative experience: My son desperately needed to see a psychiatrist. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead, for may 10, at 2 PM. Their receptionist called 5 times prior to the appointment to get insurance information and to confirm the scheduled time of the appointment. On May 10, two hours before the appointment, they called to cancel the appointment because Dr Ducat does not take any more patients. I objected strongly and they told me that my son can go see Dr Travers in their Brookly office on the same date and same time. My son arrived to their Brooklyn location on May 10, at 2 PM. Two hours later, at 4 PM, he was still sitting in the waiting room. Eventually, he was taken in to see a psychologist, not a psychiatrist he was supposed to see. With this kind of service, YAI should not be in business. Stay away from them if you can.
Negative experience: The wait time is horrible honestly come for a 11:20 am appointment and still waiting at 1:30 pm. There were 3 people already ahead of us smh one person was there since 10:15 didn’t get called till almost one. They must stop over booking patients to that are all seeing the same DR or get more PCP Drs. The waiting area is to hot no air and most of the patients are sleeping or getting annoyed for waiting so long. Cool air or any air would be better then no air with all the hot lights in waiting area. But they have to stop over booking so many patients on same day. This appointment was just a follow up to last month appointment which I know won’t take us 2 hrs to sit with the DR for maybe 15 mins of her time ( please stop over booking) Still waiting 2 1/2 hrs as I write this and the wait continues for a 11:20 am appointment at 1:45 pm ( oh by the way got here early at 11am so we could be prompt for the DR damn no respect for people or time
Positive experience: I just go there for self-advocacy meetings on the 12th floor.
