Fantastic experience: My family has been coming here for many years. I had not needed to visit in quite some time, but the need arose again today. Called first thing this morning and they immediately found a spot for me on Dr. Batson’s schedule. The front office folks are always very kind, both on the phone and in person. The docs, all of them, are kind and caring, and the folks doing therapies are just as great. Definitely walked out feeling better than when I walked in!

Fantastic experience: The best chiropractor ever! I’ve been a patient for 8yrs..they’ve helped me heal my shoulder..back…and I had a boxer knuckle..they keep me healthy and moving. They’ve taught me the proper technique of stretching. And let me tell you They Are The Nicest People Ever! They make you feel like you’re the most important person walking in the door. you’ll leave with a smile on your face and pep in your step And even Santa came by this year

I’ve had hip and back pain on and off and I’m on my feet a lot. They help me keep everything aligned and moving! All of the staff are incredible! Throughout the years I’ve seen a few of the doctors, and they all have helped me get back on my feet and feeling good. I usually see Dr. Frank and he’s excellent, but they all do an excellent job. I can’t recommend this place enough, they will take care of you and go above and beyond. It’s more than just an adjustment, they do other remedies as well to help you get back to normal. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for great care and Amazing results, this is the place. I was very skeptical as this was my third attempt to find a chiropractor. I have scoliosis and bad lower back pain from several degenerative disc. Dr. Batson and his staff are Amazing. They take their time and actually care about helping and healing. I had chiropractors in the past spend maybe 10 to 15 min with you and do very little. I can't say enough good about this practice, and it's one stop shopping. Great Chiropractors, a wide assortment of therapies with unbelievable therapist and assistants. A NP there for cortisone injections if needed. I literally CRAWLED into this office crying and in tears and scared to death it would be the same Ole experience..but now, thanks to Dr. Batson and his wonderful staff, I'm getting my life back. I also have to mention that the front office staff are second to NONE. This is the ONLY place to go!

Fantastic experience: Only visited in the Neurofeedback side for my 1st visit. arriving at the office I was a little leery( location is sketchy)but once I entered the office it was a pleasurable experience . The Clinician was fantastic. I’m looking forward to being seen again. I’m very impressed with all the opportunities for treatments in one location.

I have had my experinces with 3 chiroprators in my 50 yrs of being an adult. NEVER have I had such a thorough pre-exam to figure, show & example the care they WILL give me. These folks are immensely concerned about one thing, allowing & helping you get better, live better & love better. Unequivocally the finest care I have ever received regardless of the symptoms !! I will drive over 12 hrs when I build a home in Wis to be closer to my grand babies before I go to another chiropractor again !! Healthcare is of utmost importance to this staff beyond your comprehension !!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client for 20+ years - great customer service. When I went to my appointment, I had a painful hip and it was a challenge to walk. After Dr. Frank’s adjustment, therapy and a couple of shots for a locked hip, I was able to walk in the neighborhood without pain.

Fantastic experience: I went to my first visit yesterday and was blown away by the kindness and thoroughness of the entire staff! Every single person said hi, asked how I was, and was friendly. I did not feel like I was in a typical Chiropractic office by any means! They truly care about your condition and will not oversell or do anything that isn't required or you don't want. The facilities go well beyond just an office. Recovery areas, therapy areas, equipment, etc.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit yesterday, after being referred by my Mom. It was AMAZING from start to finish. They are all so incredibly kind and welcoming. The office is comfortable and nothing like a typical bleak medical office. I was sent a text prior to my visit and able to easily complete the new patient paperwork online. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today. The entire staff was amazing made me feel valued. Meet with the Doctor, he did an assessment of my issue and told me what was probably the cause of it.(bad nerve pain in right arm). He took x-ray, showed me exactly what he had described and in fact the was/is the problem. We discussed a treatment plan and treatment began immediately. A totally new experience for me. First rate all the way around. Round two Friday and I'm ready. My issue is not cured but I can feel a difference now.

We were regular clients for roughly 8 years, but haven’t been able to come as much since we moved to Knoxville. We recently returned to get Dr. Frank’s help with my wife’s back, she had tried a chiropractor in Knoxville and wasn’t getting much relief. After just one visit with Dr. Frank, my wife felt instant relief… and continues to feel great since then. We decided after this recent visit that we will simply make a monthly appt to drive 6 hours round trip because they are simply that good! I am always amazed at the level of caring, compassionate and expert care provided by each person in the group. From the time I walk in the door until I walk out, each member of the care team is genuinely engaged in the process of understanding my problem, recommending and providing appropriate corrections with the best follow on therapies. Its easy to tell there is some excellent leadership in each area of therapy. Ive always walked out feeling better than when I walked in.
