Fantastic experience: Dr Nester is an exceptional doctor. She has not only helped relieve me of vertigo, headaches, low back, and neck pain, but also my 8 year old son who recently had an accident that lead to dislocated ribs! After the first adjustment my son had immediate relief. Prior to this adjustment my son had an ER visit, and pediatric visit, and the root cause was not founded-then it hit me to take him to Nester. My only regret is not taking him to her first! If you’re having similar problems or you just wan to feel your best, you will not regret visiting Atlas in East Ridge! Fantastic experience: Been receiving treatment since last semester and have seen some great improvement in my neck and back pain, and relief from some of my headaches and migraines. Negative experience: Office is in a shady location, building is in terrible condition, and they aren’t upfront with billing. They charged me more to use my insurance than just paying cash and didn’t tell me until I paid. I assume that they maxed out the payment that they get from my insurance company. Avoid!

Negative experience: This Chiropractic office is no longer ran by "Dr. Bob". The place was once great but it is now ran by Dr. Hannah. It has went down hill drastically in the past few years. The operations here are ran very poorly and very unprofessionally. She has no one to answer the phones and has to stop in the middle of your visit to run and answer them. Her kids are often there running in and out of the patients rooms and playing while you are there getting treatment. Steer clear of this place and choose a provider that can actually provide you with the services that you came for along with professionalism.
Ashley, we appreciate your feedback and regret that we cannot speak directly to your experience as a review of our files does not show any records for this name. However, we would like to respond to the concerns you mentioned. Dr Bob Dobrowolski did retire in February 2015, and indeed, he is irreplaceable, but he and I continue to work very closely regarding the future of this practice. We hope to be able to persuade him to return someday after his medical sabbatical.
We pride ourselves in offering a casual, family-friendly environment because we care for patients of all ages, from 1 day to 102 years, and we believe a relaxed environment is more conducive to healing than a typical medical office. We also understand that this type of practice does not suit everyone, and perhaps you fall into this category; that is okay. We do aim to maintain a comfortable yet professional relationship with all of our practice members and endeavor to take any approach within our means to meet or exceed the goals of our patients, provided they follow our recommendations for care. If there are any special requests, such as scheduling when children are not in the office we just ask that you mention it to Marcela or Dr. Hannah when you schedule your appointment. No problem, we understand.
