Fantastic experience: I have cervical spinal stenosis and was to the point i could no longer turn my head barely at all.. They have given me so much pain relief and range if motion back .. my alternative was surgery that i seriously want to avoid... Thank you Dr. Alyssa.. you have made a world of difference for me.

Positive experience: I was previously a patient of Dr. Norlinder, but when he left his practice I asked him to refer me to someone who is like minded, and he referred me to Dr. Grant O'Brien, who is a functional chiropractor who has done a great job in managing my back issues through chiropractic adjustment. I appreciate his down to earth nature, and the fact that he does not recommend unnecessary diagnostics or treatment.

Dr. Grant has helped keep my back and hips in alignment from a permanent injury I incurred while in the military so I can walk and move with less pain, as well as help reduce my migraines through his treatment. I have also seen Tess for massage therapy and that was extremely helpful in my therapy plan, she does a wonderful job. And all the ladies at reception are great with getting you an appointment that fits in your schedule and all the paperwork, so much paperwork, lol. Overall this is a great place for all your chiropractic needs.

Fantastic experience: I came in to Align Chiropractic with a pinched nerve in my leg and extreme lower back pain and within a month and a half I'm feeling amazing, every week I had 2 appointments and got dry needling done for at least one of them. Both Dr. Grant and Dr. Eric are amazing Drs. They're very understanding and kind and understand how to address the issue whatever that issue is. Fantastic experience: Align is fantastic. I suffered a slipped disc in my lower back 2 years ago and could not walk. After being basically carried into the clinic I walked out mostly pain free from one treatment. Today with routine exercise and maintenance I am pain free in my back and able to play with my kids. If you have any pain in your body I would stop by and see what this amazing team can do, they do excellent work and the rates are very fair.

Negative experience: Cold, confused reception. Returned after 5 years away, but no intake because I was an "existing" client. Had signed up for a Black Friday Facebook promo that included a massage, never got it —because I wasn't "new." Had to ask the doctor who she was, never introduced herself and I didn't know her previously. Was in/out the door in 10 minutes for a scheduled 45-minute appointment. Something was really off.

Fantastic experience: So far amazing! My 9 year old had lower back problems and we were able to go in within half hour. After a few sessions she feels so much better. We will definitely be coming here for chiropractic problems. Thanks

I went in with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and the pain was 10+ Dr Alyssa recommended to try dry needling with Dr. Grant and after regular adjustments and recommended stretches the pain is no longer there. I am so thankful that I decided to seek care at Align after moving to the area. I highly recommend both Dr Alyssa and Dr Grant for Chiropractic Care. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Align Chiropractic, specifically Dr. Alyssa O’Brien. My 3-month old son was dealing with acid reflux, colic, and constipation. After our first visit we immediately saw improvement. He slept his first ever 7 hour stretch that evening. By appointment number three, he was a completely different baby. He was happier, his bowel movements were regular, and he seemed so much more comfortable. Dr. Alyssa made me feel at ease through the whole process. She is so gentle and sweet with babies. If you have a little one, I highly recommend her and her expertise!

Fantastic experience: So I went in a tad apprehensive my last chiropractic visit were brutal at best telling the Dr it hurts as they pressed and worked me over telling me it was for the better. This visit was relaxing informative and painless. They listened understood my areas of issues. I got treated and felt like I had just awoke from a great nap after my adjustment. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing pain in the shoulders, especially on the right side, for months. In the first sessions, I could see the improvements where the problem quickly was solved on the left side and with some more few sessions, my right arm also got fixed. I am finally free of pain after months suffering with these issues on the shoulders. I really recommend Align and in special Dr. Sara as she is very professional and attentive to your needs.

Fantastic experience: Im 62 and went out to shovel Monday morning and during that time my back blew out and I could hardly walk. I called Align and they Dr. Grant was able to see me that morning. He made a couple of adjustments that day. On a scale of 1-10 pain level it was a 10. I could not get into my GP that day for pain meds and without those treatments I could not have functioned. Day 2 after adjustments pain level 4-7 day three pain level 0-2 and getting better I hope to be back at work shortly. I really appreciate this group of doctors and would recommend them to anyone suffering with back pain of any kind.

Fantastic experience: It started with my husband transferring care to Dr. Grant. He was in an auto accident and saw another chiropractor for over a month with not much success and still in constant pain. The first visit Dr. Grant was able to crack his back very successfully. Something the other chiropractor could barely do. My husband has felt amazing and has only saw Dr. Grant 2x so far. I decided to head in and see him to get adjusted. He is super friendly and cracked my whole back like it was the easiest thing ever. I am glad I had read these reviews and sent him to switch care here and took the leap for adjustments.

Fantastic experience: I spent a Summer experiencing constant headaches. The kind that persist up the neck and throb behind my right eye. After a little pushing from my wife, I went to my first chiropractic appointment. Grant was incredibly nice, he listened, and after my first appointment I could already notice a significant difference. By my third appointment my headaches were gone and I could return to doing things that I had hesitated to do before because I knew it would trigger pain. Align has really helped and I would recommend seeing Grant to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Suffered with right leg pain for years, decided to try a chiropractor when my right arm started tingling. Several visits and two months later and I am very happy to report I haven't had any leg pain sense the second or third visit and no more tingling right arm. Fantastic experience: Dr. Alyssa is the bomb and I highly recommend her to anyone with headaches and back pain. I’m 29 years old living in the body of 79 year old, so when I inevitably throw my back out, I get immediate relief every time I go in. Fantastic experience: 5 stars! Excellent customer service! Dr. Alyssa was a life saver when I injured my back. A few visits and I was as good as new. She also helped my teenage son with his migraines. He got them often to the point of vomiting. Since being treated by Dr. Alyssa every couple months, I am happy to say he no longer gets migraines. :) My 2 gymnast daughters have also been seen just to keep them aligned and healthy. I highly recommend Align!

Negative experience: Good Chiropractor poor execution customer service

Negative experience: Upon further review of Align Chiropractic I would go back and remove my 5 star review if I could. While Dr. Grant is in fact very knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to patient needs or treatment plans to relieve them from pain, their customer service is lack luster. They not only charged and received payment from my insurance company along with some direct payment from me, they neglect to send out any kind of monthly statements over a period of 5 months as a reminder of any kind of balance you have but then send very aggressive communications via letter threatening collections over a $45 dollar balance like you owe them hundreds of dollars you are just ignoring to pay. A very unwarranted and unappreciated letter that could have been avoided with simple monthly statements that clearly and effectively communicate any balance that may be due. As another reviewer mentioned, I have now got the feel the $$ is more important than patient care itself as well. Don't get me wrong, everyone deserves to get paid on balances due and I have no problem with that I like to get paid for my work as well but to send out a letter in the tone they did giving the impression no monies have been paid or collected on any balance no matter the amount that may be due like it is being ignored regardless of the lack of a regular statement showing a balance due is not the kind of healthcare provider i care to continue to seek treatment from. While I would recommend Dr Grant as a Chiropractor, I would not recommend the establishment unless you pay close attention to your bill and what is owed making sure you do not forget about any balance due to avoid any threats of collections due to their inefficient and ineffective billing . In Dr Grants defense, he did immediately call me after I left from voicing my opinion quite publicly in the waiting room on the matter while paying my minuscule $45 dollar balance, to profusely apologize for the miscommunication and the letter I received but the damage is already done Good Chiropractor but beware. After seeing an amazing Chiropractor for 20 years after a bad car accident along with a series of other motor vehicle accidents of one type or another leaving me with a debilitating bulging disk in my neck and Spinal stenosis in my lower back. He moved leaving his patients behind for a better position in another state (congrats doc you earned it!) , I really thought I was going to be in trouble in short order unless I found another one that I could feel comfortable with and could trust to make adjustment to my neck. Especially when it gets fully locked up leaving me looking in the down position. I had not seen one in some time trying to decide where to go. I was given a groupon for Align Chiropractic to try them out because I had been having some issues and was due for a visit after a long hiatus not seeing a chiropractor. Dr. Grant took the time to listen to my history and really did make me feel comfortable enough to relax and let the adjustments be "fluid". After I few visits including one with Dr. Alyssa while Dr Grant was out I was feeling well tuned. I left with a warm fuzzy feeling knowing there was a good chiropractor close that could keep me "fine tuned" if needed but I it had yet to be known how he could handle the tougher misalignments And then it happened. I found myself on my kitchen floor in so much pain I was in literal tears because I threw my back out with the snap of a finger falling down and could not get myself up without having help come to assist me. I called Dr. Grants office and he got me in immediately! I had to have assistance getting out of the car and walking in. I cannot thank him enough for how quickly he got me in and making an adjustment to get me going again. Not only did he help me the first time to "fine tune" my alignment. He got me out of SEVERE pain with an emergency visit. I would absolutely recommend him and absolutely will back to see him. Thank you so much Dr. Grant.

Fantastic experience: My 9 month old daughter has been seen multiple times for discoloration in her feet. The doctor keeps saying the cause of her feet turning cold and purple is from "poor circulation". I took her in to see Dr. Grant at Align Chiropractic. From just one visit, there is a noticeable 50-60% improvement in her feet! Lennyx also moves around more comfortably now. I cannot express how grateful I am for their amazing care!

Fantastic experience: I have had severe left shoulder pain for a long time. I have gone in to see an MD and received Chortisone injections which only worked for a couple of weeks followed with a bill of almost a thousand dollars. After one visit to Dr. Grant at Align Chiropractic, my pain was better than 90% gone after the first visit. Align was the answer that I've been looking for! Fantastic experience: My son was born at 4.5lbs and spent almost 2 weeks in the NICU to build enough stamina to eat well. I started bringing him to Dr. Kali at 6 weeks old for adjustments to see if that would help with his digestive issues and discomfort, and his progress and improvements were undeniable! Fantastic experience: If you are skeptical about chiropractic care or unsure about trying it, this is a great place to go and try for the first time! The doctors definitely practice within the bounds of their specialty and they aren't afraid to make a referral to other healthcare resources in the community when it's necessary. They practice with honesty. I was successfully treated for severe lingering back pain after falling from a horse in just a few sessions. Easy online scheduling is another reason why I love Align Chiropractic. Never had a problem getting in at a time that is convenient for me and I can set my appointments up online any time.

Fantastic experience: Was a 5 star experience working with a Doctor who was finally strong enough to make my adjustments I needed and actually improve my quality of life, on a consistent basis. UPDATE: I have removed my 1 star feedback that was indicative of my lone experience during a weekend of pain induced by "adjustments" that basically turned into "tweaks" for a weekend of pain. After seeing my feedback, Dr. Grant made it a point to reach out to me directly, understand my frustrations (fueled by a weekend of worse pain) and is offering a way to try and make everything right. He has stated that he will be the only person working with me moving forward to ensure proper adjustments are always made. I am skeptical at this point since I live with chronic/severe lower back, hip, shoulder and neck pain daily, but always willing to give people a second chance. Even more so with here, I went to Align because of the convenient location to my home and the great reviews left by so many.

Fantastic experience: The best.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Grant and Alyssa for years and they are the best!! They keep my pain minimized so I can prolong having to get surgery (hopefully never!). They are really nice people and great at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: I was having excruciating neck pain that was radiating into my left shoulder blade. I went to the doctor where they told me I had shingles. Not confident in their diagnosis I decided to try going to a chiropractor. I have seen Dr. Alyssa twice and already the pain has gotten much better. She fit me into her schedule the same day I called and is always friendly and prompt. I highly recommend Align!

Fantastic experience: My Chiropractor of 30 years, Retired! OMG! I thought I was Doomed! No one would be able to do what he does! I was Wrong! Dr. Alyssa was recommended by him before he closed his doors. She even took the time to come and observe him with us before he left. She has been GREAT! She listens, cares and makes sure you know she is there for You. She does Great work and keeps me glued together! Thanks Dr. Alyssa!

Fantastic experience: My best friend and I were hit by a drunk driver back in November. His boss recommended that he see Dr. Grant at Align. I had already made an appointment with my regular chiropractor in Appleton. I wish i had gone with Grant. My friend was much worse off than I was and he is now doing better than I am. Our attorney requested our records on the same day from each doctor. Grant had my friend's records in the mail that same week. My doctor's office still can't tell me if mine have even been processed... It has been three weeks now.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Grant has definately helped me alot with my back pain, with being a hair stylist and being on my feet 8 hours a day, its nice to get in to see dr. grant to get some relief. Definately reccomend align chiropractic to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Align Chiropractic is an excellent business. I've been seeing Dr. Grant for a few years for my lower back issues, and every experience I've had has been fantastic. Not only do they do a great job correcting and maintaining my spinal health, but they truly do a wonderful job making a personal connection with their patients. They take a genuine interest in both your well being and personal life, which is why I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I was in a serious car accident and did not know if I was ever going to be the same again. After seeing them and doing what they told me I am happy to report I am almost back to my old self again.i would highly recommend them. After this is all over I will continue to see them on a monthly basis. I feel better all the way around. update. i am done with treatment for my accident. i am happy to say i am back to normal. i was so scared i was going to have permanent damage. i will recommend align to everyone i know. they have treated me with respect and dignity. when you walk into align chiropractic they know you by name and make it a point to say hello. thank you for everything

Fantastic experience: Dr. Grant has done wondered for me and all my body aches and pains. He has relieved so much pain that was associated with a desk job. He also was very accommodating as I become pregnant. He made sure my adjustments were done very comfortably as my belly grew bigger. Now my 2 month old son goes to Dr. Alyssa for adjustments. He loves to get adjusted and we have seen a vast improvement in his fussiness. I highly recommend to choose Align for their chiropractor needs!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Grant at Align. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was a little nervous, but had injured my back slipping down stairs and had been in pain/unable to run for several months. Dr. Grant did a great job of explaining to me what he was doing and why, and making me feel comfortable with what was going on. After only 2 visits my back pain is gone, and I have been able to get back to running. Since going to Align, my back has gone back to feeling normal for the first time in months. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr. Grant after an injury. I was in a lot of pain and he was gracious enough to open the office early so he could see me, even though he was booked for the day. He let me know why he was doing each adjustment, the results I could expect to see and anything to look out for. I have since started taking my 8 year old to see Dr. Grant after she fell off the monkey bars and was given a clean x-ray by the ER. He was able to get her back into her daily activities quickly and as an added bonus, he is working on getting rid of her chronic headaches. My 17 year old daughter also sees Dr. Grant. She is a dancer and he works with her to ensure her hips stay in alignment so she is ready for her training without pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Grant and Align Chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: I have a severe case of MS, and go to Dr. Grant O'Brien for adjustments. The importance of drainage and proper blood flow must be addressed, especially if one has many lesions in the neck and spinal cord, as I do. Dr. Grant's treatments have lessoned my pain and increased my mobility substantially. He is attentive to the special needs of an MS patient, very helpful with aiding me into and out of positions for my specific needs. Because of Dr. Grant's treatments, I have been able to return to swimming and become stronger, and all without disease modifying drugs. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with MS.

Positive experience: I recently moved to the Midwest from the East coast. I constantly had migraines 2 to 3 times a month. During the days I didn't have a debilitating migraine, I always had a lingering headache. I taught myself to deal with the lingering headache on a day to day basis. It was my daily routine. When I would schedule a fun activity with my friends, I always needed to anticipate a headache, carried migraine medicine and just assumed I would be the first person to leave because of how I was feeling. I was at the Women's Day in Neenah a few months backed and walked into Align Chiropractic. The staff was extremely friendly, informative and responsive. I went for my first session which of course during this time, I had a headache (which was turning into a migraine). After a few sessions and necessary stretching exercises, I haven't had a headache or migraine in 3 months. Besides the headaches, I have terrible upper back pain (around the shoulder blades, top of the shoulders and mid back - not to mention the neck), and that too has dramatically been adjusted. I have more mobility, less pain, and more comfort sitting in a position for a while. My stress is now being evenly distributed and the adjustments are making my life style much more enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Grant because of a elbow injury from working out. I had heard a pop in my left elbow and could now longer rotate my arm, drive a car, or even drink a bottle of water without pain. Dr. Grant fit me in the day after I called and adjusted everything and then was able to get my wrist and elbow back in to position. Instantly after he made the adjustments I was able to rotate my are again! I haven't been to a chiropractor before but this was an awesome experience! Highly recommend over the traditional doctors. - Joe
