Negative experience: My experience here was incredibly disappointing and felt like a bait and switch operation. They advertise an initial visit for $27, but once you’re there, they immediately upsell you on x-rays for an additional cost. After that, you're required to come back for two separate “consultation” visits, with another round of xrays, just to get results and hear a “recommendation plan.” That plan? Three visits a week for four months plus additional add ons like at home equipment and supplements—totaling nearly $4,000. It felt like a hard sell from the start, with constant upselling and pressure to commit to a very expensive program. Ive been to many chiropractors and never had this experience, I felt extremely uncomfortable. To make things worse, I asked for copies of the x-rays I paid for, and they told me to just take a photo of them on my phone or I’d need to sign a release form. I went in, signed the release and still never received them. I had to keep asking, and they kept making it unnecessarily difficult, which makes no sense considering I paid for them. Be cautious this place operates more like a sales funnel than a medical office.

I didn’t want to go through the surgery, so I asked Dr. Brittany if she could help this. She waited until the soreness and pain died down and then started doing treatments. Negative experience: Misleading and unprofessional! I was almost forced to have x-rays done on the spot when I wasn't financially ready to do at the time of my appointment and told them I had just recently had some done that I could have transferred and they refused to try to obtain them until I was ready to walk out and irritated. Money driven business they will try to get every dollar they can from you on your first visit!

Negative experience: Rip off unprofessional location. Promised exam and initial adjustment for $27.99 that's a lie. They bring you in make you feel great for choosing them take your $30 then tell you you'll have to pay $80 and come back tomorrow for the adjustment. False advertisment and making people feel horrible so sad.

Fantastic experience: Tinker Chiropractic is a wonderful experience. You feel like you’re family when you go there. It is so awesome to be able to share a faith-based relationship with a medical professional instead of just a clinical relationship. It is also a real blessing to know that I and the other patients are prayed for before we arrive!

I love that she wants to get to the root of the problem so it’s gone forever, not just interested in only testing the symptoms! I’ve had back and neck issues for years and been to other chiropractors but no one has done for me what she has! Less than 2 months of regular visits and I’ve already seen so much improvement!

Negative experience: I thought for a long time before writing this review, i went here because of back pain, first visit was only $20, but was imidiately upsold xrays, ended up paying 90 dollars on my first visit, but i didnt mind because i thought xrays made sense then i got an adjustment and she was very nice, but right before doing my adjustment she pulled out a device and said shes seen videos where this device works really good, i thought it was weird but didnt over think it . . my next appointment was a group appointment, sort of like an intruduction to the program, this time we were seated as a group and they explained the program, then the switch came, they had the story, of two old people one who decided to keep getting adjustments and one who decided not to. and how different their lifes were. i thought it was super weird, it didnt seem profesional at all felt more like a sales pitch, it was after the stories, they took the patients into separate rooms, and i was left in the room for about 20 minutes. as i stayed in the room i started taking a closer look at their "medical posters" that claim everything can be healed thru the spine, and in very fine print everything says something along the lines of " for ilustration purposes only, not to be used as medical reference" then i realized everything even their supplements were not FDA approved. i started to look closer at everything and realized everything had very small fine prints... then it was finally my turn, and they pulled my "treatment plan" along withba nice 700 dollar down payment and monthly payments of a certain amount. it was literary a finance contract where where you agree to pay the full amount of the treatment in payments. i couldnt walked out of there fast enough, and to this day i still get messages from them. in my opinion this practice is not going to deliver any actual progress, other than maybe placebo. as a solution i give zero stars. but as a sales team i give them 5 starts, it is a very elaborate, catch you in a time of need, and fast sign here date here type thing and the people are super welcoming and super attentive one of the best SALE teams ive seen. but as far as needing help i recomend an actual doctor and phisical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I walk a lot of miles for a living, and I enjoy it, but I have to say that my favorite walk of the day is immediately after an adjustment from Dr. Brittany, and I get to walk that short distance from the Tinker Family office across the parking lot to my truck. I’ve actually started parking as far from their office as I can because I enjoy the walk so much. It feels like my head is floating on air, my goodness it’s pretty amazing! Dr. Brittany and every single person in there is so helpful and wonderful to work with. You won’t be disappointed!

Also my knee went out couple months back and Dr. Brittany also has my knee adjusted where I can walk without a limp and back at the gym!! Fantastic experience: In the past I had suffered from an uneven hip, causing excruciating pain, walking and or sciatica. I invested time in getting under the care of a very knowledgeable Chiropractor. I recovered well without having to undergo surgery. Sadly, I stopped going for three years. I no longer was doing my home exercises, and had a great deal of weight gain. I reached out to a personal trainer, which was great, but I had started three to four weeks prior and walked with a bend and pain. When I saw things were progressively getting worse, I called my Chiropractor. They immediately to me in, x-rated me and made an adjustment. With proper care from her, my trainer and eating a proper diet( both educates proper eating). I know I will recover and stay on the right road. Never again will I let myself get in that shape again. I'm feeling better and expecting greatness!

I am now free of that pain and continue getting adjustments regularly for my continued overall health. My first visit, I was walking ‘crooked,’ I was in pain all day, every day, and generally felt pretty bad. As I left their office a few weeks ago I noticed I was stepping off the sidewalk with absolutely NO PAIN and was actually in a great mood! Nothing hurts! And, for the first time in as long as I can remember, I’ve not had any allergy symptoms or other medical issues at all. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Erin is my doctor at Tinker Family and I say family because this is the way you are treated: as family and I have nothing but rave reviews. When I first encountered Dr. Erin she was in Kroger's meeting her community. That day I was in tears, in so much pain and dreading the thought of hearing that I would need back surgery, so I avoided doctors at all cost. Let me tell you that Dr. Erin was there because God sent her to me, I felt it! I was literally in shock to see her standing there with her props. My exact words were: Why are you here? It was like she was reading my mind and I needed her, right then. So I booked an appointment, but then COVID, of course got in the way, but I never gave up and three weeks later I was a member of the Tinker Family! YEAH!!! I no longer think about a painful surgery because, little by little my pain is going away. Best plan I ever signed up for.
